Level 7 is the Harmonizer. I like to call this level the integrative awareness. This is when you're able to connect opposites. You look for shared truths beneath disagreements. In the real world, this is when you find somebody who's very effective at being a mediator or being a leader, a person who can unite conflicting teams. Creators who are stuck here still take sides subconsciously and seek to try and fix everyone. But creators who are developed here bridge polarities. This is the example of a Joe Dispenza, who bridges science with spirituality, or somebody who bridges logic with emotion, or discipline with creativity, anything that is polarizing. The solution, when conflict arises, zoom out and ask, what do we actually agree on, and build from that overlap. This will allow you to be way more effective in both camps, even the camp you don't like, and you'll be able to bridge the two and have a way bigger audience.
