Contractor, EOR, or entity? How to choose the right hire

This is what I like with our customers. We just kept asking the question, like, what's the next problem we can solve? And so what we do is we allow you, if you need to spin up a contractor, you can hire contractors in any of 150 countries. If at some point you're like, well, they're doing type of work where they really need to be employee because of the labor laws, we can get you set up on what's called an EOR, employer of record. And that's where you're hiring them through a Deal entity in that market. So you don't have to set up your own entity. And so now you've got employees that are under our employer of record that you've now been able to hire. And let's say you get to a point where you are now like really successful in that market and you're really growing and you're like, what, it's not cost effective for us to use the employer of record model. We're actually going to go spin up our own entity. And that's when we have like an entity setup product now. So now we can help you set up the entity in that market and make sure that you're compliant, getting everything going.
