This Is What Nobody Tells You About Notary Training

So if you're trying to figure out why she always in the car, number one, I'm a notary. We drive from place to place. I'm mobile, so I'm in and out of the car all the time. If I can't shoot videos in the car, honey, baby. Number two, you worried about the wrong thing? Worried about getting this message, honey, because it is awesome. And I want to tell you why I believe that every single person who is interested in this business has to have training. You know, when I first became a notary in Texas, there is no mandatory training, number one. So check your state. Be sure to. I don't care what anybody tells you, even me. Check your state and what their requirements are. And then if you have a question about that, contact me, Contact the National Notary association, okay? But regarding training there, in some states, like Texas, there's no requirement. So they act like it's just a super simple job. You don't need any training in order to do the job. But you can definitely get yourself in trouble if you don't. You don't follow the rules. And like this guy told me, Dr. Jackson Lee, Sheila, Jackson Lee's husband, he said, no, knowledge of the law is not a defense against the law. Just because you don't know the law, honey, don't mean that you don't have to follow it. Okay? So I'm saying that to say you need training. You don't know what you don't know. The national notary certification for loan signing agents is to teach you the laws and ethics of the business. You get individual trainers like me and other local trainers in order to learn how to make the money. What are the tricks and the trades of the business? How do you actually get clients? Otherwise you're going to be like a whole bunch of people just trying to figure it out on their own. And baby, for the hard knocks, for the mistakes that I've learned, for the time that I've wasted, I want to collapse your time, your learning curve so that you don't have to go through what I went through. Now let me tell you something. You're gonna pay one way or the other. You're gonna pay with your time or you're gonna pay with your money. You choose. When you pay with your time, you pay with your money Anyway, let me tell you, because you have to try things, you have to fail. Then you have to go back and try again. It's a lot. Who wants to do all of that? It's a lot. No, nobody wants to do that. Nobody this. I mean, you end up spending money and wasting money versus just hiring a trainer, getting straight to the process of okay, what do do now? Let me tell you something about me. I am coaching. Tell me to do something, I'm going to do it exactly like you told me to do it. Because if I don't and don't get the results, oh, I'm coming for you and I'mma tell you so. Every single word you tell me to do, I'm going to do it. I love people like me who don't deviate because you want to get the results. And in order to get the same results as your trainer, you have to follow their process without deviating. Now, I might not be your perfect trainer. I play a lot. I'm unprofessional from the standpoint of I am not working with you in a corporate job when I'm with my clients three days a week because I am on with my clients on a zoom, answering all of their questions three days a week. My face ain't always made up. Sometimes it's cold in my house and I have on a robe. But baby, you get everything that I have in my head and in my heart. I am with them and they know it. Support is extremely important, extreme. And you want to get support from someone who's been in the business, not somebody who's been in the business for a year or two. They know, but they don't know as much as somebody that's been in the business for, I mean, six, seven, eight, nine, ten years. There's a difference. Think about it. I've been in the business longer, so yeah, I've seen more, I've experienced more, I've experienced more, documents more people, more situation. And it's important to shorten your learning curve because you want to get to the money as quickly as possible. Now, are there some fakes out there? Absolutely. But you decide whose voice you can tolerate the best, whose, whose information you like the most, whose personality you mesh with and who can match your learning style. Some people, when they explain something, it's so far over my head until I didn't get it anyway. So then it don't make no sense for you to be my trainer because I don't understand what you're saying. You're talking too high level. Bring it down. Make it 1, 2, 3. ABC Touch this Do. Yeah, I love that because there's, there's no room for confusion. So anyway, I just wanted to let you know. Yeah, you need a trainer. If you thinking about it. Yeah, you do, you do. You can watch a whole bunch of YouTube videos but if you watch too many people, baby, you're gonna be confused in and then you are going to go into analysis paralysis. Trust me on that one. Because different trainers teach different things, different states have different rules. And let me say this, I train in all states and the reason that I do is because some of the information, not all of it, but some of it is across the board. Loan documents come from all over the United States. For real. They come from all over the United States. So I don't teach Texas documents because I might receive a package from Ohio, California. These are, these loan companies are from everywhere. So it does not matter whether or not your trainer is in your exact state. A lot of the stuff is the same but again it goes back to. You got to know the laws in your state to differentiate. And definitely I help with that as well. And then I mean we got other people in other states. So listen, listen, get you a trainer if you need some recommendations, let me help you with that. I definitely can. All right. I love you to life. I want you to win. I'm ready for you to start making, you know, not ready to start making money yet. Can't be scared. It's gonna be scary. That is why you need to get a trainer who's gonna walk you through the documents. Don't just get somebody that you cannot freaking contact. You can contact them, ask questions, make make sure that you are not just paying somebody your good hard earned money for nothing. You are paying them to be there with you, have somebody there with you. It makes not as scary. It's going to be a little scary at first, I ain't going to lie. But when you see it the first time, it's like, oh, it's like getting a shot. Oh, that wasn't that bad. It didn't even last long prompt. I would not tell you no lie. It's like after it's over you like, okay, I can do this. You just gotta force yourself to get started, go past that fear and do it. Even if it's a small job, do it cuz Once you get over that fear, baby, it's on and popping. And you are in the money. That's where I want you. I want you in the money. You ready? All right.
