Ghost Secrets Masterclass with Siobhan Wilcox - Why do they get stuck and become trapped souls?

Hey, welcome back again. I'm Siobhan Wilcox, and this is the Ghost Secret Masterclass. And I'm excited to share some of my case studies I've worked on with you and answer questions I received over the years from people who are just either being impacted by spirits or just curious about spirits. When I sent out a survey I mentioned in the last video, I discovered that, you know, 92% of people have actually had some form of interaction with spirit and belief in them. Only around 7 or 8% said they had not interacted with spirits, but they actually believed in spirits. So there's a knowingness out there. Even if they haven't turned up in your space, there's a knowingness that they are out there. And so the first question I want to answer today is, why do they get stuck? And this is a really big question. It's a question of multiple layers. It's a question that there's a part of us that thinks, well, I don't want to get stuck. How can I avoid that? You know, if I. If I'm passing, how can I avoid getting stuck? What would cause me to get stuck here? And this is a good question. So as I am a ghost therapist, and half the time I get to sit with the ghost energetically and I get to communicate with them to find out why they got stuck and how I can release them from that place of stuckness. So let me give you some of the top reasons that I've discovered from literally talking to ghosts and spirits. So for me, just to create a distinction in languaging, ghosts and spirits are the same. Trapped souls or earthbound spirits are all the same. These are just different language that we use to describe a soul that has not passed over at the time of their passing. So I have a physical body, you have a physical body if you're watching this, although maybe you're a spirit watching this over the shoulder of somebody who's watching this. But in truth, you are in a body, and you have a soul. Now. Your soul is infinite. Your body is mortal. Your body will eventually leave the planet. It will no longer be able to sustain its life force. But your soul transitions over into another plane of energy. For many people, we call this heaven. And that transition is a natural transition. And most people actually go easily at the time of their passing. And they leave the planet. They go into the other dimension of. We'll call it heaven because it's a language we understand and know. And when that is happening, coming up to that point of transitioning, people who you know, from the other side will usually come forward and visit with you over time and maybe for a few days beforehand, maybe for a little bit longer. And they will prepare you to transition as you are getting ready to leave your physical body. And then when it is time for you to go, they will help you, along with some of the great archangels, to transition you through the first gate for your life review and into your next plane of existence. So we will call that into heaven's gate. We always do a life review before we transition fully into heaven's gate. And this is where I've discovered most people get stuck. They have fear about their life review. They have fear that maybe they have done things they are embarrassed about or they felt were cruel or evil, or they took their own life and they have fear that there's retribution for that on the other side. Or, you know, bless. A lot of children I've met in spirit got stuck because they were told, don't go, do that or you'll get in trouble. And they went and did that, and that caused them to actually get killed and die. And they were terrified that they would get in trouble. When you leave, your physical body that you have currently, until you pass through to the other side, are not evolving any more than you were the day you passed. So if you were fearful and anxious in that body, you will be fearful and anxious as a spirit. If you were scared because you were a child that got, did something they weren't supposed to do and then got in trouble for thought, they get in trouble for it, and you ran away. When maybe somebody came through to bring you through to the other side, you get stuck. So this is a piece that I have discovered over and over again is one of the main reasons spirits do not move past into the other interdimensional space. Another reason is they are fearful for the people. They are leaving behind a mother who's fearful for her children or father, and they stay to protect that vulnerable person that they have left behind. And they feel guilty for leaving. And that is another main reason I have discovered that spirits get trapped here in this earth plane. There's also reasons where it's more unusual, but I have discovered it where people are very, very attached to their homes. Maybe they fought really hard to keep their home for a particular reason. Maybe they had to battle to keep their home, literally. Or maybe they had made a commitment to that land that they would not leave it because the land needed them for some because it was sacred land and they were there to protect us, or because the land was there to nurture their family and they didn't want to leave it. So that's probably the third reason I have discovered people get stuck is that they have a commitment. And it isn't always a commitment to the land. It is sometimes a very deep commitment or sense of responsibility for something they never got to complete. So they have a sense they need to try and complete it in this out of body experience, even if they haven't, even if they didn't get to commit it when they were in their physical body. And so those spirits can be heavy influencers of the people that lived on the land currently. I found this spirit that was trapped and they were, they had had a really rough lifetime, not a good one. And they were concerned that other people would move into the house and have a very similar experience because they was a very dark energy in that home. And that had actually influenced heavily the people that were living there and had harmed that person when they were in body. And so they stayed to protect anybody else that moved into that home. And that was a very unusual case. But the people who brought me in to work on that case had seen the dark spirit, like a disembodied black shadow. And they would be terrified. They could feel it in their home. And then they would feel, they would smell sage burning and then that spirit would disappear, or that it wasn't a spirit, it was a dark energy. There's a difference. And that dark energy would disappear and they would see a spirit of a young woman around them. And so that young woman was protecting the children of the family from that dark, dark energy. Now that was a difficult case as I had to work on multiple layers. I wasn't just releasing a spirit. The spirit was really responsible in her mind for the protection of these children in the home. So I, I had to battle the dark energy first to get it out of the home and property before I could come in and then release the trapped soul of this woman that was trying to protect these children. So they didn't experience what she'd experienced in her lifetime. So they are some of the reasons, my friends, the main reasons that spirits get trapped. And there's one other one, and this is quite unusual, but it has happened in that the spirit does not know they've actually even passed. They get stuck because they died from a very sudden death. A head injury, a drug overdose, alcohol overdose. And they were out of their mind or their body and they don't even know that they're passed. And then I'm like, guys, you know, you're actually not alive. And they're like, I didn't know we weren't alive. Like, yep, you guys are dead. And they're like, well, we're just hanging out with our friends in the bar. I'm like, and then the last reason I've discovered spirit stay is that they get a lot of attention. So maybe where they were was the only time in their lifetime they ever got attention. I was on a ghost walk one time with family members and we went into a graveyard and the spirit of this little girl ran up and took my hand and pulled me across the graveyard and she said, I want you to come to see my grave. And there was actually a grave which said the grave of a little girl and her name underneath it. And to this day, that little girl can be seen by many people running around. And people, children particularly, still leave gifts for her necklaces and, and chocolates all over her grave. She has become a phenomena in the area. And I asked her, why did you not leave? And she goes, because I had so much love from the people around me. I was deeply loved. The whole town grieved for her and she felt she would be abandoning them and potentially never feel that level of love again if she went through to the other side. So my friends, they are the reasons that I have so far in the last 25 years discovered why souls, when they depart, when this physical body no longer has form in that it can't sustain its life force and it chooses for us to no longer or we choose to no longer be alive, why then sometimes the soul does not depart at that time and remains earthbound and remains as an earth bound spirit or a ghost or a trap soul. All these phrases are the same thing. Okay, my beloved, thank you for taking the time to spend this with me.
