Crafting Your Unique Soul Cocktail through Conscious Choices

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. Since a near-death experience, I have the gift to communicate with subtle levels of the cosmos. The knowledge from these for us invisible forms of energy I capture in my books, and it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge, these conversations, with you as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our abilities. Thank you. My dear friend and teacher, I'm very curious where you will take me next. Will we stay in the bright area or move somewhere else?

We remain in the bright area of the deceased because I would like to name various different qualities. The other time we talked about the fact that materialized or more pronounced qualities of a soul determine both its perception and its position in the cosmos. In the world of the deceased— I only use the term world because it's easier for you to understand and grasp its complexity— you can find a much larger variety of energy qualities than in other levels. What I'm trying to say is that this world, the bright and the darker area, are unique in their diversity. This is simply because the souls all, each one of them, gain different experiences in the course of their lives, and each one is its own cocktail of energy. As I like to say. And with that, I would like to very briefly draw attention to the soul quality itself. We have already talked quite frequently and extensively in the other works about qualities of the souls consisting of the components power, love, and awareness. However, these are each malleable This means that each of the three components has an infinite number of different qualities of its respective expression. This in turn means that consequently no two soul qualities are alike. This is additionally directed by the different incarnation processes. One person incarnates again and again without losing power. Another loses energy again and again and again until they only have enough power left to incarnate into the body of a small animal. Still others have become very mobile so that they can inhabit other bodies on other planets and gain completely different experiences. It would go beyond the scope to name the components to it. And would be impossible. However, I would like to point out that all lives which you experience always give you the chance of the cosmos to form the quality of the soul in you.

I find it incredibly beautiful that you are now directing your attention to the subject of the soul, because I think it is extremely important that people finally have that which animates them, the soul energy, better explained as a kind of a chemical construct. Can I put it that way? Chemical construct?

Well, if you feel better using that term as a label, fine by me. But I'm not concerned with such labels.

I know, but this way people can understand it better, you know. There's physics, there's chemistry, there's biology, and we grew up with that. They are science, sciences, and that help us understand things a little bit better. After all, we want to create a cartography, and in that cartography, it's sometimes helpful to use the tools of mankind, mankind to better understand.

I understand that. I'm not saying the description is wrong.

Gladly. Let's start with a description of the soul's primordial ooze.

Do you really mean primordial ooze?

Yes.

Why primordial ooze? We don't know that word, sorry.

Because the energetics actually resemble a kind of subtle, bundled consistency that you call "ooze"—very, very soft and flexible but individually material.

Okay, well then, please continue.

At the beginning of its journey, the soul is a force that begins to unfold its individual power from the mother soul softly and very flexible. But without real shape. For this purpose, please imagine removing from a through of water, which has a certain color and might be harder or softer, a part of this force without separating it completely. As I said, the water's consistency is a bit more solid but still soft and fluid like air. Ooze. This very soft consistency moves into a body. This form begins to settle in a body. And now the consciousness directs the thoughts of this being, the love directs their decisions, and the power directs their body. So, all three components create individual steps and action. And this is where the lessons begins. Now one decision comes after the other, one reaction after the other, and all of them shape the quality of the primordial ooze. In the process, the soul energy consolidates and becomes more and more aware that in this form it can now act as an individual being. This awareness is in turn strengthens the so-called primordial ooze and holds it together. Free will becomes stronger and more conscious by becoming more aware how distinct this energy unit, if that's what you want to call it, is. As early as the next uprooting from the body, that is at a transition, this soul unit is more aware of itself than it its incarnation. And so, what began as a very soft, unformed primordial ooze and started down this path solidifies and becomes more and more the result of all its actions and feelings.

Yes, I understand. I have a question: If such a soul steps out of the Mother Soul in such a soft state, like Ooze, and enters into a body, then in this state it is actually perfectly mobile. However, his mobility is then often lost in the course of incarnations. I remember you saying that souls should be flexible and expansive in their perception. Expansive and of flexible consistency. So why is this flexibility going to be lost?

This is a very important question because it addresses the problem of incarnating and excarnating, as I like to call it, in a very clear way. The incarnation and settling into the physicality, the distinct experience and the feeling of being separated from everything as felt through the physical senses often causes a wrong perception perception of the whole. After all, souls are still part of this whole. The separation you feel, but which is not real, is therefore the cause of the souls beginning to encapsulate themselves, and this encapsulation makes them brittle, the opposite of flexible. To stay within this Imagery, in the worst case this very soft and flexible primordial ooze then becomes a kind of very brittle, inflexible, almost solid form. This encapsulation naturally entails very many other problematic issues, since through this the souls fall out of the flow of the vastnesses of the cosmos, feel narrowness, feel separateness, feel loneliness, and many more negative feelings, but which are ultimately all caused by their transformed consistency. Therefore, I will always emphasize how important it is you remain flexible in your spirit, flexible in your energetics and purification, and that you recognize the transformation of energy as the greatest gift of the cosmos, because like the breath in your body, it maintains the flexibility of the soul. A soul's breathing in and out means widening and contracting, widening when it excrenates, contracting when it incarnates, and yet always remaining open, loving, and powerful in its consistency. I understood that.

You explained it wonderful and very nicely. In my opinion, there are more of these brittle souls, as you call them, than there are flexible ones, aren't there?

Do not judge, dear. Please do not judge.

Okay, let's stay with the topic of soul qualities. If you have already touched upon this in a chapter of the other book and episodes in the context of detachment. When a soul is detached in shock and then is brittle, parts of it can be left behind because the soul tears. And again, I get this image of plasticine tearing apart. So when a person gets to the point where they realize that they are very rigid are, as you say, brittle and inflexible in their mind, what can they do?

First of all, I would like to explain the components better by which you can recognize that the soul force is no longer as flexible as in its original state. You can see this in very simple components. At first, there is a feeling. If you sense a kind of cramping or rigidity or firmness in your abdomen, as if there was a solid lump sitting there, then that could be an indication. But since the soul is not only present in the abdominal area, this can also fill the whole body. Gout or other diseases that show inflexibility of the body can also be an indication that the soul energy has become very rigid. At the same time you notice it in the spirit. If the external circumstances—people, actions, information, the environment—seem predominantly negative, seem problematic, complicated, hopeless to you, then this is also an indication that the soul energy is tense. Therefore, an important tool is to always practice serenity. But I'm not yet finished with my description of the case study of how to recognize that a soul energy is tense. A very important indication is of course also the love power. All these energies certainly act in connection with each other, so that some people will feel a cramped sensation in the body, will perceive the world negatively, will predominantly perceive the problems instead of solutions or the beauty around them. But above all, they will not feel the love energy coming from within them. Love is accompanied by different gestures: compassion, kindness, peacefulness, benevolence, life-affirming impulses, and much, much more that promotes being human, being alive. If this is not expressed through the energetics of the Soul, it is an indication that it has fallen into rigidity, and it's necessary to dissolve this, to transform.

And how do we transform? Please help!

First of all, the most important thing is reflection. Recognize the issues, because you can only transform what you have recognized. Therefore, the first step is always self-awareness. If based on this self-awareness your desire is strong enough to transform, then the soul rigidity can be transformed very quickly. Indeed. And what can the souls do?

I mean, what can people do? Physically?

They should certainly remain nimble. They can employ stretching exercises to use the stretchability of the body and to connect the feeling with the soul. Please always make sure that your soul animates every single cell in your body. This means that if you stretch the body and are aware of the soul within you, become aware of it, then stretching the body can actually stretch the soul again. Take advantage of this. Spiritually, of course, it's serenity which more easily accompanies the power of love and the components I have mentioned. Compassion, benevolence, kindness, friendliness, and peacefulness. It moves through the power of love and can let the mind achieve serenity, serenity and tranquility, being able to look at things from a distance and sometimes lovingly letting go. This belongs together. But some souls require many, many other impulses from the outside to get back into mobility.

Are you saying it doesn't just happen from within, but the outside is also necessary? Or is it enough if someone decides just within and takes these steps?

Some souls require both. The inner resolve and the external circumstances to change. Inner resolve alone is of no use if, for example, the environment you live in or the people you are surrounded by are the reason why your soul is encapsulated. The encapsulation is usually a form of protection. If this is the case, then the main thing is to change these circumstances. To distance yourself from the people and the circumstances that have caused the issue. I'm saying that different tools are necessary and that it is most important that they are ahead— that they are at hand within yourself. But sometimes active steps in the external are required too. If love resides in the soul, all further steps will generate the freedom and flexibility of the soul again. If hatred and resentment reside in it, the encapsulation, the rigidity will more and more influence its shape.

We were once told that in principle the souls move very fast, at the symbol speed of light, I think, right? Right. And if a soul has ended up in this rigid energetics, Does it still move fast or not?

No, no. This is exactly the essence of perceiving the different states of being. If the soul is slowed down, it will linger in the waiting room of the more rigid souls until it incarnates again. If it's more flexible, it will end up in the other, brighter plane. Oh, you explained that beautifully.

I think it is now becoming very clear for the readers and listeners how all of this is connected. All in all, one can say that the interaction of all these components form the quality of the soul and thus its perception. Yes, exactly.

In a rigid energy field, you perceive different things than from a flexible energy field. Which is in flow with the energies of the cosmos. This is a law of energy.

I see. I'm trying to find a corresponding image on Earth, hmm, and I end up yet again with the flow of being. Can I use the image that the flexible souls can move like lively fish in the river of being and swim with the current, but the more encapsulated they become and the more they contract, the heavier they become, at least like stones in the river.

A very beautiful metaphor, Sylvia Leifheitheit, my dear. It describes the problem very plainly and vividly, although of course your stones would still be living beings, but these beings are so heavy and so rigid in this river of Being that they seem like stone.

Yes, that's what I meant. Please speak a bit more about how we can help these souls to achieve and maintain their flexibility, the expansiveness, the love.

By constantly reflecting, reflecting with all their senses every step they feel and ultimately take, and then letting love, awareness, and soul force decide instead of letting the environment, ego, selfish concerns, and fear take the lead. It's actually quite simple, as Solomon has already put it in his book "With Your Help": "Become human, but remain soul." Set your impulses as a soul, not as a human being. Live everything you do, everything you think, with the awareness that you are far more than just this body, and then let this great whole radiate from you and let it take effect. Your whole life changes when you adhere this framework.

You said that beautifully. By the way, totally different questions: Do the souls have a smell?

No, because there are no smells for qualities. Or have you ever smelled a person's character trait?

Well, would be maybe helpful. Can you please describe a bit more what it's like when you perceive souls? For example, do they flicker energetically? Do they radiate? Please try to describe a little.

My perception, and I always like to emphasize that it's only my perception, that of a very curious researcher who has not incarnated for a while but has incarnated many times before, is that the souls are like living flickering energy fields. They animate the bodies by slipping into them and giving them the gift of awareness and love-power. But they also do this to channel Chi into the body through the neural pathways. This energetics in turn creates the aura fields around you. Thus, you are ultimately a kind of body that is animated by an energy field and that radiates with it. So, if the soul energy is powerful and pure, it radiates from the body with a larger radius than those who have less energy and are contaminated. Pulsating energy impulses from the energy fields of the souls is what I read. I see.

So you don't see people's faces when they call you or are in contact with you, right? No, no, no, not at all.

I only see the flickering pulsating energetics of the soul radiating from them. Interesting. If it's a white soul, it is very large. —larger than others. And if it's rather contracted, it's naturally smaller. Contracted then also means more rigid.

So the rigid energies also tend to be the darker ones, right? Right. Ah, that means that expansiveness in a soul also goes hand in hand with radiance, with power in general. Yes. I see. Have you ever seen souls that have split on purpose?

No, I don't think it can be done that easily. I, for one, have never seen it, and I have considered all my studies. It doesn't make sense that this should happen. A soul energy is an individual energetics which is supposed to unfold further as such and has the potential to even become a mother soul at some point. Splitting the soul energy means reducing its actual energetics. Why should the cosmos do such a thing?

Well, I just was wondering, purely from a scientific point of view. Then let me ask this another way: What was the most remarkable thing you have ever seen in regards to the soul?

Hmm, when the soul enlarges so much that it expands into the realm of the mother souls. This is very impressive. Oh, I can imagine.

We are assuming that people have heard what you have already told regarding the mother souls. I would like to summarize this a little bit so that the listeners do not have to pore over and over all the episodes to grasp the essence here. So let me start. There is the Source, and out of the Source, Mother Souls are formed. For instance, energies, units smaller than the Source, because the energy of the Source as a whole cannot incarnate into a body. Incarnation requires, incarnation requires smaller units, and the first stage is the mother soul, which smaller soul units emerge. And it is these soul units that ultimately incarnate because they are small enough to stay and dwell in a body. Even a mother soul is still too big to incarnate into a body, but the mother soul is what people like to call their soul family because it is of course a certain energetic that collects all the experiences that the small energetics we call souls make. It's about individuality. So you could call the mother soul a superordinate energetics, but each individual soul has the potential to expand and grow in such a way that it actually becomes a mother soul of its own. That is what Fran D'Andreas is referring to right now, right? Right. Describe Please, what it looks like when something like this happens?

When a soul has recognized and consciously expanded its entire potential, it begins to grow and expand, shining with infinite beauty, like a sun growing from a soul, bigger and bigger, wider and wider. It is like a birth like a beautiful flame, which ultimately expands in a warm and larger manner to then return to an even stronger connection with the power of the Source and to merge with it.

Okay, but now we have to be careful, because when you say merge, people might think that the newly formed mother soul returns to the Source, does not remain a mother soul, but it does. Doesn't it? I mean, it remains an individual force, right?

Right. I used the term merge because the Mother Soul energies are really, really close to the very high vibrational frequency of the Source, and it's almost like a merging, but mostly like a very strong connection. I see.

So the picture I get is connection with this— in connection with this is that a single small the soul that animates my body is connected to the mother soul by a thin thread of energy or silver cord or whatever you want to call it, and through it is consequently also connected to the Source. But if the energy is bigger, as big as a mother soul, then of course its connecting cord is much, much thicker and much, much bigger, so that its connection into the Source, it's much stronger, right? Right. Well, I'm not a fan of this picture that I point— painted here right now, but we will come back to this connecting cord later, because it's actually not what I think it is. Anyway, I see, so when it happens that a soul becomes a mother soul, then you can probably compare it with a kind of supernova, if we look into the universe. The only difference being that with a supernova, as the sun is dying, while with what you have just described, a soul begins to go to a next level. It becomes a creative vessel that moves outside itself and which can release its own energy fields, giving birth of energy. Yes. Exciting. Is there something you would like to add on this subject of soul energy? Yes. Please.

Once you understand that your individual decisions and steps in your respective incarnation, be that as a human being, an animal, or as another being on another planet. Build the Soul energy. Then the phrase Soul cocktail makes more sense to you. After all, each individual decision ultimately makes up the color and the quality that you pour into your vessel. Into your primordial ooze, which, once very flexible, determines the birth of your soul. Preserve this flexibility by only adding loving, joyful, and powerful impulses and colors of love to your vessel, and then your soul will shine in many colors, but especially in the colors of love and awareness. Strong, big, and bright. Stay flexible, stay joyful, stay loving, and stay strong. Never let these qualities be taken from you, not by a moment, nor a being, nor a thought.
