Behind The Scenes Of MrBeast & Stephen Curry 3 Point Contest

Hello.

Is Kanner with you? Uh, did we get the answer?

Give him the phone right quick.

Yeah, really.

Um, here it is. Can Can, are you with your brother? Hey buddy, can I introduce you to somebody? Can you hold the phone right quick? You know who that is?

How's it going? Wait, don't drop it.

Cannon, get the phone, boy.

Cannon. Who's that?

Your big brother. How's it going, man? You say hi?

Your dad's about to compete against someone in a video.

It's gonna be fun. Yeah, when it's done, I'm gonna let you watch it and see who wins, alright? He just wanted to say hi.

Yeah, thank you for watching the videos. Have you been watching Beast Games?

Yeah.

Aww.

You love it? Alright, alright.

Nice meeting you, little man.

Appreciate you. No problem. Love you, bro.

[FOREIGN LANGUAGE] Isn't that cool?

Is that cool? Yes, it is. I'm gonna call you later when we get started, okay?

All right.

Just have fun with the lens. Recording?

Yep.

All right, we're rolling. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.

Did you buy any TCR or non-limited? I haven't yet. It's, um, we basically get like 7, like the best athletes in the world, and we put them all in one video. It's pretty cool. So this shot right here, you'll probably be standing next to like Serena Williams.

Gotcha.

Just so you have context. Yeah, I think it should be pretty nice.

Yeah, I think that's good. That's great. Thanks, Steph. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] Say what? We're going back this way. Hey, what's up, Steph?

Hey, man. You know, bro, since you won the gold medal, I had to make some custom shoes for you. Thank you for winning USA gold medal. Oh, it's me?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, that's me. Got the Olympics tag. Charlotte, that's the hometown. That's right. And my favorite, Curry 4 is my favorite too.

Let's go.

What's up?

Have you ever seen the YouTube channel Jesser?

No.

Bro, we gotta get on it with the custom shoes.

Let's go. That's love, man.

Hell yeah.

Thank you very much.

Thank you for the gold medal, bro, for America.

Let's go. That's fire, thank you.

Everyone in the world knows you, you're the GOAT. Like, why make videos? Like Jordan, like, never do social media. You guys are all like—

Honestly, it's because you put the work out there. Just the fact that even like we FaceTimed with my son just now, and there's some kids like, you realize they see a part of you, but to normalize a little bit of the stuff that I take for granted, 'cause I live this and people wanna see it all. And I can still keep some stuff private and have my space, I get like this stuff, like this guy right here. Being able to tell the difference.

Yeah, this is your videographer.

Yeah, Tony right here.

Oh, is this a step video right here? Okay. Did they tell you what we're about to film? Yeah, they did. Okay, yeah, so you'll be going against the high schooler.

Nice.

Yep, you'll have 30 seconds, he'll have a minute. We'll see who makes the most shots. That'll be good.

I know there's a lot on the line.

Yeah.

You don't play for low stakes.

You bring it. Well, if you win, we'll give them money, 100 grand or whatever it is. Chair do you want? And then if he wins, we'll give it to the kid. It'll be cool. Cool though, you gotta try. Yeah, you have to try.

I'm super competitive.

Okay. Yeah, we just—

That's the easy part.

We just filmed with Aaron Judge. He absolutely crushed. It was really good. Serena was great. We were quadruplets and they had to return one serve. They never touched the ball.

They didn't touch it.

No, they didn't even get close. And we have this slow-mo shot of all 4 of them swinging and the ball just is like flying. So Serena was good. And we filmed with Giannis like a week ago. So it's pretty good. They were all good.

What's up, man?

I'm moving conspicuous.

How you doing?

How you?

I'm good, man. Nice to meet you too, big fan, brother.

Thank you. What brings you out here? I didn't know you were coming.

I went to school out here, so I'm just here celebrating the community, trying to jump in wherever I can jump in. That's right, you said you was gonna show up. Yeah, yeah, of course, of course, of course. I'm not trying to intrude. You dedicate the course.

That's your stuff?

Yeah.

They fun?

Massive round of applause to the 20 athletes that are gonna be playing today. You guys are, girls are representing. Not only yourselves, not only your team, your families, but the entire Oakton community. So have fun, compete, play hard, create memories, do everything that you're supposed to do out there today, and go for it, right? Y'all know who that is, right?

Hi.

You got Mr. Beast in the building.

I just wanted to say thank you guys for having me. Very inspiring. Shout out to Steph and everyone working on the gym. And to break in these new bad boys, we wanted to do something very special. You guys mind if we film a little bit of a video here?

Yeah!

Yeah? You guys want to be in the background of it?

Yeah! Okay.

So I don't know if you guys saw the video where we did like the 1v1 versus Ronaldo and all the athletes. Conveniently, we have Stephen Curry here, who happens to be one of the best athletes on the planet. And where's our boy at? Come on down. And we're gonna be having Stephen Curry and this gentleman over here go 1v1 to be in Del Video in a 3-point contest. For our next 1v1, we have the greatest shooter on the planet, Stephen Curry! You're going to be going up against the number one shooter in this high school.
