Just under 3,000 miles, another hotel room, and a visiting locker room. You would assume it feels like a long way from home, but not this trip. It's Charlotte. People always ask me, "Is it special?" Yeah, it's special, 'cause there's no better feeling like coming home. But at the end of the day, I'm looking forward to doing what I've done here so many times before, and that's win a basketball game. It's the big smiles, isn't it? Give me the big smile! What we got? We got potatoes and bacon and fruit. That's a nice little pre-shootaround meal. I'll take that. There you go. Careful, it's on the, uh, the towel. Little tightening. She's good to go. It's nasty weather in Charlotte, man. [MUSIC] Got the baby in the back. We're with the family. We're driving to the airport. Driving in the shootaround. It's always fun to come back and play in Charlotte. They're dropping me off so I can get prepared for tonight against the Bobcats. And Riley's getting her cheering voice on for tonight. She's going to be cheering Warriors all night, so she's just warming up the vocals. Big game. Circle this one as soon as the calendar comes out to figure out when we're going to make our one and only appearance since we only come here once. Been out on the West Coast. For my family, they, with the time difference and TV schedules, they don't get to see as many games as they used to. Just finished shootaround, usually routine, come back to the hotel, get a little pregame food, about an hour and a half, 2-hour nap, and then catch the bus on the way to the game, so, and get ready for the Bobcat-Warrior showdown. Just like every other person, I have I have some kind of history with her. Just walking out after the bus, lady who used to give me ice cream back at the old Coliseum, still working in the back, and she stopped me and said hi, offered me another scoop if I wanted one, but I had to turn it down. But little stuff like that just makes the whole night special. We owe them one tonight, let's go. Just us on 3, 1, 2, 3. Just us, let's go. Let's go, baby. We need brass. Hey, hey, I'm ready, guys! Here's Curry. Taylor working on him. Oh, he left him behind, gets an open 3. Yes! Uh-oh. It's great for him. Like I said before, it's awesome to me to watch when the good guys win one, and he's certainly one of them. The anticipation was high for this game, and seeing my family, To have a performance like we did tonight was definitely icing on the cake and another good homecoming. Thanks, Charlotte. We'll see you next time. [MUSIC]
