I've got my own bumps and bruises on from, as a founder of things, there are startups that I did this well, there are startups that I did this poorly, where it created significant family friction, right? And the way in which, and then, so I've given a lot of thought and like deep consideration to how I advise founders, new founders that are making this decision. And in both cases, there absolutely has to be 2 things. One is guardrails, is you need to establish, hey, here is the number of dollars over the, over the amount of time that I'm putting into this. Yeah. And 2, there has to be clear communication of that and agreement from that in terms of like spouses or significant others. And there's just, I've seen so many folks fail at one or both of those conventions. And it just, it can and has destroyed relationships and it will make you a significantly less effective operator if you don't put those guardrails up.
