So what I've seen before, and I'm seeing it again, first it's the businesses that start to collapse, right? Unfortunately, the businesses go under and then the employees lose their job. And right now the job market is really, really tight. So even for the businesses that aren't laying off people, they're not hiring at the same rate because of artificial intelligence. They're trying to move more money to their bottom line. So as people lose jobs, they're not finding positions. And I'm finding people that are applying for jobs here as legal assistants where they, they were making $100,000 a year and we're advertising $15 to $25 an hour. Um, just because—
I mean, when you gotta work, you gotta work.
Yep. And, and that's exactly it. So they're like, look, I just wanna get my foot in the door. I know I'm talented, I know I can work, and let me get in as a legal assistant and, and I'll work my way up because, um, their job just, it went from making good, really good money to being nonexistent.
I mean, it's just sad to say, and I get this whole AI thing. And I think AI is making jobs easier. But I tell people all the time, I'm like, listen, there's this new trend, right? This new rise. And I feel that yes, people are going to use it. But at the end of the day, it's still going to take a human to power through AI. Because once people start getting used to it, and they start to see the authentic— like the inauthenticity behind AI, People are gonna want bodies back again, selling and doing a lot of things that they were doing before because, you know, it's just not the same.
