I remember one of my agents, she had a special needs child and knew that she was going to be basically responsible while she was living to help fund his life, to help create some resources and margin. So she had a really specific plan to make X number of dollars in real estate profit from her sales business. And every year she determined how much money she needed for a down payment to buy another investment property. Within 10 years, she had acquired 20 investment properties so that when she passed away, her son would be funded. That's a big why you can't do that. If you don't make profit, your agents can't do that. It's time we get serious about this.
