What's up, everybody? I'm here in Cleveland, Ohio. We just did our franchise owner summit. Over 400 people from across the US.
Came in today, 400 of our brokers and owners. We have more than 50% of our owners here in the room to learn together, connect and really spend some time, quality time together, face to face with each other as well as our corporate team and some amazing speakers.
Two full days of jam packed content. We talked about, unfortunately, the lawsuits. We also talked about where we're going to go forward in 2025, all the amazing new technology that we're launching, all of the stuff we're taking back to our offices. We're super pumped about the future. I always say there's tons of opportunity and change.
It's been an interesting time in real estate, so we're really happy to have everybody here in person. The commitment that these people made to be here with us, truly inspiring. Honestly, in a tough time like this, to step away from business is a very hard decision to make and we're so, so grateful for everybody here. I think the energy has been high all week and we're not even done yet. That's the best part. We have more to come, so if you missed this one, you better come to the next one. I am at liberty to say where we're heading next year. That announcement is coming later. But watch out for all future nexhome events where we get to wear all the orange sporter loots and take them around really cool destinations like Cleveland and New Orleans in spring. So we'll be there for a 2025 NextHome conference and you better be there.
I'll tell you what, man, our people are psyched about where we're going to head in 2025 and 2026. Those of you in NextHome who didn't make it, you got to be here next time.
