Anger, frustration, helplessness, sadness, confusion, guilt, out of control, self pity. Any one of these experiences, and what I going to suggest is at the core of it, it's related to a specific mindset definition of a victim mindset. And I would define that as I view myself as separate and disconnected from situations as they occur, circumstances and events happen to me. I believe there is nothing I can do to find the situation at its most extreme. So at its most extreme, the kind of victim mindset is where this place kind of would best describe it at its most extreme. And I would say everyone's had some form or another, some version of this that's happened in their life. You don't get this far in life, and no one gets out of life without having some of this experience.
