Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books, I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near-death and thus record it for all those who are searching for something more, for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth. Is it really possible to forget, or is it just a form of repression? And is repression healthy? My answer is a dual answer. With the help of free will, you can decide to forget on this level and thereby repress something. But whatever motivated you to repress or forget in the first place, it happened and is therefore irrevocably part of your timeline. The laws of the cosmos will demand that the energies be balanced until the negative experience has been transformed. Every impulse, every action, every word, every thought you create is the beginning of a cycle that can only be completed through the experience of balancing the energies in this construct. And the incredibly beautiful and important opportunity of life is that here on Earth you have the tools and possibilities to reverse what has happened. Only here. Not on other planes. Here, in gross matter, you can not only implement impulses more quickly and purposefully, but you can also transform them. For as long as you still exist on this level, you can decide how and whether to correct a negative experience. This means, above all, that you first become aware of what you have experienced in order to then correct it in a targeted manner from this state of awareness. Of course, this is not something you can simply "decide" on your own, but is embedded in and influenced by all the natural circumstances and laws around you. But living means having the incredible opportunity to relativize, correct, and ultimately transform what we have experienced with additional new experiences during our guest appearance on planet Earth. To "correct" something means to transform it, and one of the most powerful tools in life for transforming negative experiences is the power of forgiveness. Why is that? Why is forgiveness so existential? What happens when a person forgives? If we look at the word "forgive" a little more closely, we find the term "give." Giving is a sister of love. To love means to be aware of connections and thus to give impulses in a different way than without this awareness. The knowledge of the Trinity, which will always demand balance, therefore causes a consciously acting person to give different impulses than an unconscious person. Are you still at a point where you would never give anything if you didn't get something in return? Then you are still very short-sighted and very unconscious in your perception. Because, as you have learned, everything is connected in action and reaction, and so it cannot be that you would receive nothing at all for your giving. However, in most cases, the balance you expect does not take place immediately or on this earthly plane, nor in this lifetime or in your current life. This means that, as long as you hope and speculate that you will receive something in return for your giving now, today, here, or tomorrow at the latest, you have not yet understood the principle. The truly high art of being consists in managing to reach a state in which you give exclusively. When you love, you are giving, and this giving is the beginning of something that will be reflected back to you in another place, at another time, or in another form. Forgiveness is a form of energy conversion, and change is transformation, the release of things. Release in the sense of neutralizing energies. Yes, that is possible, because the fact that everything in the cosmos is interconnected has nothing to do with the necessity of freeing ourselves from entanglements and chains. The flow of life demands that we be with it. However, false thought patterns, fears, powerlessness, and the contamination of the organism allow energy knots to form. If a person clings too much to energy-sapping situations or people, they are no longer in the flow of life but become entangled in neuroses. Their consciousness becomes increasingly sluggish. This robs them of strength, which makes them feel even more afraid, and they can only free themselves from this by beginning to transform their energies. In order to forgive or pardon something, which is the same thing, something must have happened, something that has been stored in your cells or in your memories, deep wounds and pain in your soul. Everyone, absolutely everyone, has experienced something like this, some more than others. You know how powerful thoughts and feelings can become, and that they are ultimately energies, energies that you have created. And energy never disappears. Like an energy band between you and the person with whom you experience something, energies have been created through your memories and feelings. So it is important to release these energies, to transform them. Through the whole process of getting stuck, hurting yourself, recognizing what is, and then consciously releasing this entanglement, your being has gained a lot of experience and will now decide differently and live differently. During this learning process, you have experienced various feelings, gained insights, and made decisions, all of which have trained and prepared your system, i.e., your energy for the next step, for the next experiences, the next challenges, and the next goal. And once you have consciously gone through such a cycle, the next time you will make completely different decisions much earlier that will take you to a completely different goal, with fewer injuries, less pain, and in good time, before extreme chains of events occur and negative energies arise. But living means always moving forward, experiencing new opportunities, new challenges, and new hurdles. It therefore really helps to know what consequences certain actions have, and this leads more quickly from unconsciousness to conscious action, and thus to a completely different path. But what happens energetically when we forgive? The first step is to broaden your perspective in order to gain a different view of the stuck situation. It is therefore important to distance yourself from what has happened and those involved. This distance allows you to see things from a completely different perspective, but above all, it heals what you have experienced. You come back to yourself, regain strength, begin to see the situation with different eyes, and in all this distance and healing, you create a new space of possibilities, which in turn creates room for new things. And only there, in this new space, can the impulse to forgive grow and blossom. You have the incredible gift of free will to decide whether you want to continue holding on to the energy of attachment and entanglement, or whether you want to dissolve these connections through forgiveness. Forever. Forgiveness also means accepting what you have experienced as part of your growth and awareness in this life. Then it is possible that, with an open heart, you will accept the fatefulness of the encounters in your life as part of your path and your story, and thereby recognize that the other being is just as entangled, hooked, and chained as you were. Forgiveness means becoming aware of the connection with the other, and thereby showing consideration for the other, being empathetic and compassionate. If you are in this compassionate and understanding energy, then you are already halfway there. For then, the transformation of your experiences and memories has already begun. Where before there was only anger and resentment, now a different kind of feeling has already emerged, And that's just by taking a step back. And as a final step, you can use this new feeling you have formed within yourself to release all your experiences and suffering, anger, annoyance, and hatred, but also your despair, thereby compassionately transforming your newly gained insight into the complexity of the entanglements and saying farewell to the person with whom you had these experiences and lovingly forgive them for their mistakes and human weaknesses. The story you have experienced is not just because only one of you was involved, but it is the result of both of you, both of your decisions and non-decisions. No one is more or less to blame. Everyone could have made the decision at any time to change something or to separate themselves from something that did not make them happy. Look at the incident with more distance and accept that you have followed this path until today. You could have said no every day a long time ago and changed the course of events. But you didn't, and that's why it's important to see the shared responsibility. Only when you have reached this point is true forgiveness possible. Forgiveness is balancing negative memories and the feelings associated with them. The energy of forgiveness is an energy of love, and through this energy of love, you transform the energy of hatred, anger, and fear. This transformation in turn enables the energy channels to be transformed and thus balanced. Only then have you really acted thoroughly, namely on a subtle level. Make sure that you really feel the desire to forgive within yourself, because only then will it be strong enough to transform all the other accumulated energies of your shared history. Why is this so important? I can understand anyone who thinks that you can part ways differently and just leave the feelings of hatred and anger behind, or anyone who hopes that these feelings will fade away over time anyway. Well, I think you are now ready to understand that this is very short-sighted and exclusively material, earthly thinking. Because believing that is inaccurate and very dangerous. You know that there are other levels, and you now also know what connections to people mean, and that they are more than you can perceive with your eyes. These energy bonds exist outside of space and time until they are dissolved again. In concrete terms, this means that although you will eventually leave your earthly body, all these chains and entanglements will continue to exist, and in the worst case, you may experience these energy channels after your death, i.e., on one of the other planes, as real as you have not experienced them in your earthly life for a long time. However, and this is the crucial point, you can no longer dissolve these energy channels on the subtle planes. This means that the process of forgiveness is one of the greatest opportunities that life, humanity, and free will offer you here on Earth. If you do not take advantage of this wonderful, unique opportunity, your entire future journey through infinite worlds and times will be different, more complicated, but above all, more protracted. This may mean that you will have to reincarnate relatively quickly, and soon, encounter these patterns, these energy channels, and, as a consequence, this energy again in the form of an annoying contemporary, and you will relive a similar story with them, perhaps in order to finally complete the forgiveness process and release the negative energy you created. Do you understand the urgency behind forgiveness in your life? Be aware of the consequences of your decisions if you do not want to forgive someone with whom you have experienced such a story. Here, on this level, you have the opportunity to call or meet the person and say the words of forgiveness. It doesn't matter how they respond. That's not the point. You have forgiven, and the stronger your feeling behind this impulse, the clearer, more obvious, and more thorough the chain reaction will be. You need to know how important, how incredibly important forgiveness is. The result of such a process is that you now feel a sense of pure freedom in the same place on the map of your feelings where there used to be so much hatred, anger, or rage. Only on this ground can something new, more beautiful, and more loving grow. If you allow it. If you want it. But that can only happen if the old has truly been resolved. Only then will your soul be free again. Free from negative entanglements, and thus open to new ones. An open heart wants to give. The process of loving is the realization of the connection between all living beings and all existence in the cosmos. And when this awareness begins to unfold, you perceive the incredible beauty of existence, and in this insight into the laws of existence, a feeling arises that transforms the powerlessness and despair of every human being: gratitude. Becoming grateful, requires similar ingredients to forgiveness. Distancing yourself from the circumstances brings back the strength that helps you develop your awareness, and the decision to open up within yourself ultimately changes your perception. The feeling of oneness with everything that is allows you to feel a deep gratitude towards all of existence. Problems become opportunities, crises become possibilities, anger becomes a creative force, despair becomes a guide. And they all have one goal: they change your perception and thus the old patterns. Ultimately, they change you, your thinking, your feelings, and your entire being. Gratitude is the insight of a searching soul into how far it has already come. The more you recognize abundance, the more respectful you become towards all of existence. This is followed by the realization that you are not alone with your problems, mistakes, fears, and pain. All people are seekers. The respect that comes with gratitude changes everything and shows your environment and everything you experience in and around you in a new light. For example, a painful encounter becomes an opportunity, and you can see your own mistakes more clearly. This realization gives rise to movement. Your consciousness moves away from the rigid state of anger and lack Simply recognizing the beauty of earthly life gives you back your true Soul power. The distance from what you have experienced then helps to create a new space in which you can encounter the person who hurt you in a completely different way. Then it is possible to say goodbye in peace, something like: My ego had this experience with you, and I came here to Earth to have experiences, to feel emotions. With you, I was able to feel all these feelings, and I am grateful to you for this experience because it has enriched me and my being, and for that I thank you. The person with whom you have had these experiences is no better or worse than you. They have the same issues, the same problems and fears as everyone else. They too have spent a large part of their life making unconscious decisions. It is not your job to judge them. According to the Law of Resonance, every person will have to balance all their actions again and again, but when, where, and how is irrelevant. Therefore, let each other go on this journey of the soul, peacefully, purified, and with the confidence that your encounter had a deeper meaning. Perhaps you are familiar with the saying, "I greet you, my other self." It is important to internalize that the other is just as much a part of the greater whole as you are, connected to everything, and that you should always treat this other part of the whole with respect. This aspect has been lost in the course of our lives and in the history of humanity and should be rediscovered at the end of every encounter through forgiveness and gratitude. Then we are once again on equal footing. Then everyone can truly go their own way, free. This applies to all of us, whether in our careers, families, or elsewhere.
