I love the interaction with talent. If you make the personal connection with people, whomever they may be, they tend to drop their guard. You get on the other side of the camera, and all of a sudden you realize it's like, whoa, this is different. You know, you don't have a lot of experience, and you get on one of our sets, and there are 30 people, you know, watching monitors and watching you and tugging and pulling you and powdering you. And my job is to get in there with them and really work with them to make it just feel natural. And I love doing that. It's just so much fun.
