Stewart Cohen and a co-host explain what casting directors need from young actors. Confirm your audition tickets, follow instructions exactly, keep a reliable setup even while traveling, and ask your agent if you're unsure about anything.
Tips for young actors.
Make sure you know you have a good setup, even if you're traveling and on vacation. Be consistent, follow through, make sure that you are confirming your audition tickets. I have heard so many times that there have been talent where they don't confirm the ticket and the casting's like, well, do I know she's gonna submit or not? Read the instructions. For some reason people— Yes. For that, like, and if you have a question, either email your agent or perhaps maybe someone else who got the same audition, because I'm pretty sure there's gonna Right.
But read, read the instructions is always important.
