Anyway. So the thing is, is if you're constantly looking over the fence, what are your agents going to do? They learn by you. You're here. You came to this event. Some of you brought other agents. There are agents back at your offices with major fomo, right? If we don't come, if we don't show up, we don't get the results. Right. The other thing, too, Heidi Powell called me a couple years, I want to say about 18 months ago and said, hey, Compass just came to my market and they're interviewing me and they want to recruit me. Can you believe that? I said, you should take the meeting. Oh, I did. I'm taking that meeting. And what did she do? She went. She got the information. Instead of keeping it, she took it back to her agents. Right. And you share what you got recruited.
