In this 15‑second public‑service announcement, the speaker delivers a concise safety warning about electrical power lines. The message emphasizes that one should never touch or approach a downed power line and should always assume any power line is live and dangerous. A brief, informal hook references "kettle corn," suggesting a movie‑theatre setting, but the core focus remains the imperative to stay clear of power lines to prevent injury or death.
