A basketball shooting drill where you make four consecutive shots from five spots, then play a conditioning game called 21 between rounds. Tests both accuracy and stamina.
So this is an example now where you're seeing the consecutive makes drill. So he's gotta make, I believe we're 3 or 4 in a row here at this time at each spot. Yeah, I think we're at 4 in a row here. And so in order for him to move from spot to spot, he has to make 4 consecutive shots. Then in between each round of consecutive makes at 5 spots, he's gonna end up playing a game we call 21. And the 21 game is incredibly taxing, incredibly difficult to when you're doing multiple round shooting in between.
