Deel helps startup founders hire globally by offering immigration support and flexible employment options. Founders can hire contractors or use a US PEO that handles compliance while they keep their own company. The service works with accelerators like Y Combinator and A16z SpeedRun.

A, and coming from Zendesk where, you know, really if you're going to install customer support, you need to have customers. So like what I love about Deal is that we can talk to you at whatever stage you're at. We talk to founders in the SpeedRun and A16z SpeedRun cohort, in the Y Combinator cohorts that are dealing with immigration issues, right? They're trying to either come to the US or bring somebody to the US. So we can help with that. So we do mobility services. And then after that, so as soon as you're ready to pay somebody, whether you're going to start out as a contractor you're going to go into in the US, a PEO, which is a professional employment organization. For those that aren't aware, it's similar but slightly different from an EOR, employer of record, which is common in other countries. In the US, a PEO is your co-employer. So they take on the risk and compliance requirements and you still have an entity, but they will handle all of that stuff for your teams.
