Level 6, I think this is one of the most interesting ones. This is understanding, or what I like to call perspective awareness. This is when you have the ability to see every viewpoint as shaped by someone's experience. You develop something very important. You develop empathy over ego. In this moment, in the real world, people will often be therapists, diplomats, or anyone who can genuinely listen to both sides without becoming biased. Bias. Creators who are stuck in this endlessly argue to try and win and operate through their ego, which oftentimes, even if they're wrong or even if they're right, they end up looking dumb because they don't have the ability to hear the other side and empathize with the person. If you want to fix this, you need to summarize your opposing side's beliefs accurately, and the only way to do that is to understand. Understanding precedes influence. You'll use that to your advantage.
