You all have 24-hour SLAs, right? What a Ghostbuster does is you can insert them into the business cross-functionally. Big problems at companies that really slow the business down are often not something you can control within one department. Because if it's some— something that just affects sales, I can fix it. But if it's something that crosses sales and customer success and onboarding, there's a lot of coordination required. And so a Ghostbuster, who are they?
