What's the vibe like in Orlando? Well, it's spring break right now, so it's crazy as it is. And then you add in 1100 people wearing orange. It's jam packed. There's so many incredible people to meet.
There's tons of energy, amazing content, things to make you laugh, things to make you better, things to make you cry.
It's magical, it's wild. It's something that's unexpected.
I think the significance of this conference in Orlando is we're finally getting back together again.
This conference in particular is special, especially given the time since we've seen each other last. This one means a lot to us.
This conference is truly amazing. And I've been to many, many conventions and conferences, but nothing quite like this.
We get some great dynamic speakers that you just don't expect to get at a real estate conference.
It's unlike any other thing you'll ever experience. And I say that every single year because it's true.
It just keeps getting bigger and it keeps getting better.
To see that growth, it's exciting. You get to see new people, new faces. You get to see people interacting with others that have never interacted with each other before.
After being apart for so long, it's just great to see people let their orange freak flag fly.
You know, more than anything, it's the connections, it's the networking, it's the friends that you're gonna make, it's the experiences that you're going to cherish together that can only be done in person with other human beings.
It's our chance to celebrate other people's successes, be able to celebrate their hard work and watch them walk a stage with pride. This conference was special. We were able to spend that time together for the very first time in three years. Having it all come together once again was unlike any feeling I've ever had in my 20 years in real estate.
Next home is next year. We're in Texas.
Everything is bigger in Texas and you won't want to miss this because it'll be the biggest thing we've ever done.
