In this short YouTube commentary, the speaker laments Beyoncé’s recent omission from the Country Music Awards (CMA) nominations despite her country‑influenced album achieving number‑one status on both the country chart and the global album chart, and selling more than any other country album. The speaker notes that Beyoncé has also faced snubs at the Grammys, holding Grammys in every other category except Best Album. They suggest that Beyoncé released a country album partly to chase award recognition, but the CMA chose not to nominate her. While expressing frustration at the repeated snubs, the speaker ultimately says they don’t blame the CMA for their decision.
