You know, I want to share some leadership lessons from Ted Lasso. I love the character Roy Kent but a couple of simple principles that we learned from Roy. One is and this is really important for all of us to hear whether you're a leader or not, but you are not your job. The most important job you have actually is to be authentically you. The second thing is and especially for leaders, you to have a succession plan and this one is hard for people. You need to tell the truth even if it's hard. And then for me, one of the things that I love is you've got to take risk and get uncomfortable. Learn from your mistakes. The other thing is never forget your inner child and finally love people you know as gruff, hard edged as Roy is, you see that warm, soft, loving heart. Have an awesome day and if you haven't watched Ted Lasso, go do it.
