And then digging past that, right? Like, why do you need more hours in a day? Where are you spending your time? What is your zone of genius? And how can, like, what are the things that you need to delegate to somebody else for you to spend more time there? And for different founders is different, right? Some founders really like being that sales, like founder-led sales, and they want to spend more time there and they don't wanna deal with the operational, like systems and functions and building those things up from scratch. Others are more tech-focused, and they're very much on the product roadmap side of things and need somebody who's going to help build up other parts of the business. And so, really understanding that 30, 60, 90 days, where's the chief of staff going to come in to make the most focus? And that's usually like the spike that we're looking for.
