I'm so glad to be here with all of you. We are ob excited about an incredible three days that we have ahead of us.
We have a packed lineup. We're gonna dive into the content.
We're in Houston. We're hearing from great speakers.
It's such a pleasure to be here today.
Wanna say hello? All right, first of all, this is one of the best events I've ever been to. I go to a lot of conferences. You guys rock. You guys having fun yet? You guys feeling orange? You know what? I'm home. I'm with my people.
As you can see, I dress for the occasion.

It is the most crazy, fun, amazing group of people filled with energy, and I'm so proud of everything that we're doing.
We come to conference for so many reasons, but it's those memories that help us gravitate towards each other and have those adventures that make it so you won't forget that conference. Right?

First off, can I just say that you all are the best damn dress realtors in all of Houston right now. The past three days have been incredible. We've laughed, we've cried, we partied some of you at a whole new level. But our goal was for you to leave Houston inspired, full of knowledge, and reinvigorated, to go back home and crush it the remainder of this year. Here's to last year's success and celebrating your future success in Las Vegas in 2024.
