In this brief YouTube excerpt, two speakers discuss a hypothetical scenario: how many points Stephen Curry could score if he played a full game against a top‑level high school team today. Speaker A asks for a realistic estimate, specifying the highest tier of high school competition. Speaker B responds that Curry could likely drop around 50 points, assuming he plays the entire game and focuses on scoring. The conversation touches on variables such as the level of the opponent and the player's mindset, but the core claim is a 50‑point projection for a full‑game effort.

Realistically, how many points can you drop in a high school game right now?
Ooh, good question. I mean, it depends on who you playing. You talking about 1A, 2A, 3A? Who you talking about? High schools you be seeing on TV these days.
Let's say the top level high school.
I feel like that's a cool 50. It's a cool 50 if you are playing the whole game.
You are playing the whole game and your mentality is to score.
That's a cool 54, 56. You got 32 minutes to get it done. So high school 3, but different spacing. I'm assuming at some point there's gonna be a couple doubles and triple teams. So if I'm only trying to score, it might get a little difficult. But you could probably have a cool like 30 and like 16 assists. I don't care about the rebounds in high school game. Yeah.
