Exclusive | Kita Rose Reveals Why She Quit Tonight’s Conversation

In this candid YouTube interview, host Latasha Transrina Kebe sits down with former Tonight’s Conversation cast member Kita Rose to unpack why she quit the tour and podcast. Kita recounts her early days working with founder "Ace" alongside co‑hosts Tripp and Kitty, describing how she entered the industry with a regular‑job background and was misled into thinking she needed to scale quickly. She reveals that Ace demanded a 70% share of her podcast earnings, pressured her into signing contracts, and used emotional manipulation that triggered her bipolar episodes. The conversation delves into systemic abuse tactics such as triangulation, financial exploitation, and threats of sexual coercion, with Kita describing how Ace and his inner circle (Latasha, Randy, Kitty) leveraged personal information, leaked addresses, and created a hostile environment. Kita also shares concrete business details—estimated podcast revenue (~$100k‑$200k annually), cheap warehouse venue costs, and the unrealistic expectation to fund large‑scale shows. She discusses conflicts with Kitty and Randy, including accusations of address leaks, debt, and violent altercations, and how these dynamics contributed to her decision to leave. The interview ends with Kita’s plan to start small, rebuild independently, and warn other women about the pitfalls of the industry.

All right, so, all right, so we have, uh, man, this is, uh, an interview. Okay, um, so Keda, Keda, you hit, you hit the, uh, the internet with a TikTok video exposing your former co-workers in cast?
Yes.
From tonight's conversations?
Okay, well, I, I exposed the, the owner, so, um, it was Kitty, Kitty Rose, and, um, Ace, Ace Mentor.
Okay, so you didn't expose nobody else outside of them? Because I haven't had a chance to watch the whole 15-part series. Uh, I, I got to like episode 5, and right, I think it was a lot. So when, when they was like, do you want your ass ate?
Yeah, you don't like it?
I was like, what the—
what the fuck did I just watch? Like, I just—
it's so, so much. And so, um, you know, you've been getting mixed reviews because I have been watching, you know, some of the recap videos and stuff like that on people who really, um, have followed what Ace has built and, you know, the opportunities that he's, uh, even given you, because they claim that they wouldn't really know you if it wasn't for Ace.
Yeah, that's a lie.
Okay, okay.
But do you—
you understand, and I'm sure you've seen a lot of those comments, right?
I've seen that. I see, you know, a lot of people were, um, a lot of people are mad. They think I'm exposing all this and all that. There's, you know, I'm not the one— I'm not the type— and I'm sorry, I have a cough drop in because I've been feeling sick, but I'm not the type that'll, you know, tell people business, do all this and that. I was crossed out and snaked in the worst way. And the way that I feel about it is I could have been silent. I could have healed in private. I could, I could have got all my affairs in order and let it go and move on. And that's what I plan on doing. I'm moving on. I'm, I'm gonna keep, you know, doing what I, what I do and what I've done before this. But it's something that hits a bit different when these are psych— psychologists, like wannabe psychologists and life coaches. It hits a bit different. This is different than You know, I used to work at Kraft Heinz, like the, the, the, the ketchup macaroni place. I was HR.
I saw that, I saw that, right?
I didn't, I didn't love working there. There was a lot of shit that went on there. But did I get on the internet and do this and that? No, I didn't, right? Did you work at HR, right?
You worked at HR when you were at Kraft? Yes. You saw these types of situations go on all the time between employees? Okay, and so you working at HR and then you're coming out, it's like That's kind of opposite ends of the spectrum.
All right. Well, even working HR, I saw illegal things and, you know, different things. And I fought for them too. Like, for example, we were promising illegal— I don't want to call them aliens. I don't think that's the proper word.
Immigrants.
We were promising immigrants $12 an hour, but we were only giving them $6. And when I brought this to the attention of my manager, she, she being Hispanic as well, was like, laughed about it and said, well, who are they going to tell? They're not even supposed to be in the country. You know, these people have families and everything else. So I've, I've seen illegal things, I've seen, um, immoral things, and I didn't hop on the internet and talk about it. But this is different, right? We have people that— Kitty is studying to be a psychiatrist, psychologist. She wants to be a therapist. She wants to be really in that field. However, she has a trail of victims, and I'm one of them, of people who she's lied to, manipulate. And same thing with Ace. This is a man who's built a platform off of teaching men how to be husbands or how to be good men or what, or what to look for or how to teach women how to heal from trauma. Yet you've caused me so much trauma and I'm just supposed to be silent about it? Absolutely not.
How did, how did you meet Ace?
My best friend was following him and said that he's, um, an influencer, and I should follow him because he gives good relationship advice. So I said, okay, I started following him, and maybe that's how he got— I got on his algorithm. He reached out to me and asked did I want to go on tour, and I was like, oh my God. Like, imagine you were just a content creator, you know, you work at Kraft Heinz, and this guy's like, come on tour and make money. Okay, why not?
Okay, what were you doing at the time when he reached out to you? What type of content were you doing?
The same I'm doing now. I give, you know, just advice on experiences. Hey, this is how you heal. Hey, if a man do this, you know, this is how you should handle it. And not only that, I do skits. I like to add a lot of comedy in everything that I do, so it's never like, you know, actual, um, advice. I'm a doctor. I would never come off like I'm a doctor, I'm a psychiatrist. If I tell you something, it's because I experienced it. And a lot of the times, if you don't really get what I'm saying I'll make— I'll put it in a skit because I feel like people understand comedy better. Okay, the same thing, but I had already had like 2-3 million followers before I met him.
Oh wow.
In fact, my audience— shit, it's bigger than mine. He used my audience to drive all that, all his, all my traffic to his page. And so a lot of people were like, well, I didn't even know about tonight's conversation before you, right? Because if you've ever interacted with any of my anything, and if you're a friend of a friend, that's interacted with any of my content, all of it gets driven to his page. That's how he was able to build up millions of followers.
You think he personally selected you so that he could cross-promote and have people that people follow? Um, because he did, he did blow up pretty fast, you know. When I, when I, when I saw the, um, the card game, I thought it was really interesting. Um, and, uh, I know my husband wanted to do some, some work with him, and it just, you know, it didn't work out. It wasn't anything bad or anything like that, but, um, You know, we saw him pop up with the tour and it seems like it was going well. And I had seen some videos where you were on there.
Now, I don't—
of course I'm busy, so I don't have time to kind of watch them through. But it seems like what you guys doing was innovative. It was next level. You hadn't seen anything like this before, right?
It was supposed to be. It was really— it is a beautiful thing. It, it could have been a beautiful thing. And for months, for years, I told them The way that you treat people, the way that you act, the things that you do. And I didn't know all this other stuff. That, that's new. That happened a couple weeks ago. I didn't know any of that. But I'm just saying, like, the demeaning behaviors, the way that you treat the people that are the ones that are building your platform. You wouldn't be anything without these people, the cast, the crew. You wouldn't be. So you're gonna ruin this beautiful thing. It is a beautiful thing. And it's It's the biggest podcast. I don't know if it's like the, the most popular, but it's a really popular podcast. It's very, it's very popular.
I can't even— yeah, yeah, it's very popular.
Black educated people that come together. And at first we were just sharing our experiences, but then he wanted to switch it to we're a panel now and we give advice. That's not how it started, okay? We were just talking, you know.
And so did you— like, when you were just giving your experiences, of course that's kind of what you were doing already on your platform, so that was in your lane, right? Right. So when you— when he did switch it to you guys now speaking onto people's lives, how did you take that?
So I did— so at first I was like, okay, I didn't quite get it. Like, why are we changing things up? But he's the owner of the pod, so he's like, listen, it's easier for the clips if we just pick questions, so we need to get questions in. And I was like, okay, well, that makes sense, you know. I don't know. So when we started getting questions, I'm not going to hold you. It was hard because it was funny, right? Some people ask really zany questions. That's my lane. So I'm going to give you the comedy. I've always just been the comedian, so I'm going to do my thing. But sometimes people will come in with pictures of domestic violence like, oh, this just happened to me 2 months ago, but now I'm ready to date. You don't need to be getting advice from us. You don't need to be dating. So when I would say things like that, I don't think this is the right platform that you need to be seeking advice, or, hey, you know, mate, we're not really, um, qualified to be doing that. He told me to calm it down on stage. Don't say shit like that. Stay with the jokes. Your job is to do the jokes. So that's why Kitty was brought in to give more of the advice. Because my advice is always going to be real life, but it's not going to be something that you really want to hear. People want to hear, oh, if you're, uh, if you want to heal from a breakup, then, uh, in 3 easy steps for $49.99, you'll be healed. But that's not the case. Healing is hard. It's, it's, it's, you know, it's disgusting. I say it's disgusting because you have to cry, you have to feel like you are— you have to break yourself down to the lowest so that you can try to build yourself back up. That's how you heal. And it's, you know, it's not gimmicky. So he told me to shut up and just stay with the jokes, and I did. I just— I did my joke.
I mean, he said it to you— he said it to you just like that? Yeah.
Yes.
Like, were you guys not on stage?
Yeah, before stage, um, during breakfast, brunch. You have to understand, like, we're on tour, so I'm not with my family. I'm with him and all the— all of the cast, so we're like a family. Or trying to be a family. Um, but he would tell me straight up like, hey, just cool it, you know, you talking a little bit too much. Um, I don't like what you said. And it's funny, when we first, first started, Randy really wanted to get into deep conversation, so she mentioned sexual assault. He was so mad, he yelled at her. Then with me, he told me, ain't nobody here to hear all that shit, don't nobody want to heal. And now we're healing people. That's funny. Before, we couldn't heal people. It was just supposed to be about sex and, um, salacious relationship stuff. Now we're healing people. Okay, it's crazy.
Do you think it just kind of turned into that? Because I mean, I think he—
yeah, I think he made it into that.
He intentionally did that.
I think he intentionally did it. When we started, it was like a, we all, you know, I need you, this is going to be beautiful, we're gonna build together, this is ours, this is ours, just don't look at it just as It's ours. But towards the end, when money started rolling in, and I'm talking about real money, then, you know, we're panelists. He wants more professionals. He wants to give advice. He wants to do, you know, he doesn't want me anymore. I don't have enough followers, which is rich because it was my millions of followers that got us here. And now I don't have enough followers to stay. So I think he did it on purpose because I think he realized that there's, there's profit in pain. Like, sure, podcasting, we can chit-chat and shit and, you know, shoot the shit. That's, that's nice. But when it comes to, I, I'm in a domestic violence situation, I'm scared, I need help, I'll give you a whole bunch of money to help me get out of this— people who are in vulnerable situations will pay a lot of money to get out of it, you know, because that's what you do if you are physically hurt. You'll pay a doctor however much to heal you. That's what happens when you are mentally hurt. You, you looking for somebody, you seeking something, you just want the pain to go away. And they think we're the ones to do it, we're the ones to help.
I never saw the marketing for the tour.
What was—
how was the marketing set up?
Well, first, the marketing in the beginning was all me because I had the most following, so The marketing had to be all about me because it was my audience that was bringing people to the show. So it was very like a zany, we say crazy things. Oh my God, could you believe he just said that? A lot of pictures of my faces that I make. Now the marketing is clips of Kitty and Tripp, very deep intellectual clips. Okay, like you're gonna come here to heal, or you're gonna come here to get some information you never got before But what they don't know is when you get there, sure Kitty will talk, sure Tripp will talk if they feel like it, but mostly you're gonna see twerking. I'm gonna say some dick jokes. People are very confused when they see the marketing and they click the ticket and they buy the ticket and they come to the show. They're like, this is not what I thought it was.
Okay, so let me ask you a question. So obviously it kind of started off good. Okay, the money rolling in, y'all are really good. Okay, when did things get bad for you? Like, I mean, how long— okay, first of all, let me rephrase that. How long were you guys on tour together working?
I've been on tour with him for 4 years.
That's a long time. I know, it's a long time. Okay, so you're essentially a part of the brand?
I am the brand, yes.
Yes. Okay, and so when the money started coming in, you said things started changing, the concept started changing. I mean, were you excited about the money? Because I'm sure you guys made a lot of it.
Yes. Yeah, I was. Because in the beginning—
what's the most you ever made? What's the—
before you— the most I ever made, $15,000 a show, $14,500 a show. So every show, $14,500. But then what happens is he gave me $14,500 a show But then I then had to pay for my whole crew, flights, hotels, and everything. So when I did the math, I was— I mean, I only had about $5K left, you know. I had to pay for everything. We never had to pay for that before. Everything was covered. But the more that you asked for, the more he's like— I asked for, of course, more money because at this point he's on stage saying, I made millions, I made millions. In fact, when I met him, he told me that the card game alone was making him about $300,000, $400,000. Or $300,000, $400,000 a month. Now, I didn't believe him, but then he showed me his Shopify, and he's like, see, see, he likes to brag. So he's always had an exuberant amount of money. I was just excited to make it. So he, he, he, he came and talked to me like, like he was a mentor. If you just stay focused, if you just stay down, this is gonna pan out, and when it blows, you good. You ain't got to worry about nothing. Quit your job. He kept telling me that. Quit your job. Quit. And I was like, no, I never quit Kraft. I didn't quit Kraft Heinz until I was 2 years in. I was still on— I was on tour and working as HR. Like, I would, I would help new hires and they would be like, oh my God, I'm such a fan of you. And I'd be like, oh, thank you. Um, it is what it is. So I'm just thinking to myself, like, he was supposed to help me make money. He was going to— he's my big brother, he calls me sister. This is going to be a good thing. Now you asked, when did it go sour? So in the very beginning, I'm not going to hold you, I, I knew he was a cheater. I only knew he was a cheater because I met his assistant. His assistant boasted about having sex with him, the different positions, how far she would drive to get that D, whatever. Then—
now he is, he is married, correct?
No, he was— at that time he was in a relationship. They had been together at the time for 4 years. Toward the end, they were together for 8 years. So when I met her, the girlfriend, they were only together for 4 years. And when I met her, I was really surprised because I had found, you know, we're on tour, so he's having sex, he's bragging about the sex he's having, all this stuff. And then I meet this girl, I'm at the restaurant, I'm talking to other people, she comes up to me like I'm his girl. Oh, I didn't know he was in a relationship. So Maybe a year in, that's when I found out, okay, he's a cheater. So I knew he was a cheater. And he would say things like, if I gained weight, he'd say like, you're fat, you're getting fat, you're getting fat. You know, you're not going to be pretty anymore. You know, Kita, I don't want to— I don't want to fire you, but, you know, the audience, they like attractive people. And so I started to work on my weight. And if he said he didn't like my hair a certain way, girl, that's not going to look good on camera. You don't look that good. I don't like your hair like that. You in a bob makes your face look like this. Just start to critique. He was mean. He yelled. He belittled. But I come from the military. I'm a veteran. So men screaming at me, telling me I'm fat, ugly, this is not new for me. So whereas most women will be like, oh my God, I can't take it, I'm like, whatever. So I knew he was an asshole from the beginning. That's the truth. Now abusive and all that, I mean, that came later. Everything made sense towards the last year. 2024 made sense.
When you say abusive, elaborate on that.
So like, you know how— okay, like I said, I didn't, I didn't take him yelling at me, screaming at me. He used to yell at me to where spit would hit my face. I know that everybody else looks at that like, what the hell, why would you allow that? And even my parents, everybody was like, what the hell? I'm used to that because of the military. So I— so he's been abusive, emotionally abusive and stuff like that. Um, he triangulates, so he pits people against each other so that they can fight and he can divide and conquer. So that's abusive. So I knew about the emotional abuse, but I'm talking about physical. I didn't know— I knew about the sexual as well. So he would, in the beginning, tell me stories about— and me, my boyfriend, my friend, my random people, people at brunch— he would talk about sexual abuse. Okay, towards the end I'd say about 2 years in, it didn't sound like abuse. He was bragging about the sex with men. It wasn't— it didn't sound like abuse anymore. Okay, so I knew about the sexual abuse, I knew about the emotional abuse. Um, we were getting financially abused. That's why all the cast was trying to figure out how we can come together and fix this. We were getting financially abused towards maybe about 2 years in. I, I was. But the physical abuse of women, I didn't find out until I started my series. I was going to showcase the financial abuse because the thing about it is I am a single mother and every dollar that I get goes to my son, you know. Um, he knew that. That's why he meant, I'm gonna mentor you, we're gonna make money, only to put me in different situations where I lost money. So I wanted to showcase he put me in debt, but I got myself out of debt. That was all. It was going to be probably like a 3-part— I don't know, 3-part series.
I don't know.
It was gonna be about financial stuff. His ex came— not the, not the current ex, but the, the ones before— they came out and they sent me documents of protective orders. And I'm like, what is this? And I mean, I have, I have text messages that are like, hey, or DMs that are like he's done this to me, he's done that to me. Um, like what? Okay, like the ex-wife details. So in, in the statement that he put out, he said that he just removed his ex-wife from the house because of that, there was some legal battles, and that was it. That's not what she says. She says that he would frequently abuse her. They apparently— they grow up— they grew up Jehovah's Witness. So in Jehovah's Witness, and I can't really— I don't really know this, but this is from them, they're, they're saying this You'll get disfellowshipped if you like to have sex before marriage or anything like that. Well, they're young, they had sex, they got disfellowshipped. So she couldn't talk to anybody. She couldn't talk to her mom, her dad, no one. So she only had him. So they were forced to get married. They got married, but he was abusive the whole time, physically abusive, says her. Um, the, the night that he's talking about, she says that every time she would get off work and just want to relax that's when he would bother her, which makes sense because that's what happens with me. Whenever I'm good with money, whenever I'm good, I got myself back together, he'll come and do something. So that made sense. He said that he woke her up, or she said that he woke her up. She had on a, um, wife beater with no bra on and some panties. He picked a fight with her about something random. She didn't even know what the hell was going on. She didn't even have her glasses on, and he beat her, took her out the house, kicked her out the house, threw her out and locked the door. She said she had to walk from the house to a gas station in the like freezing Ohio weather, like freezing, and I've been to Ohio, it's so freaking cold, with panties on and a wife beater to call the police.
She said Ace did this? Yeah.
So from that moment You know, mind you, you have to understand, being disfellowshipped, it's not like you can call your mama or your homegirl. If they go to the church, they can't talk to you or else they're going to get disfellowshipped. And so she's by herself, she doesn't know what to do. And I just was like, damn, like, you know, and that, that's just one story. She said that she asked me if I needed her to go down to the police station and get the pictures, and Apparently he not only— okay, so she got the protective order, she was finally away from him, she was trying to build her life, um, and he wouldn't leave her alone. He kept pestering her and calling her and texting her. And that's similar because whenever I'm ready to quit, whenever I was ready to say, you know what, I can't take any more of this, Ace, I can't, I'm done, He calls and he calls and he emails and he emails. And even this current ex, she, she moved away. She moved to a different state to get away. He wanted to know the address. He wanted to call. He called her from hotel phones. He's emailed her over and over again with the subject, this is my last email, but it's never the last email. He is possessive. He owns you whether you're in a relationship or you work for him. Guess what? You He owns you. And so as I'm hearing these stories, I'm like, has he ever— have we ever had sex?
No.
Have we ever dated?
No.
Has he ever physically hit me? No. But the pestering and the making it— making you feel like you can't say no because he's not going to take no for an answer. That happened to me too. So I believe them. Like, I mean, I'm sorry.
What else were you— you contacted and told by, I guess, his past Women, people.
Okay, uh, so past women. Apparently a girl came out and said they've been together for 9 years. I said, oh, apparently there's multiple people that have been in relationships with him. Um, with her, he's never physically abused her, but he is demeaning. He does scream, he does belittle, he does email, he does call, things like that. That is, um, what she experienced. He's short, right? Yeah, yeah, he's short. Um, but, um, then the sexual abuse happened as well. The sexual abuse stories. So towards the last couple of shows, you know, I'll finish up with the, with the final, uh, with the, uh, physical. Another ex came out, or she wasn't even an ex, she was kind of like a side chick. And just kind of said, you know, he wouldn't let her move on even though he was in a relationship having sex with a lot of other women and she was just a side piece, just, you know, somebody, whatever. She could not date. Whenever she would date, he would call, he would text her nasty things about herself and just like that. So the only person that has ever came out about like physical was the ex-wife. All the other women, it has been verbal and like mental, right? You're ugly, you're fat, you're never gonna get anybody. Um, and then of course he pays— he, you know, he's a rich man, so he'll probably fly you out and get you things. So he'll take those things away or say he's not going to do this, or if he promised to pay your rent, he's not gonna pay it. Things like that. That's what they experience on that side. Okay, on the sexual abuse side, I had people come out Um, because a lot of people didn't understand why I was telling his story, and I get that. I'm telling his story about the sexual abuse because he's told all of us, he's told everybody. He, he brags about it. He brags about it because the mentor, his mentor, bought him trips. He said he was on a private jet. He said he got clothes, he got shoes. He said his mentor invests in his businesses. Because before tonight's conversation, there was metaphorically speaking where he was hosting poetry shows and getting money to host events and, and to create events. He's been creating events since he was in church. He's been— he used to throw witness parties, allegedly. Allegedly, the people in his past say he used to throw witness parties that this mentor would fund, because the mentor is like 10 or 15 years older. Like, he's an older guy, but he pretends to be young.
What, what, what are witness parties?
Witness parties are parties that Jehovah's Witnesses go to to do things they're not supposed to do— sex, drugs, stuff like that.
And action! I like it when you scraping and scrambling. You better get moving a lot. You scraping and scrambling. I like it when you do that, D. You know, I deal with the greatest. If you listen to what I'm telling you to do, you're gonna be great.
Then let P talk to you about me.
What the fuck do he know about me though? Yo, I need this shit to go crazy right now. I need them to fill this shit out in Africa.
Where you see me at right now, this is my place I come to. Spin it. I've been spinning too. I'm spinning around. So I ain't never heard of them.
Now I ain't never heard of them.
I don't know anything about Jehovah's Witness. I never— all I knew about Jehovah's Witnesses were that they knocked on the door and that there's a joke, you know, that we ignore them, right?
You learn something new every day. I swear to God, and I learned before. I ain't never heard. I thought they was just wearing long skirts and suits and shit. I didn't know.
And so of course Jehovah's Witnesses are coming out to say, please do not paint us in a bad light just because of this. But then again, I'm sorry, a lot more are coming out saying, I'm glad you're speaking about this because I was sexually assaulted, I was hurt, I was this by my pastor, by my this or by my that. They don't necessarily have pastors, they have elders. You understand? They have elders. So the men in the church make the rules. They are the head. There's not one, there's men. And the women are to follow suit, and the children of the women are to follow suit. Um, so his mom was on drugs and his father was in jail, and so he had a mentor, and the mentor funded— allegedly, this is from people in his past— funded these witness parties and have been funding certain things for a long time.
Who is the mentor?
So I don't know if legally I can say his name, but the mentor, I didn't know anything about him. He only said, my mentor, my mentor. So finally when I made my series and I said, you know, he said he has a mentor that's still doing this to this day, because a couple shows ago we were all talking in the green room, he was, he was detailing his abuse like he always does. In the green room right before a show, which I just want to add is very heavy on somebody. Like, imagine hearing about child abuse and then you have to get on the stage. It's just a lot.
I do, I do stage entertainment, so I know.
Yeah, like, that's really— I don't think people can understand that. But so he says that, so Dr. Cheyenne was like, well, what are you gonna do about it? Like, are you gonna tell the public, fight the man? Like, what's gonna happen? He just shut down. He didn't say anything. Like, he had told us the story, like he always does, but then when you ask probing questions, he doesn't say anything. So she wants to know what's going to happen, because if you're saying that this man had sex with you when you were a child and up until your adult years, and you're saying he's still mentoring boys to this day, what are you going to do about it? How are you going to fix this? And he shut down. And this is what I mean, Tasha, about like abuse. Even though I had already hated him, even though I had already— I was already planning my—
Hold on, wait a minute, hold on. Before you— before you go there, so this story that you're telling about this mentor, this is Ace's mentor? Yes. Okay. And so was this Ace in the green room that was talking about this sexual abuse?
He always does for the past 4 years publicly.
Yeah, and that he was allegedly sexually abused. Yes, by this mentor.
Yes, who is a man. Yes, and at the moment, still mentoring to this day.
Now a lot of people are saying, mm-hmm, that's why I had to back you up. I said you— that was loaded right there.
It's all loaded and convoluted. I'm glad you're giving me it.
I can see why people would get angry at you sharing that. Um, because that is loaded. Like, I'm, you know, I'm— this is a non-biased platform, so, you know, he can come and answer any of these allegations. We did reach out to him when you had first went live with your video, and I was like, Ace, what's going on, bro? And he had said he was gonna call, but he never called. And then I— he ended up dropping the recording with you, I guess, and he alleged that you were trying to extort him for $500,000.
Yes.
Okay, we'll talk about that in a second. But back to this. So this mentor that was funding these parties was actually the mentor that was allegedly sleeping with him?
Yes. There has never been more than one mentor. There's only been one mentor. He didn't— now he has said that he had sex with multiple men that the mentor would introduce him to. Do you understand? So basically, like, you— I'm trying to break it down to where you get it right. So if this mentor was in his life when he was young then that's the only person that he had. So the mentor might be allegedly introducing him to multiple men for their pleasure, but he's young, you get it? So he can't control this. So in the beginning, I was sad. Like, this shit made me cry. I felt for him. So when he would yell at me, scream at me, whatever, a lot of people were like, quit, Nikita, quit. But I was like, you don't understand. He got abused. Like, you don't get it. Like, he's like, you need to handle him differently.
You felt sorry for him. It was pretty much a trauma bond.
I still feel sorry. I literally still feel sorry.
So you said Dr. Cheyenne entered the chat and was like, what are you gonna do about this?
Yeah. So because he admitted this, according to you, in front of her, in front of everybody, right? Because that's what he does. So like I said in the beginning, it, you know, we were— this is the first time he's ever said it. Like, we were at brunch, we were just eating. I can't even I can't even make this up. We were eating our food and he's like, I told y'all this before, but when I was sexually assaulted by my mentor, I looked at my friend Mary and then I looked at my boyfriend. I said, you know, you— it's a big party, right? There's a lot of people, so no one's like paying attention to me. So I'm looking at them like, did you hear what he just said? Because he, he says it casually, like, I've already talked about this. No, you haven't. Not to me. This was 4 years ago. So from that point, every brunch, breakfast, lunch, dinner, we at the gym, no matter what we do, he gonna talk about this. And it's this one mentor, and it's different stories. So one, one time we were at the Slutty Vegan in Atlanta, we had an Atlanta show, we were all sitting on Eden, and he had talked about the mentor. He said, you know, I really do understand— this is when it started to turn into bragging. This is when it was no longer like, oh, I feel bad for him. This. It was April, I remember. Um, he said, you know, I can understand why women accept certain abuse, accept cheating and stuff and things like that, because if the man is going to pay the bills and give them stuff— because that's what my mentor did. Like, my mentor had me have sex with him, have sex with men, but I got to fly, you know, I got to fly here and I got to fly there. I have the text. I got the text message on the exact date and time that this happened. The reason I— the reason I have the text message, Tasha, is because Randy text me. Hold on, let me— let me type in alert. Oh my God, Randy text me at that exact minute.
I need a Bible.
You need— you don't need a bottle.
I need a Bible, please. Somebody— oh my God, was not—
this happened— this happened April 16th at 12:22. It happened April 16th at 12:22. That's when we were having brunch. That makes sense to have lunch there. Okay.
Screenshot that real quick. Okay, I can put it in this video because I'm sure we're gonna hear from lawyers. Okay, okay, go ahead.
Hey, I'm gonna hear from, from them too, but I— it is what it is. Okay, at this time, Randy said— so I texted Randy and I texted her laughing faces, right? And then I texted her that, that meme. Because he's bragging, you know, about having sex with men and about getting money. So then she takes me back and she's like, bad bitch alert, because— and then I, and then I texted her and I was like, he's sick. So I'll send it to you, please. But this is exactly when that, that conversation happened, because y'all was just like, wait a minute, so you were—
he was a kept man?
Yeah, he was an abused boy that turned into a kept man. So that's why it's not like funny.
Him and Derek Jackson was, was friends and business partners at one time. We'll come back to that. Hold that thought. Lord Jesus. And you, you— I don't know if you saw what I did to Derek Jackson up over here, child.
No, I didn't see that. I didn't see that. I didn't see— but you know what's crazy? Derek reached out and me and Derek had a conversation.
Well, he's— wait a minute, what? Mr. Derek, I would bring holes in my bed and tell my wife she ain't enough?
Say Derek said that basically I was like, hey Derek, um, Derek sent me a, a picture of myself, a screenshot, because I'd be talking shit about him. Because when all that happened, I started talking shit. Absolutely. And so Derek sent me a screenshot and was like, you know, you remind me a lot of Ace, basically. Like a little— he wanted to be rude a little, I think, which he has a right to because I was talking shit, right? Cool. So I said, oh really? I said, I thought you were just like Ace. And then he was like, well, I could tell you about, you know, my experience with him. And I was like, well then tell me. Basically on some shit like, let's stop our little petty whatever. You want to talk, I want to talk, so tell me what happened. So I ended up calling him. He sent me his number. I ended up calling him. And I was like, what's up? I was like, did you— did he steal the card game idea from you? Like, what's going on? He's like, he stole a lot of things from me. He was like, he's just a shady guy. Um, and he was like, but if you think that doing all this on the internet is going to make him care, nothing's going to make him care. And I was like, oh, I'm not doing it so he— so that he cares. I know that he doesn't. And so, um, I asked him a little bit about when he was canceled, right? I said, you know, Ace always talks about—
you know, we, we did that, right?
Can't know.
Yeah. So nobody knew Derek was married. Just a little snapshot. Nobody knew Derek was married. Okay, do videos with the car seat in the back. Nobody knew, like, and put two and two together that this man had kids. He actually hid his wife for years while he was on— he was in his car making videos. And at the same time, when he had a wife, he had women that were reaching out to him in the DM to get advice, and he would fuck those women. Yes. So he would be trying to tell them how to, you know, respect themselves and heal themselves and demand certain things from women, and yet He was having relationships with these women, so much so that when he— his wife would go visit her parents with the kids, he would bring these women into the bed of their home, right? And these women would take pictures of him in the home. He would spend his birthday with these women. His wife was really heavily in the church, and, you know, she was a little bit brainwashed too, but Derek was outside. And so when they— when they came with— came to me, it was like 4 different women. We did— we ended up doing 4 major exclusives, all hit 1 to 2 million views each, and it went ultra viral.
Uh, Breakfast Club.
Uh, I'm talking about this was worldwide because Derek had been pandering to women like men are this and men are that, and the whole time he was the very man that he was talking about to the women. And he actually broke up a lot of relationships. Women were leaving their boyfriends because of Derek's advice.
And so he hasn't recovered from that.
So him saying that Ace did something to him, it was like, Derek, come on, how many relationships or just people have you ruined, including your own wife who is out here right now traumatized by your narcissistic values? And, and just—
well, see, here's the thing. So here's the thing about these type of men. These type of men Yeah, they know morally they're wrong, but we were talking about business. Ace stole ideas and practices and kicked his ass off when he got canceled, just like Ace kicked TC off a tour, the comedian Terion Caldwell, off the tour when he lost his page. So he, he, he, he, uh, he comes to you like, I got you, we're gonna make this money. He'll take your ideas, he'll take some of your audience, and he'll throw your ass away. So that's what more so Derek was talking about, because Derek didn't talk much about his character. Now what he did say to me on the phone was that he was having a rough time. He didn't want to leave his wife, but he didn't want to be with her either. I know a lot of you— so I'm not gonna lie, after he told me all that, I was like, oh, so, you know, people probably think that Derek is who Ace is really. Like, you probably think that he's a monster and he's abusive, but he's just a cheater, which is a monster, which is abusive and terrible, but he's a cheater. H is an abuser. I don't know if Derek is that. I know he's an asshole. I know he's a cheater.
You need to get up there on that wife's page and you, you see for yourself, because the way he took his wife down mentally, physically, emotionally, yeah, it's horrible. And it happened before the public— I mean, I'll never forget when he came out to address the allegations that were being made in the videos that I made by women that were speaking out.
Right?
Um, he was dressed up, he looked very nice. His wife— he made his wife sit down, he was holding her hand really tight. She had on like this, this federo hat, um, a sweatshirt, no makeup. She looked very, very heavily unkempt. He was dressed up and he basically was like, listen, I, I, you know, I love my wife. Like, we, we, you know, we went through our problems, she knows about the cheating. I mean, he just drug her out of bed.
That's what he told me. He was like, she knew. Yeah, like she knew and all this happened.
So he kind of like knew, but she did not consent. Derek was doing him anyway when the fame had risen, and he purposely hid his wife. Watch the wife's interview on the Dear Wifey podcast. She said Derek made her compete with these other women.
Which is narcissistic because that's, that's Ace. And so, so I'm talking to Derek because essentially, I'm not gonna hold you, I want to interview him. So I was like, hey, or he will interview—
he won't—
he didn't. He said that he was— so how he presented it to me, and this is the reason I felt a little bit of sympathy for him, was because he was like, hey, listen, I'm trying to rebuild my life. He's like, I got a girl, I love her, You know, I'm going to the gym. I'm back. I'm back with God.
He's like, that nigga ain't never stopped going to the gym.
He never left the gym. Uh, he said, I'm just— he's like, I don't want anything. He's like, but I'm just— I just wanted to help you, um, because I just wanted to let you know the type of person he is. And I just wanted to let you know that if he's going to offer you some money, you know, just take it. Just take it. Because if you think that he's going to heal and, and, and, you know, your outcry for him to get help is going to work It's not. And I said, okay, thank you. And then we got off the phone. He didn't want to do the interview. It was that— I mean, it's fine.
He's not gonna interview. He did one interview with— and he's gonna make sure that he tailors that interview because Eric's— I mean, Derek spent years out here lying, years out here calling out, you know, men and, and women and fucking the women that were in his DM. And the type of women that he would only cheat with were hoes. They were strippers.
Yes.
They were sex workers. And I'm telling you, it was so bad that they would send me the photos. Derek out in Miami for his birthday with a stripper that was on Section 8 in Baltimore that left her kids and he left.
Yeah, because that's what his little dig to me was, like, oh, you want to talk to me? You want to interview me? But look, you're, you know, you, you were talking shit. Absolutely. You're a relationship guru that just got that got caught cheating. Why wouldn't I talk shit about that? That doesn't make sense. Same as the pastor that gets caught doing whatever with them.
Why exactly? His brand is done because he never came out and apologized to that woman and apologized for, uh, putting out these perceptions of how men are. And he was the very man that he was preaching about. And the whole, the whole internet clowns him for everything that Derek was telling y'all to look out for and not do. It's funny that he was doing that.
And that's the same thing with Ace.
And like, that's the same thing, fucked his brand up. And the fact that the wife got so much support— she went from having 2,000 followers to well over 100K when we unveiled the videos. Like, they supported her, and she's heavily in the church, suicidal. The man beat her down mentally and spiritually, made her under— feel undesirable, you know. And he would bring these women around and, and say, that's what Ace does.
It's the same thing, but he does it with assistance. And all that.
So back to Ace, like, so Ace was at Slutty Vegan and he would tell you that he was a kept man by his mentor. Yeah, everyone's parties.
And it wasn't just me and Randy that were at the restaurant. He does it in front of everybody. Now, will everybody come out and say that, say that he said it? No. People are going to be like, oh, I don't know what she's talking about, but Like I said, this— the stories— this— this— the stories is how I found out that the mentor was still mentoring. So it was a couple days— it was a couple shows ago, right? Um, and he was— he, he told everybody in the green room, and he said it was under his breath, but I heard, yeah, he's still mentoring boys to this day. So I side-eye him. But honestly, Tasha, I'm telling you right now when you messing with a person that just lies, I don't know what's true. I, you know, I, I don't think he would lie about being mentored and essayed and stuff, but I, you know, at this point you're just telling us egregious things, so I, I don't know. Um, but it wasn't until I came out with the series that the— I'm telling you, Tasha, 10 people came out and was like, thank you so much, I know exactly who the mentor is. This is where he went to high school. This is his high school pictures. I have high school pictures.
In fact, who is the mentor child?
Please tell me.
You got my DM on Instagram, right?
I'm just going ahead and DM you because the truth is two people, two people wrote me and said thank you, thank you. Because one person said, hey, me and my brother used to play video games with this guy. That's how he does it. He acts like a big brother. He plays video games, and then the video games turn to porn because he's trying to get you used to sex. He's trying to get you good. Like, he's trying to get you involved with sex because you're young, you know. So one guy was like, my brother stayed with him, but I didn't want to be friends with him no more. That's one guy said. Another late— another guy said, hey, my kid is currently around this guy. Any information that you have, please tell me. I said I didn't call the cops. I talked to the, um, the Jehovah's Witness branch, like the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall. But basically everybody told me the same thing. Nothing's going to happen to this man, so he's gonna be free. And also he has a lot of money. Well, he was an extra on BET's Power, I think. So this is how he looks now.
Oh my God.
And, and one more. This is on his like public Facebook.
What's his name?
DeMond Hill.
Hold on. DeMond or Desmond?
No, D-E, like demon, and then at the end is a D. Or yeah, like demon with a D. And that's what it— that shook me too, I'm gonna hold you. I was like, I wonder if he deleted it because you—
do you expose them?
I posted it, Tasha. I did. Because I see him, like, I see him. He's still doing— well, I don't— allegedly, but according to Ace, he's still doing it to this day. And then guess, guess what? The people that are reaching out is like, hey, my kid's been around him. Like, what are you saying? I'm not saying anything. I can only say what Ace told me.
Oh my God, his, his face, like that, the energy from that picture, it's scary.
And then his name is like Demon with a D. And so you have to understand, Tasha, I've been going through it because I'm thinking to myself, well, first of all, this man is apparently a millionaire. This man apparently has a lot of money. And so I cannot fight him in court. I certainly can't. I can't even fight Ace in court, let's be real. So that's gonna happen. And you know, I'm scared because Everybody, everybody that has talked to me has said he's a dangerous man, Kita. Well, guess what? I've already exposed it, so I don't know what's gonna happen to me. I only exposed it because they said— you see this, Tasha, right here? Yeah, somebody sent me this, and I gotta, I gotta block out the name.
I was just screenshotting me this from his page.
So you see how it says explore talent? So he's always tried to do like it being talent, and he was an extra and stuff. But when, when Ace took off, allegedly You know, that's— I mean, he's been— he allegedly funds it, but I don't know. That's him. That was him a long time ago. Like, that was him when he like met Ace, I guess. Because somebody that went to high school from him, with him, sent me this photo and said that she clowned him because of that photo. She's like, you look, you know, you know. Yeah, you know, you know.
Lord Jesus, child, you don't shut the fucking table.
And I wasn't trying to, but at the end of the day, it's like this. I wanted to talk about financial abuse. The ex comes out with protective orders, and he's still pretending like— he's still telling people like, you know, oh, we just, you know, me and her, we just, um, we only got married because we were Jehovah's Witnesses, and we only got a divorce because we wasn't supposed to be married. No, y'all were in love. You were her first boyfriend. You guys were Jehovah's Witnesses, but you beat her. She had to run away from you. You continuously, um, allegedly from her, you continuously bothered her and pestered her, which he did to this current ex, which he's done to me, which he's done to Randy. This is not new. So then that's why I told everything, because I'm like, listen, all these things come together. Like, oh well, why did you— why did you have to tell about the mentor? First of all, he brags about that, those stories, so shouldn't be— it shouldn't be upsetting if, you know, everybody hears it. Number 2, he said that the mentor is still doing it, which people have confirmed. This lady wrote me and said that she was going to tell the mothers of, I guess, some of the kids. She was going to tell one of the mothers. So right now, a lot's going on to try to stop this man, but other Jehovah's Witnesses say, guess what, that man ain't nothing gonna happen to him. So I got 2 millionaires coming after me, and you think I'm not— well, I'm not going to say he's coming after me because he hasn't reached out. I don't know if he's coming after me. But I got two millionaires that possibly want to come after me, and you think I'm not going to go public if something happens to me? Do you think— is anybody going to care? No. People are going to be like, oh, what happened to Kita? I wonder what happened. No, like, this is real. This is— this could possibly— if you're saying— if I'm saying— I don't even know what I'm saying, but if I'm saying that this mentor funded parties that turned into shows that turned into tonight's conversation, right? Like, and he has started the party so that Jehovah's Kids could come and do bad stuff. Is that not a sex ring? I mean, I'm not saying, oh, like, allegedly, allegedly. I'm not saying that, but I'm just saying, is that not— does that— what that sound like to you?
It sounds very Diddy-ish.
Oh, and the ex calls him Diddy Jr. And then the other ex sent very nasty, very nasty screenshots. Apparently he has an OnlyFans, but the OnlyFans, um, doesn't show his face. But on there you might find him with men and women.
Who, Ace?
Ace. Oh, because everything has to be recorded. Uh, she, she showed me the sex between them. She showed me— I'm Tasha. For the past couple weeks, I have been getting screenshots of some of the nastiest shit, and I'm supposed to what? I'm supposed to just carry all that and say— and that's supposed to be just my burden, right? Not anybody else's? Absolutely not. I'm sorry. These are not my sins. So she didn't show me his privates and just— because they recorded, because he records with everybody. And she let me know that like one day he had walked downstairs to go be with his assistant. She said it was a business meeting, but she then told me that it feels like he went down to her room to have sex with her because he's a very sexually charged person, right? So it wouldn't be uncommon that he would have sex with one girl and then like need more sex, apparently, I'm guessing. I don't know. This is from her. She told me that his laptop was open and that she saw sex with men. And I said, did you screenshot it? And she said yes. And I said, did you send it to anybody? And she said yes, my best friend. And I said, can I have it? And she said no. She said that like basically She doesn't want me to tell him, like, they're still in communication, so she doesn't want—
so she's allegedly still sleeping with a DL man? A DL man?
Because some women are okay with it, and that's my thing. There's not a problem with women being okay with bisexual men. There's plenty of freaky women— I'm not calling them all freaky, but there's plenty of freaky women that say, I don't care. You're lying. Go be with the women that like bisexual men. Why are you presenting yourself as a straight man? Now mind you, and this is where it gets weird, Tasha, because it's like, I don't want to be go too hard because the only reason why he might be like gay, allegedly, the only reason why he might like sex with men is because of what happened. You get what I mean? So to just say like, oh, he likes it, that's wrong because he was forced. So it's not fair. But instead of just coming out as a bisexual man and saying, I like both, you pretend to be heterosexual and then you treat every woman that's ever crossed paths with you like shit. No, no. There are a lot of women that are okay with bisexual men. It's not a big thing. We're in 2025. Men got earrings and nail polish and all types of shit. But your hate for women, when you scream, when you spit on, when you say things like he told his ex that had been with him for 8 years, he said, oh, you know, my money grew and the caliber of women that want me now is so much higher. I'm so thankful. How do you think she felt? When you talk about breaking down a woman, what I want people to realize is a couple of things from this, but One of the things you think emotional abuse or like those little slick comments, you think that's not abusive, but you're hearing that and over and over again. You know what happens when you hear that? You start to believe it. And that's what happened to me. I thought, oh, he an asshole. He just talks shit. I don't care. Whatever. He mad. So many years of hearing you're fat, you're ugly, you're not talented, you're, you're not going to be anything without this show. I thought— I think I started to believe it because my creativity was gone. I didn't want to post no more. I just didn't want to do— I didn't know what was wrong with me, but I just didn't want to— I didn't want to do nothing. Like, I just— I like hated life. I felt like I had a good boyfriend, I had— I have a son, everything. I have a house. I should be happy. But I was— I got— I'm getting a lot of money. I'm getting the most money I've ever made, but I hate my life and I don't know why. And it's because I'm sitting here allowing a man to break me down as much as he can, and I'm listening to it over and over again. I'm starting to believe it. Like, I'm not—
I'm not nothing.
He's right. Oh, I do need the show. Um, you think it's just people talking shit, but it's not. That's emotional abuse, and you need to be able to identify that.
Let me ask you a question because you're emotional right now, because I, I, I did watch some of your videos, and you know Um, I'm sorry that you're, you know, you're having to— that you've had to experience this. And I do think, you know, things do happen for a reason. And I don't know why, why God put you in this situation, but he did for a reason. And I'm sure everything will, will come to light. But girl, you have sure shook the fucking internet, um, just here. And I'm, I'm kind of, I'm kind of thankful that you did this interview because, you know, Some of your videos are highly animated, so it would be really hard to gauge how serious this affected you. It was hard to gauge.
I lost my job. I lost my income. All these people are telling me this stuff, so I'm finding out who this man really is, which is making me even more angry. And I'm just trying to smile through this shit. Like, I'm just trying to smile. So yes, a lot of people are like, you're animated and shit. Because I'm dealing with actual abuse and I have to like laugh. And like, I, I'm a laughing type person, so like, I, I regret it. I don't regret doing the series, but I regret like making it a joke. But that's how I cope. I cope with comedy. I can't not laugh about this because it's not funny. Nothing is funny.
I can understand nothing. Take a minute, take a minute. We don't want you messing up your makeup.
You look gorgeous today.
Yeah, thank you. No problem.
It's like not funny. Like, even I know that, like, even when I showed you the message of like him, like us saying, oh, he's a bad bitch because he's like bragging about the abuse and stuff, like, yeah, we made fun of him because he was mean, but like, it's not funny that he was abused. It's not funny when a person is forced to have sex with men and then now they like it and they don't know, they can't explain why they like it and it makes them angry. That's not funny. So you might hear me saying like calling him a bitch or because I'm angry, but like I do feel bad for him, but I don't feel bad enough to allow him to continue this.
I'm glad that we, we spoke because, you know, watching some of the reactions and the recap and, and things like that, a lot of people were trying to figure out like what was your intention. And I can, I can see it now because this was a very even tone. This is a very real, real explanation of what happened. And so a couple things, couple things. Um, because we're gonna get into Kitty in just a second. Okay. Okay. Um, because that's another part that I kind of wanna— because, you know, Kitty had made a very emotional video. She was crying, and I saw you kind of laughing at her and mocking.
I sure did. Yes.
Okay. And now you're, you're crying, and that just kind of made me just go, all right, um, could she, you know, be going through the same thing? But we'll, we'll talk about that in just a second, so hold on. Because I seen you give grace to Ace even though you're pissed. And a lot of people were trying to figure out— because I just recently had, you know, a situation happen where I fired someone, and it was over a year and a half ago, right? And she had worked with me a very long time, and when she was great at her job, she was great. When she wasn't great, she wasn't great, right? But all things sometimes do must come to an end. And I never spoke about you know, what happened between her and I because it wasn't important. Like, you know, she was my marketing assistant and then she developed into my, you know, my kids' nanny and personal assistant. So it was, it was too close for comfort, right? And then I'm an entrepreneur. I'm in the same, not position in the bed as Ace, okay? Right. I'm in the same position public-wise where, you know, if anything goes wrong with any of the team members or our staff members, I'm the one that takes the blame in the, in the fall. So I can understand where Ace is coming from, from, you know, an entrepreneur standpoint. But the abuse stuff— yes, I was abused back in the day, but my abuse is not the reason why I'm here. And I don't use that as a crutch or just kind of like a bond, a trauma bond with people, or to get people to feel sorry for me. That's not what this is. I've, I've done my therapy, I've gotten healed, and that's it. So whatever decisions I make today is based on what I make today, because I am no longer that child that was abused, and I'm no longer a victim, right? Right. And so the thing about it is, so I understand— I want you to understand, and people that are watching this video, I understand all components of it. And I can understand why people would side with Ace, and I can understand why people would side with Kitty, and I can understand why people would side with you or against you or against Ace. And, you know, because every— there's just so many components. But like, you know, watching you make the series and Um, not gonna lie, my, my assistant was saying she was gonna make a series, and I was just like, no, you're not. And I went to the police on her because, you know, yeah, this is internal company information. You were right, you were fired over a procedural error. You weren't fired because you were sexually abused, mentally abused, emotionally abused. It had nothing to do with that. Like, you were not doing your job, right? And so but a lot of people would take it as like a disgruntled employee. How do you feel about being labeled? Because you did say the first thing that came out of your mouth was that it wasn't the abuse, it wasn't the emotional abuse, it was the money. You're saying, okay, yeah, my—
so my abuse comes from— this is how I feel about being labeled a disgruntled employee. I am. He played with my money a lot. People don't understand what he's done for, uh, what he's done to me, right? Well, how did he play with your money? Well, because he gets you to trust him, and that's that narcissism. Because he gets you to trust him and he's so open and caring, and you're like, oh my God, this is a great opportunity. Aside from this tour, he would be like, you know what, I have an app and I want to put you on it, on the app. I'm going to put your show on the app, so I need you to build out a show. It could be whatever you want. Build out your show, um, and I'm gonna put it on the app. Well, you know that production is $60,000, $70,000, $100,000. Oh, like, it's expensive to create a podcast, create a show. You're paying video, audio, all that. Okay, but I'm thinking I'm investing in something that's gonna go and make money in the future. So I created my show. It's called Unmedicated and Educated. I created my pod.
Is it created? Is it still created?
Where is it? It's on— it's on YouTube. Okay, it's on YouTube. Um, but so he wanted me to do 8 episodes. He was gonna pay for it. I told him how much it cost. I'm like, wow, this is expensive. I'm like, this is like $40,000-$50,000 just for like one weekend. You have to fly people out, you know what I mean? Like, it's expensive. So I was like, oh God. He's like, yeah, but you know what, that's just production. He's like, it's expensive to fly y'all out and do that stuff, so it's just what it is. So when I waited for my money, like when I waited for him to invest, because that's the whole point of it He didn't. He said that he needed to work on his own tour. Sorry, something fell through. Well, fuck, I'm like, I'm in debt. Like, I, I put a lot into this and I only poured so much because I thought you were gonna invest. I thought you wanted the pod on your app. Um, even when he did the My Merch, right? Kita, a friend, he's my friend. Kita, let me, let me take a hold of your merch. I don't like that you go to different airports with 4, 5, 6, 7 bags of stuff. It's expensive. It's taxing. You have to pay 3 or 4 employees to come with you. I said, Ace, it's fine. I said, my employees are paid. They know what to do. I said, I'm strong. We know how to do it. It's fine. I don't need help. He called me every single day. Please, please, please. This is going to help you. You're going to save money. Just let me do this for you. Why won't you accept help? You're so hyper-independent. You're so— I know you a single mom and you're not used to a man helping you, but you should, you should let me help. Finally, you know, it got to the point where you know he's not going to take no for an answer because he doesn't take no. He doesn't like no. So you say, okay, take the damn merch. Do you know I did not get half of my merch back? Do you know that all of last tour he was like, can't take the— you know, it's, it's cold, right? We're in fall. Oh, I couldn't pack your beanies because, um, I didn't have enough room. I certainly don't want to sell beanies in the summer. So he would do little things like, um, you know, I can't bring your merch. Or when I did receive my merch, the boxes were tore up, kicked through, like somebody like fucked them up on purpose. And that the boxes and my merch were in the truck with his merch. How come his boxes don't look like that? How many times did I have to go to Lowe's or go somewhere and get more boxes because mine were being kicked and beaten and whatever? So he cost me— that merch alone was $75,000. That merch alone was $75,000. Let me tell you why I bought the— let me tell you why I bought as much as I bought.
Okay.
In the beginning of the contract negotiations, we don't know how the show's doing. We don't know how much money the show's making. We don't know how much the app is making. We don't know how much the card game is making. We don't know. We just know that we're helping him make money and hopefully he'll give us money. They don't know.
So you took the merch as your way to make money?
Yes, that all of us do. All of us sell merch. All of us. So that's, you know, you come to the show and then after the show you get to buy from us. Uh, Tripp has merch, everybody. Brandy has merch, Kitty has merch, we all have merch. Um, but he only wants— he likes to practice with me because I'm the, I'm the one that's long— has been long-standing. I came before Randy, Kitty, Tripp. Tripp's been with them for 10 years. Tripp was— Tripp's been an employee since, metaphorically speaking, but he came back. Tripp says he left because money got funny. Money got funny, he started playing, and so Tripp left. But then Tripp came back. Cool. So the merch is how we make our money if we can't make money on the shows. And he's taking my merch and he's not allowing me to make money. He's financially crippling me. You done already got me in debt from these shows, from this unmedicated pod that you said you were going to invest in and you didn't.
All right, bet.
All right, now you won't give me back my merch throughout the whole tour. Oh no, I, I kept— I'm sorry, I went on a tangent. So we don't know how much it makes. So when I talked to him, I said, well, how much merch do I need this year? Kita, the show took off. I said, what? Kita, the show is— the show's going crazy. You are going to need— I mean, I'm talking thousands of shirts. Thousands of journals, thousands of this, thousands of that. He said, do you understand this? He said, we have 14, 15 shows with 7, 6, 7,000 people coming to each show, Gita. I said, okay, all right. So I invested shirts. The shirts alone were $10,000. Journals are expensive. It's, it's, it's, it's— I'm getting thousands of products to last me for a year. So now he wants the products. I said no. He called, called, called. I said, fine, if it'll make you happy, if you'll stop calling, take it.
Did he have everybody else's merch?
No. He likes to practice with me. So with the app, right, or with the show, he didn't— he pulled out with my show. He screwed me over with merch. But when Kitty came, I told her, right, hey, Don't trust him. Just like Tripp tells me, hey, don't trust him. I told him, I said, hey, don't, don't, don't, don't let this man tell you nothing because he gonna lie. She does the same thing. He says, Kitty, I really want to take you on tour by yourself. He says, I'm gonna invest in your tour. All I need you to do is just get the venues, get the DJ, get the— So she does it. And then last minute he says, oh, I'm sorry, I'm out of it. Well, she's already spent 30-something grand. And that's what the whole financial abuse thing was. I was going to explain to people that even though somebody that is acting as if they're a mentor and has money— all the proof is there, he has the money, he can do it— he's not because of his narcissism, because of his need to control and, and his power and his, you know, that, that's why he's not doing it. But he can. And so when you are getting into business and you don't know what you're doing, don't be so trusting of everybody. Yes, you want a mentor, but guess what? Not everybody is meant to be your mentor. You got people that said that their pastor mentored them, and what happened there? So that's why I came out like, hell no, you ain't gonna get away from the way with this because you didn't hurt too many people. You didn't hurt too many people, and you hurt me, and I'm a single mother. I need my money. I can't be playing. I'm not on boats twerking with Birkins, nigga. I'm working so I can provide for my child, and you know that. So that's what he does with the financial. That's the abuse. It isn't, you know, or, or making little deals with other people and giving them your money. I waited for 2 shows to get my money. I'm supposed to get $13,000. Finally, I check. I wrote his manager. I said, where's my money? She said, oh, you promised to pay us back, so you're not getting those two checks. What are you talking about? I needed that money. That $13,000 was going to get me through the summer. I say, what are you talking about? Oh, well, we had a, you know, Ace made a deal with your boyfriend at the time who was just an assistant, not a manager. He did not manage my funds. Ace made a deal with your boyfriend and basically, you know, because you, you know, you, you are, you're paying for your flights, right? When did I start paying for my flights? I said no. Yeah, yeah, Ace, you know, he had to cut some things, so you have to pay for your flights. Uh, so we talked to Kel about it and, you know, uh, you know, y'all promised to pay. And then she sends me a document that nobody signed. Which is basically a promise to pay document. So I didn't get my two— my shows when I was only making 6 grand a show. I was like, oh shit. And so that summer was really difficult because I allotted all my money. I don't like debt. I'm trying to get myself out of debt from the— so I'm like, oh God, I need this, these two checks, and I didn't get it. So what did that— what happened? Well, those months came and I'm taking out of my savings So of course, when it's time for another contract, I need it. I want it. Not because I love working here, not because I love working for an abuser, but because I take care of a son. And I don't give a fuck what anybody thinks about it. And action.
I like it when you scraping and scrambling. You better get moving. A lot of you scraping and scrambling. I like it when you do that, Daddy. You know, I deal with the greatest. Yeah, you listen to what I'm telling you to do, you're gonna be great.
That nigga, he talked to you about me.
What the fuck do he know about me though? Yo, I need this shit to go crazy right now. I need them to feel this shit out in Africa.
Where you see me at right now, this is my place I come to. I don't care. I, I need to feed my kid. So if, you know, oh, you sat by him and, you know, if the money was right, you wouldn't have said nothing. I don't know what I would have said. I think God made me do all this stuff. Because I'm not going to hold you. You talked about the extortion, right? About him extorted, saying that I extorted him. Ace called me over and over again like he always does and said, I want to make this right. I'm sorry. And I said, okay. I told him on the phone that merch shit was $75,000, and you don't even want to know what the, uh, what the podcast shit was. All those lies. I'm gonna pay you back, Kita.
All right, all right.
I'm gonna give you $300,000, Kita. But this is what I want you to do for me. Because he was finding out that I, you know, people came to me and whatever. I want you to get my ex's phone number. I just need to talk to her. No, you mean the one that filed a protective order against you? Kita, I just need to talk to her. Kita, I just need to, you know, she's lying on me. She's lying. All that stuff's a lie. And let me talk to her. Just give me her number. No. No. So for days and days, it was like, you know, he said, well, I want to give her money, I want to make it right. So I reached out to her and I was like, hey, he says he wants to give you some money. And she told me straight up, that money's disgusting. And you know what I told her? I told her it— that money is disgusting. He is a terrible person. However, you never got repaid back from getting dragged and beaten and everything else, thrown in the shower and shit like that. You never gotten anything from that. And now this man who did that to you is a millionaire and makes millions off of telling women what a good man is. So I think because she's a single mom, not with his child— she said she had to have a baby. She said the only, the only way he would stop talking to her is when she got pregnant by another man. That was the only way he was gonna let her go. So I'm not saying she had that baby on purpose to do that. I'm just saying that's what she said. So I was like, money will make it a little bit better. No, money doesn't erase abuse. It doesn't. But I tell you one thing, you weren't gonna get nothing else. You're not gonna get anything. Nobody can say sorry and take all the pain away, right? So, um, she agreed, and I was like, all right. I hit up a couple of the other exes. And I was like, hey, with my money, I got you. So send me your Cash App. Because I wasn't finna tell him about all the stuff that I knew. But I told a couple of the other people that was messed up. I was like, I got you. So when I get my settlement, I'm like, I got you. And I even told him that. I'm like, I'm going to make it right with some of the victims. And you're lucky I'm doing that because I'm not the one that did this to these women. And I was like, I don't want it to be nasty. I don't want it to be a mess. I said, but Ace, you need to hold yourself accountable. I said, so once this is all settled, we need to do something where we conflict, you know, resolve this conflict and you hold yourself accountable for some of the things that you've done publicly. Well, guess what? He said that he was. He said that he was. And then the next morning I woke up to me extorting him. So that was—
well, I don't think people took it like you were extorting them.
I, I thought that he wanted to make it right. I thought that he was fine.
Did you see the comments on the video?
I did. I, I know most of the people said it sound like you owe her money. He does, he does, he does owe me money. And it sounds like I'm angry. I am. And so for all the other, all the people saying I'm bitter and disgruntled, I am. Let me tell you something. Emotions aren't embarrassing. Not for me. Emotions aren't embarrassing. So if I look hurt, it's because I'm hurt. If I look sad, I'm sad. If I'm disgruntled, you goddamn right I was just abused for the past 4 years. I'm disgruntled. They're not lying when they say I look like, like that. I am.
How much are you in debt from working?
So I'm not currently— I'm not in debt. I use like all of my money, my, my content money, everything to get myself out of debt. The most I've ever been in was $70,000 of debt, um, and I never been in that debt before, that type of debt.
I was scared that you could have— and this is just me talking before we get into the Kitty situation— I just wish that you could have branched off.
We'll see. I, I you know, the, the unmedicated thing. The only reason why I was like, well, okay, was because that was my way of being like, well, maybe when that takes off, I don't have to be with you anymore, you know? And so I was like, well, this is a good thing. I have my own show. But when I realized how expensive it was to keep up, I'm like, oh Jesus. So I didn't know.
Not if you start small.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, you don't— because you're branching out, like, you obviously have supporters Like, you could have did it in a venue that holds 50 people.
Yeah, I think, I think that me, Tripp, and Kitty— I think so. Coming from this, we, we weren't like, um, multi-million dollar content creators. We were working regular jobs. Tripp is a teacher. Kitty was a nurse. I was HR. So we're trying to learn the business through him. But he had already made millions, right? So when you say things like, you are in the business, you're an entrepreneur, you say things like, Kita, start small. I didn't know that. Like, I'm thinking I have to do what he does, right? And that's what— same thing she did. She's thinking that we have to do these venues and we have to do all this stuff, and that's not the case. Now I know that. Now I'm fine with 40 people coming to see me because thank you for supporting me. Yeah, I mean, before I thought I had to do it his way.
Yeah, whatever ticket, um, you know, price you want to— you want to pay based off of that. And you start small and you work your way up, and each venue will pay for itself. You know, it's sort of like, you know, the founder— I don't know— of McDonald's going off and saying, I'm gonna start Burger King. And, you know, you start with one and you start with two. And, you know, I just wish that it wouldn't have gotten so, you know, just so congested with everything that you had gone through, because I don't see you as a, as a victim. I see you as a woman who, um, can, can make shit happen. And I hate that you allowed this energy to, to overtake you. But at the same time, yeah, you know, when a motherfucker is out here abusing somebody, yes, it is right to speak on that. And I think had you would have put this together in a way where if people would have asked you along the way, why did you leave, then it would have been, I think, way more powerful coming like, oh my God, like, I didn't know. And you could have inadvertently killed his brand just by going out there to build your own. And then one day you telling your story.
Yeah, I think so. I'm bipolar, and that's a lot of the— that's what— so I'm bipolar, and I've— and I don't have manic episodes often, I had 2 manic episodes in the last year— or I'm sorry, in the last 6 years, and they were all induced by him. So, you know, first of all, I was scared to reach out like, like how you, how you did, right? Hey, girl, start small. Why didn't you do that? That's advice that you didn't have to give me. But all the mentors that I've had before I met Ace, I met Latasha. And dear future wifey, we're both in Dallas. And he said that he was going to work on my podcast. He wanted 70% of it, 70% of any earnings. And I thought that that was pretty steep. But I don't know much. I didn't know much then. This was years ago. Whatever.
Supposed to be 75-25. What is he doing?
He wants— he wanted 70. This was years ago, but he wanted 70. He won't give me 30. Even years ago, I was like, that seems like a lot. And then whenever we would, you know, we're— I consider him a friend now. But whenever we would talk business, it would seem like it was a date. No, he never touched me. He never did nothing. He never— nothing. But he— so every time you— you don't feel your ass—
he was trying to sign you.
Yeah, I met Latasha before I met Ace, and he was—
Latasha's dear wife, he was trying to sign you. Yeah. And then at the same time, while you're being signed to him, he was also trying to low-key fuck you.
I maybe— I don't want to say because he gonna come after me for this one, but let me tell you why I'm telling this story. Let me just tell you. So he never came out like, I want to fuck you. He never said it, but I'm cute. If I do say so myself, a woman knows type shit. So I already knew maybe where that was gonna go. It didn't go there. It did not go there, but I'm just saying. So I was like, no. So then I kept doing my little thing. Like I told you, I had millions of followers, so I got paid pretty well from social media. Now, did I get paid enough to— like, what I should have done, what I, what I regret is I should have took that money and, like you said, started small, did my own thing. But I don't know, I, I like, you know, come from a work environment where I always had like multiple jobs, so let me just work for somebody instead of working for myself. Now I'm really into like working for myself. But before it wasn't that. So, uh, I already knew what was up with Laterrice, and Laterrice reached out after this, like after this whole situation. Hey, Mayor, too much. Laterrice reached out after this situation, was like, oh my God, let's go out to dinner, like, or I'm sorry, for breakfast. Let's go out to breakfast. I said, well, my friend's in town, can she come? He said, yeah, I don't want to talk about Ace at all, I just want to cover you, I just want to cover you. And I was like, okay, cover you. What?
Cover?
Basically, like, he wants to pray over me. He wants to make sure I'm straight. Like, I can tell you the message. Yeah, he just wants to cover me. So I was like, okay, well, this is good because at the end of the day, like, you have to understand, Tasha, I'm going through a lot right now, and I'm like, I am hurting. I can't hold you.
This is what I'm talking about when it come— you know, I got this like this. So let's say screenshot that. Screenshot that and send that to Jason, please.
I got you. So, uh, Wednesday, let's go, let's go eat breakfast. Let's go eat breakfast. Let's not talk about the A stuff. I want you to decompress for an hour. I just want you to eat. I refuse to sit by and watch you crash out. I also want to pray over you. We need you whole. So I was like, okay, like, he needs you.
He need a hole.
I'm going through a lot. I, I don't know.
So me and my friend—
so mind you, Latasha, I had known Latasha prior to him. Latasha was promising me to help me shows, podcasts before him. So I felt comfortable just going to talk to Latasha. Plus, Latasha was on the last show with me for Ace. My last show in Dallas, Latasha was there. So he knows.
So, so would you have fucked Latasha if he made a move?
No, I'm not fucking none of these men. That's the—
that—
this is my thing.
What's wrong with Latasha though? Why wouldn't you fuck Latasha? What's wrong with him, child?
First of all, I come from a situation where I always had 2, 3 jobs. I don't have to fuck for money. I'm a working— I'm a worker.
I'm gonna work.
I'll go back even with millions of followers. I will go back to work and quick. I will work at quick, right?
He's short too, right?
Yeah, Latasha says, how big would you say Latasha is, Mary? Like, no, like 6. Would you say he's short? 6 foot? But I thought to myself, you know what, this is what I thought. I said, he has a really successful podcast. If anything, he'll let me go on his, his, um, platform and he'll let me tell the story. So I was like, okay. So I went to, I went to Breakfast. Paid for breakfast. I started crying because I'm— I, I am hurt. He came over to hug me. He, you know, it wasn't too much, but it was like, I love you, you know. He hugged me, he felt me, whatever. He's like, you know what, get cute. Because I didn't have no makeup on, I looked a mess. The ladies by us were like, oh my God, Kita, keep doing what you're doing. Like, I see you, I follow you. I was like, oh, thank you. So he saw that I have fans. I have fans everywhere. So I went, I got cute, put my makeup on to go to his studio because I thought he was going to interview me. So he's like, Kita, he's like, let me tell you something. When Ace sees that you're at my studio, you're going to get that money. I was like, really? He's like, yeah. He's like, you gonna get that money. He's like, he's gonna call me up and I'm gonna tell him you owe Kita. You know what you did was wrong. Pay her that money. And I was like, okay. So then I was like, well, can I do it?
What kind of pool Big Daddy Latasha's got? Please do tell.
Go ahead. I don't know. I don't know.
God damn it, this is amazing, girl.
You are trying to raise my kids.
Go ahead, child.
What happened? I'm just trying to raise my kid. That's all I want to do, if everyone will allow it. Please, right? So Latasha said— I was like, so since I'm here, I'm at your studio. He's like, okay, I got an idea. He's like, just, you know, make a video. I'll show you the video. He's like, just make a video showing that you're here and you will get your money. And I was like, for real? And he's like, yeah. And I was like, all right. And he's like, but even if he doesn't, he's like, you don't need him. He's like, listen, I'm about to do a show at the Epicenter. This is a center that's 5 minutes away. It's so huge, right? He's like, I'm about to do my show there, my wife retreat show or whatever. I was like, for real? He's like, yeah. He's like, so this nigga ain't got no wife, he's single. But Dear Future Wife, he's about finding a wife, I think. I don't know, I don't watch it.
He just ain't never found his. All the pussy that go past him every day, he ain't found no wife out of his—
don't like you—
out of his collection.
Go ahead. And so I, um, I posted the video, but then I was like, hey, I was like, um, I think it would be good too to like have an interview because I'm trying to do what I did with you. I'm trying to, I'm trying to tell the story to where it doesn't— it's not all this. I messed up trying to do all that. I was, I don't know, I, you know. So he's like, post this video, you're gonna, you know, you'll get a lot of it, whatever. So I posted the video, and the video was just me sitting on the, the big yellow couch, and he said he was going to invest in shows. That he was like, how would you like it if I paid for everything and I invested in your first show? I would love it. What are you talking about? Because I see you have talent, Kita, and I just hate that you believe somebody like this guy. Talk about Ace. And I'm like, well, yeah, he's an asshole. So thank you. I appreciate you for covering me. So he's supposed to do all this and that. He says he doesn't want to do the interview that night. He says because he doesn't like messy shit and like it's kind of messy, but he knows that if I post this, Sounds like he was trying to market himself and market you. Yeah, so basically I, um, I waited and waited a couple days like, hey, am I gonna— like, are we gonna do an interview? Okay, you said you don't like messy shit, but I told you I wasn't gonna bash him. I told you I was just gonna be, you know, myself and tell you what's up. You don't want to do the interview? Okay. So then he texts me and like, I never got my money. He never talked to Ace. Nothing ever happened. And he texts me, he's like, they got your back. This is hilarious. Like talking about the video, like, oh, they got your back. They can't wait for this interview that's never gonna happen because we never did. Hey nigga, are you gonna— did you just— hold on, Tasha, because let me take accountability. I be making some dumb fucking mistakes. Let's talk about it. Why did I even agree to go to like breakfast or do any of that? Are you gonna help me get this money, or did you just invite me to breakfast so that you can hug me and do all that shit? And so that— and did you invite me to your studio so that I could— so that I could, um, post this shit and have all these people talking? Did you— did I just allow you to play me? Yes, I did. Okay, bet. So when you talk about why didn't you just do this, or why don't you do that, understand this, Latasha. Like, if you don't have experience, you look for, uh, mentors because you don't have the money to really play around and make mistakes. So you kind of want to hear from people who already are successful. Like, you kind of want help. A problem is there's not many women in this field. You are one of them, right? But there's not many women. So either they— I, I I loved working for Ace in the beginning because he wasn't trying to fuck me. I was like, I'm safe, I don't have to fuck him. I don't— I'm not gonna— I can't do it. I'm not gonna pretend like I like you. I'm not gonna pretend to come. I'm not gonna pretend.
I'm not.
I'm gonna look at you dead in your face. So I can't do that whole thing where I get money for sex because I'm not gonna— the sex isn't gonna be enjoyable for either party because I'm gonna look at you like, hurry up and give me the money. So I don't do the whole prostitution thing. It's best I just work.
I'm in a bind, Nate. I'm in a bind.
I'm in a bind. So I think Latasha did that to get clout and to hug me and hold me. And this is what I mean when you're vulnerable. Here's a man being like, hey, I got you. What you need? What if I just— what if I just paid for your whole show? 'Cause, 'cause I got it like that. I got the money and I can, I can help you out. I know you a single mom. Okay, what's— what do I have to do, right? What do I have to do? Because it's never— and I want to make that clear to a lot of these women out here— doesn't have an app. But he— I mean, it's a Dear Future Wife. He's big.
He's on YouTube, right?
Yes.
Okay, and that's probably his main source of income because Instagram doesn't really pay.
So no, Instagram, they shit. Yeah.
So I— hold on for a second, I'll tell you how much Dear Future Wife you make right now. Anytime you want to find out what somebody's making, I'm gonna send you a website to look, to gauge whether or not, um, you should give them some pussy or not. I mean, it ain't— and ain't— but yes, I'm just saying. So Uh, his podcast has about 500,000, uh, based on the views. Uh, hold on for a second. Based on the views that he gets, they're decent, you know.
Yeah.
Um, hold on real quick, give me a second. Um, they're, they're decent, but, um, he's, you know, Texas, Dallas is not a, a high-end place to live. A lot of people do live there because you can get a lot of house for a little money. I know it. So give me a second, just watch this for a second, okay? So when I put in— and I'm gonna share this with you, but I'm not gonna tell everybody else because I don't want people running people's— damn, son, you know, every podcast that would come after me for this shit, okay? All right, so I got his, his stats up, and yearly earnings, $104,000 a year. Maybe, I don't know, maybe on a good year, let's just say, because I looked at his views, like a good year.
So he has a million dollar studio in those Like, that's what he says. And so when you go, it's like this studio, it's like big.
Yeah, it's a warehouse. They're cheap. And warehouses, I can tell you right now, because Atlanta has a lot of them, they're unused spaces. So you could typically get those warehouses for around $1,000 to $2,000 a month. I had one in Atlanta. It was absolutely huge. People came in there, was like, whoa, you know what I'm saying? Like, well, yeah, not like that. And he's only using one wall. For his podcast. It is a very short wall, okay? And so it's, it's not like he's trying to— like, it's not like that. And I know it because I've been in this business 10 years. Warehouses are some of the cheapest space that you can get because they can't rent them anymore.
There's just—
oh yeah, I'm sure in that same complex there was a lot of vacancies.
Yeah, I mean, there's more businesses there Yeah, they're not expensive.
And if you look, you could go on Craigslist right now and look for warehouse, let's just say 3,000, 4,000 square feet, you know, in, um, in Dallas. It's going to give you the prices right there. But I'm telling you right now, on a good year, he probably makes $200,000. But living in Texas, his money's a lot longer. The tours, they give you clout per se, but you know how tours, it takes a while to make money.
Exactly.
And he's not selling out nearly as much as tonight's conversations. So, and Instagram does not pay. TikTok, uh, just started paying, but they're capping their creators. They're kicking them out of the creator program. He really doesn't have merch like that. And so, um, him out here having to promise to do all of this just to get a piece of pussy, um, you know, I promise you, if all the women just called and asked me, I could tell you They don't want to hear you, Tasha.
They don't want to hear you. And the reason I know that is because I sat on that stage. People say you sat by Ace forever. I sat on that stage and I combated him every chance I got. Every time he said something, I was like, hell no. And guess what? Those women didn't give a shit about what I said. They wanted to hear from their man. And so it's so hard in this industry. And that's the reason why I wanted to showcase financial abuse. It's difficult, especially when you are vulnerable. If you know you don't have no money, if you know, you know, this person's gonna help me, you really got to be careful, bro, because a lot of people are aiming to get you— like, Ace is aiming to financially cripple me. He was aiming to financially cripple me so that I could work for him for 10 years, so that he wouldn't let me go.
So, you know, let's talk about Kitty real quick, okay? Because Kitty was— I mean, I, I for some reason, I think this was— maybe her videos came up in the search engine because I was watching yours, and I had never really heard of her before. And I think she—
me neither, until she started working, till she was a co-worker.
But okay, okay. Um, she seems to be gaining popularity. Um, quite fast because the show was very popular. And, uh, she seems to be, you know, she's a beautiful woman, she seems to know what she's talking about. A lot of people do, um, you know, support her. I, you know, I know it's entertainment, so I don't get caught up in the theatrics and the punchlines of it all because the punchline is for the views. Like, that's, that's a whole structure setup, you know. And we know I'm personally a comedian, so I know when stories or when, you know, just kind of videos and commentary is being set up to punchline and grab someone and hit them, right? So they will connect with you. And so, you know, she seems to have that down to a science. And, you know, no hate. I wish her nothing but the best. But like, how— I guess, how did she get on your bad side?
Okay, so when she got here, you say— people say Where did this all go downhill? Where it was never a great work environment, but it's something that you could pretty much tolerate. Me and Randy, he does this thing called triangulation. Narcissists do it where they divide and conquer by getting you to pin— they pin you against people. So Ace would always pin me against Guess, or pin Guess against me, or pin us against each other. Me and Randy fought all the time until we figured this out. We kept on fighting. Like, me and you is cool, girl. Why, why the hell we got problems? Okay, so we said he's triangulating. When Kitty came in, she told us that Latasha and, uh, Ace— Latasha's the manager— and Ace basically told her Kita and Randy are jealous, they are gonna try to tear you down, they don't like you. This is a tactic used to get your head already like, yeah, I'm in attack mode. Okay, Kitty has a lot of hurt from her sisters and a lot of hurt from women in her life. So she's used to attacking women. She attacks. So every time Kitty would get upset and attack me, I'd be like, the hell is wrong with you? Because I told her several times, anything that you hear from Latasha, anything that you hear from Ace are lies. They are purposely trying to upset you. And she claims she understands narcissism. She claims she understands triangulation. So she should have understood this. So for a long time, I gave Kitty grace. I said she just doesn't get it. I even have text messages with her where I'm like, you just don't get it, you don't really know what's going on, so of course you're on his side. You know, she would— she's a new girl, she's the new girl, like she don't get it, so it's fine. Until she started triangulating, until I started seeing a lot of shit that he did, she did, right? So triangulating— how did, how did Kitty triangulate? Well, she got in, and finally I was tired of continuously having to tell Kitty, I don't have a problem with you, I think you're beautiful, I think you're smart, I think you're talented. Please, I don't want to fight. I already have to move. I'm in debt. I have to move.
You're—
you know, people leaked my address. I'm going through it. I don't need to fight with these bitches. These are— this is the last thing on my mind. So finally I send Kitty a text message. I say, listen, Kitty, I can't be your friend anymore. I say, I don't want to do this. So for some reason we don't align. We keep falling out. You won't believe me when I say I'm not talking shit. She's like, Kita, call me, please call me. She calls my best friend, she calls me, she's like, please talk to me. I said, okay, one more time, one last time, I'll talk to you. What's up? Uh, Kita, I need to tell you something. Hey, uh, Randy's assistant reached out to me and said that Randy's the one that leaked your address. I said, what? I should have told you. I— everything happened so fast. Kita, Randy has been against you. Kita, there's so much that Randy has told me that I didn't tell you. You know, she told me that she— that you hate me, that you think that I'm nothing, that you think that I'm— Okay, so I blocked Randy. Why didn't I give Randy a chance to talk and a chance to defend herself? Because I was tired, Tasha. Years of all this with me and her, now a new girl's coming in, now there's problem with her. No, no, I want to go to work and get my money and then go home. So I blocked Randy. I said fuck her. Um, but she told me Randy said all this stuff, and, um, we became— we became close. We trauma bonded accidentally, even though I told her I, I wanted to make sure that we weren't going to trauma bond. I said, how can we have a relationship where we don't talk about Randy at all? Okay, every single day was about Randy. Look at her, she's getting this negative comment. Look at her, people are talking shit about her. I said, Kitty, you gotta let Randy go. I said, yeah, we were all talking shit about each other because Ace triangulates. I said, yeah, Randy said mean things about your marriage. Randy said mean things.
But what'd he say about that girl marriage?
That she was unhappy and miserable.
And she is.
Yeah, she is. Randy told the truth. I didn't know that then. I thought Randy was just talking shit. So I told Kitty, I said, girl, fuck her. I was like, let's get this money. She gonna be mad, whatever. So Ace told me that Randy was gonna come back. And I ain't gonna hold you, Tasha. When I found out she leaked my address, I was like, let her come back because after the show I'ma clock out and then beat that ass, no issue. Kitty said, Kita, no, she can't be a part of the show anymore. I said, fuck her, she's not important. She said no. She was like, I, I have— I can't, you know, if cops come around me, I'm gonna get in trouble, I'm gonna go to jail. I said, why? She said, my ex beat me like a dog. He beat me so bad. He said I had scratches on my face, I had blood everywhere. Kitty said that. She said I ran to the car, uh, there was a gun, the gun went off. And mind you, this is how she's saying it, so it's just very, very vague. The gun went off, a lot happened. And Kita, I got some legal shit, I gotta pay a lawyer like $15 grand. She said, Kita, I gotta pay a lawyer $15 grand. She said, my husband does not have a job, I have to take care of my kids, I have 6 kids, Kita.
6 kids.
Yeah, what's up? How about it? I got 6 kids, Kita. Oh, now what I will say is 4, 4 are biological. One comes from her, her current husband, not the first husband that she cheated on, this husband, right? Sorry, I'm spitting, I'm so— well, this husband, um, and then one is like a family member that she helps. She also helps all of her family. Right? Um, and it's funny because I helped her family. Like, I helped— she said her sister didn't have no food. I got— I gave her sister all the food in my pantry, right? Well, because she was in all this debt, and Ace had screwed her $30,000 worth of debt. Even though I told her not to trust him, she still trusted him, and so he put her in— he put her in debt. So she's like, you don't get it. Like I told you, basically saying like, hey, I wanna, I wanna invest in your tour, start it, and I got you in the back end, and then never having you in the back end.
All right, so back to the, to the, to the charges and the gun and all that shit, right?
So she said, because of all this, Kita, I can't. She was like, if me and Randy fight— she was like, trust me, I want to beat her ass. She's like, but if me and Randy fight, I'm going to jail. And I was like, oh shit. I was like, all right, well, I don't want you to go to jail, so what do you, what do you want to do? And she's like, we gotta tell Ace that we're not gonna work on stage if she comes back. And I was like, okay. She had already leaked my address. I was like, fuck her. So I was like, well, I told Ace, I was like, I don't want Randy to come back. Kitty says she doesn't want Randy to come back. And Ace was kicked off. I mean, I'm sorry, Randy was kicked off. No one talked to her. Ace ostracized her. He told me he gave her $40,000 to shut up. So I thought she was at least straight with the money. No. Come to find out, he never paid her, never gave her no money. He ostracized her. All of us ostracized her. She got kicked off. She lost money because she was in debt from him. We all are. She lost money. She got kicked off the show and no one talked to her.
I got to talk to Randy. You think Randy will talk to me?
Oh, she was very excited to hear that I was talking to you. She said—
Nobody gets excited to talk to Tasha K. Who wouldn't?
Yeah. She said, oh, you talking to Tasha? I said, yeah, I'm talking to Tasha today. She was like, oh, that's so great. So yeah, she had just talked to him. It's on site.
Okay.
Yeah, they ain't—
they ain't nobody.
Yeah. So I, uh, I, I'm about to catch a flight. So I'm about to catch a flight in about 10, 10 minutes.
I gotta go.
But I will tell you about the, about the Kitty situation. So I— we kicked Randy off, right? We kicked her off. We ostracized her. We didn't even care about her. Bye.
Yeah.
So then now it's me and Kitty, but we still have a problem, right? The problem is Ace, right? Because Kitty's in debt, I'm in debt. Tripp talked about the fact that like it's unfair that he's been working with him for years, all of us have, and Ace is the only millionaire. So I said, how about this? We gonna ask for what we're worth, and if he says no, which he can, we're gonna leave and we're gonna start our own show without him. And everybody was down. So a couple months go by, a couple months go by. Everybody's acting weird. Like, Kitty's acting weird. She's not answering my phone calls anymore. She's not texting me. We should go work out together. I used to tell her, like, let's go work out, let's drink water, let's get out of— because she was in such a big funk. Like, she was obsessive over Randy. Obsessive. Look what Randy's posting. Look what Randy's talking about. Who gives a fuck? I blocked Randy off everything, even YouTube. I would have blocked that bitch on LinkedIn. I didn't want to see shit she had on, so I didn't care. Um, so we worked out together, we ate together. Um, she always needed money, so I like— when we ate, I paid for the meal.
Kitty.
Okay, Kitty. Yes, yes, I helped her.
She was always laid, like her hair laid, her makeup laid.
Well, we all have to be cute, it's our job. That don't mean you laid, that just mean you get cute. So Um, yeah, so basically she was like, I hate him, Kita, I hate him. I'm gonna send you this screenshot too because it's going on the— this going on the episode today. I'm gonna send you this screenshot because she's saying that she, uh, she never was financially abused. So this is the screenshot where she's telling me that he's— that, that he's bisexual. She found his— yeah, that's Kitty, and she's telling me that Ace is bisexual. In this screenshot because we were on the phone.
Jason, she got something coming up for you right now. Go ahead, get that.
Yeah, we were on the phone and she was like, girl, I found his—
you better send that before you get on that damn flight, child. Don't, don't, don't—
oh, I got all the— I pay for Wi-Fi on a flight anyway.
It's fine. Okay, cool. Go ahead.
This won't get sent. But basically she's just saying, um, so in the text messages she's saying that she's infuriated, she's furious because he's strung her along. He put her in debt. She's never gonna work on tonight's conversation again. But we all say that, right? We all say that when we're mad and we need the money, so we're gonna keep doing it, right, until we get out of the debt. So Kitty is now saying that she was never financially abused. I have proof that she absolutely said she was financially abused. Um, she's talking about canceling venues. Um, I'll have to cancel Houston. I didn't realize that this was going to hurt me. I'm going to lose more money. I said I'm sorry, this is extremely frustrating, things like that. So now we have to figure out what we're going to do. The deal was we'll come together, we'll leave Ace if he's not going to pay us fairly since we're the biggest, you know, Kitty and Tripp are the biggest on the app and the biggest on the clips, and I'm the— I'm big when we come to the show because I'm the comedic relief because all that shit is boring. All that shit is boring, okay? The people start acting weird. So Kitty don't want to talk no more. She's not texting me back, she's not calling me. I found out I was getting replaced by B. Simone, so I call her. I'm like, girl, I'm getting replaced by B. Simone.
Show is done. The show is done. But go ahead.
Simone has 5 million followers, so you know, she has more followers and he's trying to steal audiences, so she's replacing me.
Cool.
So I was like, girl— so she was like, oh girl, let me call you back, and never called back. We talk all the time for hours. I just told you I'm being replaced. Why don't you want to call me back? So then people started like— rumors started happening like, Keita is fired, Keita is fired. I was like, fuck. I was like, well, I was gonna leave anyway if he didn't say— if he wasn't gonna pay me fairly. So all right. But I was like, you know what, I told Ace, I said, tell me to my face that I'm fired since you're telling everybody. And why am I fired? Why are you so mad? He's like, Keita, you're not fired. I never said that. I'm like, okay, he's being weird. Kitty's being weird. Uh, Kitty says her uncle dies, I send her an Edible Arrangement, she gets angry. Who said? I didn't know you had my address. I've been over your house. I picked you up from your house. What are you talking about? Oh girl, I'm sorry, I just don't like when people have my address and stuff. Okay, Kitty, something's going on. I don't know, I can't put my finger on it. So finally Ace talks, and he said, Kitty already told me that Keith is plotting on me anyway, trying to get more money, trying to get this amount of money. I said, she told, and that's the reason why he's acting weird. So I wanted him to tell me— this whole thing happened because I wanted him to tell me to my face that I was fired, that, that he's letting me go, and he couldn't because he's an avoidant. So he doesn't like to have hard conversations, so he never could. He said, Monday I'm gonna get you the contract. Next Monday, next Monday, next Monday. And I said, Ace, you got until Wednesday to let me know if I'm gonna get a contract or let me know if I'm fired. If not, I'm gonna take it upon myself and I'm gonna post the— I'm gonna post my goodbye because you've used my audience for years and now you're telling me that I'm kicked off and that's it? No. And I said, and you're not even going to give me a goodbye post so that my fans could at least know where to follow me? He said, I got footage of you for like— I got 2, 3, 4 years of footage of you. And he said, I'm not gonna give you no goodbye post. I'm not doing it. He said, I'm not— we're not— it's not a goodbye, it's just— just give me some more time. I said, no, I already gave you too much. So I wrote on my story, I said, a bitch that crossed me got 5 days to say sorry for what she did. All the times I bought you food, all the times I helped you out, all the times even working out with you so you can get in a better headspace, so we can get this money and we can get through this. And you're going to tell this nigga that I'm plotting against him so that you can what? Get me out like you did Randy? Yes, of course. That's what she did. I have no grace for Kitty. Because Kitty wants to be a psychologist. She's going to school to be a psychiatry— psychiatry, psychologist, whatever. She already knows how to get into the mind of people. Kitty made it a point to hang out with me and my son because she knows how much or how important he is to me. We did movie nights. She brought— she bought matching Beetlejuice shirts so we can all do Beetlejuice movie nights. She made it a point to get close to me only to tell this nigga that I was gonna snake him so that I can get fired. Okay, so she can have a job. Okay, you got it. Oh, I just seen an ad today. Hold on, it say big news, y'all. Kitty is taking the stage. And you know what? She sure did. She sure did. She took it. So I would have more grace for Kitty. Yeah, she has a lot of abuse as well from her past, but I can't keep feeling bad for people that have been abused and just keep taking abuse. And then that's it, and being like, oh, they were abused. No.
Did she try to shoot her ex?
The ex came out. Oh, several exes. Several exes. Apparently Kitty's been all around Dallas just popping that pussy, throwing it out, girl. Yeah, apparently. No, no, no, me and Kitty talk all the time. Kitty talk like this: bitch, I'll beat a bitch ass. I'm from Pleasant Grove. I fuck a hoe up. That's how she talks.
So that's that video that was like, I'm eating these niggas' ass, bitch, you want your ass?
That was— so apparently before giving relationship advice, she was a dominatrix and she talked about sex, but that wasn't paying, so she got help from another guy who I got an interview with. She got help from another guy to change her image. Well, that guy was really big on Kevin Samuels.
What's the guy's name?
Roderick. His name's Roderick. Okay, I'll give you all of it. He's really big on Kevin Samuels, so she started consuming a lot of red pill content, which is why she's okay with attacking men— or I'm sorry, women. So he changed her whole personality. Everybody's sitting up here telling me, oh well, people can change. So what? She did that 4 years ago, Tasha. 4 years ago I was exactly the same bitch, Tasha. 10 years ago I was exactly the same bitch. Now, did I grow and mature? Of course. But this animated da da da, I've always been me.
Can we get that clip? Because that clip really made me, you know, y'all don't lick these niggas ass.
I licked that, looking at all that. That's how she is. So she told me she used to fight a lot in Dallas. Come to find out, she did fight. She fought the women that were married and, and with the men she was fucking.
Oh my God.
Yeah, side bitch, all that. She cheated on her first husband. She cheated on her first husband because he got sick. He was a— he was in sports, but he got hurt, and so she tried to take care of him, so she resented him, so she cheated on him. So he left her, gets with another guy, asks him to take on— if ever they get married, do you mind taking on my husband's last name? Why would she do that? Why would— let me tell you why. Because the image is, I got all these kids by one man. No, you don't. You got 3, 4 baby daddies, or 3, I don't know, 2, 3. Yeah, more than 2. So she asked the one guy, she asked one guy, can you take my husband's last name? Then she cheats on him, then she apologizes, then she cheats again. So he makes a whole TikTok. You can talk to him, his name is Douglas. He didn't make a whole TikTok about it. Everybody in his TikTok saying he's just jealous of Kitty. Okay, then the other ex, apparently we got mutuals. My, my best— some of my best friends have been best friends with him forever. That's the ex she said shouted at him and beat her. So I asked him, he said Kitty found out that I was flirting with girls in my phone, started beating the shit out of me. I started putting my clothes on because she found out I was cheating on her while we were having sex because one of the girls butt-dialed me and called. So she's freaking out while I'm inside of her. And I don't know what the fuck to do. She keeps telling me, call the bitch, call the bitch. But I didn't, right? That's him. So she gets off of him, I guess, you know, releases his dick, gets off of him, gets dressed. He says she gets dressed so quick he didn't even see what happened. And I can understand that because as a woman, you got me fucked up, right? You cheating on me, right? So he's about to get dressed. She's whooping his ass, whooping his ass. Finally she takes off. He doesn't know where she went. He gets his clothes on, he runs to the car because he's like, what the fuck? She's in the car. He gets in the car. He had just bought that big-ass truck. It was a nice truck. He gets in the car. Uh, a gun went off. That didn't happen. He said she took the gun out, he got scared, left the car, ran down the street. She shot at him 3 times, didn't get hit. He thought he was hit. He banged at a neighbor's house. A small Italian lady opened the door. They waited for the police. The police got there, gave their account. Then the police offered to drive him back to his truck. He said when he pulled up, that truck was annihilated. Anything that could have went wrong, all the windows smashed, everything annihilated. So, um, she got the truck towed back to his mama's house. Uh-huh. And that's why she can't go to Toronto. Not because she's feeling sick. I thought she couldn't go to Canada because she feels sick. 'Nah girl, you gotta worry about that, um, that lawsuit.' So that's the Kitty situation. I don't have any, uh, empathy for Kitty because she played that game well, and I believe that she is the same person as Ace except a woman. And she has a trail. It's funny, she told me Randy leaked my address, yet the girl that butt-dialed that man says that Kitty stalked her, cyberstalked her, found out where she worked. Found out where she lived. That's just crazy to me because my shit was all over the place too. I'm not saying Kitty leaked my address. I'm not saying Randy did. Randy says she didn't. Kitty says she didn't. I don't know who. But that's a lot that I had to go through. Drama, this, that, people leaking my personal information. They got the information from Ace. Ace had one of his side chicks call me 2 weeks ago to confront me about what I was doing. I said, where'd you get my number? She said, Ace, I got my employer giving out all my information to people that are set out to hurt me. So no, am I going to be quiet about any of this? No, I'm gonna be public about this.
I'm gonna need Randy.
Okay, I'm gonna tell her to call you.
And that nigga that kidded—
oh, he loves you, Roderick. Oh yeah, you got it, you got it. He can't wait. He said, he said he made Kitty. He said he turned her into what she is today.
Who, who she, she shot at too.
And I see he's in litigation, so he's, he sent me the story, but he covered his voice because he's, they're still trying to fight with this whole, um, so he's suing her. Yeah, because of everything that he did. So he was like, well, I don't know how much I can say. So he sent me, um like videos where he's telling the story, but his voice is distorted because he doesn't want, you know, he don't, he's don't want all that. But he, but he's, he's in my comments, um, Tasha, clearing his name because people are like, well, what if his ex did beat her? You can't just say she didn't get abused. I tell you this, all my friends that have known this man for 10-plus years say he wouldn't hurt a fly. Looking at that man. I'm just saying. I'm not saying that he's not abusive. I'm just saying I believe him. You— how about that? Dragged me on my own fucking show, and now I have to catch a plane.
I was not ready. I appreciate you. Uh, please, uh, I'm sorry for all that. Wherever. Oh, wherever. Goddamn it.
Go ahead, finish. Yep. So follow me everywhere, uh, Kita Rose underscore. And y'all, I will be around, and I will be okay, but I'm frazzled. So I, I do want to say that I am sorry that, that, you know, it all came out the way that it did— convoluted, animated, kind of looked like it was a joke. I was trying to make it funny because I'm still hurting, I'm still in pain. It just happened. So I didn't get time to—
he gonna have to answer to this. Like, this is a lot. Like, I know, I know.
And I'm glad I'm talking to you because I said I was going to do a 500-episode Tasha. I can't do it, but now I've just told you, so hopefully you You posted because I can't—
I can't do it. It's gonna do it.
I'm tired.
So we'll get it out real fast on YouTube. And, uh, thank you. You're welcome. Thank you. I appreciate you. And, uh, I hope that, um, you know, you— everything is on the up and up. And just start small next time. Just start.
I'm gonna start small. I'm starting over, but that's okay. That's okay. Okay. All right.
Goddamn.
Thank you, Tasha.
Ah, Kita. Jesus Christ.
