What's going on, everybody? I'm here at Inman Connect 2024 in Las Vegas. Been an incredible show. Talked all about lawsuits, as usual, but also new emerging technologies, trends that are happening. Got to be on stage five different times, which was fun. I know it seems a little bit crazy out there, but there's obviously a lot of change coming and a lot of opportunity. I highly encourage you guys to stay involved, follow the leaders that are, that are giving you guys new information, helping you through all this change. Make sure you get signed up for inman Connect in 2025. Is going to be in San Diego. Gonna be beach ball. It's gonna be a lot of fun. My favorite thing about meeting with all sorts of colleagues from around the US we share ideas, we network, lots of new technology to hear about, hear about all the things that we should do and shouldn't do, which is kind of fun. The dinner parties, the cocktail events, all of that's part of it. But, you know, the referral network, too. Getting the ability to have all of those people in our network sharing information and colleagues is also a great opportunity.
