Thank you everybody. I'm seeing people from Alaska and all over the place. We're really glad that you're here. We know this is an interesting time to say the least. A trying time for some. If you have a two year old at home, it's a very trying time for you. If you are like us and sheltering in place or if you have a teenager at home, it's probably a trying time for you as well. So we're glad that you are carving out a little time to spend with us and we are glad that we can try to communicate with anyone in the industry. Yes, we both work for Next Home, but we open this up to anyone in the industry because in this kind of time we need as much information just being communicated to all of us so that we can continue to be realist and understand the scope of this issue. And it is a real issue which we are going to talk about but also not be completely mired in fear. Right? So fear can create paralysis and we need activity and we need motion in these times. So again, we're really thankful that you all are carving out time. There seems to be pretty significant demand for this topic and that's awesome. And so we'll dig right in. This isn't going to be your normal digital mastermind or your normal webinar where we are polished and tight and this is rehearsed and we're practiced. The news is coming out fast and furious. We have notes, we've got thoughts we're just going to share with you as transparently and openly as we know how. Some of it won't be good news. We aren't going to try to to blow sunshine in your face. Some of this will not be good news and it may be a little hard to hear and that's okay. But we also wanted to tell you where we think, how we can react and what we can do. So I've got my friend James Duigens with me who is as versant on this topic as literally anyone else that I talk to. So when we decided to do this, James was literally the first person I thought he would have been, even if we don't work together, try to build a company. But James, thanks for being here and sharing. I have been studying this a lot recently for all the reasons everybody.
