Spenser Skates: Why should you join Amplitude?

So many great things. I think no matter what you're looking for, we got it here at Amplitude. The biggest thing is that because you're in a technology business where most of what we do has yet to be invented, particularly if you look at digital analytics, There's— I always say that 90% of the future for what we do has not been built yet. And so there's an incredible opportunity to build that and make that happen. And very much so, way more than anywhere else. And so you get an opportunity to build off of all the early success that we've had so far and leverage that into that future. One of the things I say is that everyone's jobs Everyone is in a new job every year here at Amplitude because things change that often, and so the rate of learning ends up being so incredibly fast. I am always looking for great talent and great leaders here at Amplitude, and we're always at a deficit for that. And so first and foremost, the place we look for that is internally within the organization. And so it's a great place to be if you're looking to learn and grow your career.
