And so he was due to testify, and apparently, I guess, uh, the lawyer Tyrone Blackburn, you know, has it out for And he has other clients that are suing Diddy. And so he kind of needs Diddy in jail 'cause Diddy gonna come back and sue his ass if he don't go to jail. Ended up submitting a motion and ended up getting the book removed from Amazon that Dave was writing or that he wrote. And I don't think they used his testimony at all because he was planning to testify against Cassie because he, according to him, was with Cassie over 10 years and was one of the main guys uh, that she called, uh, for the freak-offs. I was. Um, let me help you out though. I want to correct a couple of things because Tyrone Blackman is a lawyer. He will try to sue you. Um, so he's about to know me too. Um, so what he did is he, um, Tyrone was aware that I wrote this tell-all memoir about Cassie since January of this year. Um, but I think he thought that I was playing. So, you know, I contacted him like, listen man, you know, I'm a victim. She did some stuff, shit, some things to me that you know that I'm trying to file a civil action for, and I believe the story should be told. So I, uh, I entertained the fact I was going to write this book. I started writing the book, but I really didn't finish until he told me that Douglas Wigmore insulted me and called me a dirty sex worker. And Tasha, I got— I got pissed. You said I can curse, so I can say this. I got so pissed because I'm like, hold on, this, this, this bald-headed white man calls me a dirty sex worker when his client is the one who pulled off the condom and initiated unprotected sex with me? And he lies and tells a federal judge that the book is actually privileged notes for the lawsuit that's going to be filed. And that's a complete lie. I gave him a separate statement of facts. And I also had a 90-something-word manuscript—

I believe my editor contacted TMZ. He might have contacted you also. He contacted a few people to get me before a podcast because I want to tell my story and it promotes the book. So when Tyrone saw the Amazon link, he realized, oh crap, this guy really did write a book. That's when it became a problem. And, uh, so like I was saying, Diddy's team— I believe it was, uh, what's the, what's the attorney's name, the one that did the Young Thug trial? Brian Steele. Yeah, Brian Steele. They subpoenaed the book. Uh, Tyrone contacts me maybe, I want to say, the second week of May saying, listen, they subpoenaed your book. They cannot get that book. I'm gonna submit a motion to squash. I said, well, why can't they get the book? The U.S. Attorney's Office knows that I've said all of this stuff about Cassandra. It's not like it's new stuff. They know I've telling him for a year. He says, dude, that book would destroy him. I said, well, if they have— if I have to give him the book, I want to give him the book. He says, all right, let me take care of it. So I find out maybe, I think it was like May 17th, May 15th, that he submitted this motion to squash where he completely lied to Judge— so the Judge Sommaranian— and he claimed that my book was actually privileged notes. Now that's a lie because the book is not privileged notes. So the judge orders him to turn over the manuscript. Uh, I believe I contact him a week after I find out the judge orders him to turn over the manuscript. And I asked him, I said, hey, did you turn over that manuscript? He said, hell no, why would I do that? Are you crazy? No, if I turn over this manuscript, you're gonna blow this case apart. I said, Tyrone, listen, I don't want a problem. Turn over the book. My phone dies. So now when my phone starts back up, I sent him a text message. Listen, brother, I don't want a problem with a federal judge. I'm gonna release this book. Turn over the manuscript. I don't believe he still turned over the manuscript to the defense.

And I remember you, you reaching out because you said, hey, I'm getting ready to write a book and I want to do an interview. Yes, I, I do plan to testify in favor of Diddy because you were, according to you, uh, the main one that Cassie called for almost 10 years of the relationship.

And so, um, another correction, 8 years, because I don't want you to be sued for anything.

The abuse— I physically saw him assault her at least 5 times. I can verify that. I got her pregnant. Um, she told me I got her pregnant to my face. Uh, let's see, it was a lot. I have no reason why they did not call me other than the fact I released that book and they were afraid that defense got to me and they started asking me about Cassie, I was gonna say, I was gonna say, yo, listen, no, that didn't happen. He didn't do it.

And yeah, as a millionaire, as anybody, you can't solicit prostitutes and pay them. Like, it is against the law and it carries a long time. It's kind of, it's teetering the lines of being a pimp. And meanwhile, they get to retire off of that money. And it's like, why can't he retire off?
