During the Boy Is Mine tour's third show, Brandy left mid-performance without returning. Monica had to tell the crowd Brandy went home, sparking anger and refund demands. Brandy later said she left because of dehydration.
So here's another angle. They can hear me, right? Okay, all right. So she was back there, and I saw a video on TikTok of her. Somebody had the camera on while she was backstage, and she went over there and kind of moved them out the way to fix the soundboard and stuff like that. And so she left, did not return. Monica had to get on stage to let everybody know that the The show, you know, she finished her set and she went home, but a lot of people were pissed. Like, I got DM'd like I could get they money back or something like that. Like, we came to the Boy Is Mine tour and they just really got beef. That's all I heard is like, I know they really ain't got beef, how she gonna play with us like this? And I think it's like the third show on the tour, the tour ain't even close to being complete yet. Don't get me to lying, okay? Now here's the thing, she came out and she did say, and we posted her response, she said it was due to dehydration.
