In this sermon, the speaker expounds on John 2:5 and related passages to illustrate how the old covenant passes its authority to the new covenant at the wedding at Cana. Mary is presented as the key‑bearer who, by virtue of her lineage in both the Aaronic priesthood and the Davidic royalty, activates Jesus’ mission and transfers apostolic authority. The teaching connects Isaiah 22:22, Matthew 1:16, Luke 1, and the Great Commission to argue that through Christ’s death and resurrection believers are grafted into both priestly and royal mantles, receiving crowns, scepters, and signet rings. The speaker then exhorts listeners to learn the limits and proper operation of these spiritual gifts, warning against overstepping authority, and encourages sowing and tithing as a response to divine provision. The sermon concludes with blessings and a call to action.

Hello and welcome to this time of teaching. Um, teaching today is from John 2:5, and, um, the word of the Lord for this is, um, when the old covenant catapults the new covenant into manifestation In other words, when the passing of the baton has happened, um, but his mother told the servants, do whatever he tells you. That's the wedding at Cana. The wine was flowing and then it stopped. A miracle was needed. Um, so as I said, Mary and Jesus are at the wedding feast of Cana, um, and the wine has run out. A miracle is needed. Mary activates and sends Jesus on the mission field. Wine drinking was the norm, um, at the time because the technology to take salt out of the seawater to make it drinkable had not been invented Tidye. So, um, from this, this verse, we'll be also looking at Isaiah 22:22. I will give you the key to the house of David, the highest position in the court. When you open doors, no one will be able to close them. When you close doors, no one will be able to open them. So in this case, he gave her the key. The key was in her mouth. I'm dropping a nugget here, um, Matthew 1:16. See, Mary had a foot in two bloodlines by birth. She was from the bloodline of Aaron, but through her betrothal to Joseph, she also had a foot in the house of David. So, Matthew 1:16: Jacob was the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary. Mary gave birth to Jesus, who is called the Messiah. So the key of David was in Mary's mouth because she was grafted into both the bloodline of Aaron and the bloodline of David. She had a foot in each bloodline. She was anointed to bring Messiah into his assignment because she was the one who had carried and pushed Messire out of the darkness and into the light. She was now carrying that stone or key. It had to strike one place to turn the acceleration on, to turn the ignition on. She commissioned the sun by opening her mouth. She commanded a divine intervention. She commanded the glory to move on behalf of people, to do something for people. To be a vessel of Melchizedek, the vessel had to be grafted in both the priestly mantle and a king's mantle, and the vessel had to be pristine, pure. We know from other scriptures that Mary was very keen on spending time in the temple, and she was doing it gladly. Now, by the death of Jesus on the cross, His glory living in us, we're all kings and priests because we've been grafted in. But some of us need to have the mantle of Jesus Christ, the revival mantle. The Bride of Christ carries His mantle, His crown, His His keys. What God has brought together, let no man separate. The apostolic command in Mary's mouth opened and activated Jesus' mantle. We're going to look at Luke 1:26-35. The Birth of Jesus Foretold. In the sixth month of Mary's pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a virgin named Mary. She was engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of King David. Gabriel appeared to her and said, "Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you." Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. "Don't be afraid, Mary," the angel told her, "for you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus. He will be very great and be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David, and he will reign over Israel forever. His kingdom will never end." Mary asked the angel, "But how can this happen? I am a virgin." The angel replied, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy. He will be called the Son of God. And we're looking at Matthew chapter 1, verses 18 to 25. The Birth of Jesus the Messiah. This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother Mary was engaged to be married to Joseph, but before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. Joseph, to whom she was engaged, was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace disgrace her publicly, so he decided to break the engagement quietly. As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. "Joseph, son of David," the angel said, "do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins." All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord's message through His prophet: "Look, the virgin will conceive a child, she will give birth to a son, and he will be We will call Him Emmanuel, which means God is with us. When Joseph woke up, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded and took Mary as his wife, but he did not have sexual relations with her until her son was born. And Joseph named Him Jesus. See, nothing could defile that child before His birth, nothing, because the vessel in which Melchizedek was had to be pristine and remain pristine. And that's also the fulfillment of the prophecy from Zechariah chapters 12 and 13 for the House of David. You can look this up in your own time. A woman brought Jesus in the world, witnessed His death on the cross, and another woman saw His resurrection. Now, for the woman, there was a passing of the baton at the cross. John became responsible for Mary. So the Apostle John became an heir to being consecrated, set apart for the secret place. Mary Magdalene and another Mary, but not specified, as Jesus' mother, were at the tomb. There's no biblical record of his mother seeing his resurrected self. So some of the Old Covenant people were not allowed to see Jesus in his glory. They were cut off from that of the from that, the rolling of the stone, being only able to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Because Mary had carried the glory of God in her, she carried the necessary authority to activate and send out. She had apostolic authority. In— let's go to Matthew 28, the Great Commission. Then the 11 disciples left for Galilee, going to the mountains where Jesus had told them, "Go." When they saw him, they worshiped him, but some of them doubted. Jesus came and told his disciples, "I've been given all authority in heaven and earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. See, the spirit of doubt was trying to creep in even at that time in the presence of the glory. And I declare and declare that where you are, the atmosphere is is too holy to handle, and those who can't handle it go. So Matthew 28, the Great Commission. Once the apostles received the impartation from Jesus at the Ascension, they carried the necessary glory which then gave them the authority to activate and send out. So Through the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we are grafted in both the priestly mantle and the royal mantle, the royal seat, the royal jurisdiction, the authority, the dominion, and all that. Um, but we also, we, we get the authority that comes with that, the apostolic activity that goes with that, to activate and send out as believers of Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for making us pristine vessels and for putting your revival mantle on us, which will bring us into fullness of our callings. And thank you for the crowns too, as we're to wear several crowns and several mantles. Thank you, Jesus, for giving us all the mantles, crowns, signet rings, etc., which have got our name names on them. Thank you, Jesus, for making us fully ready to carry the baby to full term and push it out to its full mind. That— Horeyamaya neranorahe. Horeyabarra dorere dorahhe. Doraya re dororo goro ho. Eshayare barare darahhe. Yare darara dorare yarai he. Hallelujah! Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Here you got mantles, mantles with Nezon coming down, the crowns the rings and the scepter. Whoo! Thus says the Lord, I'm equipping you fully this season. Grab, take hold of what's necessary. Get fully equipped, fully geared, fully knighted, fully dressed up, fully mentaled, fully crowded, and so on for your mandate. It's not enough to grab the thing, test it. Learn, learn how you are to function in that anointing, in that mantle. Learn the limits of the— of your new mantles, new crowns. Learn which boundaries you not to trespass. Learn that within Your given boundaries within your given anointings, you're covered, you're protected. Your covering protects you, your anointing protects you. Young Dad, if you try to borrow somebody else's mantle, You're off, you're off limits, you're off your jurisdiction, you're off your authority because you're trying to get somebody else's authority which is not for you to have. I'm preparing you for— I've been preparing you for such a time as this. Rest in your new mantle, in your crown, your new ring and new scepter. Learn everything to do with them, to understand them well and to operate well in them, for to operate in the fullness of them Effectively, that is what is needed. But thank you, Jesus, for keeping us learning, testing the mentals and all the other things. Learning about them, how to function in them, lead us to the people who have written the books, created the teachings, who will, um, who will have been, will have Who will enable us to understand those things properly and fully. Thank you, Jesus, for blessing us for all these things. Thank you, Jesus, that you had prepared us for this. Um, thank you, Jesus, that you keep on preparing us, equipping us for for the next big thing you've got for us. Thank you, Jesus. May the Lord bless you, keep you, make his face shine on you, be gracious to you. To sow, the link is in the bio. Now, one thing about sowing is that our sowing speaks on our behalf. The seed we sow gives something for God to work with. If we've got a need that we cry out to God, "Lord, I'm a tither!" He'll move because he'll be able to say, "Yes, that's true, that's true, that person tithed." Therefore, I'm going to name for them because they're writers. The Lord bless you, keep you, make his face shine on you, be gracious to you. Bye for now.
