Initiation to the Secrets of Cosmos - The challenge of Purification

Dear human, dear soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Messages from Beyond. Since a near-death experience, I have had the gift of communicating with the subtle levels of the cosmos in a form of deep meditation in which I ask certain beings from the other world to communicate with me. As one of the first contacts to the afterlife, my old friend and teacher, friend of the Indians, showed himself to me, and it is now a great pleasure for me to introduce you to the conversations here as a supplement to the books. Please excuse me if the terms and our articulations are not perfect. Our mother tongue is German, but we try to translate it to the best of our ability. Thank you for understanding. A day of purification. What would you like to impart to the people as they are now receiving the first practical tips on spending their life in their inner sanctuary?

The most important thing in life is purification, and with that, purity. As we incarnate, we get contaminated. This means that the soul accumulates impurities while it is incarnated in a human body. This process is what it is. And this experience of deceleration into a slow state of being is what the soul wanted. Hence, this contamination is not inherently negative, but part of the cosmic plan, which we will continue to make reference to. The contamination of the soul during the process of incarnation means that you can no longer perceive the impulses, the signals, and the helping entities in the cosmos as clearly as you could when you had no physical body. The energy of the soul becomes weaker and weaker as the body requires more and more strength in order to live and to grow. Your way of life is oriented outwardly, and thus your connection to the spiritual worlds becomes weaker and weaker every day. This connection can be contaminated to the point that you believe that you are completely cut off from everybody and that you live only once. But this is not the case, dear humans. The soul is connected to the cosmic source. It is eternal, and the source permits the soul to experience the separation in a cocoon such as the human body. But at the same time, it also requires that this connection be experienced consciously because only then can you feel the love inside this cocoon, as I like to call it. One thing is connected to the other. But please do not misunderstand me. The cosmos permits all forms of existence, but what remains is the responsibility for the energies that live this experience not to work in a negative direction in this form that they inhabit and give life to. Love should be our greatest treasure, and it should live on in all forms of existence.

You said that the Source requires us to keep the connection. What do you mean by that?

I do not mean this in the sense of demanding, of course, rather as a kind of energetic law. Connection to the Source is as necessary as the water that nourishes the flowers. This is the way you, your soul, needs the power of the Source, but it cannot blossom very vigorously when its full attention is focused on things that are physical and egotistical. This is all okay and part of the cosmos, but despite all this, the Source asks you to maintain the connection so that the impulses that you live inside your cocoon are always full of love. Peace.

Well, you know the times humanity is living in right now, and that it is not as if everyone at every second of every day is living their impulses in light, love, and peace. They rather stumble from one place to the next, from one state of being into the next, and from one day to the next. What advice should we give to these people? How can they escape this contamination?

That is a beautiful question, because this is exactly what I would like to impart to them. Please, let the day begin with a moment of reflection. Talk to yourselves. Begin to feel into who you are. What you want, and then meditate on, visualize where you want to be, always with the goal of love in mind. If you want to live worry-free, do say this in so many words. If you want to live in abundance, do speak this out loud. But speak all of this in love.

So you are saying that people should pray in the morning. Is there anyone they should pray to?

It is not important whom they pray to. Their goals are the important thing. The goal determines where you direct your actions and decisions, no matter whom you pray to. This prayer will be heard in the cosmos wherever you are, wherever you may find yourself, and it does not matter before whose statue or before which symbol you kneel while you are formulating your request and your goals. So all this is not bound to a specific form, but rather it is the goal that counts.

I understand. Would you like to add another exercise to do at morning prayers?

Yes, many. The next exercise that the people should do in the morning is the triangle. This is the connection of both arms with the cosmos. Feel how the power flows from your hands and how the cosmos receives this power and returns it manifold. The third point of energy is the cosmos. The arms are the other two, right and left.

And what happens when you do this?

The body will begin to expand and the soul will expand and become more loving in its alignment, because your perception is no longer directed towards the purely physical, but will begin to sense the cosmos.

Alright, and while they are doing this, had they not better pray to someone specific? It helps some people to turn to someone specific, such as a personification of a certain energy or so.

This is not necessary, but I understand your question. Those among you believe that figureheads are necessary in order to feel the connection can try to feel the cosmos, to feel the expansion, the size, the love and power inherent in it, in its entirety. It's not easy, and yet It is easy. It depends on your own expectations. If you do not expect to feel a tangible personified energy that you can speak to, you will ultimately be better at it than those who expect something that can be understood by the human mind.

And what about those who already pray to a form? There are many people of faith, for example the Christians, but also those of other religions. Shouldn't they simply continue to pray to their God?

They can do this as long as their God represents that which they recognize and accept as their loving and higher self. Then it does not matter what name they give this this energy.

Okay, I understand. To sum up, you should be standing, not laying down. Yes. Presumably with both feet on the ground, I mean barefoot, right?

That is not strictly necessary, but it helps.

Then you lift both arms sideways, right?

That does not really matter. You can also lift your arms up or cross them in front of your heart. The question is not where your arms are, but what you feel while you do what you do.

The way I imagine this is: I lift my arms up to my sides to form a cross shape with my body, and then I try to feel the cosmos through the palms of my hands, directing my spirit into the cosmos while beginning to put my prayer into words?

That is correct. Most people put their hands together in prayer, but you can feel more if you keep the palms of your hands slightly opened.

Aha. And while they stand like this and pray, what else should they keep in mind?

The cosmos hears everything. Therefore, it is important to formulate your prayer in love and light, as your words will begin to resonate immediately in the cosmos.

And then?

And then, when you are finished, end your communication with the words "Thank you." And then?

Is there something else? I'm sure there are people who would want to finish with Amen or so?

That is really not important because it is the intention behind all this that counts. You have to create a finish to allow the energies to start flowing.

I understand. The most loving and powerful impulse would be to say, "Thank you and love." So you mean that would that we should say "Thank you, love" or "Love, thank you"?

Thank you, love.

Okay, I understand. What did you ask the people to do next?

The next step is the energetic cross. For this, remain standing and unfold the palms of your hands. Like Sylvia just described, like a butterfly.

Okay, so the arms are stretched out to our sides in order to form a cross with our body, right?

Yes.

Then stay like this and speak the following words: I connect to the power of the cosmos and request the power from above. This creates a feeling as if your feet are developing roots. Then the energy begins to flow more strongly through your body as your prayer takes effect. Then please speak: I ask for connection with the power of the cosmos and request the power from below. Then ask the cosmos for power into your hands with the following words: I ask for the connection with the power of the cosmos and request the power from the left. Feel how the energy flows from the left in the direction of your heart. When you feel the power in your heart, say: I ask for connection with the power of the cosmos and request the power from the right. All these energies now flow together into your heart, which is the gate into your soul. And at this point, you will normally breathe more deeply because your body begins to feel the power of the soul. Your attention is now focused on the heart, and there you can still feel this power. Those people who wish to to further formulate their heart's desire can now fold their hands in front of their heart and say further prayers. With the help of this focused energy, their words will enter more powerfully into the cosmos. Now the people have prayed and centered themselves, they have connected with the above and the below, and they have received the powers from left and right. And next, they should start formulating their wishes for the day or their goals for their existence in order to send this energy once more into the world, right?

Yes.

What advice would you like to give the people now?

These energies will now begin to take effect in the cosmos, and every step they take from here on should be in harmony with these words. Next, you should wash yourselves. Begin the day by washing off the energies of the night. Just wash the way you prefer.

Well, in my own words, I would say that one person may take a shower and the other may just have have a quick wash. Exactly. And do you have to keep anything in mind as you step out into the world now?

The most important thing now before you walk out into the world, in order to follow the path of your actions, is to ask for protection. There are many ways to do this. The easiest exercise in order to obtain protection is to call a protective spirit and ask that it accompanies you and stays with you as you go out into the world. The names of these protective spirits are numerous, and therefore each of you should decide for yourselves which of those forms you choose as a protection. I'm sure you are also familiar with people's Talisman?

Yes, that's right. They could be anything from rocks to dolls.

This could be the forms that the people ask for protection.

What happens when they do that?

The person asks a protective energy to protect him. The shape, the object that he speaks to, is just a kind of bridge into the real energy. It is easier to reach this energy through contemplating the object.

Yes, that makes sense. So the form you choose as a focus helps you to understand that there is an energy that protects you. If you look at it, you become more aware of this energy, and it in turn can be more effective because you are opening up to it. Did I understand you correctly?

You explained that wonderfully well, because it is exactly as you say.

Okay, and then you go out into the world after you called your chosen spirit of protection, correct? Yes. What else can you do?

The next thing you can do is to take cleansing herbs or resins with you in your pocket. These remain in your aura where they have a lasting purifying effect. I have to point out, though, that these herbs can only purify the aura layers, not the spirit, which means that I suggest that you do both: take herbs, resins along, and invoke a spirit of protection.

Channeler's note: When he says herbs or resins, he means something like sage or frankincense. You said that there are also other possibilities. What, for example?

Very many. Some of you may want to wear certain symbols of protection. There is literature about this what will help you to find protective symbols, but I advise you to take a good look at which things resonate with you. Not everything that protects one person will be equally helpful to another. Therefore, I would ask you to choose your protective symbols with special care.

What else is important?

Giving permission. Permission should be handled with extreme care. You need deep cosmic knowledge in order to ask for permission, but still it is important that we name this possibility because some of the people who read this will be far enough advanced to take on the responsibility of giving and asking for permission. Giving and asking of permission is the most effective way to move the powers of the cosmos. Man can move these levers, as I like to call them, through free will, but every movement is like a wave in a powerful ocean of energy. So proceed with extreme care. If you are pure and clear enough of spirit, you may ask for permission to serve the true energies of light as you leave your houses or your apartment. But at the same time, you can also express non-permission by stating clearly what you do not permit. For example: I do not permit negative forces to rule my day. I permit the cosmic energies of love and light to accompany me and lead me on my path. This permission is also an invitation and therefore needs to be handled with extreme caution. We are connected to the cosmic energies we invoke until we release the connection, and even then we are never really separated from each other. But still, the invitation and the permission demand a high level of responsibility for yourself. For all the resonating energies and the powers you invoke. Interdiction, non-permission, on the other hand, is a very clear statement of limitation that you are allowed to make according to the law of free will. But again, this boundary is spiritual and not energetic. I will expand on this subject another time when we talk more about the subject of permission. It is advisable to discuss this subject separately. Now we have established the 5 rules of initiating protection. You can change these 5 rules at every minute of every day. But please do stay aware and always act in love and light.

Okay, now we walk out into our daily life. Is there anything else that we need to keep in mind? We have started the morning by asking for protection and clearly stating our wishes and goals. Is there something we should observe during the day now?

The energy must stay light. This means that you have to take care to let your energies flow lightly and lovingly throughout the day. If you start to feel weak and powerless, you need to react by observing a moment of silence. If you feel afraid, then strive to get back into a state of trust. If you stay lovingly connected with each other, your destiny will present you with chances and opportunities.

Is there anything we should know about food? After all, we need to take nourishment during the day. Do you have a few nice tips for us?

I do. Please make sure that you food has a purifying effect. Ingesting meat is not pure, least of all the ingestion of pork.

Why is that so?

This is the way of the spirit of this being, the pig, an omnivore which eats indiscriminately all the food it is presented with. Unfortunately, these animals are unable to filter They cannot distinguish between things that have a negative or a positive effect on their body. Therefore, they ingest many negative energy fields. The way they are kept exacerbates the negative programming, as you would call it, of their bodies. In other words, their meat. Through the negative food and the negative non-connected way they are being kept, their meat emanates negative energy. I do not mean the negative and positive electric current that you learn about at school. The negativity that I am talking about is the feeling of being— being cut off from cosmic energy. This Powerlessness engenders unawareness, and this in turn creates new fields of negative energy. These animals ingest negative energy fields and are unable to transmute them. This means that by ingesting their meat, you also ingest these negative energy fields. You should avoid this. You should drink a lot of water because this is one of the best ways to accelerate purification. But I would ask you to bear the following in mind: it is possible, as you would say in your language, to program water. You can say an incantation over it. It is important for you to know that you can take nourishment in liquid form that can be programmed. If you have a little spiritual knowledge, then you will know that you can imbue water with loving energy, and that this energy will stay inside the water, and then you ingest these loving energies with the water. This, of course, works in both directions, but the positive programming is the only correct way. Ingesting sugar is not wholly positive either. Sugar is a drug, and hence it will cloud your mind like a drug. Do not underestimate this. Just because it is not listed as a drug your world, it does not mean that you cannot become addicted to it and therefore become very imbalanced when you experience withdrawal symptoms. Therefore, I would ask you to strive to diminish your intake of sugar. Furthermore, I would ask you to note that in my own experience concentration tends to diminish when people are exposed to the power of the sun. But this is exactly wrong. The sun can help you to regain concentration and strength, but you do not know how to do this. So please tell the people that it is important to connect to to the power of the Sun during a moment of peace and quiet. The Sun can help us to overcome many negative conditions. The power of the Sun gives strength to our souls. You lose this strength when you lose connection with the Sun. This will result in a vicious cycle, as you call it. Because loss of strength will lead to loss of awareness. Diminished awareness will lead to bad decisions. Bad decisions will lead to contamination of the spirit and hence the creation of negative energy. This vicious cycle can only be interrupted through the power of the Sun.

Please try to describe in more detail how we can connect to the Sun.

It is very easy to connect with the Sun. Sometimes it is enough to close your eyes and turn your face into the direction of the Sun in order to feel its power and warmth. In these short moments of connection, you can receive more strength than if you were simply laying in bed or meditating. The connection to the Sun is essential because the Sun is the source of life and at the same time the source of many other energies that you are unable to perceive, especially the power of of your soul.

And do I understand this correctly, that this connection with the Sun can also be established mentally and does not really on you— not rely on you physically looking into the Sun with your eyes closed?

It is important to feel it. You can also do this by remembering the feeling. You should feel in its direction. That means that you should withdraw your awareness from the outside world and direct it towards the Sun. This creates a kind of bridge that enables you to feel the energies flowing between yourselves and the Sun more strongly. But you can also establish connection with the Sun through meditation. The power of the Sun accelerates the energy of the soul many times over, but it is up to the individual when and how they wish to feel this source of power. But I would advise you in any case to try and experience this several times throughout the day.

What would you like to describe as the next step as we walk through the day in our lives?

The next step is the evening. When the energy of the sun begins to fade, it is the moment to feel other energies inside you. The night will make the light inside you shine. The day will create the light around you. Therefore, take heed. If you can, you should meditate in the evening. You can do this in many different ways.

But if you have been running this way and that the whole day, you were at work and perhaps in airplanes, You can't just sit down all of a sudden and say, "Okay, now I will meditate." Isn't there a kind of transition?

That is correct, thank you. It is good that you ask. Of course, there should be a sort of transition. I therefore advise you to try to go into a moment of peace and quiet as soon as possible after work. Do wash your hands and your mouth prior to this. There are a lot of energies in the water, and we can use this cleansing ritual to help bring on the silence. Then, after washing yourselves briefly, go into silence. Listen to what may lie beyond the darkness of your perception. Listen to the feelings, the word, and your senses. You can process a lot of things this way, but the most important thing is to pay attention to the expansion of your soul so that it may finally show its light after a day of darkened perception.

That means it is up to you what you are doing What you are doing during these moments, whether you use mudras, mantras, or drums, everything is allowed, right?

That is right. As long as the ultimate goal is silence.

Okay, I understand. After the noise, silence.

Exactly.

Alright, and then? Should we have dinner or what?

If you are wise, you will only eat lightly. Avoid heavy food like meat or lots of carbohydrates. I would like to point out here that the human body is not really equipped to digest meat or heavy food products. The best thing would be light food that does not bog down your body. But I know that there are already is a wealth of knowledge about this, so I will not go into this here. Find out what is best for your body and live accordingly. The impulses that I want to give you are mainly spiritual, and I am of the opinion that meat is impure, and if you want to purify yourselves, you need pure nourishment.

You say meat is impure. What then is pure?

The best thing would be to eat vegetables in the evening.

Okay. And then, after we had dinner, would you like to add a rule or introduce a rule about when we eat, how we can charge our food with positive energy?

This is relatively easy. And it was practiced more often in the past. You can remove negative energy by giving thanks for the food. This gratitude must come from the bottom of your heart. Then your food will be positively charged. You then ingest the positive charge and become yourselves charged with positive energy. The next step is washing off the energy of the day. Please tell the people that they can effect initial transformations this way. If you had negative experience during your day, you can transmute them here into positive experiences. In order to do this, you need to remember the feeling you had during the negative experience experience and then feel the water, how it simply rinses the negative fields and the negative experience clean off you. It is helpful to feel this form of purification like a shower of light. If you shower in light, you can feel how the negativity runs off through the drainpipe. Those who take a bath can imagine bathing in light and keeping the light energy in the body. Only the negative fields will leave the room through the drain. The positive charge remains with you, and with this you have performed another step in the purification process.

Okay, and now Now the people go to sleep.

That is important. As you go to sleep, I would ask you to observe the following steps. First, pray and give thanks for the day and the experiences it brought to you. Second, give thanks for the power and the guidance of the light. Third, then ask your guardian spirit for protection during the night and feel how his and this protection continues to envelop you. I say envelop because you can literally feel the protective energy of the energies that protect you like a kind of blanket or cloud. That is wrapped around you. So imagine how the warm and loving energy of a protective cloud envelops your body. Then you have received protection. Fourth, thank the spirit of protection and remain in this sensation. Fifth, before you go to sleep, if you like, you can visualize a specific journey that you would like your soul to go on during the night. This request will go deep into your subconscious and then take effect as your consciousness goes to sleep.

What about permission during the night?

This is not necessary, as the protection by the guardian spirit should be sufficient. It is not really important, but of course you can give permission and non-permission. But as I have said before, only highly advanced souls should do this. It is a discipline reserved to the higher levels of cosmic development.

And what about the invitation?

No, no invitation. That would be counterproductive to the process of cleaning, because the entities of cleansing connect with you as you formulate your soul's desire, and they will be with you the whole time, even during the night. Of course, you can repeat the invitation to the entities of cleansing once more, but if you did not to do so. It does not matter.

Now the people have gone to bed. Is there anything else they can do, anything that they should know about?

Now everything that remains to be cleansed embarks on the path of purification. From now on, you should continue to live this process and this path every day. Especially at the beginning of this path, discipline is very important, because the cosmos distinguishes very carefully between those who really ask for purification and those who do not. Your prayers will be heard. Purification will begin. But if you do not manage to concentrate enough during your prayer, you will not be able to be cleansed effectively.

I understand. Is there anything else you would like to add at the end of this chapter?

I would ask the people to use every minute they can spare to concentrate their energies. Purification is very important, and those who purify are more expansive in the sense of the expansion of their soul. You never just purify your body alone, but always your soul as well. This will be rewarded with a growing feeling of freedom and love which will come to enrich, to enrich you more and more. Your day should not be governed by fear and deprivation, but by love and light. So if you take the opportunity to dedicate more time of the day to your purification, you definitely are on the right path.

But What about people who have children and are therefore distracted by outside concerns all the time? How are they supposed to find those quiet moments that you just mentioned?

This is really not so easy, but if you earnestly desire to be purified, you will find a way to find the moment of quiet that you need in order to purify another piece of you each day. I know that this is possible, but I also know that in order to do this, you have to concentrate, and you really have to be ready for this. Therefore, I would ask you to take courage and to devote yourselves to taking this small steps to walking another small part of the way each day. You will be richly rewarded for this. You will receive much light, energy, and love. This feeling is the highest treasure in the cosmos because it will be everlasting as long as you keep it pure. But the responsibility lies with each and every one of you.

Thank you, love.

Thank you, love.
