I had an experience there whereby at a certain point I was actually drafting a suicide note. And during the note, I was writing, look, I'm so sorry to my parents or whatever. And I was telling them, I love you so much. And then from somewhere a voice came, or my hand at least wrote a sentence which says, is this how much you love them? So it was a question. It wasn't like an argument. It wasn't like, oh, you can do it. It wasn't anything motivational. It was a question. Is this how much you love them? It was like a sarcastic type question., but it stopped me in my tracks at that moment. And then there started to be a story war between the voice that wanted me to die and the voice that wanted me to live. And this became something that it, it eventually, that question was what actually saved me and stopped me from doing that.
