In this YouTube discussion, the speakers critique Twitch’s treatment of top creators, focusing on how the platform withholds revenue and can freeze accounts when issues arise during streams. They argue that Twitch fails to give proper credit to high‑profile streamers like Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed, and note that when such creators leave, up to 70% of the platform’s viewership can disappear. The conversation also references an independent streaming site, TashaKLive.com, as an example of creators taking control of their own platforms to avoid Twitch’s perceived exploitation. Overall, the dialogue highlights a power imbalance, financial control, and the broader impact on Twitch’s audience when major creators are dissatisfied.
