Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. One of the greatest fears of every human being on this planet is having to spend their life in loneliness. The animal in us is a pack animal and sociable. And even the soul that you are did not come here to experience a form of mental stagnation through non-communication. That is why both animals and souls crave not to be alone. But if we look more closely, the word "alone" does not only have negative connotations. It is made up of two parts: all and one. On the material level, all means the universe, its vastness, its size, and its laws. On the energetic level, it means everything, all worlds, all energies. And being one with them is a very profound experience. Being one with everything means recognizing and experiencing the connection with everything that is as clearly as possible at the respective level of consciousness. The yogis of the high schools and the Buddhas experience precisely this, being one with everything and eternally connected. Although this is an incredibly enriching experience and a door to many further insights, it is only one step on the journey of life. It is important to give you a better understanding of the meaning of oneness. The sister of being alone is loneliness. They do not depend on each other, but they often appear in the same— clothing? Loneliness is a way to become one with everything, but you can also be one with everything in togetherness. Being one with the universe and all living beings in it is something completely different from being lonely, but as you know, the same thing can appear different on another level. The same is true here. Being energetically one with everything can mean experiencing loneliness in gross matter, However, the feeling of loneliness does not exclude you from being connected to everything, i.e., being one. Loneliness refers primarily to the current place and time of your incarnation because the feeling of loneliness is only possible in earthly matter. But then it is a loneliness that arises from an energy that is not integrated into society, i.e., exclusively in the judgments, perspectives, and resonances of the energy-dense plane here. How could it be otherwise? Once again, it is a special experience of separation, which can only be experienced in our world. Nevertheless, the experience of this separation and, consequently, of loneliness on the human path can also mean and bring about something very good. It is a result of duality, an extreme, a pole in duality, the middle of which must be found. Many people experience partnerships or connections at work as very energy-sapping and unfulfilling, but they know that there is only one way to change this situation: the dissolution and thus the separation of these connections. And in the next instance, that means having to choose loneliness for a certain period of time. The inner child in us that wants to be loved and the sociable person that we also are touch each other in this process and encounter fears deep within our hearts. And it is these fears that hold us back from such an experience. But we have already discussed how real and how beneficial fears can be. You should see being alone and experiencing loneliness as a very special opportunity in your life, as a chance to bring different qualities into your life for a while than you would experience in a relationship. The most beautiful gift that loneliness can give you is that you can spend a lot of time with yourself. It is therefore a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself truly, your deepest inner self, who you really are and why you came here to Earth. The most beautiful journey in your life is the journey to yourself. Loneliness can help you open this door to yourself. You will see everything you are more clearly, when you focus exclusively on yourself, and this concentration is crucial if you are looking for a way out of the unhappy world you are currently trapped in. I would even go so far as to say that being at one with yourself is an important prerequisite for appearing and acting more authentic and credible in "being-to," i.e., in togetherness and, consequently, in communication with other people. Because only when you truly know who you are can you encounter other people as a whole and show them your true self. So-called loneliness is an experience that you can only have here in the material world. Perhaps that is why part of you came here? Perhaps your soul wants to learn what it is like to feel separated, to experience what it feels like to be alone. What thoughts, feelings, and impulses can arise from this? You can only find answers to these questions if you give yourself the chance to have this experience. But if you always shy away from this experience out of fear, then you may be depriving yourself of a large part of the perception that is only possible here. Keep that in mind. But loneliness is not a state that promotes life in the long term. It can be very helpful at times to find yourself, but it is very unhealthy as a way of life. There can be no path to yourself without looking at yourself. But looking at yourself takes time, peace, and anything but external distractions. That is why it is essential to experience loneliness in order to become one thing above all else: completely yourself. Distractions from yourself cost an immense amount of energy, but you need this energy for the path to yourself. Don't let your fear of being alone rob you of this experience. Fear is nothing but an illusion, so throw it overboard too. Humans are communicative beings, and communication is an important foundation for growth. That's why a lack of communication prevents your mind from awakening and growing. In the long run, your mind and your animal need interaction. If this does not happen, both experience a kind of standstill of being. Here, in dense matter, your Soul wants to gather experiences and feel emotions through the senses of the body. The body is the home of your Soul during this stay and provides you with all the tools you need for this experience. Of course, you can also experience many feelings in solitude with this body, but there are limits to this. Although solitude is very important for your path in any case, It can prevent you from gaining a lot of experience if it becomes a permanent state in your life. Therefore, make sure that you never lose the impulse to go outside. Be aware that introspection is right, but only for a certain period of self-discovery. It must not become your guiding principle in life. Anyone who defines loneliness as the ultimate solution to all their problems is very short-sighted. Because in doing so, you cheat yourself of the experience of reflection through and about others, as well as the experience of connections with one another and the colors of love. To experience love, you need devotion, and devotion tests your trust and your fears, all of which are trained exclusively through the experience of togetherness. Because trusting yourself is only a small part of devotion, which will demand far more from you when you have to learn to trust other people. There are people who talk to themselves, to dead people, or even to dolls. The human being's longing for connection and communication with another being knows no bounds. However, humans are beings who have the ability to completely delude themselves about their world. Everything they encounter and create can be done from a state of extreme delusion. And as you have already experienced, delusion is a form of separation. Only in delusion do you think you are separate from everything. Only in separation can you experience delusion. You decide whether you want to deprive yourself of the experience of togetherness, intimacy, and devotion to another person, or whether you would rather dive into the extreme of loneliness. You can choose. All by yourself. Only you. I just want to make you aware that your deepest inner self has come into a world that offers the possibility of experiencing the richness of exchange with others. Or not. That is why it is very important that you overcome your fears and embrace loneliness with the small goal of getting to know yourself even better in your entirety. Your main goal should always be to go out into the world even stronger. Because you are more authentic, in order to have an impact and be yourself. Of course, if in the course of self-discovery you reach a point where you feel deep down in your heart that you are not meant to live with another person and share the things you experience, then that is your truth. In the end, only one question remains: are you happy? Are you doing well? Are you healthy on the path you are on? Surely it is not an illusion to bump your head on the edge of a table and feel pain, but that is not what I am talking about. The fact that gross matter produces very coarse forms of separation is something completely different from the possibility of experiencing this separation and thinking that we are separated from everything. And as you now know, this is not the case. When the gate of being is closed and no impulses from the energy worlds, no signals of connectedness, no perception of the connection with the All-One can be felt, Consciousness freezes, forgets its home, and loses the creative power of the Source. That is where the illusion begins, and that is where it ends. If you want it to, if you decide to. The illusion of being in this world consists in thinking in the separation of gross matter that we are therefore also separated from all other things and worlds. This goes so far that we have completely forgotten these worlds and the connections to them. That is the illusion. That is the energetic separation, which is an illusion because it does not take place, because it can never happen, because everything always exists in connection with everything else in action and reaction for eternity. And even if you just bumped yourself hard at the table, that doesn't mean you are separated from the energy worlds, the Source, the home of your soul, from your soul parts and all the other souls. The ego-consciousness of being human is a journey into an illusion. Its ignorance and egomania are the driving forces behind this machinery. Therefore, every realization of the real realities is a small enlightenment. Either way, you decide. If you can answer all these questions with "yes" in your solitude, then you are one of the people who came to this planet to experience and learn about the feelings of loneliness. The experience of the fullness of being should always be the ultimate goal of your life. So let me summarize. The tools of the low frequency level are a contaminated perception and the ability to create illusions. Illusion enables humans to experience separation. Separation gives you new perspectives. Part of this perception of separation must be loneliness. Because only there can you find yourself. On this path, loneliness is a crucial stage, but dwelling on it interrupts the flow of life. Because life is change, change is movement, and only where there is movement, there is growth. And growth is the goal of your journey.
