I've been to a 5-star hotel and that experience is quite different. And this is where I got inspired. At a 5-star hotel, you drive up to the hotel, the security guard checks you in, they already know who you are so that by the time you drive up and you arrive to the lobby, they're like, hello, Mr. Lee, welcome to our hotel. And they maybe even have a drink ready for you as you arrive. And they don't, you don't need to wait in line. They have your key card ready. They know you're arriving. They already collected your credit card upfront before you you arrived. They take your bags. They have a golf cart. They shuttle you to your room. They say, hey, I'm the concierge. Text me if you need anything. You don't need to like dial a number on the phone. You don't need to go down to the lobby. You can just text people.
