FREEMAN Family Series | "I was **** by my Father and Brothers for a Decade" says Chantel FreeMan

In this emotionally charged interview, host Latasha Transrina Kebe brings together several members of the Freeman family—Leah (Clarence Freeman’s former partner), Clarence Freeman himself, their son Brandon, and the alleged victim, Chantel Freeman (referred to as Speaker B). The conversation centers on Chantel’s accusations that she was sexually abused by her father and brothers for a decade, as well as a broader pattern of family violence, concealment, and manipulation. Leah recounts personal experiences of cleaning up after alleged abuse, being threatened, and dealing with social media harassment, while also describing retaliatory actions involving relationships with step‑parents and other men. Clarence offers emphatic denials, challenging the credibility of the claims and questioning the motives behind public accusations. The participants discuss legal history, including arrests, dropped charges, and ongoing investigations, as well as financial disputes such as car liens and property claims. The interview also touches on mental‑health labels (bipolar, schizophrenia) that have been applied to Chantel, the impact of the alleged abuse on the children, and cultural expectations about women’s silence in the Southern context. Latasha attempts to navigate the contradictions, promising a follow‑up interview and urging transparency for the audience. The overall narrative reveals a complex web of alleged abuse, family conflict, legal entanglements, and public exposure through social media.
Chapters
You were featured on Breakbeat Media's channel and you detailed abuse that happened to you from age 5 to 15 years old. And this alleged abuse took place by not only your mom, but your dad and your two brothers.
It is very important for me to tell my story to bring awareness to the Black community.
Your daughter has accused you of the most heinous thing. She said that you fucked her for 10 years.
My body gave him a reaction that I didn't want.
Mm.
My daughter said, Dad, if you didn't do it, you need to go on the show. You need to do an interview.
My father wasn't the only person that was touching me.
Brandon Freeman, your sister has waged war against your dad, and you as well too.
My two older brothers was as well.
You've been around for about 20 years. Mm-hmm. You've been in Shantel's life. You know her very well.
She watched him beat my ass.
I was raised to, if you— know something's wrong, say something.
So we got Clarence Freeman. Um, I wish we were here on better circumstances, uh, but we're not. Your name has been slandered everywhere across social media. You're getting death threats, um, You know, people are, you know, saying the most horrible things about you. Your children can't even go to school in peace. You can't go up to your kids' school. You haven't been court-ordered not to go up to your kids' school. You're not on a registered sex offender's list. You don't have any charges whatsoever pertaining to touching any child. Even though those allegations have been made against you by your very own daughter, Shantel Freeman.
But when my father did find out, when he checked me, when he saw that my hymen wasn't no longer attached, my father started to full-gauge, have full-blown sex with me.
And so before we get into the specifics, I just want to get to know, like, who you are. Like, where were you born?
Wait, I'm a Florida boy, you know. Okay, uh, born in Clearwater, Florida, but I was raised in, uh, Palm Beach at first, and I moved to Fort Lauderdale, you know. I went to Dillard High School, so right here from, you know, Lauderdale. So, and then, um, after that I moved around, you know, Miami, uh, Lakeland, Florida, you know, stuff like that. But I'm from here.
Okay, I can hear the country accent. So yeah, I can hear it. So, um, you live in Texas now?
I do.
Okay, okay. Um, it's, it's always been between Florida and Texas or Florida and Georgia. It's either one of the two.
So Texas, where is that?
Yeah, we Southerners don't, we don't leave too much, it won't go too far. So, um, so you grew up around here. How many children do you have altogether? Yeah, the truth. Yeah, I mean, I will see if you could beat my daddy. So let's see, because I know y'all, how y'all Florida dudes get down with these kids now.
So 16.
Yeah, you got my daddy beat. My daddy got 12. He got 12, but his daddy had 27.
Well, I didn't mean that to happen, you know. I was a little boy where most of my kids were being made, so. Okay, I just had the skin color and hair they wanted. They wanted pretty babies. So, you know, most of my baby mamas, um, 65, you know, almost 70.
Oh wow, so they— oh, so you got good relationships with all your baby mamas?
Oh yeah.
Okay, okay.
Most people who know me for years ain't never seen them, don't even know them.
We got a big audience here in Florida. They do know we're in Broward. This is where our studio is. And so I'm sure— and our demographic is anywhere from 25 to 75— so I'm sure there's going to be some people that you probably went to school with, you know, watching this video. And, um, I wish that we could watch it on better circumstances, but, um, we gotta, we gotta clear some shit up, okay? And so your daughter has accused you of the most heinous thing. She said that you raped her for 10 years. There was a clip, because she did an interview with Trapped Anonymous that is on Breakbeat Media's YouTube channel. The clips are circulating everywhere.
Is that the night previously of him touching me, my body gave him a reaction that I didn't want. My body gave him a reaction. A reaction I don't want. I felt like my body failed me. I had an orgasm when my father was giving me head.
For her, it was like, it was like a buildup. Like, you know, my dad raped me for 10 years. And during the last, the last, the last, I guess, time that he raped me, I orgasmed. And, you know, I'm looking at the interview, I'm looking at the comments, and people are not questioning And that's a problem on social media now, just in society in general, is that people just automatically believe the victim without asking them to bring any sort of receipts or support. And so I've done these interviews before. I've interviewed sisters, you know, that were raped by their dad. And these were sisters. One was an FBI agent, the other was a nurse. You know, you have to start looking at people's, you know, character and, you know, how they kind of move. Ducking and dodging? Are they able to look you in the eye? You know, people know, especially if you're from Florida, you know a liar when you see a liar. You do not strike me as a liar. You do not strike me as a clout chaser. You don't even want to be here.
No, I didn't want to have to do this, but it's not for me. It's for my children. They got to walk in the shame, you know. My daughter said, Dad, if you didn't do it, you need to go on the show. You need to do an interview. You know, I can't go to their schools. I miss all her basketball games, you know. So, you know, it's more victims than just me. So at this point, you know, I gotta set, you know, set the record straight because I've been letting Chantel make it all these years. You know, I could have clapped back a long time ago. I could have produced receipts a long time ago. It's not the first time she's done this. She's done it on Facebook before and had to take it down. And, you know, it's, um, it's just, you know, her way of manipulating people for money.
Okay. And so being that you have 16 children, this is the only one?
The only one. And all the women I've dated too, and no one else's children complained either.
I interviewed some sisters that was out of Dallas, and they said that their father would make them take turns. It was all 5 of them, you know, riding him and doing things like that. And so it's usually like a pattern, you know, it's not one isolated person. It's not one isolated child. There is usually some sort of, you know, just kind of, you know, like I said, pattern to lead up to this. And like I said, you have not been charged. There have been charges laid against you. You beat those. And not only did you beat them, they dropped them all.
Every last one. And went as far as apologizing and removing them from my record. So you don't even find an arrest record for them or nothing. Cleared me altogether. Everything.
All from Chantel?
All from— No, it wasn't originally— didn't originally start with Chantel. It started with, uh, two of my, my mothers of my children. Um, I had custody of, you know, five kids at the time. Uh, I went to prison because I got into a fight with a man. I know she tried to make it seem I went to prison for domestic violence. No, a man tried to stab me and, um, he got his behind whooped. I never had knives on him. And then once I was incarcerated, because at that time I had money, you know, they felt once I was incarcerated and, you know, had been fighting these cases, that was the best time to attack because, you know, when the kids are placed with you, you have custody of the children. Now once I'm incarcerated, now they have to do placement for the children. So we had those custody hearings and, you know, and My, uh, as you say, soon-to-be ex-wife is out. That's, you know, she was one of those same women. The judge said I was to retain custody of all my children once I'm released from prison. The children should come back to me. So this was, uh, those two ladies' opportunity to make up these stories, try to make me lose the children so they can, they can keep them, you know, and not have to return them back to me once I got out.
Why do they want to keep them? I mean, of course they're their kids, but like, why would they go as far as to lie on you? What was the— I know there was a motivating factor.
Well, one, uh, it was, it was the money, of course.
Okay.
Because even when I was locked up, that was still her bread and butter, you know. I was still taking care of the house and everything else, and, you know, she was able to live like that. Uh, Chantel's, um, mother, she wanted the housing authority back, the Section 8. You know, the checks and all that kind of stuff. So they was, at one time I believe she was getting like $1,500 a month for Brandon and Shantel on fake disability stuff and all that kind of foolishness. So they was valuable to her.
Now how did you, 'cause it's very rare that you'll see a father, you know, especially these days and times, I mean, a lot of them are speaking up now, you know, how did you get custody of your children?
Well, unfortunately Shantel's mother met the wrong man. You know, he, um, got her hooked on drugs. And then, um, my kids went through a lot of abuse, and the state of Florida came in and took them from her. She told them originally I was dead, so they stayed in foster care for about 7-8 months because they thought their father was dead. So, um, I'm searching for my children, searching for my children. I knew she got welfare, so I went to the Delray Beach food stamp office. I actually walked in the door and ran into a lady named Helen Brown who was there, the caseworker over them. And so I'm looking for my children. And she looked at me, you know, my children look like me. And she said, are you Clarence Freeman? I said, yes, I'm Clarence Freeman. I'm looking for my children, Brandon, you know, and Chantel. She said, oh my God, we thought that we were told that you were dead. That's why we never tried to find you. I said, you was told I was dead? You didn't check public records or nothing? And so then I had to go through all the red tape and, you know, took me about another 4 months to get my kids, you know, out of the state's custody and they placed them in my custody.
Okay. Okay. And so Chantel, during her interview, she did talk about being with her mom and, um, you know, her mom trying to kill her, I guess stab her while she was, while she was asleep.
Loretta, um, has her faults, but Chantel is her favorite. She's never harmed Chantel a day in her life. She's never did nothing to Chantel. Chantel, as far as Loretta's concerned, walks on water. So that's not true. I don't have no reason to lie for Loretta. She's never hurt Chantel. Not like that. She's never—
Even though Loretta— no, I'm not asking you to lie for Loretta. And that's Chantel's mom, because Chantel brought all this shit out. So now we got to, we got to dead it. So Loretta, Loretta lied on you. She's the one that got, you know, all of this, this shit like started and put in these kids' heads that you did this, even though it was Another man?
Yeah, Chantel did go through some things with her mother that she's too young to remember. She couldn't tell you who did what to her back then because she was, she was 3 years old.
Oh, wow. So, um, so there was some abuse done to her?
Yeah, there was some abuse done. Okay, it was. I can't deny that. I mean, that's That did happen, um, but it wasn't me.
Okay.
Yeah.
How old were you when you got custody of, uh, Chantel and Brandon? And just to let the viewers know, uh, Brandon is, uh, waiting next door in our studio, so he is here. And, uh, him and his sister are very close. They have always been close, and, um, he is here to support his dad. Um, so that we could get the truth out.
Um, Chantel was 4 when I received custody of her, so that would have been 25 years ago. So yeah, I've had her and Brandon, uh, she was 4, he was, he was about to turn 6.
Now there have been allegations, um, that, uh, and we're going to talk to Brandon about this too, that, uh, you I guess supposedly, uh, fucked your son too, along with your daughter.
Yeah, Loretta made about 28, um, calls to the hotline alleging that I was raping and sodomizing Brandon, you know, um, saying wish and tell, you know, anything she thinks she could say that would make the people, um, take the kids from me so I could lose custody and give them back to her. So this was all just about a custody case. Uh, neither one of my children ever went to a school and told anyone that their dad has ever did anything wrong to them. Period. Ever. Never. So, um, this was, like I said, when I first told you, this was learned behavior because it came from those two women, you know. And, um, why she ran with it, I don't know, because they failed. So I don't know.
How is your relationship now with the other woman, the other baby mom? How many kids do you have with her?
One.
Okay. And your— how's your relationship with that baby, with your child?
Uh, you know, um, It's none. She know what she did. So there wasn't really much connection with my daughter after all of this, you know. And so, you know, mom got her. We couldn't find her for years. And then when I went to get her around, she was about 15. It was just a lot of stuff. And it was in my best interest not to get, you know, to get involved with that at that point, you know. There was too much damage had been done. I, you know, you don't want to force a child to do something. You know, I never had a chance to, you know, explain myself. She had always stayed in contact with Chantel, and the other woman always stayed in contact with Chantel. So, you know, they just plotted together all these years.
So you never even raised your daughter from the other mom?
No.
She ever come stay with you?
No.
You ever—
I mean, she lived with me when she was born, of course, until I was locked up. Then after that, I seen her once I got back out, we went through the steps, but it was just too difficult at that time to deal with that. And her mom kept moving and running and moving and running, you know? And at some point I just didn't have it no more in me to keep chasing.
Okay. Okay. So back on Chantel's mom. So 28 called. Let's just say a lot of calls were made placing these allegations on you, mainly when you were in jail. So when you were in jail, is that when they added those charges to you already because you were already incarcerated?
Oh no, she started that as soon as I got custody when they were 4. So we're talking about years. These are calls over years. All that was investigated, all that had hearings, all that had trials and everything. We talking about forensic interviews, you know, the way he speaks to the child, uh, they use the microscopes and all that forensic stuff to make sure the child hasn't been touched and tampered with. You know, we're talking about at least 18 of those were done in the whole time of all these calls have been made, and they never found any sexual abuse, any damage done to Chantel, period. So all those cases were won and thrown out.
Okay.
And the child never cooperated those stories. Now, this, this was before I went to prison.
Okay.
You know, what she's speaking on now is what they did after I went to prison, because now they felt I was locked up, now they had the upper hand. So they brought some more allegations because they figured I wasn't going to be able to fight it.
So what happened after you went to prison and was in jail and couldn't fight it?
Well, I got, you know, I called home, of course, on the phone, and all of a sudden I'm hearing, you know, my ex telling me that I did something wrong to my daughter. I'm like, what? Yes, Chantel, get on the phone and, you know, tell your daddy what he did. So while she's talking, while she's, you know, trying to have Chantel talk, you can clearly hear her in the background telling her what to say. So, you know, one good thing about those jailhouse phones, they record calls. They record calls, right? So when I got the SVU investigators coming and, you know, asked me, will I submit DNA? Of course, you know. Did this ever happen? No. I said, but you can pull those phone recordings. You can clearly hear her coaching her in the background, telling her what to say. And so all those things played, you know, to my benefit because I'm free.
You could have got life in jail for those type of charges.
I was facing— I had 5 charges, 2 sexual battery charges on a person under 10, which is in the state of Florida is a natural life sentence. It's the same as a first-degree murder. They just take the death sentence off. So, and, um, I had 5 of them. Um, I was proven innocent. It took about 4 years to be proven innocent.
And, um, so you were in jail fighting this, or did you eventually get out?
I got— I think I went to prison for fighting a man, like he said, stabbing. No, well, he tried to stab me, and you— and so he, you know, He was unsuccessful.
Okay.
And because of, you know, I guess his, his injuries, they, they sent me to prison for it.
Okay.
But never domestic violence, none of that foolishness. And so, yes, I was fighting these other cases while I was in, in prison, coming back to the courthouse, you know, being branded a child molester, you know, in front of all these people and having to be known as a child molester while I'm locked up in Jail and prison.
So Chantel, it's safe to say that Chantel was indoctrinated by her mom to believe that you, you did this and then— No, no, no.
Uh, she said on that interview that— because the guy said, well, how did your dad get out of jail and why they didn't charge him for this stuff? Well, because the evidence showed that I was innocent and, um, Chantel had not been in contact with me for about 2 years. So the 2 women involved would never allow the children to be interviewed without their presence. They fought against that, right? They had to be in the room. They would not let the people take them and interview them by themselves. So I'm telling them the whole time, listen, you guys need to get those kids from those women. They finally listened to me, went to the school, snatched up Brandon and Chantel.
Okay.
And they went and asked Chantel about, you know, me molesting her. The first thing that came out of her mouth, my dad has never touched me. They beat me and made me tell those things on my father. And, um, with all the evidence, and now you got a child that ain't had no contact with her father now over 2 years, you can't say she's under his influence. She told the truth on those women who beat her and made her say that about me just because they was mad that they lost custody. And that's where all this came from. So when people was asking me about why she did, it was learned behavior. That's why I said, you know, she learned it from them. But why she's trying to run with it today, I guess, like you said, it's clout time now. You can be famous, you know, for being a victim.
Let's fast forward a little bit. So all the charges are dropped, okay? You're back home. Did you see Shantel when you got out, or how did that go?
When I first got out, of course, you know, I still had to go back through all the steps now to, you know, get custody because the original court order for me to get custody of the children was still in place. But that don't just mean I get out, they just give them back to me. You know, they going, I got to do home study. They got, you know, I got to get a place to live. They going to come and check everything out.
So you went and got your kids back?
I ain't had no choice. They, they, you know, once I got clear, they, they brought them right back to me. There was no reason. I was the better choice, you know, as far as raising them. I had their best interest in, you know, and, uh, and, um, that was that. And, um, it was just the best place for them to, to be.
Okay.
Okay. And so, um, did Chantel— did she graduate high school living with you?
Yes, Chantel came back to live with me when she was 13 years old. I know some— somewhere in that video she claimed that I was taking her to the gas station to do pregnancy tests and all that kind of stuff. I was still in prison, so—
put me on birth control at a real young age because he was afraid he was gonna get me pregnant.
Oh my God.
Making me take, um, pregnancy tests in the gas station when I was only 11 years old?
I didn't have no contact with Shantel when she was 10, 11, and 12. She didn't come live with me till she was 13.
Oh, 13 she comes to live with you. What type of teenager is she at this point? What type of child? Because, you know, that's, that's puberty time.
But this, this is just a part of my— I'mma spare a little bit. Shantel was doing a lot of things she had no business doing, you know. She, she She was out there.
Okay.
You know, she was out there in them streets in Boynton Beach. So when I got her, she had— man, I don't even know if I want to say all that, but—
She was a teenager. She was bad as fuck.
She was doing more than just being a teenager, you know. My son probably could tell you she went to Um, before— well, she got, um, she was known as a prostitute in the city of Boynton Beach. She was prostituting at that time.
Um, at 13?
Yeah, no, 12. She was still 12 at the time. And, um, I caught her with a trick, and he lied and said he was 17. Come to find out he was in his 20s. They wound up giving him 15 years in prison for her. And then—
Oh, so you saw to it that he—
Mm-hmm. But only reason why he went to prison, because he got caught. The other gentleman, which was a family member of hers on her mother's side who she'd been messing with, They're going to prosecute him because of her long history of false allegations against police officers, teachers, you know, a whole bunch of other grown people. She learned to weaponize this sex stuff. It went as far as even telling her 67-year-old grandmother, if you don't buy me a cell phone, I'll tell them that you've been doing lesbian acts on me, you know, and everything. So this became a real bad, a real big thing for her. You know, we got Jupiter Middle School She accused this principal, another woman, the school police officer, of raping her, running a train on all that kind of foolishness. You know, the Palm Beach County School Board had to do a whole big investigation. So the uncle that was messing with her, they couldn't even prosecute him because she had too much long history of false allegations, you know, that they just knew she was lying. This is something that she's learned from her mama and she's been doing it forever. And, um, why she would, you know, make these videos when you contact the Palm Beach County School Board, that's a big entity. Yeah. They can verify everything I'm saying. Going to the Boynton Beach Police Department, false allegations against police officers, they can verify everything I'm saying. So it was bigger than me as far as her history is concerned. You know, this was a learned behavior. She's picked it up. I guess she thinks she's mastered it. You know, it's been a man recent, you know, a gentleman from the Infiniti dealership. You know, he got out of jail and she tried to just take the man's condo from him and get it, you know, telling people he was sexually, you know, for trying to rape her, I guess, forced herself on the man that she was calling herself dating who got out of jail because she went to jail for attacking me. You know, he tried to help her, but then, you know, he told her she had to get out of his house. He couldn't deal because he was getting custody of his sons. He didn't want this mess, you know, because she had some CPS cases and all that kind of stuff, which was going, you know, could hurt him from, you know, getting his kids.
So she got kids with this guy or no?
No, she, she has one daughter from someone else, but he was a guy that was nice enough, you know, to help her.
Okay.
I thought she was genuine. And then next thing you know, when I think she told— after he told her that she had to get out, well, they went to Infinity Delicious where he worked at and tried to arrest him for raping her. She just did that out of retaliation, you know. So this is, uh, that was just a few months ago. So, you know, um, Chantel, she has a problem. But my thing is, um, when it started to affect my minor children and my son— he's married, he has two beautiful children, he's living his life and doing what a man is supposed to do— and now you got to walk with this shame, you know. His wife, family got to deal with this mess, you know, and everything else. So It was just time for me to, you know, come out the dark because I've always been the one that never, never, uh, said anything and always just did my best to protect her. You know, I've never spoken against Chantel, but now it's going too far. You know, it's affecting my— like I said, my daughter has basketball games, I couldn't go to none of them.
She got track meets, I can't go to none of them just so they can have a peace of mind, so they don't have to be confronted with this mess. You know, that's not right.
So, Chantel is 13. Obviously, she is way ahead of her time.
Yeah.
Here I am thinking I got teenage problems. That's a whole nother level.
It is. And my heart goes out to my daughter. And that's why I did everything I could to give them a great life. She even bragged about how she had a great life. But in her interview, she said her life with her mother It was the best life she ever had.
When was the last time she lived with her mother?
Since she was, uh, 12. She came to live with me. Yeah, once I got out of prison, they gave me custody again. Uh, she hasn't been back to her mother.
Okay. So she's living with you and, um, Your soon-to-be ex-wife is here. Yes. Now, when did she enter? Her name is Leah.
Yes.
Okay. Leah is also here. And I do want to say she has no reason to be here. Leah could have said, to hell with this shit. She has moved on. And I just need to put this out here so people can understand how deep this goes, okay, and how much people are here to support you. Because it's the right thing to do. She has been helping to clear your name of any allegations. You guys haven't been together for a long time?
Almost 5 years.
5 years. Okay.
It's been 4+ years.
But she was in the house when Chantel was living there?
About 20 years of Chantel's life, she lived with me and Khalia in a blended family. It was It was a lot of us.
So you guys were together 20 years, and you've been separated 5 years. She has moved on.
Yeah, she left me.
Okay. All right. And, you know, she has been very diligent out here in the comments of the blogs, talking to even the blogger from Trapping Anonymous.
Oh, yeah.
To say that this did not happen, because she was with you the entire time. And, you know, police have been called, and this is a pattern. And apparently, the host of that show knew that Chantel was lying, but he decided to put the clip up anyway.
He told me he knew she was lying. He said that's why he started asking her questions, because I guess before they interview, they prep, you know, for a story. But he hadn't prepped her for those impromptu questions. So now when he started asking her questions, he told me that was his way of trying to expose her, you know, but—
But then the clip is not It's exposing you, not her.
I just said, you just coaching her. You was filling in the blanks where she couldn't, you know. So I told him, you didn't help me, you know. He was trying to tell me that's what he was doing, but that's not, that's, that's not what he did. Because even when, after he told me that he knew that, um, she was lying, uh, Leah went on his thing and made the comment, you even told us that you knew she was lying. He went as far as deleting that comment so people, you know, wouldn't see it off the YouTube channel. But he wouldn't delete my information. And then every time, uh, Leah said something, he just was pouring gas on it, trying to say she was lying. So, uh, me and him went back and forth. And, um, you know, I mean, he was trying to, you know, help me as best he could. How you helping me, brother? How you helping my family? You're not helping my family. You can tell me, you know, she lying, but you did it anyway because that's how you want to make a dollar. All money ain't good money if that's what you got to do.
Yeah. Okay, so, you know, your, your soon-to-be ex-wife is— she's moved on and she's been avidly helping you. And, you know, we're about to book these flights. And, you know, I know she's since moved on, but I have to have these difficult conversations. Her other half told her that he didn't want her to come, according to my team. At first, we—
she, she, she had a lot of reservations because, you know, regardless of whatever the reason was, you know, you can't blame her.
I mean, well, I mean, that's a very important reason. When people divorce or get ready to divorce or leave people, they leave them. Whatever the hell you got going on, that's between you. That's not a part of my life. She's in a whole nother relationship with another man. And, you know, she said, listen, I have to do the right thing.
Yes, she did.
She went against even how he felt.
Yes.
To come and do the right thing. That, that says a lot about this entire story.
It does, you know, and even if it wasn't that reason, I mean, just for her to put herself out there for me, she doesn't get anything from this, you know what I'm saying? So a lot of people don't want the stigma over their head. They don't want this cloud, you know, this This ain't normal, you know, this ain't, you know, you don't want to be associated with this type of mess. So even if she hadn't done it, I wouldn't care because, you know, I do understand, you know, I've been dealing with this for more than 20 years, you know, I've been wearing these stripes all these years. So, um, I wouldn't even want her to go through that, you know. So, you know, it's, um, I do, I'm very grateful for Leah. I am, because, um, she could have told me kiss her butt, that ain't my problem. You know, but she's—
and most women, I'm gonna be honest with you, would have— they would not come on such a large platform to even be— because it's like the backlash, you know, you guys work regular jobs. You're around regular people, you don't do this social media stuff. And so, you know, you're, you're older people, you're not old, but you're older, you know, and so everybody's watching. That's the demographic of our platform. You know, Trapping Anonymous has children watching, you know. And so I'm happy that she's here to support you. And, you know, that easily could have been done. And I asked Chantel if, you know, did she have anybody that can come on her behalf? And she said no. And, you know, Chantel will be here and those questions that she can't answer, she gonna have to answer. You know, like, you're gonna have to make it make sense. Like, we have 3 well-rounded individuals, were of great character. Your son, your soon-to-be ex-wife, you have nobody. You could have brought your mama if this was the case.
Now, she even said her older sister raped Brandon. That's why she forgave Brandon for raping her.
Her oldest.
What?
Yeah, if you watch the video, she, she said the reason why she forgave Brandon is because their older sister from their mother was raping him.
I forgive my brothers because I understand that the same thing happened to them. I was never mad at my two brothers.
It's crazy, right?
I was never mad at them because I walked in on my big sister on my mom's side molesting my big brother.
That's why she forgave Brandon, because her older sister was raping Brandon, which made Brandon rape her. That never happened. Never. And you see my son, he's a grown man, you know.
Yeah.
If something like that happened, he would say it. You know, I spoke to his sister and him on the phone with the mom and he's like, my sister's never touched me. She never did nothing like that to me. You know, so I don't even know why. I guess she just wanted her story to sound even more juicy.
So You said there was one time I remember speaking with you on the phone and I really wanted you to bring this to the public. You said that police was called one time.
Oh yeah, back in 2017, um, she had just had my granddaughter Ava. And you know, Dallas had a big car shows, you know, so when the car shows come, you know, the club gonna be jumping at night. You know, she had just had Ava, she was about, you know, it was about 3 weeks old. And, um, her friend came and she was so hyped up, she wanted to go to the car show. But you know, Chantel, you just had a baby, you can't You know, and she was living with you, right? Oh yeah, at the time she lived with her whole pregnancy. When she was telling people she left my house as a, a kid at 18 or whatever, no, she didn't. She lived with me all those years. She had a child in my house, everything. My son, them threw a baby shower with Leah out there. We, you know, we, we was family when she— that baby came back home to my house. So she just put a lot of stuff in it.
So daddy rapist, but she moves in with her daddy to have a baby and the baby's a girl.
But she didn't ever— she never moved in with me, uh, back then. She never left. She was there the whole time. I took care of Chantel since she was 22 years old. I was still buying her clothes. I was still buying her clothes and dressing her at 22. I bought her cars, everything. I mean, you know, she lied. But yeah, she called, she got mad, uh, because Brandon wouldn't babysit. So I was asleep. I was working nights then. So, uh, they woke me up and they said they're about to fight. Chantel want out, she want to jump on her brother because he won't babysit a 3-week-old baby. So I come downstairs, I'm like, what's going on? They outside, you know. He's like, how am I keeping your baby? You just had that baby, that baby don't need to be going nowhere.
Nowhere.
You know, and plus I'm not qualified to keep no 3-week-old baby, you know. I ain't never had to do that, you know. You need to take care of your baby, you know. And they say, if I babysit for you, if you want to look for a job, I'll babysit for you, you know, something like that. I got you, but not if you go to no car show in the club. No, we don't do that. And so when I came outside, she said, oh, it's you. I knew you had something to do with it. That's why he's saying no. I said, I got something for you. So she called the police. She called the police and she told the police that, um, I had been raping her and she had to sleep with me, uh, all the way till she was 21 years old because she was 21 at this time.
And she could have left.
Oh, she had been moved out. And she had moved out at least 4 times with other dudes and came back. So, you know, she, you know, she, uh, yeah. So long story short, she said that, um, she had to sleep with me for a place to live because if she didn't have sex with me, she, uh, couldn't live in my house. And then she said she told the police, she said, I can prove he's been raping me, I can prove it. So now it's about 5 police officers, they surround me like, okay, well, man, what, what can you do? He said he got all that extra skin. He's not circumcised. And there's thousands of women in South Florida that know I'm circumcised. Thousands. I just gotta keep that real.
Y'all know who y'all are.
There's thousands of y'all who know I'm circumcised. Clean cut.
Okay.
But she alleged that she had been sleeping with me from the time that she was 9. Okay, she was 21. So a person who was saying that she was still having sex with her father at 21 for a place to live wouldn't know if he was circumcised or not, because she started out by saying the first thing she ever did to me was perform oral sex.
Yeah, and it's hard to perform oral sex on someone who's uncircumcised.
And so what happened, I told her to stop then. I said, Chantel, stop. So, but I said, what happened when, you know, she said— I told her, I said, we just— I had on some basketball shorts. I said, we just stepped right here, officer. So I undid my shorts and let them see that I was circumcised. And it was like, oh man. So what happened, me and Leah— Leah bust out laughing. And so after I showed people my, you know, my private, so that I was circumcised, me and her high-fived. My stepmom was there, we high-fived. Yeah, that was the first time in all these years I felt any type of vindication. That's the first time that, you you know, anyone had ever slipped up and actually told the truth that they had been lying on me all those years. So that was one of the greatest moments of my life, because I had been carrying this burden for all these years. But yet, every time my daughter fell on her face, I picked her up. Every time she needed something, I was there for her, you know. So yeah, that was a very emotional day for me, and it removed— in my— hopefully in my mind, you know, I was thinking, if any of my family members had any doubt that finally removed all the doubt. So that was one of the best days of my life. It was.
Why did you— and this is hard to say because I'm gonna be honest with you, like, why did you continue to let her back in?
Well, even when I got out of prison, I was given an opportunity to walk away from her and Brandon, and Brandon could tell you this himself. We was in the courtroom, the judge told him, your father's a better man than me, because I wouldn't have anything else to do with neither one of y'all. But I told the judge that day, because they was going to relinquish me from all responsibility, pretty much divorce me from my children because I was the victim in this case. I was the real victim. And I told the judge, I said, my kids are going to say a lot of bad things about me, but they'll never say I threw them away. And they still could say a lot of bad things about me to this day. But when my daughter called me before she came to live in my house, it was the last time, she said, Dad, I can't take no more ass whoopings. The dude she was with was beating on her. I hadn't talked to my daughter in 3 years. I made my way to South Columbus, South Carolina. To meet this young man and his family. And I told him, if my daughter called me again and showed me these type of pictures again about you jumping on her within 24 hours, I'm gonna kill you.
Was he hitting her?
He was beating on her.
Um, it's kind of hard to believe someone like that when they—
he had, you know, I don't, I don't agree with him beating on her the way he did, but When you sleeping with his stepdaddy, you sleeping with his barber, you slept with his cousin, you slept with his stepsister, you're prostituting. You so-called Instagram model traveling around going places, you know, with rappers and this and that, you know, and doing things that she was doing. And he also had another situation which I'm not going to speak on that kind of made him feel like he was forced to be in that relationship, that he couldn't move on to no one else. He had to stay right there because she left a permanent mark on him. So, um, I felt sorry for the young man because, you know, he felt like he's trapped, you know. Ain't nobody else gonna accept him now because of the situation he's in with Chantel. Um, he was a good brother though. He was very good to my granddaughter. He provided very well for Chantel and my granddaughter. But she took advantage of that brother. She hurt that man. I don't agree with, you know, him beating her, but some people could say they could understand it. He took a lot from her.
Okay.
Yeah.
This is heavy.
Um, it's way bigger than what you guys even know, and that's why I don't know why she would be even crazy enough to do this, you know, because, um, and I'm still sparing her because I could tell you some things right now that'll make her want to leave the country or kill herself right now. She couldn't show her face no one on the street nowhere, but I'm not gonna do it. See, at the end of the day, my child, you know She has a problem. She's not mentally disturbed. She's very aware of everything she's doing.
You know, I mean, I could read in between the lines.
So as long as someone's dumb enough to listen to her and give her some money, she gonna keep saying it because that's the only reason why she said it. Because, um, but I'll let you get to when she came to live, to live in my home. You know how that came to be?
Yeah.
So like, well, she called me. I went to see this young man and, you know, let him and his family know. I know y'all heard a lot of bad things about me, but when she in trouble, you see what she call, right? Because she know I'm a safe place. She know I'm a protector. You see I'm here. So regardless, whatever you done heard about me, I'm here. So we're not gonna do that no more. So it was my birthday, um, I invited her and him. We went to, uh I rented a luxury cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
Okay.
They spent about 4 days with me for the Christmas holidays at the cabin. They got into a fight on the way home. She called me. She said, "Dad, I need somewhere to stay." I shot her my address and said, "Come on." She had never been to my house. Before then, I hadn't talked to her in 3 years until she called me saying, "Dude was jumping on her." Then I went to South Carolina to stop that abuse. And then that was the first time I had seen her. So I gave her my address, she came. As soon as she got to the house, I gave her my guest room, her own quarters, bathroom stuff. And then 5 days later, we took her to the Infiniti dealership. She came in a nice Nissan. And I know she told people she had nowhere else to go. She was indigent, she was broke, she had no money. She had just got out of an abusive relationship. You know, it was the homeless shelters, which was too dangerous for her child or sleep in the car. Well, five days later. And I have the videos right here on this phone right here. Five days later, she went to Grubs Infinity. My best friend worked there. I facilitated a deal for a BMW 4 Series. She took out $25,000 cash. Even in video, you can hear the cash machine going in the background. And she's sitting there signing her documents with a stack of money right here in front of her as she's signing her BMW 4 Series, paid for in cash. But if you didn't— but if you had over $37,000 in your pocket when you came to your dad's home, why are you telling people you had nowhere to go? Because I would have stayed in an extended stay. I stayed in a Motel 6. I could have went and got me an apartment. You had the money for an apartment, furniture, and everything else. Utilities, food. You had enough money to carry you until you find you a job. I said, you know, so there was never a reason, but I'm her safe place. I'm her protector. I always have been. Every child I got and every person who know me will tell you the same thing, period. That's why she was there. And so when she was there, she left her— he just left that child with me because, you know, I'm my own operator. I have my own business. I had to rearrange my whole schedule to keep my granddaughter. It was me taking her to Dave Buster's. It was me taking her to the playgrounds. It was me doing things for my son, buying her Christmas gifts, not her mama. Her mama was gone every weekend. When she first came to my house, you know, she wasn't working. She went to the club, spent $2,000 to sit in the VIP section so she can ball out, understand me? You know, doing all her things, wilding out. She affiliated with some very hot rappers that, you know, was hitting her up. You know, they hit up on her Instagram and they, you know, say, hey, come here. She go there. She partying with them. She doing her thing and making her money. My granddaughter was always with me.
And she left her daughter, her grand— her daughter with me, with you?
Yes.
But you had— but, but it's on the internet telling people that you— yeah, yes, pretty much her whole life.
Yes. And her daughter was older than her when she said she— then when I was supposed to start raping her. But you bringing up putting her in my bed, you know what I'm saying? Dad, I'm gonna go. Here you go, here you go, your baby. You don't— you don't, you know, grandpa duty. So when she finally did get a job at the prison— well, she couldn't get that job because she had some other stuff that was dealing with. I had helped her pay for that because by the time she blew her money— but she didn't have no babysitter for spring break. I took off the whole spring break, my baby with me. She told everybody I was on the road 2 months at a time. That's a lie. I've never been on the road but 7 to 10 days at most time, and I would stay home 7 to 10 days or, you know, or 14 days because I, you know, I didn't have to drive over the road like that. You know, I make my money. I've spent— I have, you know, I have kids, you know, that's still— that's not grown. I'm very active with all my kids, like I always have been. 16 kids. You can't find a nigga on the planet that say I owe them a dollar back child support ever. I paid all my child support.
That part, I think, all my kids.
Yeah, there's men out here with one child, they never raised their children. You can't find a woman— all the women— I got 13 baby mamas again. Now when I'm telling you I didn't provide amplified for my children. You can't find a court document to say I owe a dollar back child support to any woman, period. You know, I always promised I would give my kids everything I never had. My daughter was only at my house because it was her safe place. She could ball out. She lived there for 8 months until she tried to create some type of scheme. She attacked me in my home, hit me with a pot full of hot grits. Unprovoked. She had already called the police, had them on 911, was trying to create the scene. Had her brother who— they was like this. My youngest son, you know, from Leah, she set him up. He didn't even know the police in the house. They grabbed him and body slammed him through his whole head through the wall. I thought my son, they was broke. But again, that's one of her tactics she tries to do. She tried to create a violent situation in the home, get the people kicked out the home, It's a restraining order on the home. So what I gotta do, I gotta pay the rent, I gotta pay the mortgage, I gotta pay the light bill, I gotta keep the stuff on. She can't get kicked out. She get a free place to live. But that backfired on her because even her daughter said, my mama hit my granddaddy. She hit my granddaddy. And so the police took her to jail. And then the same man who helped her get out of jail, she's trying to falsely accuse him. So when when she don't get her way. That's just what she does. So I feel sorry for her in a way. I pity her in a way. But at the same time, you know, I love her. But, um—
What you love about her?
At the end of the day, she's still my child. And this has been the hardest thing for me to do, to talk to you, to tell people anything about my daughter. Because I'm the one that done been protecting her all her years. Every time she got in trouble, I cleaned it up for her. She said on that interview she had never had a CPS case. Well, I handled your CPS case in Columbia, South Carolina, where your neighbors was calling the police on you because you was leaving your daughter locked up in a room in the house all night long by herself. You're leaving the house for days by herself. But she said on that interview that you would— the brother that, well, I never had no CPS cases, I never did this. Well, what about the 2 or 3 in Florida? What about the other 2 or 3 down in Houston? But yet I've been cleaning up all your dirt all these years. You throw sand in my face. She would've been locked up if it weren't for me.
It, it sounds like, um, you never considered therapy before.
I'm glad you said that. When she came to my house, I used my insurance to send her to a therapist. She had like, she had been, been beat on so bad and she, you know, she just had to get her life right. And she did admit that she was wrong. She, she did these things. She caused all these problems in her life because all her friends that was coming to the house, you realize Chantel has some friends, girls she hang out with, that she hadn't told all those bad things about her daddy. But when them young ladies saw how she interacted with her father, how she loved him so much, how good a father was for the grandbaby. They said, 'Shanda, this don't add up, girl. What type of woman you is? You done told us all this bad stuff with your daddy. We see you leave your child with your daddy. Your dad is here weeks at a time with your daughter. You know, you gone, you know, a week here, you gone, 2 weeks there, you gone.' She— now she's still living with me, but she gone. Her baby with me. They said, 'We can't mess with you no more.' Then she tried to commit suicide at my house while I was gone. Had to have intervention and talk her out of that because she got pills like she's gonna kill herself, you know. And, um, so I paid for the therapist. We sent her to the therapist. She had all the sessions she could. Now, this is her father. Now I'm sending you to the therapist. So what more can I do? I paid for therapy all her life. I was railroaded by the system so bad as being a non-offending parent. You would have thought I was the one doing it. But see, the mama didn't have no job. So what they do when a man work, they gonna drag him. Because more money is made in family court than in criminal, all day long. So, you know, we talking about maybe I spent almost $200,000 over the years defending myself, protecting my kids, you know what I'm saying, and just being victimized by the state of Florida. Well, a lawsuit was filed for them victimizing me, not the other way around. So it went as far— like I told you, all those sexual cases against me, 5 of them, all natural life sentences. I got completely, you know, guilty, right? Florida, you can't find them no more on my record though. But I had, I had hearings on them. 4 criminal, 4 criminal trials, all just going away, erased off my history. Because it was me who had been railroaded. And I could have had those two women who orchestrated the foolishness to be locked up. But I had enough. I had people depending on me. I couldn't keep going backwards. How you gonna drive a car, you know, forward, keep looking out the rearview mirror all your life? You gonna crash, right? Yeah. You got people who need me. So I said, you know what?
Hey, you keep going. You just don't—
you know, I say he won't give me no more than I could bear. I'm still standing. I've been thriving all these years. I ain't broke, I ain't sorry, ain't nothing. Just keep moving. She my daughter at the end of the day, and for somebody fuck with her right now, I defend her because she's my child. I don't have to like what she do. I just pray for her and hope that God can, you know, get her mind right. But Chantel is about Chantel. She cares about nobody but Chantel. If she can make a dollar off you, she can lie to you, she can give you a pity party, you, you believe her. Hey, that's her game. It's always been a game. I just— now that it's affecting my minor children, it's affecting my son, he has children. You know, I had to look for my son to be a father, and people say he raping his sister, and then she talking about she don't know if she lost her virginity to her brothers or me. That's something you don't forget. My son is only 2 years older than her. So if he— you was being raped at 5, you trying to say your 7-year-old brother was raping you? She painted a picture like he was a teenager the whole time, that, you know, much older than her. She painted the picture in that interview with Breakbeat that she was in the house with 3 males by herself. That wasn't— that was nowhere near true. I got 9 daughters. And you're the only one ever been touched. I raised Leah's children because she got kids before, you know, outside of me. Been bathing my stepson since he was 3 years old. He was on the YouTube stuff going at her, said the man ain't never did nothing wrong to me, ain't never touched none of us, you know. But I don't know, Tasha. I mean, at this point, this ain't even about me no more because I've been taking the— I've been taking these lashes. It's about my kids not gotta walk in shame for this mess. They have a sister who don't care nothing about nobody but herself, that she will, you know, harm her sisters or brothers, you know, ruin their reputations, and then my kids gotta walk in shame. So now you put me in a position where I have to defend my children. So I didn't change— when I got all them death threats and calls, I answered most of them. I ain't changed no phone numbers. I haven't changed my social media. I haven't ran or ducked nobody. I ain't got nothing to hide. So, you know, at this point, that's why I'm in front of you. And I hope that this is enough to just stop her, you know, give her a revelation that it's just time to get her life right.
When's the last time you talked to her?
Well, she had been, uh, last time I actually talked to her when she got arrested from my home for, you know, trying to set me up for a crime that, you know, like I attacked her.
Like throwing the grits on you?
She had moved, uh, pot. Yeah, yeah. But, um, that's the last time I talked to her.
She got that shit from a Tyler Perry movie or something?
I don't know.
She just—
she chucked the whole pot. The pot hit me in my back. I mean, my back— I didn't know she was gonna hit. My back was turned to her. I was walking, actually, you know, uh, let my dog out. And as I know, I feel some hot hit me in my back, you know, and it fell and broke a statue on my table. And, you know, of course they was gonna arrest me because, you know, she had already called the police because she already had 911 on the phone, you know. So she was just all hollering and screaming like, you know, I'm attacking her, you know. Doing all this foolishness. And it was my grandbaby to tell the truth and say, no, my mama— because, you know, they separate everybody because, you know, my other kids were there too. So I got my 12-year-old son there, my other kids there, um, another 12-year-old boy was there too. And they separated everybody, got their statements.
And, um, uh, when was this? Like how many years ago?
That was no years, that was just a few months back. Chantel just moved out my house. We're talking about months ago. So when she made this video, she had just recently got out of my house because she sent herself to jail. You know, I mean, I never kicked her out. She kicked her own self out. So when the police interviewed everybody, interviewed the children, interviewed her own daughter, hey, they went with what the children said. And my grandbaby, you know, her daughter said that my mama hit my granddaddy. So they locked her up.
And so now she's out on social media getting money for these stories.
Oh yeah, oh yeah. Because now, like you said, this— we had a time where don't know why I want to go against a woman. A woman said she was victimized, molested by a man, beat up, whatever. Women just want to run with it because I guess all Black men got to be bad.
I'm like, man, listen, it's a whole conspiracy against y'all, I'm telling you.
You know, but at the end of the day, we do have a lot of bad brothers.
We do. But I mean, not everybody is that bad.
Everybody ain't that bad. And I've done some, some of the worst things on the planet, and people know me know that. But I'm not a child molester. I'm not a rapist. I never even forced myself on a grown woman. You can't find a woman nowhere else having to violate them any type of way. Yeah, I was a hoe. I was a dog. I can put up with it, but I was a player. I was Show me how many— show me a man that wasn't at one time in his life. Okay. When you do, when you learn better, you do better, right?
Yeah. I mean, but she was young. I mean, that was—
and I was still old. I was still old too. You know, I ain't always been— I'm 51 years old now. I ain't gonna say I stopped when I was 25. No. I've made a lot of mistakes. But at the end of the day, I'm not what she's saying. I'm a man. I'm a father. I'm a protector. I'm a provider. My children have never known nothing but good and better than I've ever had. They don't know nothing about being in the hood. They never had to go to bed hungry. Every time it's with me, they lived above average lives. She even bragged about it in the video with him. I come in from the hood, man. I have nothing. Been on the streets since I was a kid. Ain't nobody raising me, not doing for me. No mama, no daddy, no grandmama, no nothing. I said my kids will never go through that. I don't care how many baby mamas I got. I don't care. They was old enough to be my mama. Still in the pain from mine. I still do, you know. And, um, for what Chantel has done, and now I'm finding out she's got GoFundMes and, you know, these victim advocacy people giving her money doing all this foolishness for something that never happened. Why people ain't got enough sense to, you know, check her background? The only victim here that's ever been registered as a victim is me.
I'm pulling— I got my team working on pulling her, um, her background report. I'm glad you gave me South Carolina too.
So South Carolina, Fort Worth Police Department, 2008. 2017 off Los Altos Road. I'm saying, that's the address we live, where she attacked her father. You know, uh, you probably have resources I don't, you know, because we, we're working on all that.
So I'm telling you, it's, it's gonna— everything is going to be put out on the table.
Yeah. And then that's, you know, and, and I could have brought a lot of stuff with me today, but I purposely didn't because some of that stuff is just so bad. I'm not gonna— I can't even do that. I've already said what— something I said I wasn't gonna say, but to put everything in context, she said she had her best life with her mama. Well, we know how she was living with her mama. Her best life was with me. And that's why she was at my house just a few months back living. 'Cause her life has always been best.
Where's the grandbaby now?
I have no idea.
Yeah.
I have no idea. Well, I do know where she live 'cause she text— she was texting me one night pretending to be some other people. 'Cause she was, 'cause I was going back and forth with the young brother who interviewed her via text message. And then I just let him know it was time for him to shut up. I'm gonna give you some free advice. It's this time to be quiet. I'm gonna sue you. And every media outlet that done put this stuff about me out here, this derogatory stuff, I need a lawyer to contact me to handle this type of business. I've been in contact with some right now, but I plan on suing everyone who's put this stuff on their platform. I don't care if it's TikTok, because thousands of TikToks have been made about me too. People just doing all kinds of stuff. People, you know, stalking me.
Yeah.
Death threats.
I've had thousands of stories that I've done over the years. And I say yours is number 2. Number 1 was a woman that lied and said that her son— her boyfriend put screws up her son's butt. Turns out it was an actual lie. And if I can encourage you, this was done in Florida. She recently was sued by this rapper for defamation. Because he did take a big hit to his career. He was depressed and everything. The court did award him $12 million. And he's going after every dime. She has an OnlyFans. You know, but he was— it's kind of like one of those moments again. But shit just sometimes go too far. I wish you would have— I mean, there's no way you could have saw this coming, but Um, this ain't the first time.
Like I told you, she did this on Facebook before. Yeah, you know, so she has multiple Facebook pages, and, uh, her and Leah got into it before, you know. Uh, and even on this YouTube video, when Leah told her, I mean, 5 or 6 times, just say I'm lying one time. See, she know Leah cut her throat, but I won't. I always take it. I ain't never did that to my daughter. I never tried to expose her for nothing. I'm her cleaner-upper. It's the only reason why she free.
And maybe you got to stop that.
Well, that's what we're at this point, because I got other people who need me and love me. But if you know what, what people need to understand, there's statute of limitations on these type of things. You see Catholic priests who little boys when they was 4 years old, 5 years old, still come back and 50 years later those Catholic priests are going to prison. Why she ain't with the law enforcement on me? Why do people on social media, all these women who backing her, you know, doing all this foolishness to me, why they not paying attention to that? Common sense. No one wants common sense. They just want to paint a high yellow brother as a child molester because some girl got it and didn't even shed one tear. Yeah, she did that video. Did one tear fall down her face? No, she pretended that she was crying, but you didn't see a tear, you know. But at the end of the day, she said God was good, right? She said she called on Jesus and she said I never touched her again.
The first time I called out for God was the last time that man touched me.
She said a few contradictory things in that video. Why was I having you checked to see if you've been molested or touched if I'm molesting you?
But when my father did find out, when he checked me, when he saw that my hymen wasn't no longer attached, my father started to age have full-blown sex with me. He started having sex with me without no condom, without no nothing. And this nigga got 17 children, 13 baby mamas. You sleeping with everybody in the whole motherfucking world and you not even like at least put a condom on. Like you literally like risking my whole entire fucking life, you know?
You say I was sleeping with all these women. In her video she said I had all these women, but she wasn't lying. Plenty. 15, 20 at all times. So I was risking her life because I was sleeping with them women, then I'm running up in her room. Then why would I be asking you if you're a virgin? Then she said, oh yeah, I told him, he got mad.
My dad found out I was— my dad found out I wasn't a virgin no more. And let me just say this, my father wasn't the only person that was touching me. My two older brothers was as well. And, um, that's why I can't tell you. I don't remember when I lost my virginity.
I don't know.
I don't know if it was one of my brothers. I don't know if it was my dad.
I don't know.
I don't know.
But if I'm sleeping with you, don't you think I already know you ain't no virgin? If I'm sleeping with you, you think I gotta have people to check you? To see if anything going wrong with you. Almost 20 times your body was inspected by the state of Florida on these allegations. Every time it came back clean. She said she don't know how I got out of prison because all the evidence showed I was innocent. And she put the last nail in that coffin. My dad has never touched me. He's never done any type of stuff to me. My mama and the other woman beat me and made me lie on my father. 3 years later, St. Lucie County, the DCF worker's last name was Love. They came 3 years after that, Brandon will tell you. The man said, "In my 15 years, I ain't never seen a child who was supposed to be lying give me the same statement word for word that she gave me 3 years ago." He said, "We finna kill this, Ms. Freeman. You ain't never gotta worry about us no more." Then St. Lucie County went ahead and we went to court on that and the judge threw all that out. Palm Beach County threw it all out. Polk County threw it all out. Texas threw it all out. This just don't went from Florida to Texas. It's been going on for years, you know. So, um, I just tell people, use their common sense. You know, Al Capone had judges in his pocket, didn't he?
Oh yeah, there's a lot of people got judges.
Well, how does this old broke boy right here can defeat states, all these professionals, doctors, you know, therapists, Come on, man. People just need to use their sense.
I'm gonna go ahead and talk to your son Brandon. Her brother, her— the closest person to her is here. Same mama, same mama, same daddy.
Day one.
You look just like you too. Um, and then we're gonna follow up with your soon-to-be ex-wife Leah.
Yes, and I definitely appreciate her for being here because, um, like you said, I gotta, I gotta shout her out. I really appreciate her. This is, um, I can never repay her for helping me, you know, because like you said, she don't— she didn't have to.
Yeah, she didn't. Like I said, and, um, I was telling the team, I said, listen, I— she's— she— I need her here. I was telling them, I need Leah here.
She actually—
I'm sure she got a lot of things that she could be mad at you about.
She said, when your dad was beating you, dragging you through the house, raping you, She asked her one question: where was I? Was there other 8 or 9 people in the house with us? Ain't nobody ever seen it. But as a woman, she told her, where was I? The one thing about Leah over there, I don't care what— let me tell you something, she raised a shark. And if she even thought an inkling that I was guilty, She believed Chantel just the smallest fraction, or it could be a possibility, she'd have cut my throat a long time ago and made sure I never saw my children. She ain't that chick.
And you're still in your kids' life, the kids that you have with her?
Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. Because I'm a father. I'm the greatest provider Leah has ever known. I took her up better than any man she's ever had. And my children. So that's just what it is. Unfortunately, we're not together today. But you know what? Yeah, we had 20-plus years. You don't stay with a man 20-some years and he was sorry. Not her. Maybe some of the other females slow like that. She ain't. So, you know, ain't nothing I can do.
See, that's why that boy, her boyfriend, didn't want her here. Because he may be a little intimidated by you, bro. Well, yeah, she's gonna start some shit.
She can't replace me like that.
That lady got to go home.
Mia, I'm sorry. No, he ain't on this level. But what I can say, but what I can say, me and her, we do have our differences. Yes. You know, and sometimes she want to beat me, I want to beat her ass too. We get on each other's nerves.
Yes.
But, um, she good people. She could have jumped on that train with them back then because the same court case that I got custody of those other children, our oldest son was in that same court case. So when I got out of prison, I retained custody of him too. She could have joined them. Just imagine if she had. I'd probably be in prison the rest of my life. But even back then, when she knew that I had custom kids and they asked her She said, that man ain't never did that to them children, period. She's saying, me and we got our faults, but he might have been this and that, but I ain't gonna lie on him.
Okay.
She had every chance to make me lose, you know, she could have joined them and got, you know, kept custody, you know, but she didn't, you know. So I, I—
Jesus, you love that woman. Oh my God, now this is going to turn into something else.
You, you people say you have to give people they They're roses while they're alive, right? Yeah, yeah. And just because, you know, um, we're not, you know, we're not together, but this is, this is very important to me, you know. So she came, she's like, she's like, I see you said she's still in the pain all these years when she didn't have to because she wasn't even with me back then. She would have benefited if she went along with them. You know how much money I would have been able to give them? I was throwing $50,000 on the ground and walking away from them in those days. My son will tell you, he seen boxes of money stacked up from the floor to the roof. Boxes.
That's why you had a lot of women around.
A lot of women around because even though I was a player, I was still good to them. Everyone that came here left better.
You can smell the money.
No, I know I ain't never been a paymaster. It's gonna be about me or not.
He really from Florida when he said paymaster. He really from Florida.
No, I know you can't get down on your shows.
I'll pay you.
Thank you so much.
I'm a normal person, a normal cis with a normal life. And even being on here, I mean, I didn't want to, but I had to. I had to respond to Shantel because this is getting out of hand. It doesn't just affect my dad or me. It affects her brothers and sisters. It affects her supposedly, if she considers them her nieces and nephews. You know, this is gonna also affect her too.
My father wasn't the only person that was touching me. My two older brothers was as well. I was never mad at my two brothers.
It's crazy, right?
I was never mad at them because I walked in on my big sister on my mom's side molesting my big brother.
Brandon Freeman.
Yes, ma'am.
Again, part two to this interview. I wish that you were here under better circumstances. Um, you're married?
Yes, ma'am.
All right, how many years you been married?
I've been married for about 10 years now.
10 years? You look like a baby. Oh my God.
Well, I got married young at 21.
Okay, okay, okay. How many children?
I got 2.
2? Boy, girl?
Yes, boy, boy, girl.
Boy, girl. Okay. Um, like I said, I wish we were here on better circumstances. You're here in support of your father Clarence Freeman And, um, you know, your sister has waged an awful lifetime, uh, war against your dad. She, um, has alleged that he has been raping her, molesting her, doing all sorts of things to her, and you as well too.
Never happened. I never been touched by anybody or pretty much anything like that. I mean, As far as being abused and to actually having an abuser, has always been my mother.
Okay, so let's talk about it. Let's talk about your childhood because, you know, your mom had two kids with your, your dad.
Yes.
Okay.
And then my older sister from her father. So in total, it is all three. Our children.
Okay, 3 children. So basically, but you two had the same father, you and your sister? Okay. All right, cool. Cool. So, um, you— childhood coming up, now your sister spoke a little bit about it. I thought it was very exaggerated. Um, but your father did come and kind of clarify some things that you guys did go through a lot, but you were too young to remember a lot of it.
But Yeah, well, for sure tell that she was kind of younger. I was still— I still remember some of it, but some of it that I do remember, it had affected me through my entire life, uh, that pretty much as a child that I had the fear of speaking with people so that— so that, yeah, so that I'll stutter or have speech, speech problem.
So I'm so sorry.
No, no, it's fine. Yeah, but you're the one— well, from the time of the actual abuse to almost high school, I've been dealing with trauma and stuff like that.
Okay. And so tell us about like growing up in your mom's house.
Well, it was crazy, uh, that for some reason I was the focal point of her abuse, uh, that she would have physically abused me, starved me, beat me.
Your mom?
Yes. Uh, and then actually burned me also with an iron. I got a mark right here today. Now it's kind of faded.
I can see it. Yeah, yeah, I can see the little like imprints. Your mom did this?
Yes.
How old were you?
I was, I was at, uh, 6.
6 years old.
6 years old. She took the iron, I was sleeping, and then she had, uh, just pretty much had burned me with it. And, uh, pretty much for no reason. And as far as growing up with my mother, that it was horrible.
Um, that, uh, let me get you some.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Okay, okay, okay.
Yeah, well, the living world was pretty much hell. That'd be pretty much the best description for it. And that not only did I suffer the abuse, but before that, I was her target. My older sister suffered abuse. And then she beat her and stuff like that. Sister always been her favorite because that— yeah, because it's just, she was light-skinned or she was the perfect ideal child.
So Chantel, yeah, your sister now that's going on platforms alleging that it was your dad the one that was abusive Um, she was your mom's favorite?
Yes.
Okay. And, uh, but the abuse— I mean, did she— was she abused by your mom too?
Um, yes, she was during the time when she was on drugs, stuff like that. As far as the state of it, I don't know because I was young. So while she was abusing me My focal point was what was happening to me. So anything outside that was like outside noise because I was suffering abuse pretty much all the time.
So the abuse, I could see as a child how, you know, if your mom is coming in the room while you sleep to burn you with an iron, it would scare the shit out of me. And you say you've been dealing with this your whole life, and because of that you have an issue with speech. And do you get nervous when you get in front of people? Well, I could sense a little nervousness here. I mean, it is a big platform, so—
Oh no, it's fine. Um, yeah, well, now that I don't as much, I can function like any other adult or stuff like that. But as a child, I was so shut off from being social that if I tried to speak to anybody, it'd probably take me one whole minute to say one syllable of a word. So during my whole upbringing, I felt like I was outcast. And it got to the point where I used to tell my teachers while I was going to school, elementary that she changed her tactic. So instead of she doing the abuse, she's training Shantel to abuse me. So Shantel would claw my face, scratch me up, hit me with toys. So if I go to the school and report it, She would just say, "Oh, that wasn't me. That was his little sister." She'd be like that. So the only abuser that we had pretty much was my mother. During the time that we got out of foster care and we moved in with our father, that me and Chantel had suffered so much trauma and it was already there. And just for my dad, kind of had to pick that up and learn about it. Granted, most of all my family members on my mother's side, they knew about it and nobody do nothing.
This is hard. What were some of the other things that your mom would do to like you and your sister? Because I remember her in the interview, she, she talked about, you know, I guess your mom coming in with a knife and you know, over y'all? And well, what can you remember? And I'm sure a lot of this you probably tried to block out or have blocked out.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, yeah, well, with Shantel, there wasn't any kind of physical abuse as far as what I know, uh, that I, I never saw her, hear her do the same stuff that she did to me. Shantel will always pretty much like her own prize. That if she spoke about any of the other kids that she had, it was Shantel. And so—
So she morphed her into who she was pretty much?
Yeah, because she pretty much sees Shantel as her. And so that she never did anything to the extreme as far as physically abusing her. And stuff like that now. Then once she was on the drugs and stuff like that, she did some things to Chantel, uh, during the time that she was like 3 years old, you know. She would probably have a man touch her or grope her for some drugs and stuff like that.
Where's your mom now?
Right now that she is here in West Palm Beach.
Okay.
I thought you said she been here, born here and raised.
Do you have a relationship with her?
Um, no, but I tried recently to have an actual relationship with her. Uh, Because that— yeah, was it for me to move on and to leave the past behind and to grow? I can't be a husband or a father if I have trauma still lingering because they can't go through them. So that the right thing to do was for me to forgive my mother, to move on. I tried to talk to her a couple times, but every time we speak, I don't know if it's the guilt, uh, of what she did to me, but she would never, uh, try to put forth energy and to, to talk to me and to build some kind of relationship. Even though I gave her the floor to be able to do it, because granted, she is my only mother. So I figured, you know, that at least I could try to forgive her and try to have some kind of relationship with her before she goes. Because once she gone, you know, then I don't want to be in a position where, you know, if I didn't try to reach out to her or if I didn't try to open up to her, you know, the— will we have a relationship together? So I gave her the chance and she kind of dropped the ball on it.
Were you ever sexually abused by anybody?
No, ma'am. I was never sexually abused by my father, nor my sister, or anybody. The only abuse or trauma that I received was physical. And being starved and beaten and burned.
I'm sorry, I'm gonna have to get a tissue. Okay. This never happens.
Okay.
You know, listening to your dad's story, now I can see why he did not give up on y'all.
Oh yeah, because the ones he got us, I mean, that we was so hurt and wounded. And at the end of the day, that we as his children, so for a father to see that, and granted that he haven't been around because of my mother, she would have to move different apartments every time that he was trying to find her or claim that he was dead. You know, he couldn't. So I can kind of understand that, you know, during that point and him learning the history and abuse and all the stuff that was going on when we wasn't in his care, you know, that he probably felt kind of bad that he wasn't around. So that I take it as that, you know, he stayed with us because that he felt like he had to. He, he had to heal us from the trauma that we had, uh, suffered at the hands of my mother. And so to me, it's pretty much like his mission. And it was his mission from the time that we actually came into his care to try to do the best that he could to rid us from those spirits, give us good memories, give us a good childhood. And give us a little positivity in our life so we can flourish and kind of move on. But that the damage was too deep, especially for me. Now I was an outcast pretty much, you know, uh, growing up as a kid. Uh, you know, kids can be, you know, ruthless, you know. You know, you're sitting here trying to talk to them, you're still there, you know. They all put you in the category like, man, they will freak you out. Okay, so You know, so that even from the abuse from my mother, it lingered on throughout my childhood. But I try to be the best I can, you know, understand people and kind of understand, you know, hey, you know, this is how people act because of this. But I'm gonna rise up and show people who is Brandon.
So I'm sorry that you went through that. Again, I'm sorry that you have to be here today. It's because it's like reliving all of this again. And, you know, you're married now, you have kids, and, um, you know, your sister is on the internet and she's, um, she's telling some wild stories, some very defaming stories, some very slanderous stories. She said things about you being sodomized and and her by her dad. And, you know, she— I'm not gonna lie, you know, talking to y'all on the phone, and then, you know, hearing her story and then meeting y'all, I'm like, what the fuck is— like, these people are like, what the fuck is this? You know, like, I'm not— you know, now listen, you know, you could have these type of things happen in any household. However, you guys came in here as a united front. Front to clear this shit up. And, you know, you, you know, your dad did share with me that it's, it's causing a problem in your own household with your, you know, your kids and your wife, because all of this, like, her family is like, is this true? You know?
And oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, because that— yeah, because they saw the video. Than that. And then also that my wife saw the video. And so today is also more about the shame. Now that they don't question about if we did, if I did anything to, to, to Chantel or anything like that, because they know me for 10, 10 plus years, you know, they gave me pretty much their blessing to marry their daughter. And so for the 10 years that I've been a man to their daughter so that they don't question my character or anything, uh, that even my father-in-law, we had worked with the same company, so he see my work ethic, you know, everything, you know, as far as, you know, character and stuff like that. But that because the internet can be so biased and everybody want the worst, uh, I guess, story or worst, pretty much like reality to be true. Because for some reason, some people don't want anything peaceful. Everything got to be kind of screwed and messed up. And so people kind of root for that. And so their concern is the same as my concern. I go to work every day. I work with coworkers, supervisors. I work a 9 to 5. I have to go around work worrying about if anybody saw the video, if they're gonna add any kind of correlation to me and Shantel, because we look just alike. And so I gotta go to work in my day-to-day worrying about, man, is the supervisor gonna call me in? Is I gonna lose my job? Because they don't want the stigma with me being associated with their company. And then if I'm gonna lose my job, my kids, my wife, and stuff like that. So I gotta worry about all that. I mean, even now, putting my face out on the interview, I'm more exposed than ever. But the only reason why I'm doing it is because to shut it down, that Chantel knows who her abuser is, her mother. She knows that her father nor I have abused her. I got into fights, for sure, to defend her honor. At 12 years old, I had teenage boys, grown men, they would come over to my grandma's house where we live and they'd be calling her, oh, she a hoe and she sucked this last night, stuff like that. And I have to fight. I fight, get jumped. I got jumped so much that I kind of mastered bed jumping because I was able to fight about 3, 4 people at a time good, you know, but that's me defending her honor. And that even when she was gone late at night, she would creep out the house and I would be on the school night looking for her, never knowing why she was gone, where she's at, till I find out from pretty much the police at our board of each because she got caught, I guess, uh, pretty much a prostitute.
Your sister was prostituting at a very young age?
Yeah, she was prostituting and she was being fast and she always wanted to be pretty much popular or pretty much like the it girl, so she hung around with a lot of fast little girls. And so me as an older brother, I would talk some sense into her, like, hey man, that you don't have to move like that to be popular or to be seen. You know, you know that I was her conscience, her good conscience. I used to lecture her about, you know, doing things, you know, the right way, uh, that you don't need to be out all out there. You don't have to copy this girl to get attention. Just be yourself. And so during any kind of hard situation, I was always there for her. Any kind of bad behavior I saw, I tried to correct it, talk to her, you know, just give her, you know, pretty much like the P's and Q's on why you shouldn't do this or do that. She liked the attention. She liked attention from all the other guys, all the other men, and it was paying her, of course. So pretty much that the money kind of influenced that behavior, and so that she just kept on doing it, you know. Yeah, I mean, I try my best, you know, for her because it was only pretty much me and her. And so since I was abused pretty much by our mother, I didn't want the same for her or any kind of negative, uh, uh, pretty much situation in her life because that she is my little sister.
So you felt like it would definitely one day get better because Dad kind of came— not kind of, he came in totally switched your life around, took you out of that abusive environment. However, the trauma is still there. And it just got worse. But not for you.
Yeah, like that for me, as far as the home setup and having a good parent who wasn't abusing me. And then that pretty much has given me a environment that wasn't so chaotic. It was good for me. It was good for her too, but she didn't want that. She wanted attention. Attention always been her thing and her downfall. She's gonna get attention from the wrong way or wherever. If that mess with a whole lot of guys or wherever, or telling people lies so they can sympathize with her and they can build some kind of fake kind of like community to wrap around her or to help her. That's always been her thing. And so that what was provided to her, for some reason in her mind, it wasn't good enough. You know, there was a chance for us to live normal, to be in a normal household, to not to go through all the abuse or to hear your mom screaming at the TV talking about aliens coming and all kinds of crazy stuff. You know, there was a chance for you to, to live in a normal setting, but that wasn't, that wasn't for her, I guess.
Now since the interviews, she's been doing interviews and like, and I know it's taken a toll on, you know, just your entire environment. It's like you can't, no matter how much you try to get away from this shit and try to shut your past down and move on, It's just, it keeps— it's like, it kind of sounds like the spirit of your mother is— oh yeah, and your sister, you know.
Oh yeah, deep, deep in her. I mean, that she's a part 2, or pretty much like a 2.0, but she worse. I mean, I mean, I mean, that she worse. I mean, as far as the, you know, the default allegations and stuff like that, you know. But man, I mean, that she's to me that she's worse. I mean, goodness gracious.
How— what type of mother is she to her daughter?
Well, she is pretty much kind of the same, uh, that if she's mad or whatever, she will hit her daughter. She'll take it out on her. She will abandon her as far as leaving her alone in the home so she can go run the streets. Um, as far as everything else, I mean, that's all that I know, but she's not treating her daughter in the way that she wouldn't want to be treated or wouldn't want to experience. There's a difference between me and her for my kids. With my kids, I'm not going to beat them, I'm not going to burn them, I'm not gonna do anything to harm them. I'm just quite the opposite. I'm gonna give them the best comfortable life that they can have. And if anybody hurt my children, I'm gonna put them in the dirt and then call the police later. So with her, it seems like that she is somewhat actually like continuing the abusive behavior. For me, it's ended with me. Not going to be passed on to my children. My kids live normal lives. They're innocent.
How do you feel about your dad still having to, to go through this? I mean, all y'all really.
Well, if it was me, I'll close the door, uh, and then I'll give her everything that I got, um, that I'll wash my hands with her, uh, that I would not give her any kind of protection, any kind of you can come back, I forgive you, nothing. Now that's me talking as a brother. Now with me having my kids on my own, I understand from the father's side where he's coming from. But at the end of the day, what she, what she did throughout the years, I mean, it's too much. I mean, you can, you only take as much as you want to deal. And all she, all the stuff that she's done, I mean, after a while, I mean, for me, I, I've tossed in the towel. I gotta love you from a distance, pray for you. Hope that, you know, that you can fix your life, you know, find peace. But I can't deal with you because you're a liability, you're a risk. I'm trying to help you, protect you. All you're doing is trying to pit me in the dirt, pit me in, you know, shame me and all the other stuff. It's like, you know, you helping somebody who want to hurt you.
It's just wild that according to just, you know, Chantel, you her daddy raped her. It's like, I'm— and when she comes here, I'm gonna ask her to give me a whole list of everybody she's been raped by, promise you. And this is gonna be like, I'm gonna be honest, I'm gonna lay it out and I'm gonna have her background, you know, because we run in the background and check on her and everything. And we just— this shit's got to stop. And people, you know, and it's kind of a gift and a curse. But for me, you know, this platform is a gift because I'm able, you know, to correct a lot of things like this that go on because there is so much fake news. But then it's like, well, when you, you, you put out stories that you know intentionally trigger people from places that they don't know how to handle, that's a whole nother— it's a whole nother ballgame, you know. And so, you know, I'm sorry that you guys have got to go through this, especially you having to relive this. Like, I was fighting tears, because I could tell whenever you— like, when you talk about something positive, there's no stutter. When you were trying to pull those thoughts together about what happened under the care of your mom, you stuttered. I could see it all over you, like, that, that little boy again, that's having to go through that. And, you know, and I'm sure when people talk about that, you probably don't ever have to really talk about this. Like, so, you know, I was fighting back tears because now I understand because I'm like, why does— as her dad, I would have been just— but at the same time, I'm happy that he has it. Because, you know, now he can be in there. He's still there for your sister, even up as just recently, you know. It says a lot about his character and who he is. And, you know, it takes a very strong-minded individual, individual spirit-wise, in every which way, to, to be able to sit here after he's been accused of doing the most gruesome things to children, that he's able to sit here very, very clean, very well-mannered, very respectful, and say, I love my daughter, but this is bullshit. And if I were him, I can understand why he never left y'all. Because he felt like y'all were let down.
Yeah.
Yeah. So You know, I don't want to because you're, you're, you're a civilian guy. You know, I don't need you to, to do what your sister did, which is trigger people, you know.
Oh no, oh no.
This right here is gonna be pretty much the only interview that I do.
I'm not, I'm not here to clout chase or get famous. No, I'm a normal person, a normal citizen. With a normal life. And even being on here, I mean, that I didn't want to, but I had to. I had to respond to Chantel because this is get out of hand. It doesn't just affect my dad or me, it affect her, her brothers and sisters, it affect her supposedly, is she considered her nieces and nephew, you know, this only also affect her too. Because at the same time you doing this, making these false allegations, telling people all the crazy story, this mess up your life too. All for what? For money? Because that you think that you can snag a deal, I don't know, maybe from Netflix or something, and make a mini series. But doing this for fame or money is, is, is, is wrong and it's gonna hurt you too. She don't realize that she won't have a normal life she ever pictured. She won't have it after this. Even with the first interview, that no man ain't gonna want to date her because you telling the world that, you know, the men in your family, you know, touch you. You're supposed to have all this trauma from us, but when the trauma you had was instilled by your mother Was it embarrassing having, you know, I guess CPS always come up to the school to ask you? Oh yeah. Every time pulling me from the classroom, asking me have I been abused by my dad and all kind of stuff. And, you know, at first I was just ignored, but it just became part of life because every time that Chantel didn't get her way, She go to the school and she tell the teacher or principal, "Hey, I've been touched, I've been beaten by my dad." So CPS, and you know, they were always in our lives asking all my brothers and sisters, including me, that, "Have y'all been touched? Have y'all been beaten?" This and that. And once they don't find nothing, you know, they go about their business. But About 2 or 3 months down the line, back at it again. Had the same questions, same questions. So I've been dealing with this all my life as far as CPS, you know, just a child being questioned, you know.
Yeah.
Thank you. I appreciate you, you know, you coming here in support of your dad. And again, I'm sorry. It's kind of like CPS all over again. I'm having to ask you where you're telling me.
Oh no, it's fine. It is all right. I came here today with a purpose to let the world know the truth. And so that's what I came to do. All the anxiety and stress that I'm feeling and stuff like that, you know, I came here pretty much to undo it, right? So Yeah, it's been crazy, but— Oh yeah, I know, I know.
But we're going to do our best to make sure the correct story gets put out. And, you know, people will think twice again about doing this, you know, because there's always going to be someone that's going to know the truth. And there's always three sides. And, you know, your dad came today with three sides. And so thank you, Brandon. I'mma talk to your stepmother.
So he ain't the best nigga now. Let's get that straight. He hoish. That's the problem me and him had. And I'm gonna be done with the prison because I'm gonna jump on him every time. She expects the good out of people to hold her secrets. You know what I'm saying? But she want to do this type of shit. I'm done holding a secret. He came home from work, caught her in the bed with a man, in his bed. So that's how she get a couple charges, 'cause my then 15-year-old son jumped in the way, 'cause me and her were gonna go at it. So when she called the police, and then the police come over to talk to me, I didn't even know I was bleeding.
They said, "What is all this?" And I'm like, "What?" They said, "Oh, well, she did it." So my dad, he have this thing where he likes to go after women that that's not financially stable, that don't have the means or the knowledge of how to protect themselves, he likes to use the law as his weapon. So he will go after these unfortunate women.
The women we be knowing, you know? And, um, yeah, I run my household even though, you know, my husband's king, but, you know, the house in general, you know? Um, and so, you know, we've spoken to your soon-to-be ex-husband Clarence. Is he gonna be soon-to-be?
Mm-hmm. Yeah. You say you're done?
We don't get along. I'm sorry, Clarence. I'm sorry, but it's just, you know, it is what it is. We got to put it out on the table because she— you don't have to be here.
No.
At all. So, but, and you've, you know, you've been constantly doing the right thing. You've been around for about 20 years. You've been in Shantel's life. You know her very well. You know her and her brother. And I'm going to be honest with you. It takes a strong woman to take on a man, and then he got that many children, and they got trauma.
Yeah. Big trauma.
And I just— I want to ask, first of all, how did you do it?
My heart went out to them. And I loved him, so I loved whatever came with him.
OK.
So it wasn't hard to do.
I got to tell you, Brandon, I don't know if you saw me, but I was fighting back tears. Like, I just— when he was— you know, as soon as I asked him the question about what was it like living with his mom, I could tell that he was— his face was shaking. He was nervous and he was stuttering. But when we were talking out there, it was nice. Like, he was— even though I couldn't pick up that he had, you know, any type of speech issue, but I think the trauma triggers the speech issue and he gets nervous. Yeah, I mean, of course, look where— I would be nervous too. So this is a regular everyday working man who has been accused by his sister, Chantel Freeman.
Let me just say this. My father wasn't the only person that was touching me. My two older brothers was as well. And that's why I can't tell you. I don't remember when I lost my virginity.
I don't know.
I don't know if it was one of my brothers. I don't know if it was my dad. I don't know. I don't know.
So when you met Clarence, was Were the kids already living with him at the time?
Yes.
They were? OK. And so from your observation, what did you pick up meeting the kids for the first time, Brandon and Shantel?
It was 3 children.
OK, it's 3.
OK. And Brandon's always been a sweet boy. And then Shantel seemed to be a sweet girl, which she was. She was young then.
Okay.
But you can tell something there. He didn't divulge that information to me just now meeting me.
Okay.
But you can tell there was something there, something wrong.
Now, you work in the medical field, right?
I used to.
You used to. Okay. And so is that the reason why you were able to kind of pick up on the signs of maybe some trauma?
Well, my grandmother and my aunt kept foster children, right? Challenged children. So I kind of knew when you see that trauma, they came into my grandparents' house, you know.
So, so you kind of already had experience with dealing with— okay, is Jimmy gonna kick the wall today, set a fire? Yeah, my friend, my closest friends, uh, her name is Marie. Shout out to Marie. But the, the foster kids that she dealt with, oh my God, they would even say that she would abuse them and rape them. And it was just like she had to call police all the time. They would end up going back to sleep. It was just— but she did it because she felt like she always did something good.
Mm-hmm.
You know? But a lot of these kids are gone already. Did you feel— I think Brandon leveled out and he's now a husband and, you know.
Brandon has surprised all of us.
Really?
Mm-hmm. Yeah. He is on the path, like, better than any of the children. I will say that.
I heard he just bought a house. Mm-hmm. Closed on it.
He's a good dad, good husband, you know.
And his family's in jeopardy now because of the allegations that Chantel— You hold it back, girl. Like, it's like you want to go in.
I don't— I can't speak on his because I don't really know, but it's a lot to deal with, especially if your other half is not used to that. You know what I mean? Yeah.
So you meet the kids, um, so you immediately took to them? Like, did you get into mommy role, or did you just kind of get into—
Kind of.
You did?
Because I was already a mom.
Okay.
I had 2 children when I met him.
Okay, so you guys blended the family pretty much? All right, so your kids are now living with two children, three.
It was just me and my three-year-old son, which is my oldest son.
Okay.
Yeah. And, um, we blended in fine. He was a great dad. He's always been a good dad, a provider. Okay. So because my son's dad wasn't that, it made it very easy for me to take to him. I thought he was like, just this, you know, knight in shining armor, you know, so to speak.
Okay. And I mean, obviously he was. You was there 20 years. On and off. I mean, besides—
But yes.
But he's always been a— I mean, he's always been a great dad.
Yes.
Okay. And Chantel is the only child that has ever alleged anything crazy. Oh, yeah.
And it's— I'm trying not to go there. No. I'm just—
You may have to.
Yeah. I'm sick of her. I told him to call you.
Okay.
Because she needs to be stopped. That's just what it is. It's gone too far. And he's a lot of things, but he's not that. So don't get me wrong. I've had people tell me, I wouldn't, you know, stand up for him or nothing like that. Well, that's you. But I lived it with him year after year after year of her doing this. We were eating dinner one day. Here comes CPS.
Middle of dinner.
We gotta stop. He had to take a drug test. All types of stuff. Um, and that one incident was just because she didn't get, come home on an afterschool bus. She went to a dude's house. Had to be 14. Her brother, her father riding, looking. The brothers were walking the streets. We don't know where she is. Year after year. If it wasn't a boy, it was a girl, you know? And it's embarrassing because then the man has to go to the school. She got expelled. Okay. Inappropriate things. See, it's a lot she left out of that video. A lot of people she left out of that video. It's unfair. Regardless to the differences that he and I have, my conscience couldn't let me sit there when I know the truth. You know? So I told her, I said, this is it. I gave her ample enough time to go ahead and fix it. Mm-mm, she didn't want to do that. I was going to do it if he wouldn't have done it.
You were going to come and do the interview?
He didn't want to do it. That's his daughter, you know?
He's probably just so tired. He's like, they— He's very tired.
And it is embarrassing. So much so that I wasn't going to do the interview at one point. Because I'm like, I'm burnt out on it, you know? But I was raised to, if you know something's wrong, say something. Stand up regardless. So that's why I'm here today.
And like I said, I probably would have taken the interview if it would have just been him and Brandon. You. I was like, you don't have— you could have just went on with your life, and that is you. And if you want to continue to let her do that, that is not my problem. But the fact that you got this whole thing, like, uh-uh, this has gone way too far. You were in the comments of that video, you know, calling out the lies. Um, and, um, you know, we since deleted the video. You know, my— I have a social media team, so that's how it came up. A lot of stuff I don't see until people send it to me, because my social media team curates a lot of content. And they always have to curate it from a source, you know. And so don't post anything that somebody is saying, I guess, you know, they heard from somebody else, you know, if it's coming directly from them. And, you know, I, you know, the day you guys contacted me, I told them to remove that video. And, uh, we're gonna, you know, put out our own.
And thank you for that.
Yeah. And, um, it was just— it— I'm gonna be honest with you, it was very hard to get through that interview. And that's why I missed a lot of the key points, because it was like, you know, when you hear something so ridiculous, it's like, this can't be true.
Like, you know, it's like, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Listen, it's worse.
Yeah, it gets worse. How worse? I don't know if I should say it. But it gets worse. My whole life.
Give it to us.
Okay, so.
He said, say it.
She went to, she had a prom, right?
Okay.
Now, my oldest son, they all grew up in the house with each other. Okay, I understand. He was going to escort her because no other boy wanted to go with her. They wouldn't be caught dead with her. You know, her other brother. Um, was embarrassed to go to the same school as her because she was doing things in the school. Well, this girl made sexual advances to my oldest son, which they all grew up brother and sister. He came to me and said, Mom, I can't do it. I'm not taking her. He told Clarence, I'm not taking her. This is what she just did. He didn't take her. It gets— she— that's what I'm saying. She wants— she's mad at him because he put her ass out. No more in-house babysitter, okay? No more running the streets, slanging your ass and leaving your baby here. Mhm. That's what she mad about. The man has never touched her in that way. We taught our children to— my girls didn't sit on his lap once they got maybe 1 or 2. No more lap.
That's a rule in the South. Yeah, that is in every Southern household. You don't sit on no man's lap, including your daddy.
And that's what we taught them. And he didn't even give him a bath after a year old. He just wouldn't because of her. So we taught them, nobody can touch you here. He named it a pocketbook.
Okay.
Nobody. Not daddy, not nobody. And they grew with that. For her to come and— and I'm going to tell you, my children had never experienced anything like that. When the shit got to Texas, here comes CPS. After she said her dad had been raping her, to have a place to live. Damn lie. They had to come into our home. So the man, he said, "Ms., we just need you to get the kids to say this." I said, "Sir, you can come and talk to them, but we ain't got to get them to say a damn thing. You're more than welcome to come and speak with our children." Why would he say, "Get the kids to say that"?
That's that bullying shit.
What?
Let me hear what your children have to say. What do you mean, get them to say what?
Because she told them that he was molesting our daughters, and they were little. So I was pissed, but he begged me not to, you know, go after her then. Well, they had to go in there and talk to our daughters. They separated them, went on in there. I said, go ahead, talk to them. It wasn't 3 minutes, the man come back. He said, it's over.
Said, what?
You're done? He said, I know victims. Those aren't victims. They were drawn back when he started asking them personal questions, and they're little. Said, "My daddy will kill you. You don't get to ask us that." He said, "I'm closing it. You guys don't ever have to worry about this." Baby, that girl stood in front of the police. I had went and got formula for the baby, took her food stamp card. She gave it to me, gave me the PIN.
And we talking about Chantel?
Mm-hmm.
Okay.
When she had her baby. And came to live at—
No, she was already living with us. She never left.
And this is after years of daddy raping her, brother raping her.
She had done been saying it, but that day was different. And even the police said they knew it was bullshit when they got the call. See, the part he didn't tell you is that she put that infant, that 3-week-old baby, in the passenger seat of that car, a Ford Fusion, gassed it, threw on brakes at the stop sign maybe a block up. We standing there looking at her, the whole car just jerked. She reached down on the floorboard and picked up the damn baby. Baby wasn't in no car seat.
How old was the baby at?
3 weeks.
And that's why the police got called?
No, she called the police.
Her ass went to jail that day because that was the day she had a— she had said, I can prove it, he, he's, he's got a lot of skin.
And then he had no damn skin on him. I never believed it, but I think he thought it was in the back of my head. No matter what I told him, he, you know, thought I believed her. I had to tell him, you wouldn't be standing in my face right now if I believed her. I don't do that. I ain't that thirsty for a man. So I told— we agreed that day she had to go because not only did you lie on him, now you're saying I stole some goddamn food stamps and we've been feeding your ass your whole pregnancy. Nah, gotta go. He didn't want her to stay there. I begged him. I said, where's she gonna go? The baby daddy didn't— he told her to kill herself. Said, let her. He got pissed off because she let the same dude that said kill yourself and the baby come to the hospital and bring up one box of diapers. He was like, she can't come back here. She called me crying. Please, please. I said, don't worry about it, I'll deal with it. I said, Clarence, she got to come home. Go get her, bring her back home.
Because she was pregnant. I mean, as a mom. Bring her in the same room.
She had her own room, everything. That whole bullshit about being homeless, nonexistent. Every time she had— prior to that pregnancy, he got her out of jail because she went with some dude and his children. Tried to take over the dude's house. Dude tried to get rid of her. She's fighting him. The dude put her in jail. He had to go bond her out. He's always saving her. I told him this time, when I found out she was over there, when my girls came and told me, I said, you ain't gonna learn. Because she told our oldest daughter that she was just going to use him.
Use him for what? Like money?
Whatever. Her words were she was going to drain him dry. So in this case, I'm guessing in-house babysitting, free rent, room and board, food. She didn't, you know, help out or nothing. That's what my kids told me. As big as he is, he's a softie when it comes to the children, so they get over. But this, I just felt it went too far. It's heinous, you know? Yeah. I ain't gonna lie, Tasha, I want to whoop her ass.
I was gonna ask if you ever had hand— like, put hands on her. I want—
the night that video aired, I wanted to whoop her. A friend of mine said, yeah, don't do it. She's expecting you to respond. I had to get my background. I done found a job. All of it. At that point, I'm like, I'm sick of her because it's bigger than him, me, anybody, my children. So when people say, oh, well, why would you— why he not saying nothing? He can't say nothing to satisfy y'all. That's how I feel. Yeah. But again, What does that say? I married him. I had children by him, you know.
Your kids are with him? Yeah, all the time.
Oh, I ain't going to do a single parent thing. We ain't got to be together, baby, but I ain't going to do a single parent shit.
I hear you. Me either.
Listen, so he won't do it. Again, I care about her. I did. I'm not going to sit here and lie and say I do now because I don't. The limits I would go to, he won't when it comes to mine, you know? Again, he's a softie. He sat here and held back a whole lot. I'm just sitting in there listening. He talked all that mess. He was gonna tell this and tell that. He ain't told shit.
You think I should bring him back in here?
Yeah, you need to bring his ass back in here.
We got time. You know what I'll do? Hey, Shay, we got 30 minutes. Bring you— you slide over, y'all. We're gonna do both of them. Uh, get, uh, Clarence back in here because we gotta— we gotta get to the end of this now. So we had to bring you back in here, Clarence, uh, because, you know, you're, uh, Khalilah's here and She says that you were holding back. Now, I, I totally understand why. Like, sitting here talking to your son, I was holding back tears. It, it takes a lot to make me cry. And I could just tell, like, him going back in time to explain those things and why he has a speech impediment and the fear that was instilled in him. And, you know, at such a young age, I can understand that you are you're in it. These are your kids. You will give your life for your kids. And you doing this right now is even taking a lot out of you because at the end of the day, this is still your— this is still your baby. Chantel is still your baby. But you know, you're— you know, it's— she's saying that you holding back a lot.
Yeah, I mean, it wasn't my idea to come here and, you know, do her how she's been doing me. It's just, you know, you're right. My son was abused and his mama wouldn't allow him to talk. So she beat him, she burned him, she hid him from me. I had to find him and search for him. She turned Chantel as a weapon against him, you know. So he didn't tell you everything either.
I mean, I couldn't get it out of him.
It was just a lot. But, um, yeah, my son has overcome. He's a great man, he's a great father, you know. When she's talking about our children have been affected, you know, but, um, Yeah, I couldn't, uh, let her keep hurting people. So that's why I'm here today. But, you know, my son don't deserve this. As long as it stayed with me, it was all right. I took it, you know. But now, you know, she's even attacked our children, you know, said all kind of things. And she don't have no intention of stopping because it's just know people out here that'll give her money for it. She can lie, she can whatever, and she's getting paid, and she don't care about who she's hurting. But I didn't want to come here and tell all her business. I didn't want to come here, you know, put her to shame. I just wanted just for her to see that I finally stood up, you know, and, um, just put things in, in this context, you know. A man just don't get children and then the authorities just walk away. She's never just been locked up in the house with me and two other boys, and we just been her all her life, you know what I'm saying? This has been ongoing for 20 years, false allegations. I mean, even with a grandmother, you know, I mean, everything is, you know, you know, any time you don't give her what she want, she gonna tell— she'll tell you, well, I know how to make the police believe me. That woman was on her deathbed. She wanted a cell phone. She told her grandmother, if you don't give me a cell phone, I'm gonna tell them that you've been doing this the next against me. She don't have no limits to what she does, and that's the problem, you know, because I wasn't gonna never say nothing because the way social media work, they gonna crucify me for telling the truth. Then he's gonna say, well, he told the truth, but then they're gonna say, oh, well, he's her father. What father would do that to his daughter anyway? What father would, you know, tell on anyway? Well, how much do I supposed to let her abuse my other children? I have a responsibility to protect my family. You know, this woman here, me and her fought cats and dogs because she mad that I won't, you know, do something about it. You know, and she only mess with me because I'm the only one don't hit back. See, she won't mess with Khalil because, you know, right now Khalil go, you go in right now, you know, and, and tell y'all the business. And she sure not gonna want Khalil to start talking. But she know I would never do that. How many people done looked at me and said I was a child molester? How many people I done— 20 years I've been living with this on my back everywhere I go.
So why don't you let this interview be where you just put everything on the table? It's not gonna stop until you let the cat out of the bag.
I think I did. She's a liar. She's a scammer.
There's more to that.
I think Khalia probably better want to explain it.
And I'm sure as this interview— when this interview goes out, there are going to be more people that contact me. It starts like that. So you're gonna get the ball rolling, but you have to create a safe space for them to come forward as well too. Y'all ain't the only victims, you know that. Oh.
I mean, the other men whose lives that she's ruined forever, I don't think those gentlemen will come forward out of shame. You know, nobody want to know. They want people to know that. You know what I'm saying? She don't care about risking people's lives.
I think I'm reading in between the lines.
You know. Chantel don't care what she do to people.
Does she have HIV?
I don't know if she has HIV. I know some— a couple reached out to her sister, the one that she says, said they were looking for her because she allegedly gave them HIV. Because, you know, she's into men and women, threesomes, all that kind of stuff. You pay her, she'll do it. She don't have no issue. You know, that's what she do.
So So a couple.
I don't know who the people is. You have a contact, the sister, they, they, the sister reached out to Brandon. Then Brandon told me about it. I talked to the sister briefly about it with her mother, uh, Chantel's mother.
The sister telling me.
So at this point I left that part alone because they didn't talk to me, you know, but, um, they claim they're looking for her. I don't know who it is.
What about the baby daddy?
No, he's married.
Okay.
Yeah, he has his other kids. He's raising kids. And you know, when CPS got involved and they had Ava in their custody, she refused to tell them who Ava's father was because she didn't want the father to get the child. And I told them Ava needs to be with her father. You know, I didn't like the cat when he was young, but he seems to be a responsible father now, taking care of his children. And that's where she should be. Chantel's never liked children. If she want to get into details, I mean, my daughter was what, 10 months old when she took a razor blade and sliced her back up and, you know, what she did. I mean, she made a whole checkerboard on her back.
You know what I'm saying? Who?
Chantel.
On the baby's back?
Yeah.
She took a razor?
Took a razor, my straight razor that I shave my beard with. And I went and checked on my baby, man, her whole back was cut up looking like she put a whole checkerboard on it. She's been beating children and doing all kinds of stuff to kids.
Our oldest son, she, um, put an ink pen up his butt.
You know, it's a lot of— Shantel's done a lot of stuff, and there's a lot of stuff I done kept out of jail for.
Maybe she need to be in jail. Maybe that's the safest space for her. It's kind of hard to say Daddy did this or keeps doing this if she's in jail. Well, sometimes we got to say—
saved her.
That's all I know.
But to draw the line, you got to draw the line. It's your grandbaby.
I told CPS to give that child to The father, the fact that she refused to give them his name until they threatened her with arrest, that's when she finally gave them the father's name.
Do you know where the baby is at now?
Uh-uh.
No. But if anyone know where she live at, go over there on the weekends. You probably catch her.
She home by herself.
She locked in the room. She gets to—
She been doing that since she was a baby.
She locks in the room. My grandbaby didn't even know how to use the bathroom till she was— went to kindergarten, first grade. They taught her in school. She had been wearing a pull-up all her life. The mom would keep her locked up in the room on the weekends and stuff and for days. The only thing my grandbaby know what to eat is Ensure, Zebra Cakes, and noodles. She gave her a tablet, locked her in the room, and that's her thing. I told CPS they need to get my grandbaby, but you know, they didn't. Even all the cases, they pulled up the cases, told me, oh, we filed cases in South Carolina, we filed cases in Florida, we filed a case down in Houston. They still let her keep the dog, keep my grandbaby. I was trying to save my grandma. They was going to take my grandbaby when she can't live with me. But let's just say, you want me to tell the truth? Yeah. She had CPS cases in Columbus, Ohio. She had been leaving my grandbaby alone in the house. Her and a boy too. They was going to work at night. She had to be— she was a correctional officer in juvenile detention center. She was—
so she worked for the state?
Yes. And was leaving her baby at home by herself, locked in the room at 4:30 PM. He had to be working at 10 o'clock. 5 o'clock. They— she didn't get home to 6 o'clock in the morning. He got home late on that day. The neighbors in that community, the people was like, hey, this is bad stuff going on with this child. It was the people in Columbia, South Carolina that, you know, was calling the people on her. And one night they came there because, uh, my grandbaby got out of the house and the police came. But Chantel, me, like, she had just ran around the corner, came back, but she had just ran from work and came home. you know, because, uh, one of the girls called and said the police was at the house. But, you know, um, so I got her through those two CPS cases. The third case was a criminal case of some type of assault with one of the people who had reported her. I think her and the dude got into a fight with them because they was mad that they had called the police on them. And so, um, at that point I knew CPS, uh, well, CPS in, um, Columbus, um, South Carolina Once she left the state, their jurisdiction would be over with. So she came to my house, running to my house to get away from CPS. And that was my attempt trying to give, you know, to save my grandbaby so she's not going to foster system. So that's the real reason why Shantel was at my house. She wouldn't be let at my house because the boy was beating her. You know, him and I was too busy trying to tell on each other, so I had to intervene and, you know, fix that. And the best thing I could do for my granddaughter was to let Chantel come to my home regardless of what everybody told me. Don't do it, Clarence. Don't do it, Clarence. My family, her family, everybody who know her know she's just a poison. She cancer. But she's still my daughter. So, and when she had my grandbaby, she's, um, we all was in the house. I would be asleep. My grandmother would just cry and cry and cry. She would come in the room and put the baby on me. You know, I was the only one keeping her from crying, you know. So, God, you know, I want to protect my granddaughter. So I let her mama live, and she came in with a pocket full of money. She went and bought a full series. She was, like I said, she was in the club, she was living the high life, she was going to this, going to Memphis with one of the hottest rappers in Memphis. She laid up with them, doing the tricks and stuff with them, going over here, going over there, and all that kind of stuff, you know, that's the life she lived. So, and she don't care who she hurt, she don't care what she do.
So yeah, you looking like he's still holding back.
I just want to, you know, whatever help she needs to get it. But my thing, when it's a good ass whooping, that's what she need. I got her. She was damaged. Mama had got on drugs and had men doing all kind of things to her. You know, I don't blame myself for it because I was, I was always there.
I think you do blame yourself.
No, I don't.
I think you do.
I don't.
I think you do.
I don't. Only thing I regret that I didn't have a chance to kill the niggas who did that to my daughter. Cause I would've.
It's like, I think you're trying to show her what—
I show her what a man is supposed to be, a father is supposed to be. I show her what love is, what the real love is. Appropriate touch from a man, your father, to bring you up right. You're not an object for people just to fucking use. So if I'm guilty of that, I'm guilty, but that's my child. I don't want to put her to shame. I want her to thrive. I want her to win. When I met her, she had a 3-year-old son. I fell in love with him immediately. Bathed him, cared for him. He called me Pops. I made him all the rules. You give me a diploma, buy you a brand new car. You contact Huggins Honda in North Richland Hills in Texas, they'll tell you they never seen a white man or black man buy more new cars than me for their children, who give them diplomas. I did everything I could to do for my children. I do all for pretty much all of them.
Yeah, my son had a car and didn't have a license.
Brand new. Two. Brandon too, Chantel too, all of them. I just wanted, you know, I never even spoke bad about their mom to them because before Loretta got on drugs, she was an amazing mother. I never even painted a picture of her, never. She kept my kids spotless. I mean, you know, I used to get mad because she always tried to beat me for money. I thought she was beating me for money for 5 minutes. God, man, I just gave you $5,000. That was last week. You ain't spent all that on no kids. And she got mad with me, says, hey, come here. She took me in a 2-bedroom. She snatched open the doors. My kids had clothes from 3 months to 2 years, diapers stacked up for every stage of time, milk over there, this and that. She said, that's what I'm doing with your money. So because life I was living, I might not be there tomorrow. So something happened to you, they gonna be good. I never even questioned her about that, you know. But when she got on drugs, she just became a different person.
What was her drug of choice?
First it started out with weed, you know. She was, she was green-eyed. She had never drunk before. She had a birthday party and the man got her drunk, and but he gave her a juice joint. It had crack in it. After that, she's just smoking weed because it's always weed, but she never get high. Then after a while, you know, this, this dude, you You know, he kept giving the juice to us and she just started, you know, smoking crack. People was telling me about the rumors. I never would believe it. Then when that came in, but she was so, you know, she was just so like, for my kids, if Brandon got one spot, the smallest spot you could see on his clothes, she'd take all them clothes off and put on some more clothes. Like he stepped out of dry cleaners, you know. She kept him fresh. Chantel too. I went to the house one day and seen my kids was dirty. They had one comb. I knew then she was on drugs. Then she felt that I was gonna take my kids, so she started running, hiding with this man, and he was writing checks all over the place. She went to jail, and she— I didn't know she was in jail, and she had left my children with some lady I didn't know. I didn't know So I'm trying to find my kids, and that's when I found out, you know, they was in foster care, you know.
Hold on for a second. What's going on, Shaq? Ask him, can he delay, uh, he delay their flight? We'll get him a room, Airbnb at the, the society. Okay, go ahead.
So, you know, that's how I got custody. So when I, yeah, when I found out what all had been happening to them from, you know, just the caseworker, her name was Helen Brown, you know, yeah, of course it hurt me because of my kids. You know, I'm supposed to protect my kids. You know, I've been on my own since I was a little boy. I was on the streets on my own. What raised me? Well, I don't want that to happen to my children, you know. So yeah, I felt bad about it. I didn't blame myself for it because my kids always had it good with me, but I couldn't control what their mama did. The only thing I could do is guarantee they never have to go through it again, and that's what I did. I met her, she had problems. I didn't know what 30 days was. I was living, already living in my house. I care about. I saw what she was going through, reminded me of what I was going through. But she was good people, you know. The little boy, her son, looked up at me, and the way his eyes would light up when he saw me, you know, it's like he knew he was good. And so how you break a 3-year-old boy's heart? His daddy wasn't nothing. And even when me and her went together, I could let her finish the sentence. She was running behind child support for the dude and everything else.
Yeah.
Me and her weren't even together. Tell her what I told you.
Um, he told me to get off the phone. He said, um, don't file a modification. Don't ask him for shit. I got it.
As long as I'm breathing, you're gonna be good.
And he kept his word. He didn't have to do that. So for me, when you can feed my children that's not yours, you kept that promise, that means a lot. So he ain't the best nigga now, let's get that straight. He hoish. That's the problem me and him had. And I'll be done with the prison because I'm gonna jump on him every time. But he's a provider, he's a father, he's going to take care of them kids. Gonna have most of your wants, all of your needs. So when I know this man going to work with pneumonia, brain sleeps now, you can't get him to take off work to provide for those kids and all of us really, and this is what you do to repay him because you mad? That's a problem for me. And out of all the people, family members and all these people who know this won't say anything.
You can't get blue mad with my family.
I'm not mad with them.
These people are church people. These people don't want this mess. This ain't normal mess, man. I am—
I'm not mad with— I'm just saying.
Now, Daddy, I gotta say this. You know, I, you know, I know I have a— how long have you been watching the platform? Wow.
Okay.
You know, you know, when we say we want the best for our kids, and I mean, 16 kids, your kids are great. We're gonna have a few that take another path. And there's nothing we can do about that but love our children. Now she said something that kind of— and it doesn't have anything— like, you can't control what your daughter does. You, you cannot control that. However, spiritually, if you continue to um, entertain a lot of women, you know, your daughter could somehow be reminded of everything that she's gone through since she was a child. And so looking at you, it may be something about you that triggers her being that her own mom, you know, made her do things. And then she had tricks that made her do things. And so, you know, I have no doubt that you are an amazing father, and I have no doubt that you are far from perfect. However, it's, it's, it's ancestral, it's spiritual, And if you entertain women, and I'm sure there were a lot of hearts broken, you know, your daughter could sort of be karma for you.
Well, I get that. My daughter wasn't exposed to a whole bunch of women.
She don't need to be.
And the women I did deal with, and she'll tell you, What was a man more than me? Yeah, rich, plenty of money. I mean, that was always my go-to. But even a broke dude like me made them better, and I still get that same credit from them. Yeah, I had a bad, bad, you know, life as well. But, um, and at one time, yeah, you know, You're not in the world, you ain't got no family, you ain't got nobody love you and do nothing for you. I had boys too, so women, I thought no more women and stuff that, you know, that I had that love me, you know, would fill that void at one time in my life, you know. But, um, I haven't really exposed my child to all that foolishness, so—
No, it's not about—
But I do get what you say, but, you know, I'm— even when I was doing wrong, I, you know, I didn't do it like that. But yeah, you're right. I mean, but we all go through things, you know, and when I learned to do better, I did better, you know. Um, I don't play with people's emotions. If I'm gonna deal with you, if I like you, I like you. If I love you, I'm loyal to you, you know. So, uh, me and Khalil had our issues, yeah, you know, but you know, um, it wasn't always bad.
I understand that. Do you?
But I don't think my life and the choices that I've made in interacting with women has caused my daughter to relive any trauma that she's going through.
No, no, that's not what I'm saying.
Or make her life worse.
No, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is, I think you had mentioned a number and you said thousands of women?
Yeah, I mean, everybody who know me know that's true. I mean, that's what it is.
I mean, I listen, my dad, I, you know, I got cousins. I know I personally did not date anybody in the South because I didn't know if it was a relative. All of my dad's brothers, my great-grandfather, everybody had kids everywhere. I mean, it's so bad that my brother dates my cousin. Do you understand? Like, that's how close it is. And so what I'm saying Ancestral-wise, it's like, you know, we all have— for you to entertain that many women, that's— people can kind of look at that as, you know, a womanizer, maybe a sex addiction or something like that.
No, I'm not. I don't have no sex addiction.
But I'm just saying, I'm just saying what people could— but I think sometimes, like, when we're living our life, we don't understand that, you know, through passing You know, spirits move from one body to another. And so as you're passing all of these women throughout their lives and you don't know what they're harboring or what you're walking into, there's no way to kind of tell where they are spiritually or mentally. And all you can go off of is what they present to you right then. But underlying, and when you exiting, and ain't no telling how many men came before you to do that damage. And even though they may have seen you in passing and never seen you— and I'm sure there'll be some women that's probably watching this, but I know him, you know— what I'm saying is spirits can move, demons can move.
And so, and I agree with that. I, I don't, I don't disagree with that. I agree with that. But you know, like I tell people, when you know better, you do better, right? So if they want to, you know, look at me and say, oh, y'all was this bad dude. Well, you know, for many years of my life, I didn't have nobody raise me. My father didn't raise me. I was thrown away like a piece of linen to this world. You know, you look at me, I go back at 12 years old, 13 years old, I'm living in the Ebony Motel, you know, room 14. I'm legit taking care of myself. Nobody take care of me. I had to get it from the muscle. So yeah, I did a lot of things, but I didn't have a man or mother to teach me. So as I grew up and learned and my conscience came in, yeah, I made those corrections in my life. You know what I'm saying? So, you know, so I don't think—
I think the things he went through, he's overprotective. So much so the kids don't like it. But I get it, you know?
I mean, I'm the same way. My daughter is like, Mom, you are— overprotective.
I'm worse than him.
I've been through a lot, and I just try to— the more we try to contain them, the bigger the problem gets. And, um, there's no— there, man, when I tell you, as parents, we all go through it. We all go through it. Some go through it. This is an extreme case, but I'm glad that you guys are here because you'll be shocked. Like, when we do stories like this, people come out of the woodwork. Oh my God, I thought it was just me. "Hey, my child has been doing this." You will have people thanking y'all, you know, for giving them the courage and where they felt embarrassed and shamed for, you know, if I do an interview or put this out, but they've been lied on and, you know, been in and out of jail trying to fight this, going through what you're going through similar. And like I said, there's no way you could control it. However, I do, I don't know what your faith is, You know, and I know you say you pray and, you know, y'all go to church. There's, there's ways that you can kind of clean up that energy because right now your, your kids are being affected by it.
Well, my kids have been affected by her, but the rest of my children ain't going through that. I mean, what's wrong?
Is that okay?
Yeah, it works.
Okay, that's cool. Do it.
All right, cool.
All right, you know, we talk about one person. I said, well, I claim my mother, some of her— I mean, 17 kids.
I know.
So if we look at it as a numbers thing, what I'm— what I got, a 99.9% success rate.
99.9% success rate. But that one, it's kind of like It's like the AIDS virus.
Yeah, but you know what? She contracted that from her mama.
I get it.
Everything she do is from her mama. She's, she's like he said, he— she is worse than her mama. She came up the same way all my other kids came up.
I was in all—
I've been on all my children's life, all of this. At one time, what, I had a cuss of 9 kids at one time?
We— no, we had 10.
10. They've been living with me. Why she the only one do that? Because she made a decision. She thought it would work for them other women, and she chose the wrong thing. You want me to come clean? I'm coming clean. She chose— nothing was never good enough. She thought she was better. She thought she was smarter than everybody. She thought she could scheme on everybody. Her mama was the same way. So the, the traits that she had came from her mother, and that's it.
She just schemed her mama.
Yeah, she's down. Yeah, you let Brandon— Brandon should have told that. But the thing is, you know, what does she do? Well, you know, everybody know her mama's, you know, mentally challenged, so, uh, she receives a disability check based on her mental health. And they cut her check off for a while because her mother got back on drugs and she tested positive. So, you know, you You use drugs, they don't give you a check, right? She wasn't taking the medication that she was supposed to be taking. So, okay, you're not taking your meds, you're out here on these drugs, we don't give you a check. So Marlene, well, Brenda's older sister, went and got her mom out of the field, sleeping in the field, brought her home and cleaned her up, got her back where she was supposed to be and getting her meds and stuff. So for the years that she had not received the check, You know, they say they owed her like $60-some thousand, but Chantel done took most of that, you know. So, you know, and the momma just got that money. Chantel been running through like it's crazy, guilt-tripping the lady, beating her for her money, you know. You know, tell me she gonna get this done, that done, you know, pay for my apartment, do all the kind of stuff, buy my furniture, you know. You owe me because you never raised me. So, but she won't You know, you talk to Brendan, cause you know, Chantel got her mama a lot. So, uh, that's just what she do. But, um, at the end of the day, I hope she can find peace and get her life right.
Cause, uh, like I said, I think the only way is not an ass whooping, but you know, if you have leverage and there's a business going on with that child. Because that's the shit that she talking about, has a son.
Oh yeah, she falsely accused her sister's son. Yeah, of molesting my grandbaby. And, um, she came down and, you know, did some foolishness with him. Well, with her mama. So her sister was defending the mother, so I guess she get mad. She left Ava there on purpose to laugh, you know. And, um, and then when he picked Dave up and then got, you know, came back to Texas and made the, made the call that, you know, her daughter had been molested by The nephew. Well, Mama— well, Grandmama say Ava never was in the room with him. She said that they were in the front room the whole time, so that never happened. But this is just a pattern. You get mad with your sister, so then you try to throw your little 13-year-old nephew under the bus by saying that he molested your daughter. Never happened. This is who she is. And she don't care if you tell her. She don't care if TD Jakes could put hands on her. It don't make a difference who do it.
I mean, is she on drugs?
I mean, I mean, she get high, you know. She, she drank. She, you know, she party like some of these young ladies do. I mean, I don't know nothing about other stuff, but I know she used to do that lean stuff at one time, you know. I don't know if she still do, but, um, she has chosen this life of this Instagram models soul, you know, peoples, and mess around with this and, you know, using what she got to get what she want. And that's what she feels works best for her, you know. I've tried to raise her to be better than that, you know. But hey, I guess I wasn't good enough.
Does she call you mom?
No, she, she never did that. I mean, they've always had a great relationship and she respect, you know, she respected— I mean, you know, Shoot, sometimes they got along better than they got along with me, but her. But, you know, I mean, I don't know what y'all want me to say, but I just wanted to get herself right. You know, I didn't come here to— but there's a thousand things I can say right now, but I won't see my daughter commit suicide.
You think she capable of doing that?
I think she'd do it for attention if, you know, if I told her business. Yeah. She'll try to use that and do some foolishness to flip the script so she can come out on top of it, because that's how she think.
What you think?
She might.
You think she might try to commit suicide? Mhm.
If everything was told.
If I told everything that the girl did, she'd blow her brains out. She wouldn't show her face nowhere, nowhere ever. Because when I tell you her stuff is bad. It's bad. And I'm also trying to protect her. I don't want these men to kill my daughter. So if you want to— I want— because what I, what I could say, she could never walk around no more. Why would I do that? If they don't know it, they ain't gonna learn it from me. You know, whoever she beating and scamming, Hey, that's on them. I'm not gonna tell it. She can say what she wants to say about me. After this come out, she'll be saying all kinds of things after that. But I know one thing, like, you know, I took it. I've taken it all these years. You know, two women started to make me lose custody, and she thought she was smarter than them. And she took what those two women tried to do to make me lose my kids, and she figured she could make it her hustle. And she'd been hustling and scheming with that same stuff because she knew her mama then was doing it to get money from me. Like I said, at that time I had plenty of money. This was all about the money, you know. So she figured, oh, we can beat him, we can get his money, we do this right here. And she learned that from the other woman, you know what I'm saying. So now I guess she's simply— she's a master's thing and she doing what she do. But hey, I saw how many men she done, you know, got money from for abortions and things like that. You know, ain't pregnant from it at all, but that's just what she do. And I'm not going to even go to that. And that's just, that ain't even, that's the smallest bit I can take. She, that's just who she is.
I mean, you know, you know, so she craves attention. If he's giving it to the other children, she's going to do something to him.
I've done what I'm supposed to do as a father. I don't owe her nothing. I choose at this point to have a 30-year-old daughter, you know, to still protect and do because she's my child, you know. I don't feel guilty about nothing that Chantel's done and not live her life. She didn't learn these things from me.
No.
I saved her. And that's the only reason she run to me. Even after this, she's going to run to me.
And him dressing her like an adult, that was a lie. I took them shopping.
I can show you a picture of my baby. I cut her hair, I did her hair, everything, you know what I'm saying? I mean, she— no. She had a boyfriend, she had a normal teenage life. She never been not able to live her life. Every school she's ever gone to, the teachers were so impressed by her. Who do this?
Who did it?
Oh, you live with your dad? Oh my. They— I would come to school, all the women be in the front office. They couldn't wait to see what that was, you know. I wanted to give them everything I never had, you know. They went through so much, you know.
So yeah, she can be a good person, but that dark side—
shoot, what she did when, when they repoed the Honda I got her. And I won't give it a $3,000 for the repo.
The red one?
Yeah, she went on Facebook and told everybody on Facebook how many people I done killed and got away with it.
Yeah, me and her had it out.
You know, talking about she was gonna make sure she exposed me for who I really am and all that kind of stuff.
And not you a killer.
And so, uh, so she reached out to Liz's mother and, um, yeah, I'm gonna do this here, I'm gonna do this right here. And so My mother-in-law at the time told us, well, you know what? One thing I do know about your father, see, you grown now, but if you jeopardize those little children, all the people say he made disappear, what you think he might do to you? So then, uh, Cleo started talking, you know what happened, that Facebook thing came down. You know, this is not like I said, this ain't the first time she done called us up trying to Messing me up. I didn't give her the $3,000. I don't put you in two brand new cars and carried you all this time, insurance, everything else. I mean, how long I'm supposed to carry you? She had the money. She went and took and went out with the money because going to the club every weekend was what was important. I mean, I can't put you in houses. I can't put you keeping your new cars.
No, she said she got the money by calling her tricks and telling them she needed an abortion.
Well, she did do that, but then she still— she still didn't do right with that. But she, you know, but at the end of the day How you gonna get mad with me? I mean, I'm the one looking out for you.
I think she view her daddy as a trick too.
Well, you know what? Maybe. I do what I do from the heart. She was my child. Oh yeah, a lot of things I don't think about what her intent is. I saw the need, I took care of it. If I'm wrong for spoiling them, I spoiled all of them. She ain't the only one who was spoiled. The rest of them spoiled so bad they still think I'm supposed to be an ATM machine. They got both children, this right here, men. Everything else. And they think I'm supposed to do when no man don't do. Oh, but I'm guilty for spoiling my kids. No one never raised me and spoiled me. I know how that feels to not have a father to take care of you. I know how it is not have a mother, I'm saying. So I said my kids never have to worry about that. So, you know, like I said, they'll say a lot of bad things about me. Once I put him away and then take care of him.
So do you feel like there's anything else he need to, to say, or he ain't gonna do it?
Well, you, you want to know, you tell her. You don't need me to tell her. You want to tell her, you want to tell her, tell her.
Tell me.
You told her, you, what you told on YouTube, you gave her a chance, right? You told her to just say one time that you was lying, right?
Mm-hmm.
Did she ever respond to you? Did she even say—
She never did.
Did she say you was lying?
Mm-mm.
Because she gave the opportunity to take the stuff down and tell the truth. You know? But then she knew that I would tell her not to. So if you want to take the gloves off, then go ahead. If y'all ladies feel that this is what she need, then y'all do it.
It kind of has to happen because it's going to keep going. And with something like this, people can pull this interview and say, see, I'm not the only person. This is, this is like a virus. She's a virus in your family.
Yeah, she is. Well, She has a cousin through marriage. She's sleeping with him.
She, she's sleeping with her cousin?
Mhm.
Through marriage?
Mhm.
Does— so that means that's her cousin's husband?
No, no, the, the boy's— her great-aunt was married to to his father. She's came into their lives and, you know, she knows him as her cousin, she knows him as family. But, you know, I guess he took a liking to her. He dumb, she can get a couple dollars out of him. So yeah, I think I told his mama, what, about 3 or 4 weeks ago.
Mhm. What did she say?
Well, she was in disbelief. She didn't— the mama said, ain't no way in the world she doing that. I said, well, Actually, son, but yeah, you just—
she cursed her mama out because her mama said you shouldn't be doing this.
Yeah, it was her mother who brought to— brought it to the attention and told her that she was wrong for messing with the boy.
So how old is he?
He grown. Oh, but it just shows she has no boundaries. Any, any dude dumb enough to give her a dollar, she You know, she gonna get that money. That's all she care about. You know, she said something in that interview that she did with the boys. She said, I, I had all those women, and no matter how many women I had, I had to get that nut. I had a whole interview. That's what stuck to me the most, because you're a victim.
Victims don't speak like that.
Why you sound like you bragging about No matter how many women I had, I'd have to have her. To me, that's what hit me the hardest, 'cause I'm like, that doesn't sound like a victim to me. It's almost like you bragging. She was my bitch. How? I dressed up provocative like she was grown? When?
Never.
What school gonna say that? What classmate? Y'all can't think up a classmate I can't dig up nobody. Every teacher gonna say she was above average child, looked great, had more. She had $600 purses when she was in 7th grade, doing her Birkin Coach, spending Gucci, everything what the teachers could have. She was getting $300 hairdos in 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade. The teacher like, who, who you live with? My daddy. My daddy was— he do my hair, was cutting the hair, styling there, everything else. I mean, because, you know, I got You think I know how to do? But you know, you can't find a person on the planet to say this child was, you know, living a great life with me. And this is it. So I don't know why she— well, I do know why, because that's her hustle. This is her hustle. So I'm not gonna make a dollar from this. I'm not trying to— I'm not trying to put no money in my pocket. I'm trying to protect that young man out there, my grandchildren, my other 17-year-old daughter who, you know, at one time was, you know, thought that she had a good sister. You know, I don't— my 15-year-old daughter, you know, she don't even want me to come to her games. But me being a father, you know, I told both of them, baby, y'all ain't gonna worry about me coming around y'all at all. I won't take you nowhere in the public. So people might run up on me and see us and put y'all to shame. So at this point, now it's affecting my kids. That's the only reason why I'm sitting in front of you. Because I've took it for 20 years.
Is there anything else you want to add before we wrap this up? Yeah. What is it?
Because see, she put in that video that he had been sleeping with her and all of this stuff here. It's the same man. See, the part he ain't telling you is that when he put that man in jail, that he caught her with down on that pier. He had to take her to the hospital.
Hey man, um, don't do that. Don't do that.
You don't want me to say it? Okay, I won't say it.
Don't do that.
But that's what— that's the part that makes me angry, because I know the truth, right? But you'll sit your ass up here on these cameras and lie on this man who's been fixing every problem you create.
Why are you still protecting her?
Because that's his child. He love— and it's natural, but you know But what happened at the hospital? He don't want me to—
I'm not her. I, I live this life. Y'all don't know what it is to be in prison as a child molester. Nobody did nothing wrong to me. Nobody whooped me. I wasn't raping. I'm not that type of stuff. But that's over my head, you know, all these years. You know, I don't get no brownie points for hurting my daughter. I'm the man that protected her. No, I'm not gonna add a third one. I do that, somebody kill my daughter tomorrow, then that's my fault. That's on me. I'm not gonna do that. I'm not gonna do that. Ain't nobody gonna take nothing I say to use to hurt her like that. Now, she's scamming these people, these companies, GoFundMes and all that kind of stuff. She needs to pay for that. 'Cause that money could be going to real victims, real women who have those problems, not someone who's taking a fairy tale and lying and creating circumstances that ain't never happened. If she— I told you when I talked to you the first time, if you could catch me in a lie, you got one— anything on me, dog me, you can't. But I'm not going to let anything happen to her. Ever. Not while I'm breathing. She's still my child. I gotta love her. If she good or bad, right? She didn't ask to come here.
No, she didn't ask to come here, but I mean—
I can't do that to her. I can't do that to her.
So you have potentially the The thing that could stop her from hurting anybody else.
Tell her ex-boyfriend to talk to you.
You have his number?
No, but he won't. Men walk around and he gonna tell his shame like that. Ruin for life. That's why she was able to abuse him so long. She was bringing home $8,000 a month after taxes. She wouldn't even help the man pay the rent. She wouldn't do nothing because she held him in prison for what she did to him, what she lied about. See, he was told before it ever happened. We told him, but she lied. They even threatened to kill my son and my grandchildren. She almost got her brother killed. So she didn't tell you that? He didn't tell you that? I'll give you some juice. She lied on my son. I had to sit right there, right there, manipulated the situation. Could have got him— his whole head blowed off. Police came, you know, they can't— only thing saved him, he was naked. He'd have been dead.
What happened?
That part I ain't gonna tell his business, but just how nasty she is.
She don't care about nobody.
Forget about nobody. So no, he'll tell you, you know, he'll tell that because, you know, that's—
no, if he's got to go because he's a civilian.
So, but his people's civilian too. So, you know, she, she has tried to destroy everything that's good to anybody's life. As soon as you don't do what she wants you to do, she's going to try to hurt you. Did y'all hear that boy right there? I can say I'm a protector, right? My son has been by her side even when he knew she was wrong, but he wasn't gonna let her be by herself to go through it. No matter what she created, no matter what she did, that's why I'm here. That boy, he don't deserve that. My grandchildren don't deserve their father named drugs, their mother, their mama, them looking at him crazy. No, my other kids, you know, going through that, no. That's the only reason why I told him. I told you, your guy, I was talking to you. It ain't about me, it's about my son out there. You say the one who done been there for you more than anybody else? I can't even take the credit from him. You know, as a little boy, he would latch on. Now you couldn't do nothing to that girl. Been fine about all his life. You do that to him?
No.
So you put me in a position to defend him. And that's the only reason why I'm sitting here. I told her as long as it stayed with me, I won't say nothing. I carried it all these years. I keep carrying it, but it ain't gonna go— it ain't gonna affect my other children.
I guess we can, we can end on this then. I mean, is there anything else you want to add?
If she want to talk to you and tell you, she can, but Don't tell them that. I told you, that's why I didn't bring the police report here.
Okay.
That's, that's doing too much. I told her, I said if she'd have read that, Chantel gonna show her face nowhere on Earth no more. Nowhere.
So she's an evil person.
She's hurt a lot of people.
A lot of people.
She's endangering a lot of lives. And the real women that's being abused, is being raped, things like that, you know, she's making it hard for them to get the help that she need, that they need, I'm sorry. You know, it's already people, you know, when women say, oh, this happened to me, most people look at them all and, you know, You know, he ain't rape you. He ain't do that. I mean, he go through enough, right? From what I hear. So now you got someone that's out here, you know, lying, scheming. She ain't no different from the lady who said somebody hit her in the face with a brick.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying? But she worse than her.
Yeah, that was kind of fucked up. I mean, even I was on the internet, like all them guys are standing around and, you know, when all the dust settled, I said, that is an allergy. You know, where was the blood?
Anybody can hit in their face with no brick and you won't see not one indentation, scratch on their face, nothing. That's somebody that shot saline up under their skin and went to that clinic and had it drained out. That's all that was.
Oh, she had an allergic reaction. It was an allergic reaction.
But the man ain't hit her with no brick.
Yeah.
But at the end of the day, you know, my daughters need to stop. But my son ain't never raped her. I ain't never raped her. She ain't never been abused in my home. And I'm her safe place, and that's why she was at my home. I've been protecting her from herself all her life. So that's it.
Well, I mean, Leah, is it safe to close this up now? Are you satisfied?
She can tell you everything she want to tell you other than that. That's going too far.
Well, what else would you like us to know, Leah? I would be Honored to have it.
So in the video, she speaks on this guy that was a nice guy. You meet another boyfriend?
Yes.
Y'all begin to live together?
Yes, we were together for 3 years.
I won't say his name. Okay.
We were together for 3 years, and when I dated him, he is— he was the missing piece to my puzzle.
He went through a pregnancy with her. She shitted on him.
But he wasn't the baby father?
No.
No.
Okay.
He was taking care of the baby. She was leaving the baby with him, going out with other dudes. Her boss at the time pulled up to their apartment complex. She out there doing inappropriate business while the boy right upstairs.
No, she went out there and gave the man some head, came in the house.
I'm trying to be clean.
No, we going to the— I'll tell that part. She went out there and she bragged about it. So that's what, that's why I'll tell it. She went out there and gave the man some head, went back in the house, the boy was playing a video game. Hey baby. And kissed him in the mouth with the man's sperm in his mouth. She did that. She thought that was the funniest thing on earth.
Mm-hmm.
You know, and she just tells all her business.
It seems like she tell it to him.
She just don't tell it to me, but I made her, you know, Because she was troubled. I always gave her the opportunity to come to me and talk to me in confidence.
You know, she got a lot to tell her daddy.
Well, yeah, I'm the only father on the planet that the daughter can say, 'Dad, I met this dude today. I had sex with him, but I don't know. I think he done gave me something. I'm scared.' You know, I make sure you know you're straight. You know, most girls can't come and tell their father that. You know, she could. You know, again, I've been cleaning up her mess all her life. So that's it. You know, but She has it. She has learned from her mother, you know, because all her mom was ever with drug dealers and stuff like that, you know. And I'm talking about big ones too, but that's how mama lived. Mom was a very nasty person. She spit on and shit on everybody, and the same people she spit on, she became, she became just like them and worse. My daughter chose to follow the path of mother's teachings in her mind. So when people want to think that she's a victim, she, she wasn't a victim. Not for the choices that she's made since she's been grown. She's doing it because she feels that's what she's good at. And again, I don't ever hit back. And that's why my name all over the world, 20, oh, what, oh, how many, 20 million views? Views? I don't know. Thousands of TikToks, people hitting me up talking about, damn, they made TikToks about me, everything, you know. People come to my house taking pictures, showing me they at my home, somebody gonna kill me. Every day, thousands of calls, you know. And all people just run with it because the Black man always got to be— he always got to be bad. There's a few brothers out that's good. All of us ain't bad. Even ones that done some bad things don't mean they bad like that. So I just want to let people know my sons didn't do that to her. You know, I didn't do that to her. And everything she's told on that, that, that videos and other stuff she's done is 100% false. And the men that did mess with her, she know that messed with her. She's doing— she's very good friends with them to this day. The uncle that her mama brother that did mess with her, yeah, got out that trick. He was a pimp. But see, she had made so many false allegations against the Boynton Beach police officers and school teachers and everything else. Yeah, they knew he was doing it. They couldn't prosecute him because all the— everybody she came in contact with, from teachers, police, like I said, and just telling just, just the lies. He raped me. They ran trains on me. All those officers raped me. That was school. What school was it? Did you put middle school? That principal was a lady. Yeah, the police officer and assistant principal, she claimed they did that. Like I said, if you contact the Palm Beach County School Board You know, this is just like every school, every school, you know, that's just what she do. Every teacher, anybody don't know that she get in trouble, her counter is, oh, I'm telling you, you, you me, I'm telling you, you did this to me. And some give her what she want. She blackmail the ones who dumb enough to do it. And that's just who she is. But these men ain't gonna come forth. How many men you know that gonna come in and admit that shame? So they're not going to do that. So, and that's just what it is.
So, Leah, thank you.
One more thing. Come on. The other brother. Mm-hmm. The part she didn't tell is that I found his picture under her pillow. Mm-hmm. She would— me and him, we were talking and, um, Every girlfriend they get, you know, it's a problem. Like, what the fuck is up with you? Leave people alone. There's something with the girl. This is that. Happened to be cleaning up one day, and lo and behold, what I find? Her brother's photo. You know, the school pictures?
Mm-hmm.
Under her fucking pillow.
So she was—
Obsessing over her blood brother. See, that's the shit she ain't put in there.
I've had to have 3 different women keep this, this girl when she wasn't living with me because of her. Like I said, my, my child had already been abused when I got out. So I had to have other people pay them, you know, a lot of money to keep them, keep her for me cuz I didn't have a woman in the house. So when me and her finally got together, that That changed things a lot for me, but I've never been able to have her in a home with just me and my sons. So, and I fought her mom for that. You know?
He would leave to go to work. I'm going to school, going to class. I get a call from the neighbors across the street. You need to get home. Dude is going through your window. Mm-hmm.
Oh, well, shoot, we talking about the window in Port St. Lucie?
No, just the window in Texas.
But in Port St. Lucie when—
He had to nail it shut.
I had to put screws in the window then. She lied to the police and said I had beat her, punched her all in the face, and she took a comb and ripped her own hair out of her head. I got locked up for it.
It was a path.
I was cutting my grass, you know, I thought, what the fuck going on? You know, I could see a path coming from the street to a window. So I didn't say a word to her. I just went in my garage and got some screws and drilled, and I drilled, you know, put the screws in the window, but it wasn't gonna open anymore. I already knew what time it was. I didn't say a word to her. Next thing I know, I'm 60 miles away. I'm in a movie theater. I'm watching a movie. Movie started at 5 o'clock. She said at 5:04, I punched her in the face repeatedly with a closed fist, snatched all the hair out her head. I was coming back home, almost 10 o'clock, the police called me. I went to jail. They didn't care nothing about— I had the movie tickets, the stubs to prove I was 60 miles away. I had to hire a lawyer, paid $75,000 to clear my name. At 1 o'clock I was here, here 60 miles away, then I was back home. She alleged at 5:04 I was beating her, punching her in the face, ripping her out of the head. I have— I'm on video surveillance in a gas station. At 1 o'clock. That never happened.
He had to sleep in his vehicle.
I had to sleep in my truck. I was homeless. I had to pay all the bills because I couldn't go back to my own house and make sure everything stay on, you know. So that's where she learned that from. Let me lie on people and get them kicked out their house and get a restraining order because they got to pay the rent, they got to pay the lights, they can't kick me out, and I can live for free. That's what she did to the dude at the Infiniti dealership. She tried to do it to his house. I say anyway, but so, you know, um, this is God.
So yeah, it deserves a Netflix series for y'all.
People was to do the research, they would find the only victim dealing with this girl is me. I've paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for a fight for my freedom. If I had not had the money, I would not be free. And but a lot of those cases, I didn't have no lawyer.
I mean, you learn how to fight the cases yourself.
No, I just stood on truth. Because one thing that never get none of my kids say, I made them say nothing. You know, that's just what it is. So yeah, it's a lot. I am the only message. That's why I made this shirt right here. You know, sometimes the messenger has become the message, right?
Yeah.
And that's what it is for me today, because she's gone too far. You know, I didn't want to put a business out there, but I've gone through a lot. I'm the only victim in this case, you know, and I'm a fool. I've been a fool. And while I'm sitting here in front of y'all, I realize how dumb I've been to love someone and give them everything I could that didn't— don't care nothing about me, period. I've never harmed her. I tried to right a wrong in her life. That someone else did. So even when my children were hurt, I've always given and done and given and done. I say something, you consider it done. You can take it to the bank. Can't nobody tell you nothing different about me like that. But this person here, I can't let her keep hurting my family. So, yeah.
He came home from work, caught her in the bed with a man, in his bed.
Yeah, I came home from work. She tried to stop me from going to my room, said Brandon needs to talk to me. Claimed Brandon had tried to hurt himself or whatever over a girl. I need to go upstairs and talk to him real bad. I said, no, I gotta use the bathroom. I had to use the bathroom, you know, I was trying to get to it. And so I'm like, going on, going on. And so when I went— before I went in the bathroom, said it's a man in the den. So at that point, I thought she was lying.
How old was she at the time? High school.
She was high school. It was a grown man in my house.
It was a grown man.
And so what happened then, the situation was, you know, I do have a violent past and, you know, I have to be very careful what I do. And in that moment, I had to make a decision. Now she already told me, and I know she gonna tell the police that she told me that the man was in the room first. So if I went in there and killed him, I'm gonna go to prison. I'm gonna go to jail. So I was actually just, you know, and she made it very clear if I go in there and jump on him, she gonna tell people that, you know, she told me he was in there first. So not gonna say he started with me. I, you know, I beat him to death or nothing.
So he was still in the room at the time?
Yep. And then I had to let him walk out the door because it was, you know, she was gonna send me to prison. But that's just let him walk and leave. But I jumped on him then. They— she would have told him, listen, he already knew. So anything after that, you know, I wouldn't—
neighbors call, she giving lap dances in the garage. Mhm.
What?
Oh baby, yes. That's what I'm telling you, it, it goes on and on and on.
She chose this life. I blame her mama for it. But at the time, you know, right now, I can't keep making excuses about things I do wrong. So at this point, she just can't keep making excuses. She can't keep blaming her mama. She can't blame me. You know, none of that.
I know. Let me talk to Leah, Clarence, alone, and then we're going to close this up because—
You should have just talked to her. You know, bring me in. I know, but like, she wanted your full support because I told the man to tell her she could talk to you. And the only reason I said she could talk to you, because she gave Shantel time after time after time again to do the right thing. She told Shantel what she was gonna do. And Shantel was like, she played poker. She felt that I was gonna stop her.
So she can tell me everything but that hospital thing right now.
Anything dealing with her, her health, she can't tell you nothing about her health.
Okay. But the public shall be warned.
We're not going to discuss— I'm not going to tell you what health is, but you know, you can tell them whatever you want to tell them.
Hey, Shay, I'm just going to go back to just me and Leah. All right, thanks. Thank you, Clarence, again.
And I ain't even talking about—
Okay, we got to deal with this women business right now. You hot, I could tell. Mhm.
Don't make me fly out here and you don't want to tell it all.
All right, cool. You are shaking, you are hot. All right, so obviously Clarence is still holding back, and we both understand. But he's also giving you the green light to just let it all out.
Miscarriages. Mm-hmm. From her. Promiscuous.
Okay.
She come around and tell us just all this blood everywhere, you know, baby in the toilet. These are things we've lived and had to clean up. He did it.
How, how She was middle school.
We don't know who to go to.
So y'all had to clean this up and hide it.
I wouldn't say hide it, but who we going to go to when it's nigga after nigga after nigga? You can't just ruin people's lives when we don't know for sure. You know? Yeah. She put my daughter's name under that post, a 17-year-old. That's a no-no. All girls gonna be fast, you know what I'm saying? But my daughter, she's smart, graduated early, has her little own— starting her little small business. She does hair. How dare you? You're not on her level. You never will be. She's way more mature, and all she asked you was to stop lying, and that's what you do. I have a different type of anger for her right now. And then I asked you several times over the years to stop. She laughs about it. This time was different because my mother is battling cancer right now, right?
I'm sorry.
This bitch— and I'm going to say it— called my mother pretending she was so concerned after I warned her. I said, you better clean it up or else. So she called my mother, tried to get twisted, knowing my mom on her meds and, you know, loopy. Call herself recording my mother saying something. Then she get on Facebook and say, oh, I tricked my mother to get him out of trouble. My mom ain't never had to get him out of trouble. What trouble he was in? My old mother with Alzheimer's. Girl, my mom in her 60s. We never had no Alzheimer's. I said, Chantel, don't you ever in your life mention my mother. But she did that. Then the bitch went on Instagram and put our names, addresses, all of this stuff. So I'm not holding back on her. I respect his wishes. He don't want his daughter hurt, because that's what would happen if a lot of people knew. That's what I'm going to say. She is careless, and she's reckless. Okay? The young man, which is that, oh, I ain't going to speak on him in the video. The one she said she told her dad was beating her?
Yeah.
Why wouldn't you speak on him? Mhm, because he's going to be able to tell you a whole lot.
You think we can get in contact with him?
Yeah, mhm, sure can.
That would be good.
We can get him out here, and he probably has a hatred for her by now. He was good to her despite— he wasn't embarrassed about being seen with her. None of that. She's had some nice dudes. Then she has the ones that know her and don't want to be— wouldn't be caught in public with her. I have him on my, um, what's it called, not Twitter, what's the other one with the blue arrow?
Um, Blue arrow?
Twitter?
Facebook? Facebook, Twitter, those are only two with blue.
It's another one.
TikTok?
The one where the scammers be.
I need to know, shit.
Um, damn, it'll come to me.
Okay. Yeah, you putting me on to something.
Yeah, um, it's a light blue little icon, but the, the arrow is white, like engraved in it. It'll come to me in a minute.
Okay.
But, um, he's on my handle on there. Um, and actually I messaged him. He did message me back, but I never opened the message. Um, That's the young man whose stepdaddy she was sleeping with. She purposely slept with him because the mama don't like her. Yeah, she bragged about that to her daddy too, but he left that part out.
So she was with a guy, very nice guy.
Yeah, he'd been raising that baby, taking care of the baby and everything. Yeah, living with him.
And so she didn't like the guy's mom because obviously she probably picked up on who she was.
Right.
And then to retaliate against the mom, she sleeps with the mom's—
Pretended to be drunk. They had a get-together. She pretended to be drunk. And the boyfriend was drunk. He couldn't, you know, he's inebriated. She pretended to be drunk so they could stay the night. She slept with the stepdaddy. Laughed about it. She don't like me, huh? How she like that? This the type of person you're dealing with, you know? But she expects the good out of people to hold her secrets, you know what I'm saying? But she want to do this type of shit. I'm done holding her secrets. And I'mma tell you like this, if she say the wrong shit when she come on here, you could fly me back out, because he ain't gonna be able to stop me.
I don't think it's gonna go that way.
Okay.
No, because I mean, it's gonna be paperwork in front of me.
Oh, okay, good. Yeah.
You know, we gonna start it off good, but then, you know, when the receipts Come in, let's talk about this.
I'm sick of her. Yeah, when she got arrested at that place you just showed me, I didn't even show up because she scratched me up. So that's how she get a couple charges because my then 15-year-old son jumped in the way. Me and her were gonna go at it. So when she called the police and then the police come over and talk to me, I didn't even know I was bleeding. So what is all this? And I'm like, what? I said, oh, well, she did it. That's how that— she went to jail. So I went ahead and didn't go to the court, you know. I'm like, she got the baby, you know, let me just let it go. And this what you keep doing? I have a problem with that.
It's the drawing a checkerboard in the baby back with a razor.
She's evil. And she'll play this, uh, this real innocent role. Believe none of it. I promise you. How she's treated her brother, you would— it'll blow your ass back to that wall. She's evil.
You want to elaborate on some of those things, or You can ask him if you—
only reason is because his wife is— he's with his wife, right?
I get you.
And they, they have a great marriage and whatever. If he want to elaborate on that, I'll let him. But that was a whole ordeal. One of two things were going to happen. Either he was going to go to prison, you know, or she end up getting him killed, because that's the dirty game she was playing. And it was very nasty. I'll cut a person off completely before I do what she did. So you can ask him. He might tell you, he may not, but I don't understand how people— you know what type of sick motherfucker you got to be to know you done did these things?
Yeah.
And you lying on the people that know your truth, but because it's, it's just her, turn the other cheek. Turn it. It's escalating. She wants to be famous. Well, let's let her be famous. She said she was, um, had a relationship with, um, Larry Moneybag, yo manager. Told her daddy I think I'm pregnant by Larry. What you mean? Well, I know it just happened the other day, but I could feel it in my insides. The bitch is crazy. He ain't gonna tell y'all that. He saying she going out of town doing, living her best life. That ain't what the bitch was doing. She was tricking. That's what she doing. I'mma go and put it out there. Why she want to play this innocent victim and all this, that, and the third? That ain't her. I'm sick of her. And I told her, I'mma tell you truth, because what you're doing to that man is not right. He may not like it that I'm saying it, but I don't care.
So she's still tricking?
Hell yeah, she tricking. She don't care. This is what— and I'm gonna tell you why I'm saying it, Tasha, because to be that reckless with yourself And other people. And other people. Now the math ain't mathing, because I'm not— I don't give a damn what I went through. I'm not going to go be reckless with my life like that. I'm just not. So it makes you wonder. My son's producer for his beats won't even take his calls no more.
Flew her out.
We don't know what happened, but I know he called and went off on my son and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So now you don't fuck with him no more. But we know he flew her out, so he mad at my son because that's how he met her, right?
How old is she now?
What, 29?
Damn. Mhm.
I don't like it because I don't want to bat for her plenty of times, even when he tell me not to. Give her a chance, come back in, she say she's better, she won't— I was wrong, I would never do that again, you know, I would never lie again. I let her back in and she does it again. This was the last time, cuz me and him, we are— we don't need no help to fight about nothing. So, bitch, I'm going against what the man's saying to help you because I don't want you to feel alone, you know? And this what you do? Come on.
And so the last— he said the last straw was the grits.
Yeah, that's at him and his girlfriend's house. I don't know nothing about that. I know what the story was, but I wasn't there present.
Okay. Well, we're gonna bring her in on Thursday, and, um, it's gonna go very different. And I'm gonna go back and watch the Breakbeat interview again now that I have everything from y'all, and I'm able to kind of insert like I said, where the contradictions are, because I'm like, this is too much to be happening to one person and they're smiling about it.
If you listen to the interview, you can dissect it.
So she missed her calling. She should have been an actress.
I, I, when I said I got so upset because I'm like, this bitch really sitting up here with this Sheen wig on. With this bullshit.
Florida coming out of you right now.
You know, and I'm like, if I could have got through the screen, I would have. But again, she's been doing it, she's comfortable with it, and then she know my mom's Christian, you know. My family's going to tell me sometimes you just got to let it go. I ain't Christian. I'm tired of turning the other fucking cheek. No, I'm not going to let it go. He can let it go. I'm not. Well, why would you say something? Because I lived the shit with him. I went through it. When he's going through it or we're going through it, who you thought got the short end of the stick? Me.
Yeah.
I had to deal with all of that, all of his emotions. I had to be sympathetic. And so I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't the best at being sympathetic because I feel like sometimes how much is enough when they're grown up? I get it when they're a child, but when they're grown— so I probably should have been more sympathetic for his sake, but I wasn't. I can admit that I probably— I handled that wrong, but Her doings wreaked havoc on our relationship, as if it needed any help, you know? So when I look at everything and I place everything out there, it's like, I'm highly upset because you, you haven't learned. I'm hoping— I'm not hoping she, you know, It's not about making her look bad. I'm trying to prolong her life. Somebody going to hurt her. The game she's playing is dangerous. Somebody's son is going to hurt her. Lord, I hope they don't, but it's what it's giving.
Well, Miss Leah, I thank you just for being courageous. They don't make them like you no more. No. Me personally, I'm telling you, I just, I'm, you know, I'm from Florida, just, you're from Florida as well, and it's just, you know, we brought up different, you know. And there is this underlying, and I think it's maybe just a Southern thing, you know, a woman is to be seen and not heard. So you're not supposed to be up here doing no interview, you're not supposed to be telling business that's going on in your house. You're going against everything that we was taught coming up. And but at the same time, we see what happens when you sweep that shit under the rug for years, create a monster, you create a monster. And now this is taking it to a whole nother level. And, you know, I just— that's why I really wanted you here, because I knew you, like I said, what do you stand to to gain?
I ain't got nothing to gain. I don't got a lot for him, but I was raised to be what's right, do what's right.
Yeah.
Again, he's a lot of things. He probably been a monster to some other women, you know what I'm saying? But that has no bearing on your— the lie that she just told. He's, he's not that, right? We disagree on a daily basis, weekly basis, but I won't sit here and lie on him.
I mean, you got kids with him too, so—
Yeah, yeah, I'm not gonna lie on him. Hell, our youngest daughter didn't stop sleeping in the bed till she was like 10 or 11. She crawl in bed with her daddy. Mama, I'm in your spot, they call me FaceTime, I'm at work. I'm like, yeah, you better take it to a room by the time I get home, you know. My girls are comfortable and we teach them to speak. I know he's not that way. And they don't have a preference. They gonna touch anybody. He done heard him say they had plenty of women, been around plenty of kids. What makes your ass so great? Nothing. It's barely where it need to be now, and it's after the light bulb. Okay. So what makes you so great? I like you a lot.
Thank you.
I'm just over it.
You remind me of the women that raised me.
You want to jump on these platforms, baby? Well, let's talk about it. But she was pimping on the fact that he and I feud so much. Then I'mma be like, oh, I ain't say— baby, that ain't got no bearing on this. I ain't never got to talk to his ass about nothing personal again in life. Every time you bring this up though, I'mma stand up, cuz that's bullshit. So for all the ones that was in the, in the comments, what they told me, I had Stockholm syndrome. Bitch, I ain't got no damn Stockholm syndrome.
It's a whole child. Yeah, it's a whole— it's a whole—
I'm just not gonna let him— let her sink him like that. He don't deserve that. Yeah.
And like I said, I didn't— I didn't, you know, talking to y'all on the phone, because I did the first time we, we spoke, it was a very intense phone call. Y'all was dumping You can tell y'all ain't never talked about this, and it, it just came out. And so I was just like, okay, let us, you know, let us do it right. And, um, we're gonna try our best to make sure that this gets corrected. And I have my way of getting the truth out. But you know, that's still my ass.
The car she went and paid cash for, go put a lien on that bitch. That's what I told him to do.
It ain't gonna bring nothing.
What brings it?
It won't bring nothing.
But me, and see, that's why I don't like to— I don't say much. I try to let him handle it, and I try to be calm because that bad part of me that I try to leave comes out. You want to be evil and nasty and lie, I can be evil and vindictive as well, right? And that ain't even— that's just being fair. Hell, anybody else would have went and did it.
Yeah. You know, a long time ago, long time ago, long time ago.
But if it was done to her, oh, she'll cry like a baby. Oh, woe to the earth, somebody did this to me. But it's okay for you though. So I try not to say much because I know I'mma take it too far. After you cross me so many times and I done gave you the benefit of the doubt, all bets are off.
It seems like y'all are, you know, bottom line, y'all, they need to be careful with this, this, this, because you may get what you're looking for. You're looking for pussy, you may get exactly what you're looking for. Okay, thank you, Miss Leah.
You're welcome.
Thank you so much, and, um, we'll definitely be in contact.
Okay, I can't wait for it to air.
All right.
I was trying to put pieces together as far as proof because this nigga was blindfolding me so I won't have proof.
So he blindfolded you the entire time he was raping you?
No, he was blindfolding me when I was a lot younger, but when he was actually penetrating me, he wasn't blindfolding me anymore.
Well, your daughter said you was bipolar.
No, I'm not bipolar.
She said you was bipolar and schizophrenic, and you held a knife over her head when she she was a— when she was a baby. Is that true?
No.
So why would she get on two platforms and say that?
Mom, that's not true. No, I didn't have a knife over your head. So why did Grandma send you to jail then?
She didn't send me to jail.
You gotta get your story.
Wow. I don't remember when I lost my virginity.
I don't know.
I don't know if it was one of my brothers. I don't know if it was my dad. I don't know. Well, how would I take my own virginity?
I mean, you would know who was on top of you, who took it. Was it you? Was it your brother? Was it your older brother? Or was it your dad? Which one was it?
They all, they all, you know, penetrating me.
All right, Chantel, let me know. So when that goes on, when we live. Okay, so welcome to the Wine Cellar, Chantel.
Thanks for having me.
All right, cool. You look beautiful.
Thank you.
Yeah, so, um, of course, um, all of my Viewers hit me up when, uh, Breakbeat Media show Trapping Anonymous posted, uh, clips of your interview. So it didn't— you know, I went to check it out and my viewers were like, please get her on the show. Um, they felt like some things needed to be elaborated on and stuff like that because it was, it was a short interview for such, for such an amount of trauma that you said you experienced your entire life.
Exactly right.
And so, you know, woman to woman, we're just here and I just kind of, you know, for the people that were showing all that support to you in the comments. We're only here for them, okay? And so thank you. You calm now? Yes. Okay, cool, cool. Normally I would offer you wine or the guest wine, but when I'm dealing with situations like this, I tend to not offer— yeah, alcohol, because that can heighten— exactly, exactly. So where are you originally from?
So I was born in West Palm Beach, Good Samaritan Hospital.
Okay.
Yes, I was born there, and, um, Stayed out here until, you know, before I became a teenager and I moved to Texas.
Okay.
Between like 12, something like that.
Um, what part of Texas? I spent some time.
Okay.
Oh, you know, clean. Yeah, I don't like clean.
Gang members.
Yeah, but yeah, we started off when we first moved to, uh, Texas, we were in Fort Worth.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
So that's where we, um, started.
So when you move— when you grew up here, and real quick, just so I can remind people of like who you are, um, You were featured on Breakbeat Media's channel and you detailed, um, abuse that happened to you
