Well, hello my friends from Nexthelm. My name is John O' Leary and March 8th and 9th of this year is our annual conference. I have the great pleasure of being one of your speakers. As a child, I was burned on 100% of my body. As a nine year old expected to die after spending five months in the hospital, years in surgery and therapy, not only did I survive, but I think I've learned from others how to truly live, how to embrace adversity, how to harness it to even become better versions of ourselves going forward. It's that message that I'll be lucky enough and honored enough to share with you while we are together. I'm one of your presenters, but there are many others. It's going to be an incredible conference. I know we're all busy. We all have a few challenges in front of us with markets and challenges and work and life. But what a cool opportunity to hit pause on all of that and to be reminded and rekindled with what is really possible through our work and through our lives.
