The creative process just starts with a blank slate. I just see a whole bunch of possibility and a lot of potential. To be like, "Okay, what can I do?" Thanks to Infinity for bringing us together.
We're gonna make a really dope shoe together. For sure. I know we got the blank Curry 6 canvas. —of us to work with. And obviously, we can pull a lot from this affinity for some inspiration. So what do you got in mind? I got a few ideas. I think when we're talking with this design, we want to make sure that that luxury vibe comes through with the shoe.
Exactly. Then draw inspiration from a couple little details. The accent colors for the blue trim. Most definitely. I'm thinking that gunmetal gray from the rims is really going to pop nice on the upper. Right. It's gonna look really mean and sleek. Yeah.
The leather is most people's first interaction when they get in the car and sit down and feel. It's got the little perforation which can match the dynamic of the shoe already. It would definitely pass that test where you see it from far away and it's like, "Oh, that's a dope shoe," and it gets even better as it gets closer. Creativity in and of itself is kind of just a magical thing and how you can bring two separate worlds together. Me on the court or you in the design lab or building an amazing car like this. Creativity is the engine that makes it run, right? 100%.
I love challenges. Yeah. I think if you're doing things that are easy, then what's the fun in that? That's my M.O. out on the court.
Elevated materials and elevated style, but also having a practicality to it. It's pretty wild to see just how those two worlds can kind of collide.
