Since a near-death experience, I have had the gift of communicating with the subtle levels of the cosmos in a form of deep meditation in which I ask certain beings from the other world to communicate with me. Contamination is an integral part of the cosmos and reinforces the responsibility of each soul for their own development. For where darkness falls, it will accelerate the yearning of the light, and this energy is an integral part of the soul's growth. Therefore, spiritual contamination is an integral part of each soul's course of development. This contamination begins when you incarnate. By passing through a powerful constriction, the soul takes its first steps towards inspiriting a new form. This constriction is the first test where the soul begins to feel what it is like to be in a constricted form now.— a form that is alive and that at the same time is in constant evolution. This first test already contaminates the soul's perception and ultimately constricts its energy. This more feeble form now goes through various processes of transformation and through these continues to learn which energies increase its power and which have a negative, that is, an energy-sapping effect. This special way of perception through a body also means that you are exposed to further dangers of contamination: your food, your thoughts, your deeds, the absence of love and its reverberations as well as the very effective direct dangers that you are exposed to, will serve to test the soul again and again. Life itself is a continuous test of the light energy inside you through negative influences. Therefore, you must purify yourselves whenever you can and live your joy because this will elevate your energy time and again. This energy helps you to develop the connection so that you may experience the trials and tribulations of life in a more protected form. The living conditions of each collective spirit which you are within the confines of your countries and religions These conditions, conditions allow for specific possibilities of experience, but also various possibilities of contamination. If you want to experience expansiveness, you will have to move much in order to be able to do so. If you wish to experience confinement, You do not need to do very much because the forms that humans create are based on confinement.
What do you mean by "if you want to experience expansiveness, you have to achieve much"?
By that I mean that there are different types of permissions on Earth that allow the creation of your disharmonic laws. One country may allow you more freedom than another. One collective spirit may allow less freedom, the other more. You have to decide for yourself where you choose to experience freedom. Some may not even be all that interested in it. This type of perception cannot be described or measured in terms of judgment. It is as it is. In any case, confinement is the most difficult test of the soul in order to regain its state of amplitude.
Okay, but we were actually talking about contamination. What else would you like to say about that?
The forms that surround you can have a contaminating or liberating effect. Contaminations can result in many rules and limitations. It is permitted to move on to experience the forms of more liberal laws. Then you transmute the contamination of your soul into freedom. This is how you purify yourselves.
Where else do we find contamination outside of the confines of mankind?
Human suffering contaminates the human spirit. This is another important aspect. The effect of suffering reaches far into your soul. Please bear this in mind and live the way of liberation that removes you from suffering.

The absence of love is a contaminating aspect. If you live without love, you will not experience the connection with the acceleration force of the Source in the same way as when you are connected. This perception of feebleness contaminates you so that it will be less and less possible for you to experience love through your contaminated perceptions. Yet, the energy that you need in order to love is just a decision away, the decision to live expansion or constriction.
One moment please, I need to follow up on that. Do you mean to say that constriction also means lovelessness?
I mean to say that constriction leads to feebleness, and where there is little energy, it will be difficult to live the connection. For connection requires energy, and if you act without love, you lose energy, lose the connection, and ultimately you need more energy in order to find your way back into the form of love. With form of love, I mean connection in its true form.
But we are always connected, right?
Yes, of course. But your perception of connection determines your experience. This is the essence of this message.
