We help people live their dream to own a home, to invest in real estate. Both Jill and I are the first people in our family history to graduate college, and that's pretty cool. But the greatest joys I've had in real estate is when I've helped somebody buy a house where they were the first person in their family history to ever own a home. You are changing generational lives, and our people get to do that all the time. I don't care what the hell is happening in the world or to our economy, where interest rates are at, what's going on, what the inventory is like. Damn it, we're in a hell of a business. Don't lose sight of the fact every one of us is very fortunate to be able to get up every day and do this.
