This is a YouTube video titled "Most Leaders Don’t Realize What Their Music Is Doing to Their Brain #shorts" featuring a discussion between Antonio Damasio and Daniel Levitin about how music influences emotions and mental states, recorded in July 2025. The content explores the impact of music on processing negative emotions and breaking negative thought loops.

In that you.
Continually go back to? Are you reinforcing a negative thought belief that you would like to get rid of? Well, music will help you do that. It will turbo drive your ability to be able to make that happen.
