Hey, everybody. Siobhan Wilcox here. Thank you so much for taking the time to join me today. It is day 28 of parenting autism. Raylan Ra. You know, I'm so glad that you're back with me here. I've been away for a while, and I took some vacation time with my kids, and then I actually became sick as well, which is very unlike me. But I. I realized that I had built up, even though I was looking after myself and self caring for myself on a regular basis, that there was still some underlying stress that I hadn't really resolved and I hadn't really come to terms with. And so I had to do a lot of work over the last few weeks on myself because I really became very ill, and I had to. It was a strange bacterial infection, and nobody could find the cause of it or. Anyway, I'm doing super now. I'm preparing to do my rappel from the Hyatt Manchester downtown in San Diego, August 18, 2012. Just the tallest downtown building in the east coast. Holy moly. 360ft. My main reason for doing this is because I realized I had been creating obstacles in my life with excuses. Excuses for not stepping up to finish my book or even to start my book at that point. Excuses to not get more involved in my own community. And I had started to pull back and isolate myself because I was feeling a little overwhelmed with everything that was going on around me with my children. And then I really had to stop and look at my life. You know, I started writing my book, this Raven Eye blueprint. And as I wrote through that book, I had to process again, all my own stuff all over again. This time, new layers. This is what I find so magical about the human being, is that when we release something, there's always another little piece that we might miss that comes up to surface. And it's such a blessing, it's such a gift that we get to de layer ourselves in a way, like an onion. So I had decided that I really was getting into an area of comfort, and I wanted to push myself beyond that, push all my boundaries, push all my comfort zone. And to do that, I decided to make a really big statement and propel myself in a rappel of the tallest downtown building on the East Coast. And I'm very excited about this. And I'm also, of course, a little nervous as well. It is very tall, and I've never done anything like this before in my whole entire life. But I think for me, it feels like this is the ultimate test, ultimate test of willpower ultimate test of my resilience, my stamina, Overcoming fear, which is a workshop I used to teach 15 years ago and now I am really stepping up to overcome all my own fear. And I'm very excited as well. So it's energizing my cells, it's enlivening me, it's bringing my energy levels up and I'm so glad that I'm back to full health to be able to do it because just a few days ago I wasn't sure if I'd be able to step up to do it or not because I was still very dizzy and disorientated and not feeling great. But I am back and I am energized and I am enlightened and I am excited. And so I am going to ask you to today, what is it that you can do to push the boundaries on your comfort zone? You don't have to do crazy stuff like I'm doing and go rappel off the tallest downtown building in the east coast. But you know what, you do need to push it a little bit and do something that makes you uncomfortable because that's where you grow, that's where you expand, that's where you test yourself and you feel successful. You build your self esteem, you make yourself feel woo, I can do this. So let me know what is it you're going to do to push the comfort zone? Push the envelope this week, maybe this month. Put it down below, share it, inspire other people and together we can all expand our consciousness and expand our world. Have a blessed and beautiful day.
