Where's Malcolm? Malcolm, where's my money? I have noticed you're behind on I know you're behind on the rent. Is there anything I can do to lighten the load?
Lighten the load? I'm calling to let you know that you are out of line.
Check your Cash App.

You're not gonna do it, are you?
Tanya. Not the time for jokes, Keith. Malcolm! I need my money!
It's been 10 years going back and forth with this bitch.
There was police called.
There were people in handcuffs. She went out on a stretcher.
I'm praying it's the final conversation because I ain't got no more conversation left in me.
Yeah, it was just getting backstabbed by a person that I put in position.
Mona and them never heard of a Masika. Mona kind of said like, we need like a hoe character, you know?
In all honesty, Masika, Did you ever really get a DNA test? What brings you in, Travis? Say something to me!
I'm sorry.
Better question, what are you going through? We're not fucking, Travis.
So what do you do for sex? It's called life.
Life? Oh, life. What's up, T? I can't find any groundbreaking stories. This stuff is like Groundhog Day. Nothing new has came up. I do have a few. When we start the show, keep it clean.
Okay, but you know the rumors out there, right?
I don't give a damn about the rumors.
About Shorty. Can anything be traced back to you? I mean, I do help with little things here and there.
Like what? What, you paying her rent?
Look at it this way. We are getting older and not so attractive, more so you than me. What better way than to pull the wool over your eyes than sex?
So what the fuck happened again?
The bitch set me up with a trans and I didn't even know it. Oh Lord Jesus.
So is it true?
The blogs and their unending desire to ruin our relationship.
So why is that picture of you with some bitch in a hair salon, Travis?
I said I'm gonna go in the clay room.
Now mind you, when I'm in this clay room, I said if this nigga come in here in the next 2 minutes, quick, fully dressed, telling me to go, he's gay.
Is this true? How you gonna ask me something like that? Everybody talks to somebody. Yes, everybody talks to somebody. Okay, streaming live right now on tashakalive.com. Unfortunately, our live stream failed on tashakalive.com, and so you guys, uh, will need to, you know, migrate over here. I apologize about that, but it's still the same content. Okay, um, so listen, uh, without further ado, we're gonna go ahead and introduce, uh, Mel, all right, from Watch 777. We're also going to introduce from the Black Lawyers Podcast, Jay Carter. Um, she is a lawyer. She's been covering the case extensively. Her team is down at the courthouse as well. And also a very, very good podcast friend of mine, uh, Maverick from The Maverick Approach. How you doing, Maverick?
Good.
How you doing?
I'm fantastic. Jay Carter, you good?
Yes, I'm great.
All right. And Mel from Watching the World 777. So listen, you were in the courthouse this morning when the verdict was read. First of all, before you get started, I did not think that they were going to go home, come back, and have a verdict that fast, being that they could not reach a decision yesterday. What happened, Mel, in that courtroom this morning?
Well, it was a beautiful thing.
Can you hear me okay? Yes, we can hear you.
Okay, so Diddy came in this morning and he gave a prayer to his family. This is the first time that I actually saw that the marshals stepped away and they let him stand right head-on in front of his family, and he gave a beautiful prayer. He said, let us pray Father, let us be strong, let us stick together. And he prayed for a great outcome. And let me tell you, from what I could see in the cheering that happened in the courtroom, everybody was ecstatic for him because this has been a long case that I've been in the main courtroom every day, even during jury selection. So it was quite amazing to see all of his family showed up and they were excited to see that freedom could possibly be near for him today. In fact, it looks like the judge will let him come home. And if you ask my personal opinion, I think he deserves it.
Okay, real quick, so that's good to know. What did he have on this morning? Because I know Jay Carter said he was looking good with that all white on the other day. What do you have on this morning?
He had on a yellow sweater with bluish gray khaki pants with a white shirt on, looking very sharp. He was in a very good mood and uplifting for everybody there.
All right. And so, uh, how soon did you get word that the jury came back? Was it immediate? Like, did they— because they weren't dismissed to go deliberate again, were they? They just— it just—
yesterday the judge said that he will allow them to actually go and deliberate straight away at 9 o'clock in the morning. There was no need to come to the main courtroom, so that's what they did. Shortly then, a lot of us went down to start eating, including the family. And one of the family members told me that said that there's a note, and we all ran back upstairs to the main courtroom. And the judge came out and really laid it out straight. The juror came out, uh, Juror Number 5. He's the second one sitting in. Um, he attested to what you probably heard online: racketeering, not guilty; uh, sex trafficking of Cassie Ventura, not guilty. Prostitution across state lines, guilty, which involves the Mann Act. Not guilty for Jane Doe sex trafficking, but again guilty for the Mann Act across state lines with her. But it's quite promising because Mark Agnifilo, his attorney, stood up and he says, listen, I want my client to come home. And you know, the prosecutors, they— this is a very I can actually speak freely now. You say you want to speak?
Yeah, go, go, go in.
So let me tell you the truth. When I first started covering this case, I thought it was major problems with this case. But when I started being vocal about it, you know what most Black people and people in general say? Oh, you're a Diddy fan. No, I'm not necessarily a fan. I'm here to bring the truth to you guys and you don't want to hear it. So what I initially started saying about this case and how the government targeted him, And guess what? We learned in this case that they used R. Kelly to try to hang up Diddy, and then they were going to use Diddy to hang up the rest of the average Black guys in America. So I stand with the verdict. I do feel like he should have got more not guilty, quite frankly. You know why? Because these women lied on Diddy in many cases. So if you start lying, it's really hard for me to determine what part of your story is true. It was very clear, and I'll make this brief. This girl named Bonna, she came in, she was Cassie's friend. She said on September 26, 2016, early in the morning, Diddy came in the apartment, had her hanging over the balcony, threw her on some furniture. She showed pictures that had metadata bruises, right? They had the time when these pictures were taken. Guess what? The one of the best Black female attorneys I've ever seen in my life, her name is Nicole Westmoreland from, uh, Georgia.
Yeah, he added her late in the case, right?
Right. Diddy was not even on the West Coast. He was staying in New York at the Trump Plaza. So when you see that the girls made up stories— because she testified that her and Cassie made up a story. They said, uh, let's tell them that he hung her over the balcony at the hotel. And then, uh, Cassie said, no, my apartment on the 17th floor in LA has a balcony. Let's say it happened there. So when you see that, right, immediately Diddy's team asked for a mistrial. It was denied.
I remember that.
When you see that type of stuff, when you see that, to me, that's equivalent to Johnny Cochran. If the glove don't fit, you must acquit. And guess what? The jury stood up. They stood on business for Diddy. But there's a bigger problem that people can come into court and lie on your name. Now, I'm not saying he didn't do things that were wrong. I'm not here to talk about that. I'm just wanting to get the message out there's a bigger picture with the government trying to commandeer people, lock them away for life, take away— they would have potentially taken away all of his assets had they won that RICO, but they didn't.
And we talked about that, $400 million up for stakes, even if it was transferred out of his name and into his mother's name or kid's name, they were going to confiscate all of that, even if it was moved across seas. Real quick, I want to go through the charges, okay? So count 1 was racketeering conspiracy, not guilty. That charge, uh, was a maximum life in prison. So he's not facing life in prison. He is not guilty on that charge. Count 2, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion pertains to victim 1, Cassie Ventura, not guilty. Maximum 15 years, maximum life in prison, not guilty on that charge. Count 3, transportation to engage in prostitution pertains to victim 1, Cassie Ventura, and commercial sex workers. Guilty. That's obvious. Okay, they were paying for sex and transporting people across state lines. Hold on real quick. Maximum 10 years, uh, uh, that he's facing. Okay, count 4, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, pertains to victim 2, Jane. Not guilty. Minimum 15 years, maximum life in prison. That was Jane Doe, 50 Cent baby mother. Count 5, Transportation to engage in prostitution pertains to victim 2, Jane, and commercial sex workers. Guilty. Maximum 10 years, uh, in prison. I did read, uh, that prosecutors on his side— the judge has asked for notes from letters for both sides so that he can start to formulate a release or a plan for Diddy. And prosecutors are so pissed. Them crackers are so pissed that they're asking for 20 years to run, uh, uh, consecutively. Is that true, Jay Carter? What did your team tell you?
So the— so they are saying that, as you mentioned, they want the 20 years because you have 10 years for each charge of the prostitution. But what they're also saying, he should not be released today for two reasons. One, they said that, uh, they argued that he has already shown himself to be violent, a domestic abuser, so he shouldn't be let out. And then the second thing they said was, if he's out, he could commit more crimes while out. Now again, I'm not saying that those are strong arguments. What I'm saying is that's what they provided the court. And what the defense is gonna have a good chance of doing is knocking down that.
Why?
Because he wasn't found guilty of the most serious charges, right, which is RICO and sex trafficking. They said there is no threat of violence or, or, or any real threat here, because if there were— if he really was a threat, if he really was so violent and a threat to society, then he would have been found guilty of sex trafficking, he would have been found guilty of RICO. So again, this is what the defense is going to argue. We'll see. They're going to submit the letters with these arguments. I just assume discussed. But if the judge buys it— and I'll be honest with you, I'm sure Mel can concur— it looks like the judge likes Diddy. Even the jury kind of— didn't the jury kind of clap? Like, when he thanked them, the courtroom exploded. I mean, this is—
that was gonna be my next question, Maverick, because I have a question for you in just a second. But Mel, what was his reaction when the chart— when the, uh, verdict came down? What, what was Diddy's reaction? What was the jury's reaction? What was it?
Diddy looked very relieved, but this is the first time I saw the guy light up like a Christmas tree. A light clicked on with him. He looked so ecstatic. But the first point of business, he turned to his family, but he also expressed his gratitude towards his attorneys. He was hugging them. Everybody in the courtroom went crazy. It was, it was even the jurors. You could see at first they came out, you couldn't really read their faces, but once it was totally red and they all looked at Diddy intently, You can start to see them starting to smile and some of them start nodding their head because they felt like justice was served in this particular case. And his attorney immediately stood up and asked to let Diddy come home today, but the prosecutor says no way, no way. He still has to decide.
In my opinion, and Maverick, I'm going to go to you real quick. In my opinion, this is equivalent to any man going to a prostitution district and picking up a prostitute and taking them back to the hotel and paying for sex. This is what this crime is because this is an embarrassment to the feds right now, because this should have been a— these are literally state-level minor offenses. But because he's never been charged or convicted of anything, he may go home with time served. Maverick, what is— you know, you've been following this in detail. You're a man. I want to ask you, and this is not to get in your business or anything, I mean, I mean, what man hasn't picked up a woman for sex? It doesn't have to be outright prostitution, but you could be like, yo, I'm coming to pick you up right now or flying you in for some pussy. Like, and they're with it. They're not bound. And that's why the trafficking, in my opinion, by force or fraud or coercion didn't stick because he didn't bound them. And I was talking with a friend of mine, Peaches Royale, today about that. He didn't tie them up. He didn't point a gun to their head. These were grown women. R. Kelly's case, these were children. This was the second time that he was, uh, charged with this, this same thing. The first time he got off because they couldn't find the victim. This time the victim sat up in there, okay? His entire team helped him to get marriage certificates and everything, and we're going to talk about that. But Maverick, what are your thoughts on this?
Yeah, two things, two points, and I think, you know, some people are overlooking this. I think that one The Mann Act, they were never going to get him on that, only because for one, that was built for Black men. Jack Johnson back in the day was sleeping with white women. He was a boxer, right? So it used to be called the White Slave Traffic Act. Oh, created that for Black men to, you know, saying, hey, you know, you're sleeping with white women, okay, we're gonna create the Mann Act. So they're never going to get him on that. And as far as a RICO charge, you can't be in a conspiracy by yourself. That doesn't— that never made sense to me. Okay, he was the only person in this ring, so that's one thing. Two, I'm not a fan of Diddy at all, but this is bigger than him because remember when they raided his house, they had those tapes. I think this is about those tapes. Those other people, politicians, they have other people of power, they have celebrities, athletes, They wanted those tapes. Okay, so these charges that they have them on, yeah, you know, it's a moving goalpost. I think that when it comes to these, you know, prostitution charges and everything else, you know, and I'm from LA, I've heard these Diddy stories for a very long time. This is nothing new. Everybody's surprised. But when it comes to these tapes, I think it's bigger than him. Don't forget, when he sued Diageo, that liquor company, all this stuff started to happen. Okay, so there's other billionaires in play to where, hey, if you're not playing nice, now we're gonna hit you with some charges. But there's other things too to where people are forgetting too, where he was hiring PIs last year going after content creators, not talking so favorably.
I remember that. Now that is true because it was a lot of content creators that had got hit up, but were they investigating for his case because they knew that he was going to get federally indicted. Maybe they were trying— I mean, there's many stories around that. Hold that thought because I want to come back to that. Um, uh, Mel, as, as far as the judge, what was the judge's demeanor in the courtroom after the verdict was read? Does, does it look like he's going to let Diddy go home?
Yes, he's going to let Diddy come home. He was very pleasant to Diddy. In fact, when they were trying to negotiate this whole thing, he said, well, I think Mr. Combs doesn't want to go back to the BDC or whatever the jail is called there. And I just want to say this one thing because I only have maybe a minute or two left.
Okay.
As far as clarity goes with these videos, it was testified in court that Diddy— there was no videos confiscated from Diddy. The only videos that were in court came from Cassie and Jane Doe cell phones. So just— that's what's testified in court. People might believe differently. There's no Meek Mill, there's no drugs in the baby oil. None of these things were necessarily true. There was nothing about white parties and celebrities. This was strictly about his relationship with these women and these alleged workers that they were dealing with.
Okay. And we talked to some of the sex workers. He got good taste in picking men, did he? Does. 50 Cent just posted and said he's the gay Gotti or something like that, if I'm not mistaken. I'll have to go and read per se what he said, but he actually kind of congratulated Diddy on beating the feds. I know there's a lot of people that are celebrating. His family came out looking happy. I saw Mama Combs in the blonde wig, you know, giving the thumbs up because They back in business. And so listen, please join us after the judge, you know, makes his decision on what he's going to do as far as Diddy going home or is he going to remain in custody? What do you want to say before you get out of here, Mel?
Yeah, before I go, I just want to tell you one thing. I sat in this courtroom every day, right? I never saw anyone really come except Kanye West and D-Dot. But other than that, Not a lot of people showed up for Diddy. He had a friend named Charluci that came, and he was here every day just as I was. He was right at my side as much as he could be. But I will tell you, after eating with the family every day, being around them, they're very present people. And Mama Combs is probably one of the most unique women I've ever met.
Okay, okay, great. All right, so we'll have you back after the judge, uh, uh, you know, I guess makes his decision, correct? So you'll be back after 12 or after 1? What, like 1:15?
It's at 1:30, so like around 1:45 I'll be right back on.
All right, great. Thank you so much, Mel. I appreciate you. Okay, hold for reset real quick, guys. All right, no problem. Okay, so Maverick, he just kind of shot down the conspiracy theories that you were, you were bringing up, saying that they didn't find any tapes in the house and the tapes that they had gotten were from Cassie. I guess because Cassie did— I guess, uh, I wasn't in the court, so I don't know. You know, her mom had to, I guess, buy some tapes or something from Diddy or something like that. I don't know. What— how did you feel about him, you know, kind of correcting that, I guess, some of that information that he felt was like misinformation?
I don't think it was misinformation. And I think that as far as Cassie, we all know that she's not as innocent as we thought she was. She made off with about, what, $30, $40 million? But again, we have to look up the ladder because In the original indictment, we had Lucian Grange in the indictment. He all of a sudden— if you guys don't know, the head of UMG— he was in it, and then all of a sudden he just gets moved out of it. He's never talked about it again. So where is he? He knows something, right? So if he was in the original indictment, then he gets moved out, then they're hanging out Diddy to dry. So I think that there's other people involved that's pulling the strings, and they're going to hit him with these charges because they don't want other people to look up the ladder. So I think that's what's going on, because I definitely think there's other people on the tapes. And I always said this, I've been saying this since the beginning, Diddy's list is Epstein's list, okay? Because we still don't have an Epstein list, and you have two billionaires from New York running around the same circles and they don't know each other? That's odd to me. So I think that these people are all moving in the same circles, and they can just hang out with the other people that they were running around with to where, you know, they don't want to get found out. Mike Jeffrey—
I wanted to give further clarification to what Maverick is saying and Mel is saying.
So, okay, go ahead, jump in, Mel.
So I actually sat in the courtroom the days where they played the freak-off tapes. Obviously we couldn't see them, they put headphones on so we couldn't see, so we could only watch the reaction of the jury and the person on the stand watching them. They specifically— the prosecutor specifically did not want to name everyone pictured in the freak-off videos, because to Maverick's point, I do think the other person was a celebrity. And let's just say I'm not gonna—
I'm not— was that the day that Kanye showed up? Because Kanye showed up the next day when the defense— no, no.
So Kanye didn't show up on the freak-off video day. No. So I think Kanye showed up on Friday, and I want to—
okay, well, go ahead, finish your point, finish your point. Sorry about that.
So, so I think Maverick is correct in the sense that— so Mel is correct that the videos came from Cassie and Jane, like off their phone, right? But I think the bigger picture of what Maverick is saying is that it doesn't matter where the videos came from. The videos do depict some other people, and the prosecutors specifically never wanted to put on the record who they were because by doing that, it would, it would distract, right? Because let's just say it was a huge celebrity you love that they said, oh, such and such is on the tape, then all of a sudden it would be about such and such. It would be about Diddy. They wanted the focus to stay on Diddy. So Mavik is definitely correct that they definitely didn't— the prosecution never wanted this to steer away from Diddy. And one way of doing that was not to name the other celebrities pictured in the videos that they, they did capture. I also wanted to give a clarification point from yesterday because I think Sasha and I were both confused about how the RICO was being listed with the predicate charges. So I spoke with, um, attorney Lisa, who had been doing some stuff with Page Six. Um, the reason— so we thought it was a mistake for them to continue to have arson and kidnapping as one of the predicate charges of the RICO, because there was a letter, remember, sent to the prosecutor's office— I mean, from the prosecutor's office— saying, um, that they should be removed. So the correction is they removed attempted arson, attempted kidnapping.
They didn't—
they never removed arson. So there's a difference between attempted and actually doing it.
So, which is the conspiracy of under the—
it was explained to me that it was still on the sheet because only the attempted was removed, not the actual charges. But if you think about it, this is why this case is such a landmark case, because let's just walk through the predicate charges of RICO really quick. Okay. You know, I'm a law professor, so this is, this is my educational moment. RICO, they only had to find 2, right? 2 crimes listed on this list to find the RICO. So we had kidnapping, arson, bribery, witness tampering, forced labor, sex trafficking, transportation for prostitution, and drug distribution. Okay, so they only had to find that he committed 2 of these things within 10 years to get the RICO. The fact that the jury found him not guilty of the Rico says they did not find kidnapping, they did not find arson, they did not find bribery, they did not find witness tampering, they did not find forced labor, they did not find sex trafficking, they did not, as Tasha predicted, find drug distribution. They didn't find any of that. The only thing they found was transportation of prostitution. So only if they had found one other thing in addition to transportation solicitation of prostitution would have got the RICO. And that's not gonna stick.
It's not gonna stick. And any sane person that's of age, right, that has done dirt in their past would put themselves in the shoes of Diddy. And I think they made a mistake focusing so much on the sex act of it. It seems like they just kept drilling the sex act, the baby oil, the this, the that, and not having sex workers, in my opinion, I don't feel like the sex workers helped the feds because it's like, yeah, he beat Cassie's ass, but then Cassie got right back to sucking dicks because she wanted to and was texting, hey, I love to freak off. I love to freak off. Let me just add this real quick. So baby oil right now is being sprayed into the crowd outside of the courthouse is what's being reported. Right now, some people gathered outside the courthouse after Sean "Diddy" Combs' verdict was seen, spraying baby oil into the air. Okay, the baby oil stock is going up.
It's right now, Johnson Johnson, Johnson Johnson stock going crazy right now.
Exactly. It says remnants of oil could be seen on the courthouse pavement. Okay, listen, this is CNN reporting this. Combs' alleged use of baby oil in the freak-offs or drug-fueled sexual performances was brought up frequently during the trial. Of course. And when they arrested him, they found 2 mini bottles of baby oil and a little bit of pink cocaine on the dresser when they arrested him, because it looks like he was about to have one last freak off before he turned himself in, but they got him a little too soon. I wonder who that woman was gonna be. Do you think it was gonna be Yung Miami? Cuz Yung Miami is celebrating Diddy's win right now. She posted Justin Bieber.
She just made a post.
Yes, and she go Papi, go Papi, go Papi.
I have a question.
I have a question. Whatever happened to that drug mule who used to, uh, play for Syracuse?
Tell us about— but he's the one who— please, the drug mule who brought all the drugs to them got immunity to testify, right? Right.
But to be clear, I want to make sure this is on the record. He got on the stand and said he is not a drug mule. He says, I am an assistant to Diddy. Yes, I set up rooms. Yes, I was in charge of cleaning up any paraphernalia like drugs and baby oil and things. He says, but I am not a drug mule. So whether he really is at or not, A, he got immunity to testify, and B, he kind of helped Diddy's case because he made it clear he was not, uh, a drug mule. Uh, something else I want to clarify: the, uh, prostitutes actually did help the prosecution's case, and let me tell you why. Because think about it, put your glasses on. Uh, the reason why they helped the prosecution's case is if Diddy had never used his credit card to pay for some of the prostitutes to come across state lines, there would be no guilty charge of the Mann Act. Right? Then what? They would have no evidence. Let's just say this was all cash, because for the most part it was cash. Even, uh, Cassie said, oh, we would deliver cash, I would just hand off cash. You can't track cash. So what I'm hoping Diddy learns from this, and everybody that's listening to this, if you are going to do something, which I'm not telling you to do it, but if you're going to do it, anything used with a company credit card is what ties it to him. If there was never a charge for flights, there would be no evidence to connect him to transporting the prostitutes across state lines. So in that way, that is why I did predict that if there would have been a guilty charge, it would have been transportation of prostitution. Because again, they spent, I want to say, 4 to 8 hours a day going through every line item on Bad Boy Enterprises invoices showing Cassie texting the prostitute, hey, come on up, you know, let's go here, come, come to this city, meet us at this hotel. And then they would immediately, next to that text, show— not all the time because sometimes it was cash— they would show the Bad Boys Enterprises credit card being used to then sometimes purchase that flight. So that's what got him caught up. If there were no credit card charges, Diddy would have walked away completely.
But what about— real quick, I think everybody forgot about John O'Dee. Where did he go?
John who?
John O'Dee. So he's the one that shot up Doral, uh, Trump's golf course years ago. What he told this back in 2017, 2018, he was sleeping with Cassie and all this stuff was going on.
This is years ago, herpes and all that stuff.
So where did he go? How come they never brought him up? Because he was the first whistleblower on this.
Are you talking about the man that's currently serving time? I think he looks like he's—
Yes, because he tried— he shot up Mar-a-Lago and then tried to get a deal out of, you know, because that's terroristic threats against the president. You tried to kill a president, that's assassination attempt, right? So he was like, I got information about Diddy, and he was saying, I'm a slave, I'm a slave, and I, I got paid $5 Yeah, go ahead Maverick, remind them of some of his testimony real quick while we load up our celebrity guests. And guys, we're dropping the link in the chat, okay? You guys can call in and give your thoughts on Diddy walking. Do you feel like he deserved to walk, or do you feel like justice was not served today? He needs to go to jail. Please, we want to hear directly from the Winos, okay? Go ahead Maverick.
Well, speaking of his jail time, real quick, I don't think him like— because he's facing 20 years, right, on those two counts?
Yeah, 10, 10 years for each.
10 and 10.
I don't think he's gonna do anything near that, only because this is a first-time offense. So I think that with the time served, probably gonna get like a year, maybe 2 years. I don't think anything, anything past that though.
I mean, anything is possible, anything is possible, but the fact that you could face up to 10 years for each You can't assume that you won't get the 10 years. You just have to pray and hope that you, that you don't. Um, like you said, some of this could be time served, some of this could be probation. There can be— when you're sentenced, your sentence can be a hybrid. It could be a mix of things, kind of like Young Thug, right? Young Thug, it was, it was time served, and as long as you don't do anything for the next 20 years, which I've never heard of a probation—
I thought it was a bad deal.
Well, because now he has to be on his best behavior for 20 years. He can't even go back to serve that time.
Gang members, he could be violated immediately with other gangs. And you know rappers are gangs. Like, and Bryan Steele, even though he was added to Diddy's team late in the game to help, you know, to facilitate a possible deal in case they needed to make one. Like, yeah, like Young Thug did not get a good deal. He should have added Young Gunna's lawyer. Here.
But you gotta remember, even though we know that it's technically a bad deal, because who wants to be on 20 years of probation and walking?
Hell no, no.
He looked at it as a good deal because he just wanted to go home. And you have to keep in mind, even with Diddy, Diddy just wants to go home. He's already asked the judge through his lawyers, can I go back to my Miami house while we wait for sentencing? He just, he just wants to be out of jail. When you've been in jail, when you've lived a high life for that long, and all of a sudden you're put at your lowest point, you will be surprised what people will, uh, agree to. So we'll, we'll see what the sentencing is going to look like. Again, I don't really think he's going to get the full 10 years for each, as Maverick says. And if he did, that would, you know, I would be very surprised because you have to remember, with sentencing, this is where your characters, uh, your character letters come in, your support letters come in. This is where the judge reads the letters from your family, your friends, and your colleagues. They take all into consideration before they, they sentence you. So I do think, no, you don't walk away from this completely. I see this being a mix of maybe probation time, sir, potentially some jail time. And don't forget, this is a federal charge, right? So let's talk about the fact that Donald Trump could pardon him. Donald Trump could pardon him. So even if he—
I was gonna say that still could be a possibility. He still could get a pardon because it's so, it's so minor. And, um, listen, you got dragged yesterday, Jay Carter. I don't know if you know when you— they say said you was team sucking Diddy's dick. They said you was team Miami, said he looked good up in the courtroom, girl. Why though? Give me a break.
I'm here, look, I'm here about justice. It's justice and fairness, right? I think they thought Tasha and I were team Diddy. It wasn't so much that we were team Diddy. I'm gonna make this clear, I am team justice and fairness. You don't take state crime, and then you try to make it a federal charge.
Yeah, they was trying to have a problem with that.
It's a square, it's a square in a circle.
No, it's, it's Diddy's miniature because they say he got a mini, uh, that's why he would hire workers to do the business because he had a micro. And I knew, and I know guys anyway with, with high estrogen levels like Diddy You know what I'm saying? That's why he always had to have BBLs and breast reductions and stuff. And he got wide hips and shit. When you got wide hips, you have an estrogen dominance. And that's why people would think that he was, you know, kind of, you know, gay or whatever like that. But they say he would hire— I gotta ask one of the sex workers that came on the size of Diddy. But Maverick, real quick, you never talked— did you feel like Diddy should have gone to jail? Do you feel like justice was served, Maverick?
I feel like this— I feel like it's one big show to me. Okay, this whole thing, again, I think people have to look up the ladder. I think there's more components to this thing that people aren't thinking about. People will focus on the baby oil and all the frivolous stuff. Whatever happened to the minors that was involved?
But it was like, though, that's what I'm saying. What was presented at trial? So I hear what you're saying, Maverick. There was a lot of distractions, other things that that could have been included, but it wasn't. So answer the question. I'm gonna put you on the stand. Answer the questions directly. Based on what he was found guilty of, paying prostitutes to come across state lines, do you think it was fair that he was found guilty?
Yeah, of course. Okay, okay. When you look at the— when you look at the charges as just black and white, that's all I'm saying. I'm an adult, I'm 43, I pay my taxes. Right? Okay, when you look at the charges as they could have probably brought him up, they could have got a lot of stuff on Diddy, but they chose to focus on this part, okay? Because they thought it was a slam dunk case. And besides, they started their investigation before they even brought an indictment and did a press conference before they brought the indictment when they sent the Homeland Security in to go raid his homes. So that right there, it makes it impossible to find a jury who hasn't really, you know, seen anything in terms of the case. So the feds kind of know what they do when they're using the media to help drive a home run. So if they do end up putting a jury in place, they know that they've heard a little bit about Diddy. So it is impossible, especially with social media everywhere. And so I think they thought that with everything that they had drove and everything that they had put out using mainstream media, that this was going to stick.
And so—
I think this, I think this, to be honest, people forget he's a billionaire. They don't live by the same rules and the same game that everybody else does. If this was some regular guy, he'll get life in jail easy, okay? So that's one thing. Two, when they raided his house, he just conveniently wasn't home when they raided the house.
This is what I'm saying.
So like, again, with the tapes, with people being on there, politicians athletes, like all these people of interest that they're gonna be, you know, involved to where this— it's like, well, they're not going to be, you know, they don't want to get found out.
This is what I think.
I think this—
I think this—
go ahead.
They had to get him— okay, no, I'm just saying they had to get him on something, a slap on the wrist, to get those tapes And again, Mike Jeffries, who is also from New York, he gets off, right? Amber Carvey and Fitch, uh, former CEO. So as soon as Diddy went to jail, what happened? Mike Jeffries gets indicted. You had, uh, the mayor of New York get indicted.
All of his shit is gone. I don't— I forgot what happened to that, so don't get me quoting wrong, but go ahead.
Remember the reason why they got indicted right after Diddy just, just as a clarification, uh, Maverick, because they were all being indicted under that renewed rule for victims. So basically, before the— if the statute of limitation had passed, you could— you couldn't file anything, right? Those, those civil cases. So, so you have to keep in mind, on the civil side, you saw all these things coming down because you had civil lawsuits being paralleled with federal lawsuits all coming down because of this reduced statute.
And that's another thing too, he's still got to fight civilly these cases, right?
And I think we're going to see—
he just had two filed on Friday by a man that says that he, you know, Diddy had climbed on top of him and was like, you ready to get this Diddy love? After he drugged him allegedly and met his— some guy at a gas station and he took him to the party. Next thing you know, they gave him a drink and Diddy was climbing on top of him according to him. And then there was a woman that said she was, uh, you know, I guess gang raped by Diddy and, you know, his son. And so, what, no, by the son, but Diddy watched. So Diddy didn't touch her, but the son ain't got no money. Diddy got the money. So I think they just found a way to kind of tie him in. So he has a long road ahead with these civil cases and things like that. We're gonna take a question. You guys are ready to take questions from callers before we load up our first celebrity guest here shortly. What's in— who's the first? Facts. Facts, what's your name? And, uh, sorry, where you calling from? Facts. Um, hi, how you doing?
I'm calling from Texas. Uh, my question is, how is it that everybody smooth looked over the fact that the minute he called Trump a racist, that's when all this started? Right before he said he was about to start doing things in the Black community, then suddenly all of this stuff started. He filed the lawsuit against the liquor company. It's bigger than that.
This is another Black man being hoodwinked by the system, and they keep doing it to us over and over again. They get the media involved, tell all these lies. They had us thinking this man was trafficking children across state lines. That's what— that's where the outrage came from. That's why everybody was so pissed off. But none of that came out in the trial.
Why?
Because it was live.
Again, this, this is another case of the same thing.
So my question is, why is it that nobody is seeing what's really happening? Okay, thank you so much, Fax. Go ahead, go ahead, uh, Jay Carter, go ahead and answer, and then Maverick, you follow. I think they're—
I think they're seeing it, as Maverick is saying. Maybe not everyone's seeing it, but I think overall people are seeing it. But to your point, this is why this is such a historical win. Because it sets the precedent. Because think about it, this is why I think, uh, would it— would it— 50 Cent just congratulate Diddy and called him— I think he called him the gay, gay guy, or Irv Gotti. The reason why he said that was because Irv Gotti also beat the feds on a RICO charge, right? So the fact that Irv Gotti beat them on the RICO charge, Diddy has beat them on the RICO charge, it is setting the precedent. If you come after our Black entertainers, our billionaires, with this RICO nonsense. If you want to charge them statewide, go right ahead. You want to charge them for all the state crimes and all the terrible things to do, have at it. But if you pull this mess again and bring this into federal court when you know it does not belong in federal court, you are not going to get the conviction you're seeking. And so if that makes me Team Diddy, then that makes me Team Diddy. I don't think I'm Team Diddy. I just think at the end of the day You should not be charging someone federally if it is a state crime, and I'm gonna stand.
All I know is Carisha finna be walking around downtown Miami smelling real pissy for the next 2 months. She got a lot of making up to do, okay? She's a freak-off girl. She's a ride or die. Go ahead, Maverick.
Yeah, um, I think Diddy's a fed, to be honest. I think he— I think he's a fed, and even Kanye said it a couple years ago. Kanye, he was saying that, yeah, Diddy, you, you fucking fed, and all this other stuff. So I think that he's given information. I think he has a lot of dirt on a lot of people. He is the Black Epstein for sure, because you don't run around for that long having all these tapes and all these freak-offs and all this stuff going on with celebrities, high-powered people, and you don't have anything. So you're definitely running some type of blackmail ring. So that works into your advantage when you get pinched. So, you know, of course he's going to get hit with these, you know, frivolous charges and whatnot because they're making an example out of them. You know, you have to stay in line, otherwise we're gonna hit you with some real shit next time. So, you know, he's not— again, he's not gonna get any serious time, but he has information for sure. And I think that when— again, you're playing a different game when you're a billionaire running around in these circles. So I think that, yes, she's correct as far as, you know, looking at the ladder and whatnot. I think that, you know, they're gonna, you know, give him a little bit of time. But again, this is bigger than him because there's other people involved. And yes, we're going to see some civil stuff going on. They're going to go after his money. And here's my prediction. Here's what's going to happen after all this is, you know, the smoke clears. Guess what was going to happen? He's gonna go to the church. He's gonna go to TD Jakes' church and start going to, you know, these mega churches because that's the only way to clean up your name.
So give his life to Christ and just— yes, he gonna retire the baby oil.
He gonna say he is, uh, T.D. Jakes' power bottom. He's gonna— he already stepped down, all right? And then he's gonna go take over T.D. Jakes's church. All of a sudden, T.D. Jakes doesn't know Diddy. Oh, I met him one time. Really? He's like, I stopped by his birthday party for 30 minutes. Oprah, you too. So, and that's the thing, here's the thing, I don't, I don't— look, look, look, Black people, we have to start holding other Black people accountable. I'm tired of like this race card thing to where they're doing nefarious shit and we're just looking the other way.
Okay, I forgot everything you said when you said power bottom.
Don't do Teddy that way.
I forgot everything you said. He gonna cut it. I left black women for white women now.
What you talking about?
I'm just saying.
I'm just saying. We're gonna take another caller real quick. Uh, who's backstage? Thomas. Timeless. Timeless. Where you calling from? I'm calling from Charlotte. All right, shout out to Charlotte. So what are your thoughts on what just happened? Did he beat them crackers in the fan case? What's up?
Um, well, um, I have to agree with Maverick when he said is our community has to start holding our people accountable. You got people in front of the court yelling, a Black man being attacked and all this mess. We saw with our own eyes on TV, this man beating up Cassie, kicking her like she was a rag doll, treating women like a piece of meat.
And they own them. And then you're sitting, Black people sitting on here being outraged, how you attacking this person, you put them in jail for a year for nothing. For nothing? You got rape, you got beating kids, drugs, all this other stuff. Okay, yeah, it may have not been the bigger charges, but it was 4 that he was charged with. 2, he was found guilty of. So how about let's hold him accountable for that as a community. Yeah, we don't tolerate, let them know as a Black community, there's certain things we don't tolerate with our own people. When we gonna start having respect for our own people and stop with this foolishness of, oh, we attacking a Black man. As long as it ain't touching you, it's okay. But when it touch your family, you out on the TV crying.
Yep.
And then we're moving the goalposts because we're moving the goalposts because why is it that Tory Lanez is still in jail, you guys? His DNA was never found on that gun, but he's still in jail.
So hold that thought. We just got word, uh, we have our first, uh, guest backstage. We're gonna go ahead and reset. We're gonna run some, uh, ads and I'm gonna bring everybody back up and I'm gonna introduce our, uh, celebrity guest. Okay, so Jay Carter, Maverick, stay on standby. Why don't you stay on standby after the break? We got our first celebrity guest. You guys will be able to ask him what you want to ask him when he's here. And he's pretty close to the situation, okay? We got some sponsors we need to brag about, which means Boley, raise a glass too. Let's go. Without you, I don't know where you'd be either. An eviction notice? What the hell?
Okay, so I'm the source of all of our problems or something?
I've been here less than 5 minutes and problem.
Where's Malcolm? Malcolm, where's my money? I have noticed you're behind on the rent.
Is there anything I can do to lighten the load?
Lighten the load? I'm calling to let you know that you are out of line.
Check your Cash App.
What?
You You're not gonna do it, are you?
Tanya.
It's not the time for jokes, Keith. Malcolm, I need my money.
It's been 10 years going back and forth with this bitch.
There was police called, there were people in handcuffs, she went out on a stretcher. I'm praying this the final conversation, 'cause I ain't got no more conversation left.
Up than me.
Yeah, it was just getting backstabbed by a person that I put in position.
Um, Mona and them never heard of a Masika. Mona kind of said like, we need like a hoe character, you know.
In all honesty, did you ever really get a DNA test? What brings you in, Travis? Say something to me!
I'm sorry.
Better question, what are you going through? We're not fucking Travis.
We are getting older and not so attractive. More so you than me.
What better way than to pull away wool over your eyes than sex.
So what the fuck happened again?
The bitch set me up with a trans and I didn't even know it. Oh Lord Jesus.
So is it true?
The blogs and their unending desire to ruin our relationship.
So why is that picture of you with some bitch in a hair salon, Travis?
I said I'm gonna go in a clay room.
Now Mind you, when I'm in this clay room, I said, this nigga come in here in the next 2 minutes, quick, fully dressed, telling me to go, he's gay.
Is this true?
How you gonna ask me something like that?
Everybody talks to somebody. All right, and we are back, guys. Don't forget, all of those movies are streaming live right now on tashaklive.com. All right, and so before the break, we were talking with Mel that was down— he is still down at the courthouse courthouse waiting on the judge to come back. And so he'll be back with us a little later. Mel from Watch the World 777. We also have from the Black Lawyers Podcast, Jay Carter, okay, who's been covering this case extensively. A colleague friend of mine, Maverick from the Maverick Approach. He does both, you know, just kind of— are you a conspiracy theorist? Is that what you're—
You know what? I like to call it a coincidence specialist.
Okay, coincidence specialist. Okay, well, thank you. We were talking to you guys all before the break, and we do have a guest that has been waiting backstage to talk about this. Ray J, how you doing?
Yo, what's up, everybody?
I'm good. You seem a little discombobulated. Let's fix your sound. I'm getting some feedback.
Hold on, I can turn it down, but then I can't hear her.
You ain't got no, uh, hair— you ain't got no earbuds or anything like that? All right, let's— how about now? Are we good? Is Adrian backstage? All right, drop him down for a second, get him back up here real quick. All right, so, uh, Ray J just got the news in. We definitely got to hear his thoughts on it. You know, he's been to a couple— he claims he hasn't, but been to a couple of after-party Diddy parties. But of course, everybody in Hollywood has been to Diddy parties. How's he doing back there? He's good? Okay, cool. We'll bring him back in just a second, guys. Okay, real quick, can we take— we'll take a real quick caller real quick. Can you guys answer a question real quick? All right, go ahead. Who's calling? Bubba, where you come? Bobby?
I'm from Philly, North Philly. Um, let me just keep it 100 with you. I, first of all, I haven't talked— I saw you in the beef sector about 2 years ago, and they wouldn't— yeah, I think you were over there at Jay Wilson's channel, somebody over there in the beef sector. Well, they brag about you all the time. Anyway, let me, let me tell you Yeah, let me, let me tell you what's going on. There's a group of people that claim you started over there with them, and then you got big time and you don't mess with them no more. But it don't matter. Yeah, people lie all the time.
What's your comment though?
All right, this is, this is what's up. First of all, it's gonna be a— it's a lot of angry women out here. A lot of angry women. Because they wanted him to get convicted because of the assault video. That's a fact. And so the next thing is, is that after Cassie's testimony, I started making videos saying Puffy is going to get a hung jury or acquitted. And the reason being is because Cassie is a smut, and men and women look at evidence differently. We look at things differently. Women are looking at her as a victim, and men are looking at her as a hooker, plain and simple. Somebody chasing the bag. Can I keep it 100? I'm just keeping it 100.
Yes, yes.
So women are angry about the video at the hotel Well, the statute of limitations went out and Cassie was after the bag. Every man out here knows that she was after the bag. She didn't care how she got to the bag. She would let somebody pee on her for the bag. And as a, as a man on the jury, we're looking at her as a gold digger that was willing to do anything to get paid. And that's why he got acquitted. Now, the two charges that he was convicted of, that was to pacify the one person that wanted that guilty. So they got together and said, look, let's just do this not guilty, not guilty, but we'll give you the guilty on the transportation. That's called horse trading. Both of those charges are about 10 years apiece. They will run concurrent. He might get a YSL deal and get on probation for 20 years because that's a part of the game. Puffy may only do 2, 3 years at the most, if that. I'm looking at probation for about 10 years. And all y'all angry women out there, I know y'all shutting it down. Y'all ain't gonna be laying the brothers because you're mad, but it's okay. You'll be all right. You'll be all right. You're gonna get past this. You're gonna get past it.
Hold on, let me speak for the women, especially the Black women that's watching the show. I got to, because we catching a lot of slack as Black women for what y'all are going through, and it's not Black women that are bringing the cases against y'all. The only person that has happened to is Tory Lanez, okay? Everybody else that has caught cases have been from white women or racially ambiguous women who have taken on black features or black characteristics or caricature and sold it back to y'all as a watered-down version of a black woman. Because you want the physicality of what a black woman is, but you want the mediocrity in some cases of what other races offer. Because you know you don't want all that mouth mouth from us. See, we ain't gonna take you to court. I'm gonna take you to court right here on these streets and drag your ass with my mouth, right? So I hate that we are getting blamed for something that they are, uh, uh, doing against Black men. Black women are not mad. We're just laughing at y'all because the same shit keeps happening to y'all over and over, and then y'all get mad when we don't support y'all. Sort of like when that girl was down there in Miami, right, with the Black dude, and he was on Twitter tweeting about how much Black women are this and he don't like Black women, and then it was the white woman that stabbed him in the chest. Is she in jail right now for that shit? Has she gone to trial? Leave us out y'all damn trauma.
No, I'm with you, Mama. I'm with you.
Are you? I think a lot of Black men think of that way. Shannon Sharp, y'all come on. Oh, y'all just want to see a brother down?
No.
It's the white girl that filed a $50 million lawsuit because he was choking her up right off the prom floor who wants to see him down. Ain't no black woman ran down to no damn courthouse. The only time we running down to courthouse is to get some damn child support. That's about it. That's about it.
And Kathy, I'm with you.
What I was saying is, I'm with you. I am with you. I blame the brother.
If you're with us, is it based on maybe the— I think I think maybe he's saying, based on what the last caller was saying about holding Black men accountable—
turn your volume up, we can't hear you.
You can't hear me? Uh, what I was saying was I think he was referencing more maybe your last caller who said that Black men should be held more accountable. And that last caller isn't incorrect. I think, well, it doesn't matter what your race is, if, if, if someone does something to you and you don't call the police and you don't press charges, they're never going to be held accountable. As, as, as we have stated, Cassie, who again isn't 100% Black, she's a mixed woman, was beaten on, she was supposedly sexually assaulted, all those things. She, she never filed any charges again, you know, got the prosecution to file any charges against Diddy on the state level, right? And now the statute of limitations have passed. And so no, he cannot be held accountable for those charges. And so I, I, I think that the sentiment is because he will never be held accountable on the state level for what he did to Cassie or anybody else, that people are just trying to lump it in to what was received today. And that's reality. That's just reality.
And the fact that— and the fact that Cassie was smart about it because she didn't sue him directly, she sued his company, and he had board members that wanted to go away. So she knew that right away to go get the bag, because when you have a director of board, like board members, they have insurances to pay this out.
Oh yeah, we've discussed that at length with— on Tasha K. Yeah, insurance companies that pay Cassie. No money withdrawn from Diddy's bank account to pay the settlement she received. So she knew that about $10 million.
She's a very smart—
right, she got a separate $10 million.
I think we're having some sound issues from you. Somebody's cell phone ringing or something like that. So, uh, go ahead, Maverick. And I need you to turn your volume up too, right, uh, uh, Jay Carter, because you're really low. Go ahead, go ahead, Maverick.
Uh, she's a very smart 305. She, she knew what she was doing. She got about what, what, $30, $40 million out of the deal. So I think that, you know, um, she played her cards right. But here's the thing, again, I don't think it's just Black men. I think just Black people in general have to hold each other accountable. This is the problem, because if we're not, guess what? Other groups of people will, and then it's not going to be so fair. So we can't be saying like, oh, it's after a Black man, and this and this and that. Dude was doing all kind of crazy stuff, and that's what we saw on tape. So imagine what happened behind closed doors. Okay, so if we don't start calling this stuff out now, how far can we let this go? And that's all I'm saying, because it's not about, you know, men, women, this, that. No, it's us as a people starting to hold each other accountable, because again, whenever we do something, it's magnified 10 times. It doesn't matter.
We're the entertaining race. Let me jump in here real quick because we got a few people that are leaving, uh, super chats, pretty hefty super chats. Thank you so much, uh, for the super chats. Um, to, let's say, Queen Carol 7, um, love you, Tasha. I think they are going to OJ him, hunt him down and convict him on another crime in the future. Okay, um, they're coming after him civilly the same way that they did OJ, but OJ only paid the goldsmith, I think around like $100,000. Okay, last one, but as we add Ray J back to the stream here, Heidi Fly Airlines, great show, the caller is spitting facts. Okay, and so yes, but I'm sorry, I just got tired of, you know, hearing Black men try to come in and say we want to see them down when it's Carisha has been quiet and supporting Diddy throughout this, even taking a hit to her brand saying, go Poppy, go Poppy. But it's the Asian women and the non-Black women that have been on Diddy ass the entire time. Ray J, welcome back to the stream. How you doing? Unmute yourself, unmute yourself.
Hold on.
Um, yes, we can hear you. Welcome, Ray J.
Thank you, thank you, Tasha. Yeah, we up in here. It's a lot of stuff going on right now because, um, um, you know, as you know, we've been saying a lot of stuff. We've been super accurate on a lot of things, and so now it's starting to unfold.
Um, give us, give us some background on what you said. Remind the viewers of what you said pertaining to everything that's been going on.
Well, it's been so many things, whether it was on Piers Morgan, whether it was on Tasha K, whether it was on News Nation, whether it was on Fox, whether it was on, you know, whoever picked it up, um, you know, we've always been vocal about what it was and what it is, right? And a lot of people have always said that, you know what, some of the things we've seen Diddy do is unacceptable, and that is a different case from what we're looking at now. So a lot of people think we're celebrating, uh, wrongdoing. That's not what this is. We're celebrating was right with us, with still a few twists that still shouldn't have went on too. But I guess, you know, you know, you got to take the good with the bad and the bad with the good. But at the same time, what he was charged for, in my opinion, like I said from the beginning, was nonsense. Now, if it was a domestic violence case, if it was civil or whatever that was, then it would have been a problem. Everybody knows it would have been a big problem, and nobody condones that who, you know, respects women and who stands for people being right and doing right. In this case, it wasn't that. And so it started to get weird. And then now we all as a people got to be like, yo, this shit is not okay. And that's when everybody— whoever had balls, because everybody was still scared. You talk about maybe 5 to 7 people even commenting on the Diddy case in its entirety. Why? I don't I told everybody from the beginning I don't like baby oil. I did. But where was the— all the baby oil hype? Where is that now? Where were the drugs in the baby oil?
Didn't happen.
It wasn't there, right? So you see how narratives get spent into ways where you start thinking that somebody's throwing it from a professional football player aspect, right? Because it's just so perfectly wrong. And so, you know, we celebrated. I've been playing Diddy all morning. My neighbors is mad because they— I'm loud this morning. But I told them, listen, I'm celebrating, um, almost what was right. Because anything guilty makes me feel like, okay, everybody wins. And in that kind of state of like, okay, you're guilty but really not guilty for the major shit. So I guess everybody wins, but Diddy gets to go home with a weird, like, image now. But is his image tarnished?
I don't know, man.
I don't know.
This—
when, when Puff get out, this is, this, this is like, what, what does that look like?
Slip and slide baby party at the mansion in Miami.
Go ahead. He's gonna start a church.
So do you think you're, you're, you're, um, your video is, is messing up, Jay Carter. Go out of the link and come back. We'll bring you back in just a second, okay? You got probably go out, shut your phone down, and come back in, okay? It's really bad video quality.
Okay, that's what she told me last night. I'm just playing.
I'm done. What were you gonna say, Maverick, uh, to Ray J? Because I got some questions for Ray J in just a second, and so do the Widows. What were you gonna say, Maverick?
It's just a prediction. I'm just saying, when he gets out, he is going to the church.
So you think he's— you think he's going to the church, Ray J? You think he's gonna summon up, uh, TD Jakes, um, and everybody— people that weren't there for him during his trials? You said you think he's gonna summon— he's gonna go and summon the church to help him rebuild his brand, to change his life before the world? Do you feel like he's about to do that?
But Taj, can you summon a church? That's crazy.
You can't— you can buy a—
yes, that's crazy. Um, I think that, you know, there— I think every time I've been around Diddy, it was a Sunday, he was always playing gospel music. And always, like, when I was around and like maybe early in the day, it was always spiritual music or motivational music going on, you know what I mean? And I think that's what— when people are inspired by other people who's successful in that, in that space, you always go, damn, so there's so many different elements to it. Like, you can party, you can wake up, work out, play some spiritual music, get some motivation, you know what I mean? Go get something to eat, have like a good vibe, a good meeting there, close the deal later on the board with a suit on, and then party later on that night, all night till 3. I mean, that's, that's a, you know, you never saw—
according to you, because you've done several platforms, you said you've never seen a freak-off or participated in a freak-off. And I think that was kind of proved a little bit, but then they were saying there are other celebrities on the tapes.
For real? Kind of proved a little bit?
There were other celebrities on the tapes, but they never named those celebrities. That came out in court because Diddy's defense team was trying to get them to out the celebrities, and the judge was like, no, we're not gonna do that. We're not gonna do that. We're gonna focus on the matters at hand. So Obviously there were other celebrities. So you're telling me you, you are a nepotism baby? This is all—
what was that? You were born into this shit.
You were born into the celebrity, the LA, the Hollywood.
Here's the thing about Ray J.
I've known Ray J for a long time. I've never heard anything about Ray J. I will say that. I'm from LA too.
But wait, no, math, math, math. You like like, which, when you say that, because you my brother, right? But when you say you've never heard of, heard, heard of nothing about Ray J, it's crazy because people are saying that. People are saying that.
We've seen you on tape. We've seen you on tape.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. And I'm not happy about that. And I— it wasn't really me, Tosh. That wasn't like— huh?
It was AI.
It was Ray Eye.
Wait, wait, wait, where's JLo?
One second.
Where's JLo?
Something's wrong with somebody's sound.
Tash, see, look, yo, yo, my team— I want— look how good Tasha looks in the middle with her camera, with her— now she don't got a camera, she got like a FX9 or something, or she shooting on a RED today. Can I get my Sony?
Let's go.
Like, I'm like, look, look, I need to do— listen, Josh, I need to do part 2 because when I come back, I'm gonna have— I'm gonna have a blazer on, I'm gonna have the new screen behind me, the FX6, right? Right now I'm looking like yesterday.
You do it, but you're Ray J. This is like just kind of everybody slid out the bed. He's not guilty, right? DJ, real quick, they're saying that none of his celebrity friends showed up for him.
Nobody.
What do you have to say about— no, as much as Diddy has done for the Black community, for the celebrity world, how do you feel about people not showing up for, for Diddy?
Listen, more money, more problems, man. Can't nobody hold me down. Can't nobody take my pride. Oh no, I got to keep— Yo, Ye did, but Ray did. Ye did, but Ray did it first, nigga.
What about French Montana? What about DJ Khaled?
French— I don't know French Montana. I don't know that nigga. I have no idea. Shout out to DJ Khaled, and I love, I love Khaled, but Khaled is a colleague. I don't know Khaled like that. Khaled's a colleague.
In my defense for Khaled, I'm gonna defend Khaled, okay? I love Khaled. Spoke out in regards to the Palestinian shit that's going on.
So look, look, look, here go, look. Speaking of DJ Khaled, you see that picture behind me? Yes, that's me and Diddy in DJ Khaled's car.
I don't know, Khaled's his own boss.
He's— because you got to understand, Khaled is extremely brand branded with multiple brands from, from, from tier 1 companies. And so there's certain things vocally, and like the subject matter doesn't equate to what brand is supporting him. So it's business with him. He got kids, and so you got to respect him feeding his family and what he's doing, um, where he can't jump off the boat and go, I'mma splash in water with nobody throwing the thing out for me later. So now when I come back, I I don't— it's almost like when Ye goes off the deep end and he got everybody around him, and then later when Ye says I'm sorry, it's like, fam, but we was all there. Now what we gonna do? You know, you, you, you— I don't, I don't know the answer for Khaled. I just know he's extremely brandable and he got a lot of brands behind him. For me, I don't give a fuck. I'm extremely 100%, 1 million percent boot strapped from the beginning on all my companies, on everything we've done from the ground up, so I can't be fired. So that's why I speak my truth.
Let me ask you something, Ray J. You've been in Hollywood a long time and there's a lot of women that's linked to you and nobody has ever came out and said not one allegation against you. That is rare, Ray J. And I remember when you had that multi-million dollar deal with, with the, your, your bicycles, which you had the scooters, and you—
I mean, yeah, I sold it to a company in Canada.
Yes. Nobody has ever— I mean, anybody I know that makes the kind of money that y'all make, you, Floyd Mayweather, 50 Cent, everybody is being accused of something. Why do you think nobody's ever came after you?
Well, I mean, first off, I mean, I love my mom and my sister, so I'll be getting into like little random shit. Y'all be seeing me go viral and shit, but it hasn't— it was— it's never nothing in that world because I don't know, I just— that's not what— that's not in my blood, I guess, you know. That's not what I've ever seen in my life. That's not ever what I've been a part of. And so I don't have that in my, in my DNA. But whoever does have that in their DNA and they reach a certain level, there should be things implemented like, um, all the people who Oh dang, bring the lawyer back up.
Tell Ray J come back out and come back in. Tell him come back out and come back in. We'll take some questions.
What everybody's connection— anybody know? No solid connections up here.
I have, I have great connection. I don't know what the hell wrong with y'all. Hey, hey, hey, Carter.
I don't know what's going on with the connection, but I gotta ask Ray J, does he think what he was found guilty of, does he think it's fair?
Yeah, no, we're gonna ask that and we're gonna bring some callers up. So we're gonna get him to get back in here. My team is working behind the scenes, um, to get him back in. Okay, hold on for a second. Okay, gotcha. All right, so hold on for a second. I'm talking with my producers backstage right now. Okay, hold on. Alrighty. All right. All right. So we got a few other celebrity guests that's gonna be popping in too. Um, hold on for a second. Hold on. Hold on real quick. Hey, who's— we got a, we got a caller waiting. What's the name? Who? Monica, where you calling from? Milwaukee. Can you guys hear me? Yes. Yes, I can. I can. What's your question or comment? Well, my comment is, is that Puffy is definitely, uh, only guilty of messing around with the Disability Act because clearly everybody who he's been hanging around with have some mental instability going on in their head. Because you can't keep coming back to, um, someone treating you bad and doing bad things to you and then claim you're the victim. So I like to say that in addition to that We have to be really careful what we're saying is wrong and right when it comes to people's personal space, because we are allowing the government to come in and now dictate how we deal with each other personally. And I know that, you know, people are saying Puffy did this to these women and did this to these women, but again, he invited them into their environment and they decided that what they saw was not for them. So it wasn't for them to come out and say well, you know, Puffy is doing this in his home and I don't like it, so press charges.
Because it's a fine line between what is personal and what is governed, uh, by the government.
So I just want everybody to be really mindful of what you're saying when you say, well, yeah, you should press charges against him. But your freedom is at stake as well as everybody else. So that's what I want to say. Thank you, thank you. Okay, um, we got another caller. Fatherhood, he's back, ain't he? Did he— hey, Fatherhood, welcome back!
Yesterday, yeah, yes, I remember.
Yeah, Fatherhood, what's your comment? You're muted, Fatherhood, you're muted. We're getting, uh, Ray J and another celebrity guest, uh, back on, um, in just a few minutes. Maverick and Jay Carter, I may have to set you down because this is gonna be kind of, uh, between them. You know, and I gotta probably mediate some shit, but y'all are gonna be waiting backstage and I'm gonna bring y'all back up. Jasmine has to create a set so we can all be on it, but for now we're good, okay? And I do appreciate y'all time. Please guys, take the time out to show some love to Jay Carter at the Black Lawyers Podcast. Follow her everywhere, listen to her podcast as well as the Maverick Approach. Maverick, I definitely have to do your— I have to do both of y'all podcasts. I haven't done it. And Maverick, I owe you an apology. I haven't had a chance to talk to you about that. Don't be mad at me. Okay.
All right.
All right.
I owe you an apology, Maverick. Maverick flew in to do an interview, okay? And the sound on the footage is corrupted, and it was a very, very, very good interview. We were trying to salvage it, but some parts were in and some parts were out.
Got you.
Okay.
Yes, we have promoted it like, yeah, we're coming. And then, um, I was I was just like, man, this man came all the way out here. Like, I was trying to tell the team, I was like, just tell him something just to hold him. And then I think the conversations just went dead. But I felt bad about that. And so we're gonna redo what we're doing, and we'll do it on your turf this time. This is the second time this has happened. I can't believe— there was another celebrity that we had did, and all the sound was gone. All of it. Just It was horrible. It was horrible. Yeah. So, and they flew in as well too from LA.
Got you.
Okay, okay, don't be mad at me, but you can tell your story though, like, and we can talk about that before you get off today with your experience with Megan Thee Stallion and, uh, Tory Lanez, because he does have a, a really nice, uh, interesting story about that. So Fatherhood, who is Elena. Marlena, where you calling from? Marlena, I'm from South Carolina. All right, shout out to South Carolina. What is your comment? What do you want to say?
So what I had to say is there are a lot of victims, and I feel like people should go through those processes of getting these tests done and making sure that y'all have that groundwork prior to just suing people for these millions of dollars. That's what I think was the pushback from this case. Like, we didn't see these women going to hospitals and doing the things that the real victim— well, I'm not saying that they're not. I want to take that back.
The women that real victims do, they go—
they really do.
And that's crazy, and I don't like it.
That that wasn't the proper protocols. And it's like, that's where I feel like it came sketchy in this whole case. It's like, yeah, he is a billionaire, so we can do it like this. No, I, I'm sorry, but that's the only reason that I'm like, okay, free this guy. And I am somebody that had to go through a federal case myself. So I knew it was certain things that you can only do, and that's the only way you're gonna pick me up on that charge. That's it. You cannot do that. And that's why it kind of make it seem as if they are doing these things to these people with this type of money.
And I don't—
I ain't too much fond of that. I ain't no Diddy fan, but I ain't know, like, I ain't either way, but it's like I really would like for them—
Okay, okay, no problem. Thank you so much. I think we were having some connection issues, and J. Carter, sometimes your internet comes in and comes out. Yes, it's like you go blurry, then you come back. We gotta, we gotta fix that, um, because your, your opinion is, is valued here. Um, who's next? Jasmine? J. Reed, where you calling from? J. Reed, guys, the link is in the chat. Um, we're waiting on 2 more celebrity guests right now to join our live shortly. Okay, so, um, I'm calling from Chicago.
Yeah, so I'm calling from Chicago. I have a theory that Diddy was used as a political pawn during the, uh, the Biden's—
well, the Kamala campaign, in order to elicit Black celebrity support.
It was at one point Diddy said that, uh, we need to form our own political party because the Democrats are not helping us.
And shortly after that, around that same time, Mayor Adams had an issue with the immigrants saying that he couldn't afford to maintain all of those immigrants, the illegal immigrants, as a sanctuary city. Mayor Adams was indicted the next week after that comment. And Diddy, when he got indicted, they held a press conference that was real strange on the RICO. They did not say anybody's names.
They threatened everybody and told them to come forward.
I believe because this political appointments the Homeland Security and all those things can have a political leeway and sway, that they were going to pressure those celebrities to, uh, endorse and support the candidate.
I agree with that.
I agree. That's how you've been preaching that.
I agree. All these people that, you know, was campaigning for Kamala Harris, you know, you had, you know, Cardi B and J.Lo and all these people coming out the woodwork. She still lost. And the fact that, you know, these celebrities that were campaigning for her after all those things happened was very odd. And I think that is pretty suspicious that when Diddy was saying, hey, we need a new political party, I'm gonna start it, we need to start fighting for ourselves— oh, they don't like that, okay? Because they, they built this system a long time ago to where it upholds a lot of racism. And I think when it comes to the left and the Democrats and whatnot The Democrats started the KKK. A lot of people don't know this, okay? Do your research. Now when they— when he starts talking about the political stuff, now they want to hit him with charges. Now it's not to say that he's not guilty of the things that he did. Here's the thing: they let you roam around for as long as you play their game. Now if you step out of line, then we're going to hit you with some charges. That's how the game is played.
What We're going to ask you in just a second, Maverick, about your— the Tory Lanez situation, because you know Tory and you've had your own legal run-ins with Megan Thee Stallion. And this is a similar case, people are saying. But I said it's not similar because it was a Black woman that came for Tory. Okay? It wasn't other women. You understand what I'm saying? Jay Carter, what do you want to say to what the caller just said? I can't hear you. You're okay. Hey, hey, hey, you're staticky really bad. Yeah, as soon as you say something. All right, uh, we'll drop you down, let you fix it and come back in. Okay, real quick, let's, let's talk about, uh, while we wait for, um, Ray J's, uh, setup, because he trying to— he's trying to compete with my camera. Yeah, he's trying to compete with your camera. He was like, why I look like— I look real regular, you know what I'm saying? Like, this is what we do up over here. I always make sure I go live.
And I'm official, I will say that.
I've been to the studio, the stuff is official.
Except when we lost that damn sound on yours. Yeah, besides that, besides that, it was like, can we put it out with camera sound? No, you know how that camera sound is like washy. It was just bad. I felt so bad because it was a really good interview with us. Um, but we're gonna go ahead and conduct that interview because legally you had your own fight with, um, Megan Thee Stallion.
I did. So in short, I won't bore everybody with the details, but you're gonna bore—
just go ahead and go ahead and spit it out. Yes, you were making more in court for a while.
Yeah, yeah.
And I had my legal run-ins with Meg, and I had one of the biggest luxury rental companies in LA for years, and okay, she rented from me and it was only a month booking And the fact that, you know, she wanted to change out everything in the house, which is not, you know, in the contract when it comes to all the furniture and everything else. You know, I can change a rug here, a picture there. I'm not refurnishing the whole house though. No, not for 30 days. You're not buying the damn house. So we go back and forth. Then she lies and says, oh yeah, well, the floor is warped now and this is wrong and this is wrong. So then we get into a legal battle to where now all of a sudden all these things that didn't come up before, after you did 3 walkthroughs and you confirmed it, all of a sudden now there's problems with the house. Very strange, right? At the same time all this is happening, I was working with Tory Lanez, right? Now he was renting houses for me as well. Now the way all this worked out, I feel like God, the universe, whatever you believe in, God works in mysterious ways, because if she did get that deal done with me, Tory Lanez would actually been her neighbor, because I didn't know who the celebrity was at first. I was dealing with her team, and the house I put Tory in was actually the house she was trying to get next to him without me knowing. It was actually my house she was trying to rent. So I would have actually unknowingly put them next to each other while all that mess was going on, which was crazy. And me and Tori were doing stuff together. We were, uh, you know, working on some crypto stuff. I'm heavy in crypto and whatnot. And, um, so that's what happened. And she ended up lying on me, stating that, you know, X, Y, and Z. We get to a legal battle. So I know from firsthand her character— she lies. Then we see that the gun that they said he used had 4 pieces of DNA: a female, a female, a male, and no, none of those were his. And the evidence, the DNA, was inconclusive because they never finished the DNA.
Now you know they finna drag you because they team Megan around here. Oh, I don't care.
And why is it that we're moving the goalposts when it comes to Diddy, Tory, certain people in jail that they shouldn't be in? I'm just going by the evidence. All this is public knowledge, you guys. You could look up the documents because it's all federal court, or it's all in the, the state courts. Okay, so the fact that the, the judge said it doesn't matter about DNA, you're still going to jail— this is on record too. What type of system are we in to where a judge says DNA doesn't matter?
So this is a state case, right? That was a state case between Tory and Megan, right?
Right.
And everybody pointed out flaws, but this was a jury verdict similar to Diddy's situation.
Yeah, and, and Diddy's case, he didn't get off, and he got an ex—
in my opinion, I feel that Tory got an extreme sentence. I don't think he should have did 10 years. I've seen, uh, I've seen pedophiles walk and get probation as long as they register as a sex offender. So the fact that you know, I guess assault with a weapon, and he was a felon and he wasn't supposed to have a weapon. And I don't know, I felt like his sentence was a bit extreme in my case. Like, I'm not going to negate what Megan went through, but I just felt like that was mishandled and there was also some errors. So do you— what are the similarities? What do you feel like the similarities are between the Diddy and the Tory Lanez case because you are close to Tory?
Yeah, I would say this. I would say anytime we have something to where it's high-profile people, it's not going to be fair. Whether it's, you know, guilty, non-guilty, it's not going to be fair. There's a microscope on all this stuff, and there's a lot of more variables than the average person. So with Tory, think about this, okay? How is it that his lawyer Sean Hawley going all through the case and then quitting right before, and her daughter sang background for Beyoncé, and she has a show called Reasonable Doubt named after Jay-Z's first album, and he finds this out right before the trial, then he drops her because he's like, well, this seems like a conflict of interest. And she denies, well, I had no connections to Roc Nation, but those two very, you know, things are very suspicious. And then it derails his whole case. Okay, so I think that, you know, again, when it comes to celebrities and people with microscopes on them, it's not going to be fair. With Diddy, again, it's about accountability. I think stuff that they try to get them on, the Mann Act and all this other stuff, that was designed for a Black man sleeping with white women. Look, do your research. Back in 1910, It was called the White Slave Traffic Act. They, they created this specifically for Black men sleeping with white women, okay? Jack Johnson was a famous boxer back in the day. They didn't want him sleeping with white women, so that's why they created this and renamed it the Mann Act, okay? So it's a trafficking act, but they, they can move the goalposts. So they put that in place. It's a system, you guys. They put it in place to where if you get out of line, you can play their game, but if you get out of line, they're gonna hit you with something like this and make examples out of people. Okay, so again, I don't think that Diddy, you know, all the stuff they were like piling on him, a lot of that stuff true, but he did do some nefarious acts and they— he was playing a game. He was playing their game. Okay, he got out of line saying, hey, I want to start a political party. He went after a liquor company. He was starting to rub people the wrong way. No Diddy. Now we see him in jail, or we see him get indicted, and all this stuff happens. But we have to look up the ladder, because again, on those tapes, how come they're not releasing the names? Who else is on those tapes? Were there celebrities? Were there politicians? Were there athletes? Are the people that we're seeing on TV right now on those tapes? The answer is yes.
So, all right, let's take a caller real quick. How we doing? What's his name? King Picks, where you calling from? I'm from Chicago. How you doing, Miss Tasha? I'm good, how are you? Well, I've really been enjoying Maverick. That was beautiful, brother, how you laid that out. But I would— the only thing I would say is I actually I actually think this was a very fair decision. And the reason why I believe it was fair, because I never saw RICO at all, not from the beginning, not in the middle. I just, I think the RICO was an overreach, but I feel that maybe this was by design from the prosecution. Maybe they went with the highest charge and maybe this is exactly where they wanted to land. I understand what Diddy could possibly get, 5 years. Is that correct about the two charges that he was found guilty on? 10 years. They each carry 10 years each, but he has no prior offenses. So, um, it seems like the judge is ready to kind of let him go with some probation and shit and go home. So yeah, stuff about that much. But Tasha, I do want to bring— throw another little thing in here. I'm gonna give back the mic. I think the bigger issue that sometimes the obvious answer is the answer. I want to see more of our Black celebrities start applying with wisdom. Listen, if you want to do whatever freaky thing you want to do, but my thing is, if you hiring a person for a job, let that little person do their job. It's enough freaks on the highest level. Why they keep reaching down messing with these little people? If you giving a person a record deal, give— part of the problem has been the sleeping couch, the casting couch. You can say the same thing about Tyler Perry. I don't understand Lizzo had got into some trouble because it's not just men, you know. You taking your dancers— I don't understand. Let your workers be workers, you know. If you're in a higher position, these people are subordinate. Go deal with your friends. I manage people. Ain't no way my little worker— you gonna get your little check and you gonna go home. Now, if me and my friends gonna go be freaks, we gonna go be freaks, but that has nothing to do with you. We need to get some professionalism and get back to business. I just want to say that, and I hope every Black celebrity stop dealing with these people who you gotta write they check. It's unprofessional and it's stupid. It is. They could sleep with people that don't work for them, like for real. Like seriously, let's stop the cap. Oh guys, we got, we got, uh, uh, we got two, uh, guests that are gonna be hopping on here shortly. We're still waiting on Mel. Mel from Watch 777 is down in courtroom right now on the streets. Apparently a fellow content creator is down there shooting baby oil in the air. Ski Wiggins. I don't know if y'all know who Ski Wiggins is. So he's down there. I'm sure he's gonna be sliding on peak cocaine and baby oil a little later tonight too, because he's been down there caught at Pride with, with ski in his nose, with snow in his nose. You know what I'm saying? But Mel is gonna be coming back after the judge makes his decision. So I guess guess he'll be sentencing Diddy today. He will give his sentencing, or no sentencing?
They're gonna let Diddy know if he can go home while he—
okay, okay. All right, great. So, um, what do you want to add, Jay Carter, before we take the next caller? And we do have another celebrity guest that's gonna be hopping on. Ray J said he's putting on a suit and his makeup. Okay, um, we just got the Diddy bail request, uh, paperwork in as well too. Hold on for a second, and I'm gonna read that in just a second. But what do you want to add, Jay Carter?
I think you had a caller talking about being careful of bringing in the government to our private bedrooms. Literally, the Constitution has that. That is a part of our Constitution, the privacy. That's why you have Roe v. Wade. You have all these legislations that that were created because it says that the government shouldn't come into our private decisions. So I thought that was an interesting nuance that your caller made. But the caveat I will put with that is, while we shouldn't bring the government into our bedroom and our private decisions, when crimes happen to us, when things happen to us, it is on us— to Maverick's point, whether we're white, Black, Asian, Hispanic, whatever— it is on us to hold hold that person accountable. Because you see what happens when you don't hold someone accountable— the statute of limitation passes, and then that person is never held accountable. And in this case, Diddy was never held accountable, accountable to what was seen in that Cassie video with the hotel. So what did the feds say? Okay, he'll never be held accountable. Let's somehow lump it into this RICO theory that him and his staff were part of the this criminal enterprise to commit acts such as physical assault against people. So you see how it didn't work out because Cassie never held him accountable on the state level, and how ultimately it didn't work out on the federal level either. He was not found guilty of sex trafficking. He was not found guilty of RICO in any of those predicate crimes other than transportation of prostitution. They didn't— the jury did not buy The jury did not buy it. And so I just think at the end of the day, um, there's the moral and there's the legal. And I think non-lawyers or people that are not in the law don't understand that something could be morally wrong and not necessarily break the law. And so I think when we have these conversations, it's important to separate moral is not necessarily legal, number one, and number two, I still stand by what I said. Transportation of prostitution was him using that credit card to transport the prostitutes across state lines. The jury came to the correct decision. Also keep in mind, it's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They actually instruct you as a juror— I don't know how many of your winos have ever been on a jury— they actually say if you have any doubt, even if it's 1%, you are not allowed out to find this person guilty. So there was always going to be reasonable doubt with the RICO. There was always going to be reasonable doubt with the sex trafficking because there was so much consent. Jane had the most consenting testimony that really hurt the prosecution's case. So what did that leave? That left transportation of prostitution. The minute you showed that credit card, that bad boy credit card paying for that prostitute to come across state lines, that was their case. And that's why I think I think this is a fair verdict because they actually found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in that particular charge.
So the judge, real quick while we load up another caller, so both sides I believe has submitted their, well, Diddy's side has submitted a bail request asking if he could basically go home while they consider sentencing. And so they've already turned it in to the judge. And so when Mel gets out, I'm sure he'll have an answer for us as to what went down in there. And I'm sure we'll hear from the judge, uh, soon. The defense proposes the following bail package: a $1 million bond co-signed by Sean Combs, his mother, his sister, and the mother of his oldest daughter. Okay, Mr. Combs' travel, uh, will be restricted to the Southern District of Florida, Central District of California, and Southern District of New York to attend court and meet with his counsel, as well as Eastern District of New York or the District of New Jersey, only to the extent that his travel, uh, that his travel to and from New York involves an airport in those districts. Mr. Combs' passport, uh, will be surrendered, uh, surrendered to Pretrial Services, and drug testing is ordered by Pretrial Services. Now, I don't know if he gonna be able to pass the drug test. I Diddy, he been doing drugs a long time. I think his body is dependent upon that. When I spoke to Gina some years ago, she said Diddy kept a fanny pack of all types of drugs that he stayed on. And when he was beating her ass and throwing her downstairs and kicking her babies out of her stomach and shit and whipping her ass in front of her baby, she said he stayed high according to her. And then the proposed bail release conditions are all other standard conditions of pretrial supervision. For the, for the foregoing reasons, the court should release Mr. Combs on the proposed conditions. Okay, so yeah, because I think they should do Las Vegas as well too, and Texas, because he's got a lot of civil suits that he's gonna have to, you know, fight as well too. So I just, you know, in my opinion, I feel like it's time for Diddy to leave the country when he, when this is all behind him. And I feel like a lot of billionaires should be leaving the United States because you don't see in other countries billionaires being brought up for consensual sex.
Yeah, true. And I think that when it comes to the drug part, like, he's been in, I guess, detox— I mean, you could say for a year now.
So not where he was at. They say they make them in the cells.
I mean, he could, but I think again he was under a microscope, so I think that if he was doing that, that's not a good decision because again, they can use anything against him. And how they were even saying that he was, uh, contacting, you know, certain witnesses and all this other stuff. I think he has to keep, you know, his nose clean, pun intended. So I think, yeah, he had to be, you know, he's gonna do everything he can do to stay free.
Yes. Let's take another call real quick. Who's backstage? ATM, where are you calling from?
I'm calling from Michigan right now. Tasha K, shout out to Michigan.
What's going on?
So, um, I got a couple things to say, um, and I got to be fully transparent. I never heard back from y'all, but I'm getting to the Diddy case. Mona Lisa Brown, I was supposed to be working with y'all on that script, but we leave that alone for right now. Me and Shaq had a meeting about working on that, but anyway, I'm just gonna part of the movie department.
I'm an actress.
Oh, come on. I mean, I already know this was a couple years ago.
This is—
anyway, I'm gonna leave that alone.
I'm gonna leave that alone.
This is when the Cardi B stuff was going on. But anyway, so as it relates to Diddy, um, which me and your husband had talked about before, I worked for Diddy in 2008.
Okay.
Um, but that was years and years ago. It was Quincy Brown, which is L.B.
Sessions. What was your job?
I know this is— okay, you know L.B. Sure, son. Quincy Krisi Brown?
Yes.
That's, that's technically not his son. They, um, was illegally adopted, whatever, from LB Short. And so my experience— he, he was on Sweet 16. So my experience, this is before Kim Porter died. I did the show with them, whatever, got invited to Kim Porter's birthday party. Everything was cool. It was very respectful. So that's my experience I have with him. However, um, as it relates to like the court cases and things of that nature. My only issue is when you deal with something, somebody for a certain amount of time, I understand the first time, yeah, that's cool, and you might not understand certain things going on. But when you have a habit of, of being around a certain situation, understanding what's going on, then what is the accountability? Uh, you know, where does the accountability come from? Because because I, I'm dealing with you for these— how long am I dealing with you with—
for?
So, and just like when y'all was having the conversation yesterday about passing the weed or passing such and such, such, that's technically— that's, that's distribution. True story. And just like he was talking to that guy, I think he was from Michigan, he was like, yeah, I ain't take nobody over lines, but I did have somebody in the city doing the taxi and all that kind and stuff.
Okay.
And so it's unfortunate that this has happened. Hopefully you don't get the many years. Now, he, he deserved— like I said, oh, I didn't say this, but he deserves time for other stuff, you get what I'm saying? But for this, I think they handled it the wrong way. Like the lady getting shot in her— damn, I know so much, I need to get off this shit thing. Oh, I cussing too. Um, but it's other stuff that he, he could be charged for, but it's not this.
But you ain't tell me shit about what you used to do for him. Did he say anything? Am I crazy?
I said I work on Sweet, uh, Super Sweet, Super 16, whatever the thing for LB.
What was your experience working with Daddy? You come up and say all this other shit.
I said I have no problems with them. I said everything I did, there was— I said I went to Kim, Kim Porter's birthday party. I said I have no— I've never had no problems, just like I work with Russell Simmons.
How much he paid you?
I was at Clarkeland at this still time. It wasn't a lot of money. I mean, it was like maybe $1,500. It wasn't a lot, but I'm shooting. I'm doing videography for the show. So I mean, it wasn't a lot, but as a college student—
You want a cameraman outside? Okay, cool. And I do want to point out that Kim Porter has never ever made a police report or anything against Diddy, and it was alleged that Diddy was whooping her ass from New York to LA every day. And while Al B. Short was out here campaigning for, uh, for, uh, Kim like she needed to be saved. Kim felt the same way Cassie did. The only difference is Kim understood her role to Diddy. She had children. I think if Diddy would have let Cassie keep a baby— but he didn't want Cassie, any of them babies sliding down through Cassie, and Cassie had all them damn infections and shit going on down there— the baby, it would have passed on to the baby real easy, you know what I'm saying? Baby coming out pissy and everything else, because they were saying that Cassie, you know, was being pissed on and all types of shit. I don't think it would have been a problem. But let's note, remember, we're not taking a Black man down because Carisha ain't said nothing and Kim Porter ain't saying nothing. Misa, his baby mama, was in the courtroom. All of them are in full support of Diddy. I was a little shocked that Mary J. Blige ain't come out and say nothing. And, you know, for Diddy or any of his friends, okay? That to me is just mind-boggling how they ain't say a damn thing. And then Jay-Z said they were never friends.
Come on, Jay-Z and Diddy, they were never friends? They had brunches, the Roc Nation brunches. He was there every day and they don't know each other now?
Stop the Roc Nation brunches when that Diddy case hit, remember? He said no more. He is buying a house right now in UK, trying to get the hell up out of here. What Diddy should have did when he heard that they was about to come for him, Jay is doing that right now.
Yeah, and that's the thing, that's what's crazy to me. Like, we've seen so much historical data to where these people know each other, have done business with each other, done music together. All of a sudden they don't know each other. Same thing that TD Jakes said.
I don't know that man. Never seen that man. Wouldn't know him if I saw him on the street.
That's crazy. I'm just saying.
Listen, uh, we got another caller. Leslie, how you doing? Where you calling from, Leslie? Hey, Latasha, calling from— Hey, what's going on? What's your comment? Okay, this—
and you know You just said it because I was just about to say that though. But it goes to show that money does not buy friendship, that your friends will be in the back end and saying they don't even know who you are, but yet they party with you, yet they hosted things with you, they did all kinds of things with you, as they so-called say, award ceremonies and things of after parties and everything else, but yet you do not know me.
But yet after, after he gets out, how many people are going to be behind him?
And like Maverick said, I do believe the church church will fall behind him, just like Kanye West went to the church. They will be going right behind him. There will be a lot of church members that will be standing behind him. I do believe that, just because this case right here goes to show you that a lot of the billionaires, so-called, our high-esteem entertainment facilities— y'all need to stay away from these women that so-called say that they are there to play the game.
They're not playing a game, darling.
It's a game game of money.
And for the women that are sitting there on the side and they're saying, oh, we're not standing up for women—
it's not that you're not standing up for women. I'm a domestic violence abuser that went through a lot of things. I'm not about to stand by no woman that went back to it and kept going back to it, and at the end of it, after all the time has passed on, oh, now I want to say, oh, hmm, I want some money.
So you want money for all the things that you went through?
You don't want him to get time served?
You don't want him to get any kind of time, but you want to— that's crazy. That is, that is crazy. Thank you.
Versus money, that's what it is. Morals versus money. Everybody got a price. Everybody want to say they want to be righteous until they get paid, then it's a different story.
Insane. And insane. We got another caller real quick. I'm trying to let the winos through before, um, our celebrity guests hop back on real quick. Toya, how you doing? Toya, where you calling from? Hey, Latasha, Maverick, J. Carter, whenever y'all gotta go, I trust me, I understand. I appreciate y'all, uh, even coming through and spending time with us and things like that. So just let me know. Um, uh, go ahead, baby. What's your comment?
Yeah, so hi, how you guys doing? Um, so I'm from New York, and anybody from New York knows that Puff Daddy always had his little parties. He was always a freaky man, you know. We all knew that going to his parties, you will come out there, you know, either drunker or higher than you was. But I got a story to tell you, Tasha. Um, so when I was about 15 years old, um, remember that song That's Gangsta by, um, what's the name, Shine?
Yes.
So Puff Daddy was making the video right outside my house, like right down the street from us. So we— I was walking down the block and he, um, he was outside in his limousine and he was asking girls from the school to come in the video. So I was one of the girls that he chose, and so we did the video and everything, and afterwards Words, they had us in the, um, in the, the bus with Black Rob and all of that and all those other stars that was there.
Didn't they say that Black Rob died from a certain disease?
Yes, he— let me tell you, I think Puff Daddy learned all that from Black Rob because Black Rob was more freakier than him. Like, he was, he was on some real nasty old man type stuff.
So you feel like the rumors are true that he died from a low T-cell count?
Yes, I completely— I agree with that.
Even my name is a lie, but they said was low. And hello, here's the thing, we been knew that Diddy was freaky.
When he was putting trannies in Biggie's videos back in the day.
Go back.
Yes, he had that girl with the braids.
There was a man with a little tube top. Go back to Biggie's video. I think it was either Juicy or one of those.
That was Hype Williams, uh, nigga in a wig. So that, that, that particular trans woman that was always in the video Hype Williams— and we're going to say allegedly in case he want to send some lawyers— was dating.
Wasn't she in LL Cool J video too?
Yes, that video too.
There's another one though. There's another one. If you look, it was— I think it was— it might have been Juicy. I think it was when they're at— it's a pool scene. It's not even a guy in a wig, it's just a regular guy, no wig. Wig, but he has like a little crop top on and you can see him in the back.
They said that Hype Williams did the casting and the lead girl that was all, uh, what was in that, uh, Here Comes the Brand New Flavor in Your Ear talk?
Um, like, what's this, what's his name again?
Um, Craig, Craig Mack.
Craig Mack.
And remember the lead, the lead girl with the, and then she had like the little mole? They, they said that was confirmed that that was a trans woman. But that trans woman got those gigs because she was dating Hype Williams.
Yep, yep, that's so true.
Yeah, I think it is Juicy though. If you guys go back to the Juicy video, go to the pool scene, there is a man in a crop top. No lie, you can pause it. So this freaky shit has been going on for a long time.
That's what I'm saying.
Long time, long, long time. But let me, let me tell you the rest of the story. Yeah, so I end up, I end up meeting a guy, right, um, who, who I lied to. It was, he was supposed to be Puff Daddy's driver, right? And I lied to him about my age. I told him I was 18 at the time. That time I was 15. And so, um, me and him started messing around a little bit, and he used to tell me a lot of stories about what Puffy used to do and and, you know, whatever, however he used to go around. Like, he used to, he used to, he used to always go to these other industry venues and industry parties. But there's one particular party— I mean, one particular thing he— that stood out to me, what a story that he told me. He has said it was one night he had, um, Puff— pick up Puffy from a party, and he had, he had a girl in the back seat date and they started to, you know, started to have sex and whatever. And the girl, um, he, you know, they were being freaky and they end up, you know, touching and fondling each other. And he said he heard Puff Daddy says, put your thumb in—
I don't want to say it, but he was like, yeah, put my—
put your thumb in my ass, let me feel it. And from there, I've been—
you—
I was in the wrong side of town because I was young I was— I didn't know what I was doing. And I got invited to one of his parties, but for some reason, God never told— God never put me in that, in that position to go. Because, you know, my mother used to be like, no, you ain't going out at 10 o'clock, you staying at home. So I was just like, all the stories that he told me, I, I'm not remembering. Like, this guy was really on some real freaky, freaky stuff. And when I see that he was on trial right now, it wasn't about the racketeering and stuff. I knew he— those charges was gonna stick with the, with the prostitutes because it was always like that even when I was young. And how that little— how that me and that guy broke up is because he told me he was 23, but actually he turned out to be 32 and he was lying, and he had a daughter that was my age. That was almost my age. So it was just too much for me. I was just like, no, I'm in too deep, I'm too young. And it was just— I was just going down the wrong path. And you better—
that grown man was having sex with you, child?
No, no, he was— it was foreplay. It was, you know, I was doing something to him and he was doing stuff to me, but it was— I really took it—
that's still sexual activity.
Yeah, yeah, I was—
y'all don't be considering the act, the mere act of a grown man saying that he 23. And that used to happen to me a lot. I remember I was 12 years old walking home from middle school, middle school, and a dude stopped me on a motorcycle. I think he was dating— he was dating my cousin at the time, and he had stopped me. It was like, yo, you looking good. You know, I had on my little volleyball shorts, and he was like, can I get your number? I'm like, no, you messing with my my cousin. My cousin was a year older than me. I was 12, she was 13. I had saw my cousin maybe a few months ago. She was pregnant.
Oh my God. Oh my God. I thank God I got out of that whole situation because I probably would have been one of those girls get caught up with—
with— no, listen, listen, I appreciate you sharing that story. Thank you so much. But they did say Black Rob had a low T-cell count. But listen, we got Ray J back. Ray J, come on back. Come on back in here.
All right, listen, can y'all bring me up? Yo, look, because I need to be on everybody. Okay, that's cool.
Or bring your camera down just a little bit. Bring it down. That's what she told—
that's what she told me last night. Um, hold on. Um, let me— I know that's very distasteful in what we're talking about right now.
Well, it's fine, Ray J. You're Ray J. You, you know, I was just trying to figure out, like, what we were talking about is how you never caught a case. Case?
Well, listen, it's so scary right now because again, I haven't invited anybody over that I don't know in a long time.
And here's the worst thing, here's the good news. The fact that Diddy— Ray J, here's the good news for you because you're an entertainer. I've actually met you and your wife before at a party a long time ago. Very big.
God bless you.
It has always been very nice. Um, but what I'm I will say this, the good news for Ray J and the other entertainers is that because Diddy was found not guilty of the RICO, it's going to be hard for them to drag entertainers in moving forward on RICO. They can try, but now Diddy has beat it, uh, Irv Gotti has beat it, rest his soul. So the good news is this case sets precedent to help future entertainers avoid a RICO trial, a charge charges moving forward. But let me ask you this, Ray J. Do you think it was a fair verdict with the transportation of prostitution? Do you at least think technically, based on the evidence, that was fair?
I just feel like if there was a RICO or something in that matter, it would have been— it would have been something we would all have understood. And then everybody would have been like, oh shit, it's trouble on the way. This was a civil domestic violence case. Everybody's thought will be different and everybody's opinion will be different. But when you start looking at the justice system and you start understanding, well, wait a minute, this ain't that and that ain't this. So now what do we do if that ain't this and this ain't that? It's weird because you're defending what's right while knowing something in there was a little bit wrong. So that's where everybody was kind of off balance. And you see it was only a handful of celebrities and people who was around Puffy who ever even mentioned or even spoke about it. You know why? Because they will get fired, good or bad.
They have a brand, like you said, DJ.
No, they don't have a brand. No, it's not about having a brand. It's about working for a brand.
Well, working for a brand and that their money—
you have a brand that's working for a brand. Yeah, so your, your brand will get cut off if the big dogs don't see eye to eye with you. And there's nothing wrong with what the big dogs is doing. And there's nothing wrong with what the people are doing, that's selling their brand to the big dogs. But at the end of the day, brands have a certain way they want it. The richer you get, you want it a certain way. And at the end of the day, shit like this will happen. And honestly, when you let Diddy out, I think— and this is a fucked up thing to say, but I'm gonna say it— but I think once Diddy gets out and gets home back with his kids and he's able to chill, he's gonna still make a fucking shitload of money. But now he'll move different and he won't bother the people he was beefing with for sure. And so everybody kind of wins in this situation, even though there was a lot of losses. Everybody wins being that he's guilty for something, because he shouldn't be guilty for shit, not in this one, not with the credit card being used.
Because I'll be honest, like Well, you gotta understand, if he had never used the credit card to pay for any of the flights, I'll be honest with you, he would have gotten that guilty today. It was the charge on the credit card that got him caught up.
Yeah, no, I get that, but what do you think about that? Okay, you charge on a credit card. My assistants, all of them that work for me that I trust, they all have my credit card.
That is very true. That is very true. And I had an assistant at one time fucking some of the guests that we would book. Luckily, Ray J wasn't one of those guests, but I kid you not. And she tried to say that I was making her sell pussy. Listen, Jay Carter, hold back for a second. Maverick, hold back. I'm gonna add, uh, we got Biz Zeno, Ray J, they want to join you. Is that okay?
Yeah.
Yeah, where are your clothes again, Bizino?
I'm in Orlando. I'm in Orlando. I'm having a vacation. I'm in Orlando. I know, I know, it's hot as fuck out there, fam. I get it. What's up, Ray? I get it. Yo, I— you like— you've been working out, bro. You know, I'm about to do, um, coochie eating workouts to get this fat off my neck. Coochie eating workouts.
This is Benzino. He's— he's— you're— you're— hold on, we can't hear you. Hold on, we can't hear you.
They couldn't hear the coochie eating work. Thank God.
No, you put— you muted yourself, Benzino. Unmute yourself.
My mic is fucked up.
All right, Benzino.
Coochie coochie coochie coochie coochie. Is my, is my mic still off?
Drop this down. Just give me Ray J for a second.
Oh, is my mic working?
Yes, your mic is running.
Don't tell me my mic— oh, goddamn it. I told y'all we wasn't supposed to go viral like this today. What I'm doing, that go, yo, stop, stop, stop, cut, cut, cut. How are you?
I just asked how were you able to stay out of the lawsuit factory.
Again, like, I just—
your mic, pick up your mic.
It's like the soap dropping in jail, but ain't nobody gonna do nothing to me because I'm, you know what I'm saying, because I got relationship. Um, so, uh, I don't know, I just, I'm scared because I don't need any new guests coming to my house. A lot of people have random people coming over every night. As long as I don't even attempt to have an event or somebody over at my house at this stage right now, then I feel like I'm safe. A lot of people were set up. A lot of people have companies where they come in and send women in and they, they get information by doing stuff to you. Now they recording it. You might be married, so you gotta pay them. Like, a lot of people every day in their everyday life are going through so much turmoil because their lawyers is paying so many people out under the table. And eventually it gets, it gets old and you, you start to drain your account out. And then all of a sudden they start to speak about what you did. A lot of times they ran out of bread, the people that was keeping them quiet. And so, okay, you know, it's a scary industry, man. It's scary out here. And the reason why I feel like I haven't been involved in that, and God bless everybody is from the grace of God. Because right now somebody can be in Belgium and say somebody did something to me when I was in LA, and somebody's gonna knock on their door and come and pick them up.
Real quick, um, these are, these are questions from the audience. This is not the opinion of Tasha K and its affiliates. I have never even uttered these words, okay?
Like, Tasha Tasha, please don't, because here's the thing, they have questions. We doing the Tasha Ray Show. I understand that the dynamic between— no, no, look, can we take the thing down? Whatever's happening right now, can we pull that down off the screen? Okay, let's pull it down. No, I'm talking to my tech team, you know, I'm a journalist. Okay, um, I don't— listen, I don't want you to play good cop and bad cop where the bad cop is the comments or the people asking the questions, then you got my back.
Don't do me like that. I got your back.
Just tell me you about to ask me some fucked up shit.
It is about some fucked up shit. They want to know. That's it. They want to know.
I don't know what you about to ask me.
What am I about to ask you?
Listen, I think that we, me and you, should do it on a, like, because my tone and tonality is I'm celebrating right now. I know you about to go way deep deep into the new shit and into some Ray J shit. I want to do a one-on-one with you about that. Let's celebrate Diddy today. Let's celebrate Diddy today. Let's not celebrate— or let's not celebrate the fuckery that people have put on me that I gotta explain my truth.
Let's not. Let's just celebrate. All right, why those— he said I could ask him during the one-on-one podcast. Tasha Ray, Not Tasha K. Tasha Ray is what you're saying?
Tasha Ray is the show every Friday.
Okay, we have Fuckery Friday. We gotta do every Thursday.
All right, so let's do Turnt Up. Turnt Up's getting old.
Yes, we gotta do every Thursday.
Okay, let me think about the title.
I think I gotta ask my husband because, you know, it's a platonic show. Tasha Ray is not me saying that, like, now I take the last name.
Damn, that's correct.
I gotta speak with Mr. Kebe about that, you understand what I'm saying?
Well, what about if it's Tasha K. Ray and Mr. Kebe's happy? We all—
we'll figure it out. We'll, we'll figure it out. Where's Benzino? Okay, we're trying to get Benzino, uh, back up here. Uh, we're gonna take some, uh, Can we bring in some callers though?
I just don't know because I really want to be like— I came here to celebrate Diddy.
Okay, let's talk about celebrating. Do you feel like Diddy is going to call you to celebrate when he gets home? Because you were the only one out here campaigning for him.
This might be Diddy hitting me right now.
I'm done.
What the fuck? You tripping, it might be.
Is it a collect call from the jail?
I don't know, it's from New York.
Okay, go ahead, answer the phone.
And again, I can't answer it on here because it won't be wrong. I need to take— I need to pay some bills real quick. Yo, this is sponsored by Tasha K to Tasha Ray K, um, new show coming out. I'm gonna pay some bills and I'll be right back because this is going on all day and I want to be a part of this moving with you, but I gotta— like, it's a lot going on.
We'll get Benzino up here. Don't you, don't you run.
All right. Damn, damn, I got a 305 number hitting me too.
Yeah, because they try to get the hell off the stream right now. They, you know, they feel like I'm about to set you up.
No, Tasha K and 305 and, and, and 212.
That's Miami and New York.
That means I might be invited. That means he might not be mad.
Party? You going to— you going to see Diddy?
I don't think— I don't think he ever needs to party ever again, right? I think he's going home to just be with his family and be a boss. I gotta listen, Tasha. I'm coming right back because me and you, we are together. Like, Tasha K, Ray J, and the whole K family. I got a Ray family too. 5 o'clock. I'm sorry.
Okay, I was just asking, could we— so back to Diddy, this is, this is interesting. Okay, um, do you feel like Diddy is gonna call you since you were the only person out here campaigning for his release? You were not afraid to to speak up. Now, there was some— like I said, there was some controversy, mix-up about the asses being taken everywhere, and people took that. You remember that when you was on Piers Morgan and you said—
I cleared it up.
I said I was talking about Suge, I wasn't talking about Diddy.
Benzino was back. Zeno.
All right, so Benzino, I'll be right back, you guys. They—
I got—
I, I want to know what's I'm giving you information. I got to take the call, but I got to get off to do it. I'm going to have exclusive for you. Tasha K, Benzino, I love you, bro. I'm going to have exclusive. Give me one second.
All right.
Be right back. All right.
We'll be right back.
OK. Tasha Ray is on the way every Thursdays. I'll be right back. What's up, Tasha?
I don't know what just happened there. Hey, Benzino. So what was your reaction to hearing Diddy Diddy actually beat the heavy charges?
I mean, you know, at the end of the day, I don't think nobody wanted Diddy to go to jail for RICO. You know, the RICO was, was, was— the RICO was born for the mafia, okay? So that they could get a bunch of guys on the low totem pole to snitch on the guys on the top totem pole, right? Now they're using it for all these other crimes like these sex crimes, right? And these prosecutors, you know, these prosecutors, it's not like people think prosecutors are like magic people or whatever. These prosecutors, they go to college, they get their degree. Some of them might be good and some of them might not. When you go for a RICO for sex crimes, that's not nothing that's, that's, that's, that's, you know, that's rare. And, and I think everybody knew that Diddy was going to get the prostitution charge, which is crazy because like I told you yesterday, um, you know, people— as far as you can go to a strip club, bring a stripper from Alabama to Atlanta, and that's the same type of charge right there. Okay, so we didn't— come on, we would all be in jail. So at the end of the day, you know, I think people are relieved. I knew he was at least gonna— I can't see them giving him 10 years. There is 2 charges, so they'll 10 years concurrent if they give him the max. But I can't see him giving the max because he doesn't have a real record. You get the max when you have a record. So I think they might— he might get 5, 6 years, 2, 3 years served. He might get maybe 6 months a year and he'll be out, if that. Or he might get probation.
Can they do at-home confinement like where he does? Because he does have a lot of businesses and he has lost lost a lot and trying to regain that, and then he has civil cases. Do you think they're going to give him at-home time where he's just going to be on house arrest?
Absolutely. Absolutely. They, they could give him, um, house arrest, you know. Absolutely. You know, I mean, at the end of the day, it's a major victory for him, all right? It's a major victory for him, you know. And like I said at the beginning, people was really condemning Diddy. It was good to see the culture kind of come back around regardless of how you felt about him and the crimes, you know, we got to stick together still. And we don't want, you know, everybody else talking about us. We got to keep it in-house and understand that he's a Black man. The system is rigged against Black men. And, you know, I mean, justice, justice, you know, took place today.
Okay, so, um, you, you've been pretty vocal about Diddy coming home. I mean, what was your relationship like with Diddy before he went to jail? Were y'all always always cool and cordial, just business?
I think cordial is a good, a good term. Um, as far as cool, you know, I worked— me and Stevie was cool, me and Mario Winans was cool. Those guys was out of his camp, and they— and we started out as a, as a production artist, producer-artist relationship. Me and Diddy didn't have— we, we have a song together, but you know, at the end of the day, you know, Diddy is one of the greatest guys in our culture as far as hip-hop goals and his accomplishments. You know, whether you like the guy in his personal life and what he does, that's— you still cannot take away everything that he's given to the culture. And he made some mistakes. I think Ray J summed it up. He's gonna learn from the mistakes.
Okay, you, you breaking up real bad again. You breaking up real bad again. Yeah, yeah, it's just the noise. I'm gonna have to get something set up with you. You're in Florida, right? Okay, okay, great. What I'm— oh, so let me hear your sound. Say something. Say, I'm Benzino.
Hey, I'm Benzino.
Yeah, it's messed up. So what I'm gonna do is have my team set you up with something while you're still in Florida so we can we can really get a full perspective on that. So I got you. Spend time with the kids. Say hi to your, um, to your baby, uh, to your girlfriend Ashley. Tell her I said what's up. And, uh, yeah, we'll, we'll get with you later this week.
Thank you.
Until I said what's up, what's up. Okay, cool. Thank you, Benzino. All right, cool. Real quick, we're gonna reset and we got Sean Davey Wade. We actually— who else do we have backstage? Matt, Sean Davey Way, and Maverick are going to be joining us, um, as well as your audience reactions. We're going to get their audience, uh, their reactions, and then we're probably gonna hold here because the judge, um, is not coming back until 5 o'clock. Now, although I do have an appointment at 5:45, I'm gonna talk with my team to see if we can do another show this evening around like 7-ish. Um, let me see if not Um, yeah, we may just be taking our ass to the house. We'll see. Okay, we got some sponsors we need to brag about, which means Bully raised a glass to— hold that thought, we'll be right back. Let's go.
Student loan discharges in bankruptcy. Most people will tell you it's impossible. Even bankruptcy attorneys will tell you that. But guess what? We just got 2 discharged a few weeks ago, and we're gonna get a lot more. So if you're struggling with your student loans, you may be able to discharge does through bankruptcy.
So just give me a call and let's figure it out.
He was saying some awful things. You bitch, that coochie is just oozing.
You my old lady.
In the name of the Holy Light, I cast you out. Leave this man and never return. Your abusive sexual desires, the fornication, the mishandling of your wife. She gave you 40 years, Robert. In the name of the Holy Light, I cast you out. Leave this man and never return. Watch this full program and other exclusive content on www.tashaklive.com. All right, well, you brought these flowers, girl. You know damn well I ain't brought you no damn flowers. I'm still waiting on my check to come through from a property that I sold 2 months ago. I can take it to the check cashing place. Girl, I don't know where it got the money. Open it and see. Thank you. Oh, they're from Calvin. Really? Oh, that's so cute. It's so cute that you still receive beautiful gifts like this, girl. I am still receiving gifts to the clinic, child.
Your baby daddy.
What's that? No, that's why you still going to the clinic. Because your baby daddy. I'm supposed to go to the clinic. That's my baby daddy. That's the problem. There's two places that I go to. That's why I'm trying to put you on the abortion in the STD clinic. I stayed there.
No.
Why? I'm trying to give you a wholesome man.
Kelvin's brother.
What you know about wholesome? And Calvin's brother. Girl, know I need a to burn me. See, I need him to have an experience with. Okay, listen, watch this full program and other exclusive content on www.tashaklive.com. All right, before I bring, um, our guest waiting backstage here and take some more calls from you, I do gotta shout out my team. Uh, I have to shout out Jazzy Faye Productions with my nizzle. I have to shout out Adrian, okay? She works backstage with a lot of the guests and, and callers and stuff, uh, making sure everybody's organized, their mics and stuff are working to the best of our their ability to work. You know, everybody's signal is different. I want to shout out Jason as well. Jason Wilson, our logistics coordinator, helping to schedule and get our shows and stuff together. And Tiffany, okay, Tiffany Johnson, she is my marketing and production assistant. They are working diligently to ensure that y'all have content all the time around the clock. And so I would not be able to do this without them. Our team is growing, the business is growing. And it takes a lot to run this. And I know a lot of y'all— and for people that actually still cuss me out in the comments, and I don't even be posting on my page, half the time I'm getting cease and desist for shit I don't even know is going out. You know, y'all have to understand, I don't run my stuff, okay? But the team has, you know, they know the guidelines and the culture and what to post and what not to post and who not to post. Well, there's only one person we're not— we're not posting for now, okay? But once the check clears, we're back in action. Do you understand what I'm saying here? No one gets immunity over here. I don't give a damn who the hell you are, okay? We have a commit— we have a due diligence to our viewers, which are the winos. And if y'all want to sip wine on them, I don't give a damn who they are, where they came from, what they got. I don't give a damn. Take it up with your mammy or keep your business in the house instead of chicks outside and around the house and on your couch and everything like that, okay? But that's a whole nother story, okay? It has nothing to do with me, all right? All right, people got other issues outside of Latasha Kebe, all right? But I want to thank you too, to the Winos, even though we haven't been covering the case, but we were covering things before the case. And just sitting here and viewing and listening to the opinions of everyone that has called in and even our guests. Best, um, that we've had. Okay, and so, um, we're probably gonna run this for the next 30, maybe 45 minutes, and then we're gonna shut down. And I'm gonna reconvene with the team to see what time we can come back. And that's pretty much going to be after, uh, uh, Diddy, even if we do anything today. So it may be something, uh, tomorrow night. I do have to take a flight. I am taking off Fourth of July. Okay, I'm going to eat my rib too. All right, I don't want to hear no shit. My winter shed before every Friday. Okay, I got a box of baby oil on the way for my husband. But in the meantime, I just want to shout out and thank everybody for the continued support. We're running up on our 10-year anniversary as winos, and we're planning something real big for it. Okay, so don't you worry your little tails. Okay, but without further ado, we welcome back Maverick Approach. Thank you so much for your patience, Maverick. I appreciate you. And I was just trying to— because when they both on, their connections and shit be fucked up, you know what I'm saying? Guys, Maverick Approach has a real big following. I do suggest that you follow him because he really gets deep into it, okay? All the theories, whether they're conspiracy theories, legal theories, you know, just regular conversation theories.
Um, everybody follow me on, uh, YouTube. It's Maverick Approach on YouTube and also on Instagram. Follow me on Maverick Approach on Instagram as well. So, and I'll say this too real quick before I have to go, um, as far as men— and this I'm speaking for all my men out there— be careful because it's a moving goalpost when it comes to this stuff too, you guys. This is why I don't fly women out. They can say I trafficked them because I paid for a flight and then something went down and something went wrong. All. So you're paying for your flight, for one. So that's not— that's number one.
So send them a Cash App and just say, just, uh, a gift.
Yeah, something. Because it's a moving scale. And I'm not saying like this— this is not regarding what Diddy did. I just think when it comes to men now, it's very— it's a very scary time. So just be careful. That's what I said to all my guys out there, okay? Okay, so that's one. But I think, you know, justice has been served today. I think, again, my, my whole thing is just looking up the ladder. I think we have to look at other people who are involved, who benefit. That's the thing— who benefits from Diddy going through all this distractions? Who profits from all this? Those are the questions I'm asking, okay? Because there's other pieces involved that people aren't thinking about.
Out.
There's a lot of other people who were a part of this case, not— they're not a part of this case anymore. So, you know, that's— you have to start looking at other people, other celebrities, politicians. Who benefits from this? Okay, so I think that, uh, it gets, uh, it gets crazy, especially when dealing with celebrities and whatnot.
Well, listen, I appreciate everything. We are gonna, uh, do work together more. Um, so just be on standby. I will be, you know, honored to be on your platform if you'll have me. Um, and so like I said, I apologize about the interview that we did. I'm just glad that we absorbed most of the cost and it wasn't you, because I would have felt terrible. But, um, we'll definitely, uh, have you back. And I'm gonna go ahead and let you go. Thank you so much, guys. Uh, thank you so much, Maverick Approach. Uh, please follow Maverick Approach everywhere— YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, um, everywhere, okay? And so for some real raw commentary, he lives in Hollywood. Um, I'm gonna go ahead and introduce my colleague Sean Davey Way.
Hi, I have a message for men too, Tasha. Don't be ugly.
No, hold on, wait a minute. You don't get to come up in there and tell us— no, no, no. What did you think of the verdict? Stop the cap. What you think of the verdict?
I feel like the verdict is expected. I've said since this happened that I feel that it was a bigger fish, and the bigger fish wasn't necessarily Diddy. It was just so that they can take his power away from him. I think he was behind the scenes blackmailing a lot of people, trying to use the information that he had to try to get what he wanted. I think it started with political views and then went on to bigger conglomerate companies like Diageo and whatnot, and they say, hey, we gotta get in there and get the information we 3 simultaneous raids done the same day— Miami, California, New York— and this is what they found? They did all of that for some cases of baby oil and Astroglide? I highly doubt it. I feel that they went in there to protect their own. We need to get all of the information that he got to blackmail the people that we protect, because he keep put dangling these little little fishes and whatnot over their heads, making them feel as if, if you don't follow my rule— he got too big, too big beyond his britches is what that was. Too confident. He got too cocky with the situation. So they had to show him that he was Black, because for some reason I think he forgot that. I get he bought white privilege, but that means that you get to be it, you know. You can act it, but you do not get to be it. And I don't think they're done. I think this is just the beginning. With them coming after Diddy. I do think that Diddy will get the bail. I do think it will be granted because these charges that he got charged with, the two lesser charges for prostitution, aren't these Rico charges. Rico charges, that's something to run from. So yeah, charged with that, then I could see him flying, not wanting to go to court. I could see him avoiding it. But these charges, he can get dropped down to even lesser than what they are right now. He has served almost a year, so I think that that helps. So I think he will be free, but I don't think that this will stop anything. I don't think the parties are over. I don't think none of that's done. If anything, this shows Diddy that I am above the law. All right, what, what I gotta stop for? Stop, can't stop, won't stop. So yeah, I don't think the parties will be as big. I don't think that the invites that were going out before are going to go out now, you know, to like the Jay-Zs and people like that that were up and down that, you know, we're not cool but now all of a sudden I'm about to be free, and now they're going to be, you know, people sending flowers and welcome home letters and, you know, all of that. But publicly ignored him. Even Carisha— people also— oh, Carisha, Carisha, Carisha. No, she didn't testify against him or anything like that. She did go on her show and publicly state that he didn't do anything to her and whatnot, but I think she was just as worried as anybody else. I don't think she knew that he would come home. I think she was hoping that he would, but I don't think that she knew. So I think he was probably gonna go back to your Miami though.
I think he's gonna always— you don't think so?
Yeah, extremely loyal. She hasn't said anything.
I think this time Diddy may get married.
You think so?
I think so.
To Caresha?
I don't know.
I think Diddy like a woman that can that can spell and that can write.
Bitch, let's take a caller. You want to answer some questions?
Sure.
All right, who's backstage? Choose. Where you calling from? Hey, Tasha.
Hey, Minnesota again.
I can't hear you, baby. Oh, excuse me, Minnesota again. Okay, what's your— what's your question or comment?
My comment is the same. I knew that this Rico wasn't gonna stick for two reasons. I've always wondered why the prosecution—
it's really hard to hear you, like, it's like your mouth is not— it's like you're hiding in a closet or something trying to— can you hear me better? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, go ahead. Much better. Go ahead, go ahead. Oh, okay.
Yeah, no, I'm so sorry.
I was just saying that, um, I find it very strange that the prosecutors, um, put the case out the way that they did with a RICO.
As you know, people mention, you, you do that to get the people at the top.
He is the top. It's Sean Puffy Combs Enterprise. And the second thing was, you know, how do you give— I would think that any jury would look sideways when there is— you give all the other people immunity to either testify or, or not.
That it just—
I find that very, very strange. And, and I do find that this was, you know, to just to take back his power.
Um, okay.
I do believe that he is very much, very much guilty of a lot of things, but the Rico So I just, I have to question the government with that very weak case because anyone knows that with the power, if you're a boss, you don't poop where you eat. And you know that there are legal ramifications that come with that when you are the boss. So the way that this whole, the way that they handled it, it just seemed like this was more of a power play to take away what he had rather than to actually prosecute him for his crimes.
Okay, I appreciate that. Thank you so much for calling in. And listen, um, to you guys that saying TK and Sean are my two favorite YouTubers, there was a time where I wasn't going to platform no more YouTubers because of what was done. But, um, I said I can't do that because I'm a person that loves to see everybody win, that loves to see everybody shine. And I, I'm I was always a fan of Sean because he is just so, so damn funny, period. And so I said, I'm not going to allow other people's bad intentions to erode me showing love to what it is that I love to do. I love YouTube. It is the reason why I have the platform and the career that I have today. And I will always platform my fellow YouTubers because this is where it started. So they won't— if I know the celebrities, they gonna sit with the celebrities. If I'm on the stage with the celebrities, they gonna I'm gonna sit with the celebrities as well too. Like, this is just how we get down, and I don't give a damn who don't like it. And to the other ones, to the other ones that was talking shit, where they at? Stuck. Go ahead, go ahead. Uh, well, who's the next caller? Sorry. Sabrina, how you doing? Where you calling from?
Hey baby, I'm calling Georgia.
Shout out to Georgia. Okay, what's your comment on the case?
Okay, baby, I need you to go back with me in the beginning when they had Cassie on the stand and Cassie told how he extorted $20,000 from her parents unless he was gonna show her—
he was gonna put those pictures of her out.
And, and she was just about to start a movie, and she begged her mom and dad to come up with this $20 grand. Now they, they put a lien against the house to get this money because he, he told them to give me the $20 grand to recoup for all the money I put into her. But you, you had her sign a 10-album deal, and you knew the child couldn't sing.
She couldn't hold the tune if you put it in her hand. Facts. She's just beautiful. She's just beautiful. She's a very pretty girl. Yeah, beautiful. Okay, she had beautiful, beautiful body, beautiful girl.
But what I do see is the $20,000, that's extortion.
Does that net count as RICO?
What do you think, Tasha?
You don't think that $20,000 counts? But it was like, that's— it's very weak for the prosecution to focus on that. I felt like the prosecution used the media to drive this case, and then they thought the media was going to get to the jurors, and then the jurors would just convict him based off of just the immoral acts that he was doing. But like I said, them hoes was grown and Cassie was even fucking him when she was with her husband. Now you know, the second person that told me, I paid a lot of money for them walls going raw. He was slamming it through every wall he could think to do. You know what, let me play something real quick. Hold on for a second. Play that audio of the— is there a part of the audio where Dave talked about, uh, chasing Cassie down the hallway, or— and did he like punch her in the chest during one of the— is there— do we have that audio loaded up? That was on the first call. That was on the first call. So we had spoke to Dave, uh, the one that was, uh, specifically, uh— we're gonna drop her for a second. We'll drop you, Chose. Okay, thank you so much for calling in. Um, huh, thank you so much. Thank you so much, Sabrina. Sorry about that, I didn't mean to call you the other girl's name. But, uh, Dave, one of the alleged freak-off workers, had said he was subpoenaed by the grand jury and everything. His lawyer was Tyrone Blackburn. Bad, bad choice. I'm trying to get Tyrone Blackburn up here. I'm sorry, Ty. Let me just make a plea to Tyrone real quick. Tyrone Blackburn, I know that I've said a lot of shit Right. And I am a fan of Nicki Minaj. There's no, no cap about that. Right. And I know that I've talked about, you know, your insecurities and, you know, all the things that you've gone through as a lawyer. And but I think we should talk, you know, woman to woman. I'm sorry, woman to man. Tyron Blackburn, I'm sorry, can you please call us? We want to talk to you. We heard that you almost ran over a process server the other day. You got a lot— Tyron, you say whatever you want to say to me. The interview will be live, you know what I'm saying? I'm not going to cut, chop, screw your words. You know it don't go down up over here, okay? And if there's anything that I got I'll apologize. I apologize. I'm sorry. I really want to talk to you though.
He's been interviewing. He's been interviewing.
And I get it, he don't like me. Nobody likes me. That's fine, we cool. But we still need to talk to you, brother. We got a lot of people that may like you, that want to hear from you, Tyrone.
That would be a good interview.
We trying to call Tyrone. Huh? Who? Oh, Sean. Sean, get— okay, get Sean, please. That's fine, Sean. We have to interrupt for a very special public service announcement, okay? We got somebody calling from the jail. I'm gonna drop you down and then I'll bring you back up. Give me a second, okay? All right. What the fuck? Get her back on the phone! This is groundbreaking. Somebody— we're getting her back. Is it accidentally hang up? Is she got disconnected? Shut up, y'all, shut up. Look at this, they in the comments on it too. Shut up, y'all. We trying to get it back. We trying to get it back. Give me a second. We trying to get it back. We had a call from the jail, but she— why? Mute my mic for a second. Hold on for a second. What's going on?
Well, I saw all the drama that unfolded over the last couple of weeks, and I actually have a brother who was one of the guys that used to beat his girl. Um, but I think my brother might have been more of a sweet guy because he saw her for—
and this is the truth, it's gonna sound crazy— he literally saw her for over 10 years. Um, he must have been really good at his job. Out because they continually paid him. They flew him all over the world.
I was constantly taking him to the airport.
Um, he may have saw her about 4 or 5 times a year, I would say, between 2010 and maybe 2017. Um, he actually even had her pregnant one time at 27. This is an insane situation. Like, I would not have believed it. I left— I only— I always thought he was lying. I'm gonna be honest with you, until this happened. Once this happened, I said, holy shit, and I called him. So when I called him, he said, yeah, bro, I told you. He said the guy was paying me for years. So I said, well, what would you do? I said, well, if she contacts me, yeah, you know, like, oh yeah, she contacted me, I'll help her. I said, seriously?
He said, yeah, I saw all of that.
He used to punch her in the chest, he used to punch her in the face. Um, he beat her up one time in the hotel room, my brother tells me. And like, him and her— him and Puff was chasing her through the London— that's in Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan—
because he had beat her up so bad because my brother was there, and I guess she got out of line.
Um, but he wanted to talk to someone, so he asked me to look into this. I called TMZ. TMZ told him to call his lawyer, which I believe he did speak to his lawyer this morning. Honestly, this guy— and he wanted to come forward for her because he knows everything from what he tells me— she was in love with guy. Like, she would just do whatever this guy told her. So literally, she used to do it. And this guy, like, at first she hated seeing my brother, but because of the way my brother was with her, I guess she took a liking to him because he wasn't like the other guy. Uh, he actually had my brother and 4 guys run a train on her where literally he paid these guys for 2 days to have sex with her continuously until one of them conked out and my brother won. So that's what made him me. This is— but this was a crazy situation that I never believed.
All right, all right, so we're back. So the jail call we were looking for didn't come through, but we got a source, um, that's here to share some information with us about Miss, Miss JLo. How you doing?
What's up, Tasha?
What's going on, Mama? So listen, I know you trying to set that other thing up for us later, so call me me and we will go live immediately, okay?
Yeah, because we—
yeah, okay. So we may have to shut down this live because we've been live since like 11, but I did— I want to end it. I want to end on a big note with you. So, um, first of all, do you want me to introduce who you are or no? Yeah, go ahead. So this is— no, you go ahead and do it, girl. You do it.
You guys know me as SKG. Um, you guys know I've been in the industry for a long time, and we just gonna clock this tea with the whole Diddy trial and, you know, how the industry acts to certain things and act blind to certain things.
So yeah, okay, all right, cool. So, uh, Suge Knight, according to sources that were under an NDA but no longer under an NDA. Is it true that you guys used to transport J.Lo to see Suge Knight and she was fucking Suge Knight?
No, that's not true.
So what is true?
What is true is that— okay, so my family, we own, you know, a limousine service, a security service. So we have staffed security all throughout Hollywood with different celebs. This is what I don't like. Jennifer Lopez— some things I don't talk about just because I don't want to get certain people in trouble, but with the whole Diddy trial, J.Lo has been messing with Diddy while he was messing with Yung Miami up until he got cracked. And I just find it crazy—
wait, run that back. You said who? JLo was messing with who?
She's been— she's never stopped messing with Diddy. We was dropping JLo— my team was dropping JLo off to Diddy's up until he got cracked. They were messing around up until he got cracked. This is the thing, everybody in the industry knows what a Diddy party is. I've thrown a Diddy party, right? I've thrown a party with Diddy. Let me clarify that. I've thrown a party with Diddy, paid Diddy $60,000 to come host the party, and we had a great time. But everybody in LA out here, everybody in Hollywood has always wanted to go to a Diddy party. People loved Diddy parties. Every celebrity you see, every celebrity you see that's quiet, and it is flabbergasting because when I look at JLo and her image and her persona, it's like, girl, you was messing with this man while he was messing with Young Miami up until he went to jail. And that's facts, all facts. We were dropping you off over there, you were getting out the limo, out, out the, out car service, you guys were kissing, he was coming to get you. And I just look at how how many people have their mouth closed but they participated, and how so many people want to turn a blind eye but you were a part of it. It is okay to go to parties, right? People want to be a part of the industry. The problem is people don't want to be abused or mistreated or verbally, mentally, or physically assaulted being a part of this industry. And it's like you're either in the in-crowd or you're not. But for someone like me, I choose not to have industry friends. I know everybody, everybody know me. I do my thing in the industry, but it is a demonic spirit that runs within this industry. And—
but let me remind them of something real quick. You know, they don't— I think they forgot when we interviewed you, you are the only person, you and Left Eye got into a physical fight over Suge Knight. Right.
And that's what— and mind you, I idolized her. I idolize Left Eye, and you're gonna have a special guest on, so you can ask that special guest whatever, but I idolized her. And because I grew up in this industry, I was a young girl idolizing these people until I met them and started working with them, and everything ain't what it seems. And so how I'm looking at the Diddy situation, and I'm looking at Jennifer Lopez and how her image is trying to stay clean, in my opinion Jennifer was doing stuff just as much as Diddy up until he got cracked, because they were still messing around.
All right, they said, uh, they said Left Eye won.
They, they said Left Eye won.
What? That's what they saying in the comments.
Oh baby, please. Anybody that know me personally know what— they know what time it is with me. I'm a woman now, but anybody that that know me know me, know what it is with me.
All right, but back to JLo. So, um, your company had to sign an NDA?
Yeah, my company signed the NDA. I didn't personally sign the NDA, you know. And like I said, certain things I will talk about, certain things I won't, because we work with a lot of high-profile clients. But for the JLo and Diddy and the Cassie, like, that whole situation, I just find it crazy how JLo's image is just squeaky clean, or she wants to distance herself, but she was so part of it with Diddy up until the time he got cracked and went to jail.
Okay. And so I, you know, everything we say here is alleged. Even my name is alleged. I wasn't there, you know what I'm saying? So JLo, I mean, listen, Oh my God, oh my God. But listen, um, okay, but listen, call us back when that, that other guest is ready and we'll go live at any time. We will just shut it down, okay?
Okay, we'll do it.
It's a big day, we need, we need him.
Oh yeah, he— I'm waiting, he's gonna come through.
Okay, cool. Okay, let me know.
All right, cool.
All right, bring, uh, uh, uh, uh, um, hold on for a sec. Yep, hold on for a second. What they said— Sean not there? Okay, bring up Mel.
Mel, hey, how you doing?
I'm good, thank you so much for coming back. Is it true that they were trying to beat up a content creator down there?
Trying to cook them out of here. Yeah, they're going after quite a few people that said that Diddy would be found guilty and everything anything else. So they literally chased the guy down the street. It's real talk around here, Tasha. There's no— this is not a place for the soft of heart. But ain't nobody coming for me though. Nobody coming for me. So that's all that.
Can somebody check on Tisa Tails? They said that Tisa Tails was getting— was about to get beat up down there. Is that true? Why she not— first of all, with Tisa's type of status, why she ain't got no security with her?
She does. She has security.
Yeah, so she has a security team?
Oh, absolutely. But they were just trying to help her.
What the hell?
Yeah, yeah, she's well covered. She has a couple of security guys, so everything is okay. But people came and they were heckling her, but she's still on her business and told them to take a hike. So that's what happened.
All right, cool. I was gonna make like, what you doing down there? Anybody over 5,000 Big followers need security. I don't give a damn, especially when you controversial out here.
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay, cool. You said they said Tisa is destroyed. Why is she destroyed?
She wasn't destroyed. She's a very strong girl. You know, people say things, but she was holding it together. She was on live and then they came and they were talking, you know, saying, I thought you said that this was going to happen with Diddy. It's actually on my channel. I actually they videotaped it. But anyway, um, she's good on business. Everything is solid. She's actually across from me right now doing a live on her channel.
So tell Latasha Transrina Kebebe what's up anyway. All right, yeah, let her know if she want to slide over, she can too, you know what I'm saying? Just tell her what's up. I know her personally. But listen, um, what happened in that damn courtroom?
Uh, so far nothing has developed since, uh, since the judge left. We were supposed to come back at 1:30 because that's when the letters were due to be given back to the judge from both sides. But then as we went back to the court, they said we have to come back at 4:30. So that's why I hop back on with you, just to tell you what's happening. But the real meat of this, uh, information will be after 4:30. We'll find out if Mr. Combs walks out of the courthouse. And go back to Miami.
Okay, all right. So, uh, we will get back with you today, later today, um, because we got a very big high-profile guest that's coming through. So we definitely need to, um, uh, have you back to see what that judge says.
Okay, okay, very good.
Thank you, thank you so much. I appreciate you, I really do. Okay, now anybody got the video of Tisa Tails down there I didn't watch. That's why I wouldn't go down there. I would have caught about 5, 6 lawsuits, cuz my security team, you know, Jazz, they will beat your ass. My security, y'all have seen us get down, okay? My security team will beat the fuck out of you, for real. I only hire ex-military. Don't play with me. And CIA, okay? Uh, no, not CIA, Secret Service. All right, so listen, Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Why are they down there acting like that? You, when you, when you high profile, you got to be, you got to be cute, you got to be protected. Let me get this out though. You're not getting paid for them, whatever. Um, hold on for a second, I'm looking at y'all. You said Tisa was talking a lot of shit but she stick to her guns. It was on Ski Wiggins Live. Oh my God, let me see. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, uh, hold on. You said it was men fussing with her? Okay, Tisa gotta do body smoke like that. But okay, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, hold on for a second. I'm trying to see if we can get the video. We want to see what's going on down there. We nosy.
You look—
they said chaos Breaks out at the Diddy trial after not guilty verdict. Okay, I'mma have to watch that and we'll post that later. All right, so listen, uh, we got any more callers real quick and we can go home? I'm tired. We good. All right, listen, y'all, so we go— we gonna set up for the second part of the day. I do got an appointment I gotta get to at 5. Um, I'm gonna go home and see my son, um, and then we'll come back. I appreciate everybody here. Thank you to all my celebrity guests that came through. They're all making their rounds today. So everybody's like, why is he on TMZ? Ray J on TMZ? Because they were all making their rounds and we have to get them in when we can, guys. So, you know, our, our stuff is not based on the celebrity voice. Our stuff is based on Tasha K's voice.
Okay.
And when Tasha K asks her questions, that's what it's based on, the winos. All right. So I appreciate all of you guys. Thank you so much, guys. Don't forget, all right, you know that our food is nutritionally deficient, and I am proud to be partnered with Man Immunity, okay, a sea moss company. You guys know that Dr. Sebi and all the health gurus rave about sea moss. I take sea moss every day, 10,000 milligrams, because our food just does not have enough, okay? We don't have enough. We barely even have seeds in our, in our, in our fruit. Okay. And if you don't have seeds in your fruit, how are you going to get— how are you going to get the, you know, the nutrients and stuff that you need and everything like that? And so I love this particular sea moss because it's not fishy. It doesn't have a strong odor or anything like that. This is actually the mango flavor. We also have a pineapple flavor. It has 98% of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs daily in order to function. And if you are nutritionally deficient and you're not supplementing, when you get sick, because there is not an if, it's when you get sick, how do you expect your cells and your organs to be able to fight off things that come in contact with your body if they don't have the basic vitamins and minerals that the body is made out of? Look at your body as a plant, as the soil. If the soil is not watered and doesn't have the right amount of vitamins and minerals in the soil, then guess what? The leaves don't grow, the stem rots, okay? And that's what happens on the inside, especially when we all hit like 35, 40. And a lot of times, we're getting sick younger. All right. And so here's the thing, this is one of my favorite products. On top of that, it has spirulina. Spirulina is damn near a meal replacement because it has 100% of the vitamins and minerals. And when you know that you have a good high-quality vitamin is when you take it and you're not hungry. You know that that you have gotten everything that you needed in that vitamin, because essentially, that's what we're getting from food when we're eating, okay? And so if you're still hungry after food, that means that you are not nutritionally sufficient when it comes to vitamins and minerals, okay? And so this is available on shoptkdeals.com. Use the coupon code TK10 for 10% off your first order. And in addition to that, we have a mixture here of soursop, okay, as well as sea moss and black seed oil. Very potent, very, very good for the immune system, okay. Also has 98% of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs, amongst other things that your T cells need in order to be optimized. Don't nobody want to be running around here like Black Rob with a low T cell count. Speaking of T cell activators, okay, we also have the mushroom vitamin which is a T-cell and NK cell optimizer. This has been used according to scientific research, the National Institute of Health, okay, that they have done studies on shiitake mushrooms and the blend of mushrooms, whether they are in gummy form, because we do have them in the Mushroom Extract Complex. We do have them in the Mushroom 10x, which is the capsule, and we also have it in the powder, okay, that you could put in your smoothies or your coffee daily, okay? And mushrooms are being used for HPV therapy, cancer therapy, all types of therapy, and they have seen drastic results in people's immune response to certain things that they come in contact with. And this is nutritionally sufficient as well too, meaning taking this with the sea moss gives you double and triple, okay, the vitamins and minerals that your body needs, especially with this being plant-based and this being plant-based based as well, coming from the ocean. Okay, don't forget guys, we are sponsored in part too. You can get all those products on the site using the coupon code TK10, shop tkdeals.com. Okay, and don't forget guys, I am sponsored in part by my favorite body oil company, The Sugar Case. Okay, don't be musty this summer, don't be stinking, don't be rank when you take a shower. And this is the type of summer, especially in South Florida, we having to take 2, 3 showers a day. Have some nice body oils that smell like glazed donut, watermelon squeeze, and she has all types of flavors. So when you do sweat, okay, it ain't smelling like salt, it ain't smelling like— you know, the men too, they— she got body oils for men as well. So if you want to buy something for your man, okay, because you know men sweat easily than women, please head your ass over to The Sugar Case. Body oils made by a Black woman. You can access them on my website, shoptkdeals. Use the coupon code TK10 to get 10% off of your first order. And we also have the oil of oregano that's available now. Okay, which is nature's own antibiotic. So anything that your body is fighting, whether it's heavy metals, whether it's just all types of stuff that you're coming in contact with environmentally, wild oil of oregano, okay, so this is dense. I mean, this stuff is so dense, you only need 2 drops. Let me tell you how strong the oil of oregano is. I don't know if you see how foggy this bottle is because the oil is coating the bottle. 2 drops. 2 drops is all you need to cleanse your system for about 2 weeks. After that, discontinue use until you come in contact with other toxic factors, whether it be alcohol, whether it be cigarettes, or whether it just be regular pollutants. Okay. And we pollute ourselves all day, every day with things that are just not organically made from the earth. Okay. And so, and we also have the vitamin D3 drops as well too, on the site. Check out all the products. All right. Look at the reviews, do your research, ask your doctor. And remember, I am happy to be sponsored by the companies of the products that I personally use. And I'm happy to offer you guys a discount on the same products that I use daily that helps me with my health. Okay. I love you guys. Thank you so much for tuning in.
