Stephen Curry Brings Curry Camp to China, First Ever Curry Con with Azzi Fudd & Seth Curry

In this YouTube video, Stephen Curry documents the latest leg of his Curry World Tour as he travels from Beijing to Chongqing, marking the 10‑year anniversary of his first visit to China. Accompanied by his brother Seth Curry, rising star Azzi Fudd, and a team of coaches, Stephen launches the first ever Curry Camp in Chongqing and hosts a CurryCon fan event. The transcript captures a blend of travel banter, cultural greetings in Mandarin, and extensive product showcases—including over 400 pieces of Curry merchandise, limited‑edition Stephen Curry PE shoes, and a charity auction of memorabilia. Throughout the event, Stephen and his coaching staff deliver basketball‑skill instruction focused on balance, movement activation, fatigue management, and a “next‑play” mindset, while emphasizing defensive communication and team energy. Fans are engaged with photo opportunities, autograph sessions, and a city‑balcony view of Chongqing. The video serves both as a promotional showcase for the Curry brand and Under Armour partnership and as an instructional glimpse into Curry’s training philosophy, highlighting the synergy between sport, culture, and community outreach in China.

We are on the ground in Beijing, about to go over to Chongqing and have a great time. 4 or 5 amazing days. Curry World Tour. Got all my people with me. It's a little warm out here, but we're gonna do alright. Blessed. Can't wait to see everybody.
Woo! Woo! Sign what you see. Your hand's gonna cramp.
I haven't washed my hands in like 4 days.
Wow.
That is a lot of merch and a lot of gear. Oh, and it keeps going. These are cool though. I need one of these for Cam and Kais and Riley and Ryan. All right, give me another eye test.
How many items are in this room?
I have to cheat 'cause I already know the answer. It's about 400 unless they snuck some more in there, which is always possible. Carl's about to go scout out the gym. We might sleep in there, get the day started right tomorrow.
Hongqing is special to you. You were here 10 years ago.
Yes, back and also bring you some new stuff, especially the one that they did in the past 3 days in San Francisco, the Curry Camp.
Yes, get to bring Curry Camp here. My brother Stephen Curry, AZ Fudd, My trainer's here to help me have a good time, getting some good work in and bringing Curry Camp to Chongqing. Ni hao, everybody.
Hi. Oh, that's nice.
That is nice. Say hello to everybody. Nice to see you. What?
She made it. One more time.
I can't.
Oh my goodness, that is crazy. Xie xie.
I hope you will have a good time in Kunshan. And we, thousands of Chinese fans, will always support you.
Xie xie, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you very much.
Well, we just flew, we traveled for 24 hours. So we're trying to undo the sitting, the crouching. So first, get their heart rate up, get their hips moving, open up the anterior chain. Get the glutes going, open up the chest, get some posture work, and then finish with some core. Right into it.
Get rid of that. Single from the mid, baseline side.
Hey, play with your personality.
E!
Top set.
Good team, pa.
Joe.
Joe. Good team, pa. Joe.
Chi.
Ji.
Ji.
It's a veteran move to get a break. Learn Mandarin 1 through 10.
Hello everybody. Hello.
Come on, hello everybody.
Hello.
First I want to say thank you for coming out, welcoming me, Curry Brand, Under Armour, our whole team to Chongqing. Happy to celebrate our 10th tour through all of Asia Pacific. And for us to be here to celebrate that milestone in this city is pretty special because I came here 10 years ago and obviously we celebrated a lot since then. But to now be here to bring the first ever Curry Camp to Chongqing is a really, really cool milestone. And I'm glad that you are here to celebrate with me. So give it up for Curry.
Just went through right there Proper balance and movement activation is what makes better shooters, okay? A lot of people are good shooters when you're catching it and shooting it and standing in one spot. But that's not how this game is played now, okay? This game is played very dynamically. There's a lot of screening. There's a lot of movement. And shots have to be taken with full-speed movement. In order to be a good shooter at full speed, we have to have great balance, okay? And we have to have great mind and body connection. Good. That type of activation is the first step in becoming a good shooter. It's the first step in a good shooting workout. You can't just walk on the floor and do a few ball handling drills, jump a little rope, and think you're ready to go. You have to have a reason you're doing everything that you're doing, okay? Everything that we do here this week is gonna be done with purpose, pace, and precision. And you can't have any of those 3 things without great energy.
Yep.
So let's make sure we have great energy the entire time.
The key to all of this is to fight through fatigue and to not worry about messing up. I've been doing this for 20 years. I still mess up every day because I'm still trying to get better, get faster, and think, you know, clear. So challenge yourself to be uncomfortable with the drills. If you mess up, you should smile. That means you're getting better.
All right?
Good job. Good job.
What we got?
Say Curry on 3. 1, 2, 3. Curry! What's up everybody, we are here at Curry Con in Chongqing having a great time. I get to see it for the first time and I can't wait for everybody to see it as well. A lot of good energy in here.
You want to take photo first? Yeah. And all these items you signed yesterday.
Oh yeah.
All the P.E.E.N.G.S. is for the charity and all the This will be on the auction. Want to show it to your fans?
There's some— this is all of the things that people criticize me about, and these are all of my quotes. With the— That's Iverson's throw? That's Thizz's face. There we go. Oh, he's back! You brought that to All-Star Weekend? You got another though, before you gotta touch it. Weird. It's soft.
It feels weird. We try to improve.
We try to improve from—
This the same one or is it a different one?
Different one. Definitely one. The one was in office.
Oh, oh, is it? Oh, in the bay. Oh, we can't— This is crazy right here.
Nope, nope, nope. They did a great job. I'm sick. Can I take a picture with you? Sure, sure, sure.
Do you buy all these? I love you.
Thank you very much.
Wow.
White, black, Sixers?
Against the Blazers. The lobster riggers.
The green? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Cheers. Cheers.
Cheers.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Oh, what? Customs?
A lot of these right there.
You should nearly—
you're nearly close.
Close, close. Different shoe have different performance video.
This artwork, I made a special gift for you from your— use your shoes from Curry 1 to Curry 12. And this artwork have the two parts. One part you look like angel and one part you look like demon. Sometimes you smile, look like angel. Sometimes when you take over the game and you look like a demon.
It's basically like walking through history and being able to, you know, feel the energy of the shoes, the jerseys, the pictures, the creators of artwork from basically my whole career, but especially 2013 to now, to kind of reminisce on everything and feel the moments that we've had together. Very special. So hopefully everybody gets to come down and see it and enjoy it and walk through memory lane with me. I'm finding all my PEs. Anytime you see the S-dot logo on top, that's the Stephen Curry PE. Hard to find. Best colorways, Stephen Curry PE.
So what we're gonna do is each one of you starting from AC, Seth, and then Steph, we're gonna make one basket up top here. Yeah!
Yeah!
Okay!
Okay! Yeah!
So now we're gonna ask Seth and AC, we're gonna give you a pin, so let's put your autograph at the front. I don't know what to say. That is distinctly Trump and Cheney.
That's the wildest thing I've seen in a while. 5,000 drones going crazy right now. Good morning. Did y'all have a great day yesterday?
Yes, sir. Yes.
It was perfect. You gonna have some more fun today? When we get to the actual live playing, I wanna make sure we talk, especially on defense, being loud, being demonstrative with our energy, because it helps on defense if you talk in terms of, you know, playing winning basketball. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE] And the ball was at half court, and you were behind looking at your man, you know what I mean? So like, those are little things Like when you get to the next level where your man's behind the ball, you need to be down the floor. You know what's helping? You help your teammate, right? So if he's guarding the ball and he sees that you have help right there, then we stop their break.
We claim advantage, you know what I mean?
So that's good. You gotta go offense, you gotta go straight to victory. Keep the game simple. So I like to keep, like, I don't wanna overcomplicate a possession by doing too much. Usually the first opening or the first good shot, you want to take that. I try to keep it where I'm not turning the ball, no turnovers, even though that's not possible, but that's the mindset.
Oh yeah.
And then like the confidence, even if I miss a shot, we call it next play mentality. So the next shot is going in. That's my mindset no matter what.
Yo.
We're setting up in one city this year. Fans have been great. CurryCon, CurryCamp here, so it's been great.
Yeah!
Yeah! The one in the window.
Oh, the window, yeah.
He's just in the window.
Yeah.
See the guys? Yeah.
Special token. One, uh, the souvenir for your children. Oh.
You, 1, 2, 3, 4. This is your sculpture.
Twins.
Can we get a picture? That's a photo from the honor honor shoot, right? It is. Is in this Alameda, St. George. Are you going to take a team picture together?
Yes, yes.
5, 4, 3, 2, back on your back.
We're going to do 10 hip lifts again. Drive it up. Single leg.
We're going to go all the way down and back, okay? Just pass Passing back and forth like this. I'm not gonna say the drill we did yesterday, the 5-ball shooting drill. I want y'all to get organized. Ladies on this side, men on this side, and let's get to it. We're not gonna walk you through it. You should be able to remember it from yesterday. This is the part of building the foundation of being a good basketball player, being able to listen, be coachable, and put it into use. I'm open.
Here we go. All right, get set up.
Here, ball coming there, shot.
Okay? Nice.
Come on, let's go.
Ah!
Oh!
Uh-oh.
This is the ball screen. Whether he plays out a hit and get, this screen has to be set at an angle, okay, and at a distance that makes the nail available to the ball handler. We don't get far enough, if we set— so if we set the ball screen here, come over here.
All right, stop.
When Jacob comes off the screen, he's already going to come off around the lay line. Stop right there. That immediately eliminates— the help over here doesn't even have to make a decision now. The help can bother both at the same time.
Okay.
All right, so that's why we don't want to do that. We want to make sure we touch the nail.
Okay, everybody go twice, then Which side? Okay. And then we'll go from there.
Nice. Nice.
They turned up today. They turned up today. Mr. Finesse. Rally event. Curry Khan, the love has been real the whole way. I can't even explain it, but we're gonna have fun and go out with a bang. Chongqing, give them a show that they came to see. One thing you can't do though, only have 2, so nothing to the basket. Force everything up the floor. That was crazy. That's how you get it done.
We had options.
That was one of the options.
Night night.
[FOREIGN LANGUAGE] Here we are at the city balcony. From here you can see the whole direction of this area, traditional area.
That is really cool. They built the whole city around the city.
