Hi everybody. It's Emerin along with Mackenzie and we're here in Orlando, Florida at the Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort, home of the 2020 Next Home Conference.
We are standing in the lobby of this Caribbean themed resort ready to show you what you're going to see next year. So we are going to do a site tour. Emeryn Are you ready?

Let's go. One of the other wonderful things about this resort is that we are right here on the water and we have a wonderful water taxi that takes you to some of surrounding areas including Universal Studios and CityWalk. CityWalk is a place that has great restaurants, fantastic live music and shops. It's open till 2am and look, our ride is here.
There are dozens of restaurants, lots of fun things to do. We've got Margaritaville, Grill, Brew and my personal favorite. And where we're going to right now, the hot dog hall of fame.
As you can see, we are in the heart of CityWalk where we are surrounded by the restaurant, all of the live music and this is a fun place for kids of all ages. We've had a wonderful day touring the Lowe's Sapphire Falls Resort, home of Next Home's 2020 conference.
And now all we have to do is lay by the pool or in it.
