So for the next home first annual conference, we had very high hopes, but we didn't know what to expect. What we were really excited about is how our members, what we call the next home family, embraced our brand, embraced the conference, headed to Nashville, and had an absolute blast. We at the corporate team had so much fun creating this event and to see it all come together, seeing our members having such a great time, enjoying their successes, learning as well, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I love that we don't have to take ourselves so seriously. There's a sense of play with the company that I find creates a lot of energy. It can take a stressful job, a stressful career choice and make it interesting and fun and a place where you can smile and laugh a little bit.
This is our first conference. It's absolutely incredible. The enthusiasm, the energy in the room, the members are screaming. I mean, it's awesome. We've got some great panelists that we're doing in different sessions. We've got great mainstage speakers. We've got Larry Wingett here this afternoon. We had Pentagram this morning. It's incredible. I mean, we're so blessed to have so many amazing people join us on this first event. And these things are only going to get bigger as we continue to grow. And Nashville's been a great, great location for us. Lots of fun things to do. We had taste of Tennessee last night, and, you know, we have our awards banquet this evening where we're going to celebrate the achievements of Everybody's work in 2015.
I would tell any agents that haven't made it this conference that they'd better be at the next one. It just kind of pumps you up. It gives you. You'll always take away something from a conference that you can implement. And it also gives you that camaraderie and connection with the other agents. And the chance to network is unparalleled. We're meeting people from all over the country, so I've now got friends in California who I can refer business to and vice versa. And they are good at what they do, so getting to glean any little bit from them has been immeasurable.

Staff member put a lot of effort and time into making this a very good environment for us. Good music, good food tastings, the raffles been great. The vendors have came together, the sponsors also, to make this all happen. And I really believe that, you know, if you can't make it this year, try to make it next year. This is a great environment. Learning the breakout sessions, all the speakers have been really, really influential and also very educational.
I love that.
It's progressive, it's innovative, it kind of speaks towards the future and where our industry is going. I come from a big family already, but I feel like I added, you know, hundreds more this week at the conference. And then just all the value that was given to us just speaks to the company and what they're all about.

I. I cannot believe the caliber of the speakers that we got. I mean, they went to the top. You couldn't get any better speakers. I'm totally blown away.
A lot of fun, a lot of laughs, a lot of love, a lot of orange. But it's been great connecting with people across the country, having a chance to meet with the corporate team that's accessible to us. It's unheard of.
I completely trust the leadership of the company so we can relax and just focus on managing the day to day business and know that our future is in good hands.
It's not just about the number of people that are here. That's really not what our focus is. It's about the quality of the people who basically share a common interest. And it's hard to describe it, but when you experience it and you see it with the members, it's definitely inspiring.
There will be another next home conference, but they'll never be a first. So you missed it. Don't miss the next one. Don't miss it. You get a lot, a lot. Like all facets of life, you get what you give. So give yourself the commitment of being at the next one because you already missed this one.
